Salicylaldehyde-2-(4-isobutylphenyl)-propionyl hydrazone Schiff base(H2L) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H-NMR spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that H2L is of monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 5.6844(5),b = 33.568(3),c = 9.6959(9) ,β = 91.758(2)°,V = 1849.2(3) 3,Mr = 324.41,F(000) = 696,Z = 4,Dc = 1.165 g/cm3,μ = 0.076 mm-1,R = 0.0448 and wR = 0.1221.In the solid form,the strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds make H2L fully extended into an E isomer about the N=N bond,and each molecule interacts with two neighbors to form 1D hydrogen-bonded chains.The Schiff base presents two different sets of signals in the 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra in either chloroform or dimethylsulfoxide solution,showing the presence of both E and Z isomers.  相似文献

以酰腙为配体钒的单核、双核配合物因其结构丰富、生物活性多样而引起广泛关注。目前该领域新配合物的合成、表征和生物活性的研究甚为活跃。本文回顾了近年来钒酰腙配合物的研究状况,主要从以下三个方面进行综述:(1)钒酰腙配合物的合成方法;(2)此类配合物的配位模式;(3)一些单、双核钒酰腙配合物抗变形虫,抗肿瘤,类胰岛素,抑制Na+, K+-ATP酶,与DNA作用的生物活性。文中着重阐述了钒酰腙化合物的结构和生物活性之间的关系。此外,还提出了钒酰腙配合物研究领域的不足之处并对其今后发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

利用双三丁基氧化锡与氧化-4-吡啶甲酸(HOCOC5H4NO)以物质的量比1∶2反应,合成了有机锡配合物[Bu3Sn(OCOC5H4NO)]n。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射测定了它的晶体结构。结果表明,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数a=2.002 8(9)nm,b=1.224 7(6)nm,c=1.913 6(12)nm,β=119.145(6)°,Z=8,V=4.166(4)nm3,Dc=1.365 g.cm-3,μ=1.239 mm-1,F(000)=1 760,R=0.052 9,wR=0.192 1,GOF=1.013。在配合物中锡原子由氧化-4-吡啶甲酸桥联为五配位的畸变的三角双锥构型。氧化-4-吡啶甲酸配体中N-O基团中的氧原子和另一配体中的羧基氧原子与中心锡原子配位,形成无限一维链状有机锡配合物。该配合物具有良好的热稳定性和较高的抗肿瘤活性。  相似文献

通过微波"一锅法"合成了4个双核苄基锡配合物:{[C_4H_3S(O)C=N-N=C(Me)COO](PhCH_2)_2Sn(MeOH)}_2(C1)、{[C_4H_3S(O)C=NN=C (Me)COO](p-Cl-C_6H_4CH_2)_2Sn (MeOH)}_2(C2)、{[C_4H_3S (O)C=N-N=C (PhCH_2)COO](PhCH_2)_2Sn (MeOH)}_2(C3)、{[C_4H_3S (O)C=N-N=C(PhCH_2)COO](p-Cl-C_6H_4CH_2)_2Sn(MeOH)}_2(C4),利用元素分析、IR、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、~(119)Sn NMR、HRMS以及X射线单晶衍射等表征了配合物结构。4个配合物分子均为双锡核分子,以Sn_2O_2四元环为中心对称,且中心锡原子与配位原子形成七配位畸变五角双锥构型。测试了配合物C1~C4的热稳定性以及配合物对癌细胞H460、HepG2、MCF7的体外抑制活性,结果表明:配合物C2是4个新合成的配合物中抑制癌细胞效果最好的化合物。  相似文献

Novel 9-amino-3-substituted-1,2,3,4-acridin-1-one derivatives and 9,14-diamino-7-substituted-7,8-dihydroquinolino[2,3-a]acridine derivatives were synthesized by the condensation reaction of 5-substituted-1,3-cyclohexanedione with 2-aminobenzonitrile and substituted 2-aminobenzonitrile using p-toluenesulfonic acid, K2CO3, and Cu2Cl2 as catalysts. The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, mass spectrometry, and 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The crystal and molecular structures of 6, 14-diamino-3,4,11,12-tetramethoxy-7-phenyl-7,8-dihydroquinolino[2,3-a]acridine 5a have been determined by single-crystal x-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal of compound 5a belongs to triclinic with space group P-1, a = 1.06168(15) nm, b = 1.16951(17) nm, c = 1.6020(2) nm, α = 71.380(3)°, β = 77.686(3)°, γ = 66.743(3)°, Z = 2, V = 1.7231(4) nm3, R 1 = 0.1060, and wR 2 = 0.2192.  相似文献

