A series of optically active silatrane derivatives, [Si{N(CHRCH(2)O)(CH(2)CH(2)O)(2)}X] (R = Me, i-Pr; X = Ph, OMe) has been synthesized by the reaction of optically active triethanolamine derivatives with XSi(OMe)(3), and characterized by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, (29)Si NMR, and mass spectroscopy, and the structures of six compounds have been determined by X-ray analysis. Molecular mechanics methods have also been employed to obtain the energy-minimized structures. The (29)Si NMR chemical shifts and the lengths of Si-N determined by X-ray analysis are sensitive to the bulkiness of the substituent (R). The Si-X bond lengths (X: trans position to nitrogen) do not appreciably differ from one another. The MM2 calculations indicated that the substituent exists in the equatorial position, and the results are in agreement with those of X-ray analysis and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. Crystallographic data: [R = H; X = OMe], C(7)H(15)NO(4)Si, orthorhombic, Pna2(1), a = 13.407(1) ?, b = 8.761(2) ?, c = 8.191(1) ?, Z = 4; [R = Me; X = OMe], C(8)H(17)NO(4)Si, orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 10.110(3) ?, b = 11.083(2) ?, c = 9.474(2) ?, Z = 4; [R = i-Pr; X = OMe], C(10)H(21)NO(4)Si, monoclinic, P2(1), a = 8.481(1) ?, b = 7.805(1) ?, c = 10.218(2) ?, beta = 111.31(1) degrees, Z = 2; [R = Me; X = Ph], C(13)H(19)NO(3)Si, orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 8.813(1) ?, b = 11.137(2) ?, c = 13.757(1) ?, Z = 4; [R = i-Pr; X = Ph], C(15)H(23)NO(3)Si, orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 8.365(1) ?, b = 13.538(2) ?, c = 13.841(2) ?, Z = 4.  相似文献

Three methods have been developed to prepare gallium and indium complexes of three tetradentate N(2)S(2) ligands of the general formula M(N(2)S(2))R (M = Ga, In; R = Cl, Br, SCN, O(2)CC(6)H(5)-O,O'). The ancillary ligand (Cl, SCN, O(2)CC(6)H(5)-O,O') was varied with the tetradentate ligand BAT-TM. X-ray crystallography shows that the coordination geometry about the d(10) metal ion is influenced by the steric requirements of the ligands. X-ray crystallography of four molecules results in the following data: GaCl(BAT-TM) (1), formula = C(10)H(22)ClGaN(2)S(2), space group = Pnma, a = 12.387(4) ?, b = 21.116(6) ?, c = 5.986(2) ?, V = 1565.8(9) ?(3), Z = 4; InCl(BAT-TM) (2), formula = C(10)H(22)ClInN(2)S(2), space group = Pnma, a = 12.968(9) ?, b = 29.29(1) ?, c = 5.866(2) ?, V = 1620(2) ?(3), Z = 4; InNCS(BAT-TM) (3), formula = C(11)H(24)ClInN(3)S(3), space group = Pbca, a = 11.812(3) ?, b = 11.679(3) ?, c = 24.238(9) ?, V = 3449.7 (17) ?(3), Z = 8; In(O,O'-O(2)CC(6)H(5))(BAT-TM) (4), formula = C(19)H(29)O(2)InN(2)S(2), space group = P2(1)/n, a = 10.783(2) ?, b = 18.708(4) ?, c = 12.335(4) ?, V = 2321.7(9) ?(3), Z = 4. Proton NMR studies show that the complexes are stable in solution; in polar solvents such as acetonitrile, for certain molecules, two metal-ligand complexes are observed. Similarly, two metal-ligand complexes are seen in NMR data taken in 80% acetonitrile/20% D(2)O (pD = 4.6) mixture. HPLC studies (acetonitrile/50 mM sodium acetate, pH = 4.6) show that the lipophilicity of the ligand determines the retention time of the complex.  相似文献

