Two new coordination polymers [Cu_2(bbim)(dpa)_2(C_2H_5OH)_2](1), [Co(dpa)_2(bbbm)](2)(H_2dpa = diphenic acid, bbim = 1,1?-(1,6-hexanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole, bbbm = 1,1?-(1,4-butanediyl)bis-1 H-benzimidazole) constructed from bis(benzimidazole)-based ligands with different lengths and diphenic acid co-ligand have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions.Complex 1 possesses Cu-dpa helical chains. The adjacent chains are connected by the bbim ligands into two-dimensional(2D) 3-connected(63) topology. Differently, the layer structure of 2 was consisted by one-dimensional chains containing alternated 8-and 18-membered rings. Furthermore,the thermal stability and fluorescence property for all crystalline materials have been investigated.  相似文献

Two new one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymers,[Cu(H2O)(dpa)- MoO4]·H2O 1 and [Co(H2O)(dpa)MoO4] 2,have been synthesized under hydrothermal reactions. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: [Cu(H2O)(dpa)MoO4]·H2O,Mr = 430.71,monoclinic,space group P21/c,a = 9.5469(10),b = 16.6874(17),c = 9.0799(10)A,β = 104.9100(10)°,V = 1397.8(3)A^3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.047 g/cm^3,F(000) = 852,μ = 2.449 mm-1,the final R = 0.0293 and wR = 0.0638 for 2472 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0338) and 2034 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Crystal data for 2: [Co- (H2O)(dpa)MoO4],Mr = 408.09,monoclinic,space group P21/c,a = 10.204(2),b = 18.933(4),c = 6.8875(16)A,β = 102.195(3)o,Z = 4,V = 1300.5(5)A^3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.084 g/cm3,F(000) = 804,μ = 2.262 mm-1,the final R = 0.0357 and wR = 0.0693 for 3022 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0436) and 2286 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Polymer 1 is based on a one-dimensional zigzag chain built up from {Cu(H2O)(dpa)}2+ units bridged through the bidentate {MoO4}2- ligands. The chains extending along the c-axis are arranged alternately with two opposite orientations along the b-axis. The adjacent chains are stably packed together through π-π interactions and exhibit an interesting three-dimensional supramolecular architecture via hydrogen bonding interactions. Polymer 2 based on a one-dimensional zonal chain is built up from {Co(H2O)(dpa)}2+ units linked by the tridentate {MoO4}2- ligands. The ribbons extend along the c-axis. In the bc layers,there are significant interactions of N-H…O-Mo hydrogen bonds and π-π overlaps of dpa ligands between adjacent ribbons.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Bi_2O_3 with pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid(2,6-H_2pdc) and trimesic acid(H3btc)/pyromellitic acid(H4pyr) lead to two bismuth-organic frameworks, namely, [Bi(2,6-pdc)(H_2btc)(H_2O)2]n(1) and [Bi_2(2,6-pdc)2(H2pyr)(H_2O)_2]n(2). Compound 1 crystallizes in the space group P2_1/c. The dimeric {Bi_2} units are linked by 2,6-pdc2-ligands to form 1D chains; Compound 2 exhibits a 2D layered structure with 44 network topology by using dimeric {Bi_2} as secondary building units(SBUs). The chains and layers in 1 and 2 are further arranged into 3D supramolecular structures via hydrogen bonding interactions. The compounds emit blue luminescence. Furthermore, the PXRD, TGA, UV-visible and IR spectra were also studied. Compounds 1, 2 represent good examples of using mixed-ligand approach to construct diversity of luminescent bismuth-organic frameworks.  相似文献

<正>Two novel organic-inorganic heteropolyoxometalate compounds [{Cu(1,10- phen)OH}_2]_2[V_2W_4O_19]·6H_2O (1) and [Co(1,10-phen)_3]_2[V_2W_4O_(19)]·5H_2O (2) (1,10-phen = 1,10- phenanthroline) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 contains a di-V substituted classical Lindqvist-type polyanion [V_2W_4O_(19)]~(4-), two dinuclear copper cations [{Cu(1,10-phen)OH}_2]~(2+) and six water molecules of crystallization. Two dinuclear copper cations [{Cu(1,10-phen)OH}_2]~(2+) consist of four transition metal coordination cations {Cu(1,10-phen)}~(2+), bridged by four hydroxyl groups. Meanwhile, both two dinuclear cations are grafted on the Lindqvist polyanion [V_2W_4O_(19)]~(4-) through two terminal oxygen (O(9)) and two μ_2-oxygen (O(6)) atoms. Such an unusual linking fashion is unique in the polyoxometalate chemistry. The basic framework of 2 is similar to that of 1 and contains one Lindqvist-type polyanion [V_2W_4O_(19)]~(4-), two six-coordinated cobalt cations [Co(1,10-phen)_3]~(2+) and five free water molecules.  相似文献

The self-assembly reactions of [MOS3]^2- (M = W, Mo) with CuS2COCH3 in DMF produced two novel dodecanuclear Mo(W)/Cu/S heterometallic clusters, [Et4N]4[{MOS3}3Cu6S2- (CuS2COCH3)3]·H2O (1: M = W; 2: M = Mo). Cluster 1 crystallizes in hexagonal, space group P-62c with a = 16.5612(3), b = 16.5612(3), c = 16.4660(5)A, Z = 2, V = 3911.13(16)A^3, Dc = 1.935 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 7.269 mm^-1, F(000) = 2192, the final R = 0.0289 and wR = 0.0789 for 2425 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Cluster 2 is isomorphous to 1 with similar crystal parameters. X-ray analysis reveals that both clusters consist of three incomplete cubane-like cluster units {MOS3Cu3S2COCH3}, which are linked together by two μ3-S atoms.  相似文献