由1-芳基-3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-羧酸与适当的有机锡反应,合成表征了一系列的1-芳基-3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-羧酸有机锡酯(1~14),并通过单晶衍射确定了1-苯基-3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-羧酸三乙基锡酯(7)的结构。该化合物与一分子水共同结晶,通过分子间O-H…O及O-H…N氢键形成二维网状结构。杀菌活性筛选表明新合成的化合物对于番茄早疫菌、花生褐斑菌、小麦赤霉菌、苹果轮纹菌及灰霉菌全部具有良好的生长抑制作用。1-苯基-3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-羧酸三乙基锡酯及1-(2-吡啶基)-3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-羧酸三乙基锡酯在50μg.mL-1浓度下的体外实验中表现出很高的生长抑制率。对于高活性的三取代锡羧酸酯进行了EC50值的测定,结果表明1-(2-吡啶基)-3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-羧酸三乙基锡酯对苹果轮纹菌的EC50值为0.06μg.mL-1,对小麦赤霉菌的EC50值为0.14μg.mL-1。  相似文献

以苯并咪唑为原料,经硝化、二茂铁磺酰化等步骤,合成了8种未见文献报道的硝基苯并咪唑衍生物,其结构经MS,1H NMR和元素分析确证.由于硝基苯并咪唑的互变异构,二茂铁磺酰化后,产生两个异构体,用X射线衍射仪测定了化合物2a的晶体结构.初步的抑菌实验结果表明,该系列化合物具有良好的抑菌作用,其抑菌活性均优于对照药剂50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂.  相似文献

The Kleier model and Carrier-mediated theory are effective for molecularly designing pesticides with phloem mobility. However, the single Kleier model or Carrier-mediated theory cannot achieve a reliable explanation of the phloem mobility of all exogenous substances. A detailed investigation of the two models and the scope of their applications can provide a more accurate and highly efficient basis for the guidance of the design and development of phloem-mobile pesticides. In the present paper, a strategy using active ingredient-amino acid conjugates as mode compounds is developed based on Carrier-mediated theory. An N-alkylated amino acid is used to improve the pesticide’s physicochemical properties following the Kleier model, thus allowing the conjugates to fall on the predicted and more accessible transportation region of phloem. Moreover, the influence of this movement on phloem is inspected by the Kleier model and Carrier-mediated theory. To verify this strategy, a series of N-alkylated phenazine-1-carboxylic acid-glycine compounds (PCA-Gly) were designed and synthesized. The results related to the castor bean seeds (R. communis L.) indicated that all the target compounds (4a–4f) had phloem mobility. The capacity for phloem mobility shows that N-alkylated glycine containing small substituents can significantly improve PCA phloem mobility, such as 4c(i-C3H7-N) > 4a(CH3-N) ≈ 4b(C2H5-N) > 4d (t-C4H9-N) > PCA-Gly > 4e(C6H5-N) > 4f(CH2COOH-N), with an oil–water partition coefficient between 1.2~2.5. In particular, compounds 4a(CH3-N), 4b(C2H5-N), and 4c(i-C3H7-N) present better phloem mobility, with the average concentrations in phloem sap of 14.62 μΜ, 13.98 μΜ, and 17.63 μΜ in the first 5 h, which are 8 to 10 times higher than PCA-Gly (1.71 μΜ). The results reveal that the Kleier model and Carrier-mediated theory play a guiding role in the design of phloem-mobile pesticides. However, the single Kleier model or Carrier-mediated theory are not entirely accurate. Still, there is a synergism between Carrier-mediated theory and the Kleier model for promoting the phloem transport of exogenous compounds. Therefore, we suggest the introduction of endogenous plant compounds as a promoiety to improve the phloem mobility of pesticides through Carrier-mediated theory. It is necessary to consider the improvement of physicochemical properties according to the Kleier model, which can contribute to a scientific theory for developing phloem-mobile pesticides.  相似文献

通过2-呋喃甲醛与4-甲氧基苯甲酰肼缩合,得到一种新型的希夫碱配体2-呋喃甲醛缩-4-甲氧基苯甲酰腙(HL),将HL与Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、MnCl2·4H2O分别在乙醇与丙酮的混合溶剂中反应,采用溶剂挥发获得配体单晶、不同构型的新型配合物NiL2和Mn(HL)2Cl2单晶。采用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振、X-射线单晶衍射对HL、NiL2和Mn(HL)2Cl2进行表征,结构分析表明HL属于三方晶系,空间群R3,晶胞参数a=2.442(2)nm,b=2.442(2)nm,c=1.135 4(10)nm,γ=120°,Z=18。NiL2和Mn(HL)2Cl2均属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/n和P21/c。NiL2属于近似平面四方构型,晶胞参数a=1.206 7(8)nm,b=0.577 4(4)nm,c=1.841 8(13)nm,β=107.122(11)°,Z=2;Mn(HL)2Cl2属于扭曲八面体构型,晶胞参数a=0.915 5(4)nm,b=0.721 7(4)nm,c=2.033 6(9)nm,β=96.047(9)°,Z=2。用琼脂扩散法测定了配体和配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的抑制活性,结果显示NiL2对金色葡萄球菌有显著的抑制作用。  相似文献