The simultaneous action of the tridentate ligand (C(2)H(5))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)SH)(2) and the monodentate coligand HSC(6)H(4)OCH(3) on a suitable ReO(3+) precursor results in a mixture of syn- and anti-oxorhenium complexes, ReO[(C(2)H(5))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)S)(2)] [SC(6)H(4)OCH(3)], in a ratio of 25/1. The complexes are prepared by a ligand exchange reaction using ReO(eg)(2) (eg = ethylene glycol), ReOCl(3)(PPh(3))(2), or Re(V)-citrate as precursor. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-vis, X-ray crystallography, and NMR spectroscopy. The syn isomer C(17)H(29)N(2)O(2)S(3)Re crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, a = 14.109(4) ?, b = 7.518(2) ?, c = 20.900(5) ?, beta = 103.07(1) degrees, V = 2159.4(9) ?(3), Z = 4. The anti isomer C(17)H(29)N(2)O(2)S(3)Re crystallizes in P2(1)/n, a = 9.3850(7) ?, b = 27.979(2) ?, c = 8.3648(6) ?, beta = 99.86(1) degrees, V = 2163.9(3) ?(3), Z = 4. Complete NMR studies show that the orientation of the N substituent chain with respect to the Re=O core greatly influences the observed chemical shifts. Complexes were also prepared at the tracer ((186)Re) level by using (186)Re-citrate as precursor. Corroboration of the structure at tracer level was achieved by comparative HPLC studies.  相似文献

The reactions of Ga(CH(2)CH(3))(3) with variable amounts of elemental sulfur, S(8), in toluene or benzene at different temperatures result in the insertion of sulfur into the Ga-C bonds to form the compounds Ga[(S-S)CH(2)CH(3)](3) (I) and Ga[(S-S-S)CH(2)CH(3)](3) (II). Compound I was isolated from the reaction at low temperature while at room temperature; compound II was the major product. Compound II exhibited the maximum extent of sulfur insertion even when the reactions were carried out with more than 9.0 equiv of sulfur. The reactions of Ga(CH(3))(3) with various amounts of sulfur in toluene or benzene only result in the formation of compound III, Ga[(S-S)CH(3)](3). In pyridine at -30 degrees C, deinsertion of the sulfur atoms from Ga-S-S-C bonds was observed for the first time from compounds I and III resulting in formation of the six-membered Ga-S ring compounds IV, [PyEtGaS](3), and V, [PyMeGaS](3), respectively. Compounds IV and V were characterized by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound IV crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, with a = 9.288(2) ?, b = 14.966(2) ?, c = 19.588(3) ?, beta = 90.690(10) degrees, and Z = 4. Compound V crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, with a = 10.385(1) ?, b = 15.300(2) ?, c = 15.949(2) ?, beta = 107.01(1) degrees, Z = 4, unit cell volume = 2423.5(5) ?(3), R = 0.030, and R(w) = 0.026. The sulfur insertion reaction pathway was investigated by time-dependent and variable-temperature (1)H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A new crystal of N-(acetamide) morpholinium (NAM) bromide has been prepared in methanol at room temperature and characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis, elemental analysis, GS-MS, FTIR, NMR((1)H,(13)C, DEPTH and HETCOR). The N-(acetamide) morpholinium crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system, Pnma with unit cell a=12.798(9) ?, b=7.222(5) ?, c=9.244(5) ?, β=90.00, V=854.4(9) ?(3), Z=4. The X-ray structure determination revealed that there are strong inner and intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal.  相似文献

