This paper is concerned with exponential stability of solutions of perturbed discrete equations. For a given m>1 we will provide necessary and sufficient conditions for exponential stability of all perturbed systems with perturbation of order m under the assumption that the unperturbed linear system is exponentially stable. Basing on this result we obtained necessary and sufficient conditions for exponential stability of the perturbed system for all perturbations of order m>1 for regular systems. Our results are expressed in terms of regular coefficients of the unperturbed system. 相似文献

In this paper we present a sufficient condition for the stability of the equilibrium of a nonlinear planar system. The proof is based on the computation of the corresponding Birkhoff normal forms. The result does not involve small parameters. Applications to the relativistic oscillator are also given. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to give new criteria for the exact multiplicity and stability of 2π-periodic solutions for Duffing equation x′′ + cx′ + g(t, x) = h(t). The proof is based on the connections between degree theory and local index of periodic solutions due to Ortega [17], and the new L p estimates (1 ≤ p ≤ ∞) for periodic and anti-periodic eigenvalues of Hill’s equation due to Zhang and Li [26]. Mathematical analysis of the model equations with regard to boundedness of solutions, permanence and stability are analyzed. A temporally global solution, if it exists, of a nonautonomous ordinary differential equation need not be periodic, almost periodic or almost automorphic when the forcing term is periodic, almost periodic or almost automorphic, respectively. An alternative class of functions extending periodic and almost periodic functions which has the property that a bounded temporally global solution solution of a nonautonomous ordinary differential equation belongs to this class when the forcing term does is introduced here. Specifically, the class of functions consists of uniformly continuous functions, defined on the real line and taking values in a Banach space, which have pre-compact ranges. Besides periodic and almost periodic functions, this class also includes many nonrecurrent functions. Assuming a hyperbolic structure for the unperturbed linear equation and certain properties for the linear and nonlinear parts, the existence of a special bounded entire solution, as well the existence of stable and unstable manifolds of this solution are established. Moreover, it is shown that this solution and these manifolds inherit the temporal behaviour of the vector field equation. In the stable case it is shown that this special solution is the pullback attractor of the system. A class of infinite dimensional examples involving a linear operator consisting of a time independent part which generates a C0-semigroup plus a small time dependent part is presented and applied to systems of coupled heat and beam equations. 相似文献

In this paper, we consider a modified delay differential equation model of the growth of n-species of plankton having competitive and allelopathic effects on each other. We first obtain the sufficient conditions which guarantee the permanence of the system. As a corollary, for periodic case, we obtain a set of delay-dependent condition which ensures the existence of at least one positive periodic solution of the system. After that, by means of a suitable Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions are derived for the global attractivity of the system. For the two-dimensional case, under some suitable assumptions, we prove that one of the components will be driven to extinction while the other will stabilize at a certain solution of a logistic equation. Examples show the feasibility of the main results. 相似文献