通过查尔酮路线合成了6种黄酮-6-羧酸化合物,采用I2/DMSO为氧化剂通过微波辐射合成了其中3种黄酮羧酸.所有化合物的结构通过NMR,IR和元素分析方法进行了表征,并采用X射线单晶衍射法进一步测定了黄酮-6,4'-二羧酸的晶体结构.初步生物活性试验结果表明,6种化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有一定的抑制作用.  相似文献

以2-呋喃甲醛、苯甲酰肼及其衍生物为原料,合成了4个新型呋喃酰腙(4a~4d),用溶剂挥发法获得了酰腙4a的单晶,并用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了晶体和分子结构。 通过元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱、紫外光谱和荧光光谱等技术手段对酰腙(4a~4d)进行了表征。 结构分析表明,酰腙4a通过分子间氢键和分子间呋喃环错位面对面π…π作用力构成二维链式层状结构;荧光分析表明,酰腙4c拥有较强的荧光发射。 采用琼脂扩散法测试了酰腙(4a~4d)对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的抑制活性,结果显示,酰腙4c对金黄色葡萄球菌有显著的抑制活性。  相似文献

Two new 1,3-oxazin derivatives, C22H24N2O5(3I) and C19H16N2O5(3II), have been synthesized via an unusual cascade reaction. The attractive aspect of this cascade reaction is that the novel construction of 1,3-oxazine and the direct C-N bond formation from C-C bond can be easily achieved via pyridine-mediated acylation in a one-pot operation. Both compounds have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 3I crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 16.282(4), b = 7.4117(18), c = 17.256(5) , β = 103.193(9)°, V = 2027.4(9) 3, Mr = 396.43, Z = 4, Dc = 1.299 g/cm3, F(000) = 840, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073 ), the final R = 0.0771 and wR = 0.1582 for 3662 were observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 3II crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.1265(9), b = 10.1071(13), c = 23.529(3), α = 97.463(9), β = 96.981(9), γ = 94.345(9)°, V = 1600.5(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.409 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, CuKa radiation(λ = 1.54186 ), the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1241 for 4920 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary antibacterial activities of 2 and 3 against E. coli and S. aureus were investigated. The results showed that the inhibiting effect of 3 was higher than that of 2.  相似文献

Abstract

Phenazine-1-carboxylic acid (PCA) as a natural product which has significant inhibition effects against many soil-borne fungal phytopathogens in agricultural application and has been registered in China as the fungicide against rice sheath blight. In order to find new higher fungicidal activities lead compounds and develop new eco-friendly agrochemicals, we introduced substructure piperazines which also have high biological activity into PCA, designed and synthesized a series of phenazine-1-carboxylic piperazine derivatives, and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and HRMS. Most compounds exhibited certain in vitro fungicidal activities. In particular, Compounds 5r exhibited the activity against all the tested pathogenic fungi, such as Rhizoctonia solani, Alternaria solani, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium graminearum, Pyricularia oryzac Cavgra, with the EC50 value of 24.6μM, 42.9μM, 73.7μM, 73.8μM, 34.2μM, respectively, more potent activities than PCA (33.2μM, 81.5μM, 186.5μM, 176.4μM, 37.3μM). This result provided a highly active lead compound for the further structure optimization design.  相似文献

A novel palladium(II) complex [(TMEDA)Pd(anca)2].2DMSO (1, TMEDA = N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylethylenediamine, anca = anthracene-9-carboxylic acid) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1H NMR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The cell belongs to orthorhombic Aba2 space group with a = 19.698(7), b = 21.045(7) c = 9.062(3) A, Z = 4, V= 3757(2) A3, C40H46N206PdS2, Mr = 821.31, D, = 1.452 g/cm3, F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0272, wR = 0.0667 and GOOF = 0.999. Complex 1 exhibits an interesting distorted clip-shaped molecular configuration which is stabilized by intramolecular C-H...O hydrogen bonds. The cells are packed into a 3D supramolecular structure based on the intermolecular C-H...zr interactions which further construct the tubular channels serving as guest molecular channels to include the DMSO solvent molecules inside.