Photolysis of (eta(6)-arene)Cr(CO)(3) complexes and HSnPh(3) in aromatic solvents at room temperature has led to two classes of complexes: hydrido stannyl compounds containing the eta(2)-H-SnPh(3) ligand and bis(stannyl) compounds containing two SnPh(3) ligands. The ratio between the two complexes simultaneously produced depends on the choice of the arene. Complexes with different arenes (mesitylene, toluene, benzene, fluorobenzene, and difluorobenzene) have been obtained and characterized including X-ray structures for (eta(6)-C(6)H(3)(CH(3))(3))Cr(CO)(2)(H)(SnPh(3)) (1a), (eta(6)-C(6)H(3)(CH(3))(3))Cr(CO)(2)(SnPh(3))(2) (1b), (eta(6)-C(6)H(5)F)Cr(CO)(2)(SnPh(3))(2) (4b), and (eta(6)-C(6)H(4)F(2))Cr(CO)(2)(SnPh(3))(2) (5b). X-ray crystallography of the last three compounds has given the following results: 1b, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c (No. 14), a = 13.905(4) ?, b = 18.499(2) ?, c = 17.708(2) ?, Z = 4, V = 4285(1) ?(3); 4b, orthorhombic, space group Pca2(1) (No. 29), a = 16.717(2) ?, b = 18.453(2) ?, c = 25.766(2) ?, Z = 8, V = 7948(2) ?(3); 5b, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c (No. 14), a = 13.756(2) ?, b = 18.560(2) ?, c = 17.159(2) ?, Z = 4, V = 4372(2) ?(3). The relatively high J((119)Sn-Cr-H) and J((117)Sn-Cr-H) values as well as the X-ray structural data provide evidence for the existence of three-center two-electron bonds in the hydrido stannyl complexes. The (1)H NMR data of the complexes are compared with chromium-arene bond distances, and a sensible trend is observed and discussed.  相似文献

A tetra-n-butylammonium (TBA) salt of [H(4.5)(Ta(6)O(19))](3.5-) was synthesized by reacting hydrous tantalum oxide with TBAOH. X-ray structural analysis of TBA(3.5)[H(4.5)(Ta(6)O(19))]·2THF·5.5H(2)O (THF = tetrahydrofuran) revealed that this compound consists of a hydrogen-bonded, rod-shaped tetramer of hexatantalate that is almost 30 ? long together with TBA cations and solvent molecules of crystallization [a = 20.6354(5) ?, b = 25.5951(7) ?, c = 37.2058(8) ?, α = 77.092(1)°, β = 86.177(1)°, γ = 88.683(1)°, V = 19110.9(8) ?(3), Z = 8, and space group P ?1]. (1)H NMR spectra showed that this tetrameric structure is maintained in solution.  相似文献

Homoleptic copper(I) and silver(I) complexes [M(n)(L-L)(2)(n)()](BF(4))(n)() (M = Cu or Ag; L-L = MeECH(2)EMe; E = S, Se or Te) have been prepared and characterized by analysis, FAB mass spectrometry, and IR and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy ((1)H, (77)Se, (125)Te, (63)Cu and (109)Ag). The single-crystal X-ray structures of [Cu(n)()(MeSeCH(2)SeMe)(2)(n)()](PF(6))(n)() (orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 10.879(7) ?, b = 16.073(7) ?, c = 9.19(1) ?, Z = 4) and [Ag(n)()(MeSeCH(2)SeMe)(2)(n)()](BF(4))(n)() (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 14.546(9) ?, b = 14.65(1) ?, c = 30.203(9) ?, Z = 4) reveal extended three-dimensional cationic frameworks in the solid state which contain large cylindrical or rectangular channels accommodating the PF(6)(-) or BF(4)(-) counterions. In contrast, a single-crystal X-ray structure of [Cu(n)()(MeSCH(2)SMe)(2)(n)()](PF(6))(n)().nMeNO(2) (orthorhombic, Pbcn, a = 15.506(3) ?, b = 8.934(2) ?, c = 25.859(3) ?, Z = 8) shows tetrahedral Cu(I) ions coordinated to bridging dithioethers forming an cationic ribbon-like arrangement of 8-membered rings. Adjacent rings are linked by the Cu atoms. Variable temperature NMR studies have been used to probe various exchange processes occurring in solution in these systems.  相似文献

