Two types of pyrazole-based palladium complexes were used to catalyze the polymerization of phenylacetylene. Catalysts with electron-withdrawing linkers, [{1,3-(3,5-R2pzCO)2C6H4}Pd2Cl2(μ-Cl)2] (R = tBu (1), Ph (2), Me (3), [{2,6-(3,5-R2pzCO)2C5H3N)}PdCl2] (R = tBu (4), Me (5)), show high conversion; whilst those with simple pyrazole ligands, [(3,5-R2pz)2PdCl2] (R = H (6), Me (7), tBu (8)), [(3,5-tBu2pz)2PdCl(Me)] (9), have much lower conversions. Conversion greatly improved when 9 was used to catalyze the co-polymerization of sulfur dioxide and phenylacetylene. Both types of catalysts produce predominantly transcisoidal polyphenylacetylene.  相似文献

Several trans-hydridomethylbis(phosphine)-platinum(II) and -palladium(II) complexes have been made by the reaction: trans-M(H)Cl(PR3)2 + CH3MgBr → trans-M(CH3)(PR3)2 + MgClBr and their structures determined by 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The complexes in which M  Pt and R  Cy (cyclohexyl) or i-Pr (isopropyl) are very stable in the solid state and in solution, while the compounds in which M  Pt, R  Et (ethyl) and M  Pd, R  i-Pr slowly decompose either in the solid state or in solution. The compound in which M  Pd and R  Cy was not isolated but was identified in solution.  相似文献

The pyrazole ligand 3,5-dimethyl-4-iodopyrazole (HdmIPz) has been used to obtain a series of palladium(II) complexes (14) of the type [PdX2(HdmIPz)2] {X = Cl (1); Br (2); I (3); SCN (4)}. All compounds have been isolated, purified, and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C{1H}-NMR experiments, differential thermal analysis (DTA), and thermogravimetry (TG). The TG/DTA curves showed that the compounds released ligands in the temperature range 137–605 °C, yielding metallic palladium as final residue. The complexes and the ligand together with cisplatin have been tested in vitro by MTT assay for their cytotoxicity against two murine cancer cell lines: mammary adenocarcinoma (LM3) and lung adenocarcinoma (LP07).  相似文献

This study describes the synthesis, IR, 1H, and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopic as well the thermal characterization of the new palladium(II) pyrazolyl complexes [PdCl2(HmPz)2] 1, [PdBr2(HmPz)2] 2, [PdI2(HmPz)2] 3, [Pd(SCN)2(HmPz)2] 4 {HmPz = 4-methylpyrazole}. The residues of the thermal decomposition were identified as Pd0 by X-ray powder diffraction. From the initial decomposition temperatures, the thermal stability of the complexes can be ordered in the sequence: 1 > 2 > 4 ≈ 3. The cytotoxic activities of the complexes and the ligand were investigated against two murine cancer cell lines: mammary adenocarcinoma (LM3) and lung adenocarcinoma (LP07) and compared to cisplatin under the same experimental conditions.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-methoxycarbonyl-2-methyl- or 3-dimethoxyphosphoryl-2-methyl-substituted 4-oxo-4H-chromones 1 with N-methylhydrazine resulted in the formation of isomeric, highly substituted pyrazoles 4 (major products) and 5 (minor products). Intramolecular transesterification of 4 and 5 under basic conditions led, respectively, to tricyclic derivatives 7 and 8. The structures of pyrazoles 4a (dimethyl 2-methyl-4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl-phosphonate) and 4b (methyl 4-oxo-2-methyl-4H-chromene-3-carboxylate) were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Pyrazoles 4a and 4b were used as ligands (L) in the formation of ML2Cl2 complexes with platinum(II) or palladium(II) metal ions (M). Potassium tetrachloroplatinate(II), used as the metal ion reagent, gave both trans-[Pt(4a)2Cl2] and cis-[Pt(4a)2Cl2], complexes with ligand 4a, and only cis-[Pt(4b)2Cl2] isomer with ligand 4b. Palladium complexes were obtained by the reaction of bis(benzonitrile)dichloropalladium(II) with the test ligands. trans-[Pd(4a)2Cl2] and trans-[Pd(4b)2Cl2] were the exclusive products of these reactions. The structures of all the complexes were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and FAB MS spectral analysis, elemental analysis and Kurnakov tests.  相似文献

Two mononuclear copper(II) complexes with pyrazole derivatives, 1,1′-(anthracen-9-ylmethylene)bis(1H-pyrazole) (L1 ) and 9-(4-(di(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)phenyl)-9H-carbazole (L2 ), of formulae [CuL1(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 (1) and [CuL2(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 (2) were prepared. Both complexes were confirmed by IR, MS, 1H NMR, and elemental analyses. Complex 1 was also characterized by X-ray crystallography, confirming that copper(II) is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two L1 and two oxygen atoms from two perchlorates. Furthermore, all ligands and complexes were tested in vitro for their antitumor activities using mouse melanoma cell line B16-F10, HepG2 human hepatoma cell line, and A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cell line. Both complexes displayed potent cytotoxicity and are promising substrates for further investigations.  相似文献