With the high-throughput (HT) methodology, the bifunctional aminoalkylphosphonic acids (AAPA) linker molecules 2-aminoethyl- (AEPA), 3-aminopropyl- (APPA), and 4-aminobutylphosphonic acid (ABPA) [HO(3)P-C(n)H(2n)-NH(2) (n = 2-4)] and zinc nitrate were used to synthesize new metal phosphonates in order to investigate the influence of the alkyl chain length on the structure formation. The systematic investigations led to one known (ZnO(3)PC(2)H(4)NH(2)) and six new compounds: one using AEPA, three using APPA, and two using ABPA. The crystal structures of five compounds were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, using X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) data as well as structure modeling employing force field methods. For compound 1, Zn(O(3)P-C(2)H(4)-NH(3))(NO(3))(H(2)O) (monoclinic, Cc, a = 4.799(1) ?, b = 29.342(6) ?, c = 5.631(1) ?, β = 91.59(3)°, V = 792.7(3) ?(3), Z = 4), and compound 2, Zn(2)(OH)(O(3)P-C(3)H(6)-NH(3))(NO(3)) (monoclinic, P2/c, a = 12.158(2) ?, b = 5.0315(10) ?, c = 13.952(3) ?, β = 113.23(3)°, V = 784.3(3) ?(3), Z = 2), the structures were determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The crystal structures of [Zn(O(3)P-C(3)H(6)-NH(2))]·H(2)O (3) (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 9.094(2) ?, b = 5.0118(7) ?, c = 16.067(4) ?, β = 90.38(2)°, V = 732.3(2) ?(3), Z = 4) and Zn(O(3)P-C(4)H(8)-NH(2)) (5) (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 8.570(7) ?, b = 8.378(4) ?, c = 9.902(6) ?, β = 90.94(5)°, V = 710.9(8) ?(3), Z = 4) were determined using XRPD data. The structural model for compound 6, Zn(O(3)P-C(4)H(8)-NH(3))(NO(3))(H(2)O), was established using lattice parameters from XRPD data and following crystal structure modeling employing force field methods. The structures depend strongly on the alkyl chain length n. For n = 2 and 4 isoreticular compounds are observed, while n = 3 leads to new structures. Larger amounts of all compounds were obtained employing scale-up syntheses in a conventional oven as well as in a microwave reactor system. In addition, in situ energy dispersive X-ray diffraction (EDXRD) experiments at 130 °C were performed at beamline F3 at HASYLAB, DESY, Hamburg, to investigate the formation of compounds 2 and 3 as well as the phase transformation of 2 into 3 upon addition of NaOH. All compounds were characterized in detail using X-ray powder diffraction, IR/Raman spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Analogous to the formation of CH(2)[(t-Bu)(2)C(6)H(2)O](2)P(Ph)(O(2)C(6)Cl(4)) (1), the new bicyclic tetraoxyphosphoranes CH(2)[(t-Bu)(2)C(6)H(2)O](2)P(Et)(O(2)C(6)Cl(4)) (3) and CH(2)[ClC(6)H(3)O](2)P(Ph)(O(2)C(6)Cl(4)) (4) were synthesized by the oxidative addition of the appropriate cyclic phosphines with o-tetrachlorobenzoquinone. For the formation of CH(2)[(t-Bu)(2)C(6)H(2)O](2)P(Ph)(O(2)C(2)Ph(2)) (2), a similar reaction was followed with the use of benzil (PhCOCOPh) in place of o-tetrachlorobenzoquinone. X-ray analysis of 1-3 revealed trigonal bipyramidal geometries and provided evidence for the first series of complexes in the absence of ring strain in which the least electronegative group, ethyl or phenyl, is located in an axial position, in violation of the electronegativity rule. Thus, the two oxygen-containing ring systems occupied two different sets of positions in the trigonal bipyramid (TBP) with the eight-membered rings at diequatorial sites. X-ray analysis of 4 revealed a trigonal bipyramidal geometry with electron-withdrawing chlorine substituents on each ring assumed the more conventional geometry with the rings occupying axial-equatorial positions and the phenyl group located in the remaining equatorial site. The fact that molecular mechanics calculations favorably reproduced the observed geometries suggests that a steric contribution associated with the ring tert-butyl groups for 1-3 is partly responsible in favoring diequatorial ring occupancy for the eight-membered ring. NMR data supported rigid pentacoordinated structures in solution at 23 degrees C. Phosphorane 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Fdd2 with a = 44.787(5) ?, b = 34.648(8) ?, c = 10.3709(9) ?, and Z = 16. Phosphorane 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna2(1) with a = 20.658(8) ?, b = 10.342(2) ?, c = 19.879(6) ?, and Z = 4. Phosphorane 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pcmn with a = 9.807(2) ?, b = 16.632(4) ?, c = 23.355(3) ?, and Z = 4. Phosphorane 4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 35.699(5) ?, b = 12.187(2) ?, c = 14.284(3) ?, beta = 107.08(1) degrees, and Z = 8. The synthesis and characterization of the tetrameric lithium thiolate (LiSC(6)H(2)-2,4,6-Ph(3))(4).C(7)H(8) (1), the trimeric lithium thiolate (LiSC(6)H(3)-2,6-Mes(2))(3).C(6)H(14)()()(2) (Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)), the thiol HSC(6)H(3)-2,6-Trip(2) (3) (Trip = 2,4,6-i-Pr(3)C(6)H(2)), and the complete alkali metal series of dimeric thiolates (MSC(6)H(3)-2,6-Trip(2))(2) (M = Li (4, 5), Na (6), K (7), Rb (8), Cs (9)) are described. The compounds were characterized by (1)H, (7)Li, and (13)C NMR and IR spectroscopy and by X-ray crystallography. The compounds 1 and 2 crystallize as four- and three-rung ladder framework structures. The compounds 4-9 crystallize as dimers with M(2)S(2) cores. In addition, the metal ions interact with the ortho aryl groups to varying degrees in all the structures. The extent of these interactions appears to be determined mainly by ionic sizes and geometric factors. The coordination geometry of the thiolato sulfurs also varies from pyramidal in 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 and one planar and one slightly pyramidal sulfur geometry in 7 to both sulfurs being planar coordinated in 8 and 9. The reaction of HCN(2)(SiMe(3))(3) with benzenesulfenyl chloride in a 1:3 molar ratio produces HCN(2)(SPh)(3) (4) as thermally unstable, colorless crystals. The decomposition of (4) in toluene at 95 degrees C was monitored by UV-visible, (1)H NMR and ESR spectroscopy. The major final products of the decomposition were identified as PhSN=C(H)N=NC(H)=NSPh (5) and PhSSPh. The structures of 4 and 5 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of 4 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/a, with a = 9.874(2) ?, b = 19.133(2) ?, c = 10.280(2) ?, beta = 113.37(1) degrees, V = 1782.8(5) ?(3), and Z = 4. The final R and R(w) values were 0.042 and 0.049, respectively. The crystals of 5 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, with a = 5.897(6) ?, b = 18.458(10) ?, c = 7.050(8) ?, beta = 110.97(5) degrees, V = 716(1) ?