Summary Equimolar quantities of [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] (M = Mo or W) and C3H4N2 (pyrazole) react in CH2C12 at room temperature to give the iodo-bridged dimers [M(μ-I) (CO)3(C3H4N2)]2 (1) and (2). Two equivalents of C3H4N2 react with [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] (M = Mo or W) to give the bis(pyrazole) complexes [MI2(CO)3(C3H4N2)2] (3) and (4) in good yield. Three and four equivalents of pyrazole react with [MoI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] to give the cationic complexes [MoI(CO)3(C3H4N2)3]I (5) and [MoI(CO)2(C3H4N2)4]I (6), respectively. The mixed ligand complexes [MI2(CO)3(C3H4N2)L] (M = Mo or W; L = PPh3, AsPh3 or SbPh3) (7)-(12) are prepared by reacting equimolar amounts of [MI2(CO)3(NCMe)2] and L in CH2C12 at room temperature, followed by an in situ reaction with one equivalent of C3H4N2. The MoSnCl3 complex [MoCl(SnCl3)(CO)3(C3H4N2)2] (13) is prepared in an analogous manner using acetone as the solvent, whilst the mixed ligand compound [MoCl(SnQ3)(CO) 3(C3H4N2)(PPh3)] (14) was prepared by treating the dimeric complex [Mo(μ-Cl)(SnCl3)(CO)3(PPh3)]2 with two equivalents of C3H4N2. All the new complexes were characterised by elemental analysis (carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen), i.r. and 1H n.m.r. spectroscopy.  相似文献

Four new complexes having general formula [CoL2(acr)2] (L: 1H-pyrazole (Hpz) (1); 3-methyl-1H-pyrazole (3-Me-Hpz) (2); 4-methyl-1H-pyrazole (4-Me-Hpz) (3); 3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole (Hdmpz) (4); acr: acrylato ion) were synthesised and characterised. The infrared and UV–vis spectral data indicate that these pyrazole derivatives act as unidentate while acrylato ions act as bidentate chelate ligands generating Co(II) complexes with octahedral stereochemistry. TG experiments revealed the nature of complex species as anhydrous and confirmed those compositions. The biological assays revealed a good activity against Bacillus subtilis for all complexes.  相似文献

Complex 1 and 2 are both dinuclear structures which are further packed into a 1D supramolecular chain and a 3D supramolecular framework via weak C–H…O hydrogen bond interactions respectively.  相似文献

Summary Copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes of triazacycloalkanes (pqr-cy), with p, q, r = 2–6, have been prepared and characterized by means of electronic and i.r. spectroscopy, and by magnetic measurements. With nickel(II) mononuclear octahedral complexes [Ni(pgr-cy)2](CI04)2 are formed, but for copper(II) mononuclear octahedral complexes were obtained only for 222-cy and 223-cy. The other ligands gave copper(II) complexes of the type [Cu(pgr-cy)CI]CIO4, [Cu(pgr-cy)OH]ClO4, Or [Cu(pgr-cy)CI1/2OH1/2]ClO4. Summary Two structurally related reagents,N-(orthovanillidene)-anthranilic acid (H2L1) andN-(vanillidene)anthranilic acid (H2L2), have been used to synthesize new uranyl complexes having different metal-ligand ratios, e.g. 11, 23 and 12 using various starting materials. Mononuclear palladium(II) complexes containing both pyrazole-type ligands and thiocyanate, of general formula [Pd(SCN)2(L)2] {L = pyrazole (HPz) and 1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazole (phmPz)} have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r. and n.m.r. spectroscopy and by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. New cyanamidonitrate complexes of the type [Ni(NO2NCN)2L4], where L = pyrazole (pz), 3(5)-methylpyrazole (mpz), 3,5-dimethylpyrazole (dmpz), 3,4,5-trimethylpyrazole (tmpz), indazole (benzopyrazole; inz), 4-bromopyrazole (Br-pz) and 4-iodopyrazole (I-pz) have been isolated and characterized by i.r. and electronic spectroscopy. The crystal structure of [Ni(NO2NCN)2(pz)4] was solved by X-ray crystallography. The NiII environment is practically octahedral, composed of four tertiary nitrogens from pyrazole ligands and two nitrile nitrogens from cyanamidonitrate groups. According to the spectral results similar molecular structures can be attributed to all remaining complexes. The i.r. spectra exhibit changes in the cyanamidonitrate vibrations caused by coordination of this group. The electronic spectra are in agreement with the practically octahedral NiII environment.  相似文献

The [Ru(SCN)2(PPh3)2(L)2] complexes, where L = HPz, PhIm, HTz, have been prepared and studied by IR, NMR, UV–vis spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The complexes were prepared in the reactions of [RuCl2(PPh3)3] with pyrazole, benzimidazole and triazole in methanol solutions.