(3), and Z = 2. The final R and R(w) values were 0.075 and 0.085, respectively. The diazene 5 adopts a Z,E,Z structure with weak intramolecular S.N contacts of 2.83 ?, giving rise to four-membered NCNS rings. During the thermolysis of 4 at 95 degrees C in toluene a transient species (lambda(max) 820 nm) was detected. It decomposes with second-order kinetics to give 5 (lambda(max) 450 nm). The ESR spectrum of the reaction mixture consisted of the superposition of a three-line 1:1:1 spectrum (g = 2.0074, A(N) = 11.45 G), attributed to (PhS)(2)N(*), upon a doublet of quintets (1:2:3:2:1) with g = 2.0070, A(N) = 6.14 G, A(H) = 2.1 G assigned to the radical HCN(2)(SPh)(2)(*). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations for the models of the radical showed the E,Z isomer to have the lowest energy. Thermochemical calculations indicate that the decomposition of HCN(2)(SH)(3) into the diazene (Z,E,Z)-HSN=C(H)N=NC(H)=NSH (and 2 HSSH) is substantially more exothermic (DeltaH = -176.1 kJ mol(-)(1)) than the corresponding formation of the isomeric eight-membered ring (HC)(2)N(4)(SH)(2) (DeltaH = -40.6 kJ mol(-)(1)). These calculations also indicate that the diazene is formed by a mechanism in which the RS(*) radical acts as a catalyst.  相似文献

This work was conducted as part of a broad-based effort to determine the factors that affect cation formation for organometallic aluminum complexes. In this study the adduct species R(2)AlX.NH(2)(t)Bu (R, X: Me, F (1); Me, Cl (2); Et, Cl (3); Me, Br (4)) and cationic complexes [R(2)Al(NH(2)(t)Bu)(2)]X (R, X: Me, Br (5); Et, Br (6); Me, I (7)) were examined. These complexes demonstrate that the reaction of R(2)AlX with excess NH(2)(t)Bu produces cationic complexes only when X = Br or I. All of the compounds were characterized by melting points, (1)H NMR, IR, elemental analyses, and, in some cases, X-ray crystallography. X-ray data: 2, triclinic, P&onemacr;, a = 6.277(3) ?, b = 8.990(3) ?, c = 10.393(3) ?, alpha = 71.97(1) degrees, beta = 80.25(3) degrees, gamma = 81.97(3) degrees, V = 547.0(4) ?(3), Z = 2, 1032 reflections with F > 4.0 sigma(F), R = 0.0520; 5, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 9.099(1) ?, b = 10.292(1) ?, c = 17.255(2) ?, beta = 104.81(1) degrees, V = 1562.1(3) ?(3), Z = 4, 1464 reflections with F > 4.0 sigmaF, R = 0.0387; 6, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 14.122(2) ?, b = 13.539(2) ?, c = 21.089(2) ?, beta = 107.73(1) degrees, V = 3841.2(9) ?(3), Z = 4, 781 reflections with F > 5.0 sigmaF, R = 0.0873; 7, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 9.071(1) ?, b = 10.529(1) ?, c = 17.714(2) ?, beta = 103.67(1) degrees, V = 1644.0(3) ?(3), Z = 4, 1723 reflections with F > 4.0 sigmaF, R = 0.0451.  相似文献

In this contribution, we describe the preparation and single-crystal X-ray diffraction of a new building block for bimetallic solid state materials. X-ray diffraction data of these complexes indicate that (PPh(4))(2)[Fe(CN)(5)imidazole]·2H(2)O crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.8108(15) ?, b = 11.1655(17) ?, c = 23.848(4) ?, α = 87.219(2)°, β = 85.573(2)°, γ = 70.729(2)°, and Z = 2, while its precursor Na(3)[Fe(CN)(5)(en)]·5H(2)O crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 8.3607(7) ?, b = 11.1624(9) ?, c = 17.4233(14) ?, β = 90.1293(9)°, and Z = 4. Spectroscopic and magnetic properties of a series of bimetallic materials were obtained by reaction of the complex [Fe(CN)(5)imidazole](2-) with hydrated transition metal ions [M(H(2)O)(n)](2+) (M = Mn, Co, Zn; n = 4 or 6). The new bimetallic materials obtained are [Co(H(2)O)(2)][Fe(CN)(5)imidazole]·2H(2)O (1), [Mn(CH(3)OH)(2)][Fe(CN)(5)imidazole] (2), Zn[Fe(CN)(5)imidazole]·H(2)O (3), and [Mn(bpy)][Fe(CN)(5)imidazole].H(2)O (4). All of the complexes crystallize in the orthorhombic system. X-ray single-crystal analysis of the compounds identified the Imma space group with a = 7.3558(10) ?, b = 14.627(2) ?, c = 14.909(2) ?, and Z = 4 for 1; the P2(1)2(1)2(1) space group with a = 7.385(5) ?, b = 13.767(9) ?, c = 14.895(10) ?, and Z = 4 for 2; the Pnma space group with a = 13.783(2) ?, b = 7.167(11) ?, c = 12.599(2) ?, and Z = 4 for 3; and the Pnma space group with a = 13.192(3) ?, b = 7.224(16) ?, c = 22.294(5) ?, and Z = 4 for 4. The structures of 1, 2, and 4 consist of two-dimensional network layers containing, as the repeating unit, a cyclic tetramer [M(2)Fe(2)(CN)(4)] (M = Mn, Co). H bonding between the layers in the structure of 1 results in a quasi-three-dimensional network. The structure of 3 was found to be three-dimensional, where all of the cyano ligands are involved in bridging between the metal centers. The bridging character of the cyano is confirmed spectroscopically. The magnetic properties have been investigated for all of the bimetallic systems. Compound 1 shows ferromagnetic behavior with an ordering temperature at 25 K, which is higher than the corresponding Prussian Blue analogue Co(x)[Fe(CN)(6)](y)?·zH(2)O. Compound 2 shows weak ferromagnetic behavior and an interlayer antiferromagnetic character, while 3, as expected, shows paramagnetic character due to the diamagnetic character of Zn(2+). Compound 4 shows antiferromagnetic behavior.  相似文献

A series of novel organically templated metal sulfates, [C(5)H(14)N(2)][M(II)(H(2)O)(6)](SO(4))(2) with (M(II) = Mn (1), Fe (2), Co (3) and Ni (4)), have been successfully synthesized by slow evaporation and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as with infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and magnetic measurements. All compounds were prepared using a racemic source of the 2-methylpiperazine and they crystallized in the monoclinic systems, P2(1)/n for (1, 3) and P2(1)/c for (2,4). Crystal data are as follows: [C(5)H(14)N(2)][Mn(H(2)O)(6)](SO(4))(2), a = 6.6385(10) ?, b = 11.0448(2) ?, c = 12.6418(2) ?, β = 101.903(10)°, V = 906.98(3) ?(3), Z = 2; [C(5)H(14)N(2)][Fe(H(2)O)(6)](SO(4))(2), a = 10.9273(2) ?, b = 7.8620(10) ?, c = 11.7845(3) ?, β = 116.733(10)°, V = 904.20(3) ?(3), Z = 2; [C(5)H(14)N(2)][Co(H(2)O)(6)](SO(4))(2), a = 6.5710(2) ?, b = 10.9078(3) ?, c = 12.5518(3) ?, β = 101.547(2)°, V = 881.44(4) ?(3), Z = 2; [C(5)H(14)N(2)][Ni(H(2)O)(6)](SO(4))(2), a = 10.8328(2) ?, b = 7.8443(10) ?, c = 11.6790(2) ?, β = 116.826(10)°, V = 885.63(2) ?(3), Z = 2. The three-dimensional structure networks for these compounds consist of isolated [M(II)(H(2)O)(6)](2+) and [C(5)H(14)N(2)](2+) cations and (SO(4))(2-) anions linked by hydrogen-bonds only. The use of racemic 2-methylpiperazine results in crystallographic disorder of the amines and creation of inversion centers. The magnetic measurements indicate that the Mn complex (1) is paramagnetic, while compounds 2, 3 and 4, (M(II) = Fe, Co, Ni respectively) exhibit single ion anisotropy.  相似文献