在pH=3.0的水溶液中,Na_2WO_4·2H_2O与NaAsO_2·6H_2O和NH_4Cl反应,得 到了新的杂多钨酸盐(MH_4)_19Na_2[{WO(H_2O)}_3(AsW_8O31)_3]·45H_2O单晶, 用X射线单晶衍射法及元素分析确定了其结构,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶 胞参数为:a=3.1165(11)nm, b=1.7388(7)nm, c=2.2789(9)nm, β=97.342(6)°, V=12.248(8)nm~3, Z=4, R_1=0.0571,wR_2=0.0741[I>2σ(I)]. 环型聚阴离子 [{WO(H_2O)}_3(AsW_8O31)_3]~21-是由三个{WO(H_2O)}桥连三个新发现的 {AsW_8O31}单元构成的,环聚离子[{WO(H_2O)}_3(AsW_8O31)_3]~21-具有近似D_ (3h)对称性。对该化合物还进行了~183W NMR, IR和TG表征。  相似文献

One novel metal-organic framework(MOF), [Ba(L)(H_2O)_(1.5)]_n(1, H_2L =aniline-2,5-disulfonic acid), has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. Each barium atom is eleven-coordinated into a distorted monocapped pentagonal antiprismatic arrangement. Compound 1 shows an interesting 3 D pillar-layered structure constructed from 2 D inorganic layers[Ba(SO_3)_2(H_2O)_(1.5)]_(n) and organic pillars of phenyl moieties of L2-linkages. The inorganic layers are supported by the organic pillars, generating a novel 3 D open framework structure with {3, 4~6, 5~5, 6~5,7~4}2{3}{5} topology. The result of fluorescence measurement can reveal that the decayed emission band centered at 492 nm may be caused by the interactions of the ligands and the metal ions.Compound 1 exhibits selective toward the adsorption of CO_2 over N_2 at 273 K.  相似文献

This paper reports the syntheses and structures of three new copper phosphonates based on 2-pyridylphosphonate, namely, Cu(C(5)H(4)NPO(3)H)2 (1), Cu3(OH)2(C(5)H(4)NPO(3))2.2H2O (2) and Cu(C(5)H(4)NPO(3)) (3). Compound 1 has a discrete dimeric structure in which the {CuO(4)N} square pyramids are linked by the {CPO(3)} tetrahedra through corner-sharing. The dimers are further connected into a chain through hydrogen bonds. In compound 2, edge-sharing {Cu(1)O(4)N} square pyramids and {Cu(2)O(4)} planes are found to form an infinite chain with composition {Cu(3)(mu-OH)(2)(mu-O)(4)}. Neighboring chains are linked by the phosphonate groups of the 2-pyridylphosphonate ligands, resulting in inorganic layers containing 4-, 8- and 12-membered rings. The pyridyl groups and the lattice water molecules occupy the inter-layer space. In compound 3, the {Cu(1)O(4)} and {Cu(2)O(2)N(2)} planes are each corner-shared with the {CPO(3)} tetrahedra, forming an inorganic layer containing 8- and 16-membered rings. The pyridyl groups reside between the layers. Crystal data for 1: space group P(-)1, a = 8.4045(19), b = 8.751(2), c = 10.632(2) A, alpha = 66.673(4), beta = 72.566(4), gamma = 70.690(4) degrees , V = 664.7(2) A(3), Z = 2. Crystal data for 2: space group P2(1)/c, a = 7.9544(17), b = 21.579(4), c = 5.0243(10) A, beta = 105.332(3) degrees , V = 831.7(3) A(3), Z = 2. Crystal data for 3: space group P2(1)/c, a = 4.7793(11), b = 15.319(3), c = 8.6022(19) A, beta = 97.156(4) degrees , V = 624.9(2) A(3), Z = 4. Magnetic measurements reveal that dominant antiferromagnetic interactions are propagated between the copper centers in compounds 1-3. 我们曾经对二硫代乙酰丙酮和多种金属离子的配合反应进行了系统的研究.在成功合成(C_5H_7S_2)_2[CuBr_3]的基础上,最近我们试图用类似方法合成(C_5H_7S_2)[CuI_3].但对产物晶体的X 射线衍射分析结果却表明,所得到的化合物的分子式为(C_5H_7S_2)_2[Cu_3I_5].[Cu_3I_5]~(2-)是以[CuI_3]配位三角形和两个相邻[CuI_4]配位四面体连接的无限链状配合阴离子形式存在.  相似文献

Four new Cu(Ⅱ) complexes with two benzotriazole-based ligands, [Cu2(L^1)2(NO3)2]· 2H2O (1), [Cu2(L^1)2]·2ClO4·2H2O (2), [Cu2(HL^2)2(NO3)4]·2CH3COCH3 (3) and [Cu(HL^2)2(Cl)]·Cl·2CH2Cl2 (4), where HL^1 = 1,3-bis(benzotriazol-2-yl)-2-propanol and HL^2 = 1,3-bis(benzotriazol-1-yl)-2-propanol, were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. It is revealed that complexes 1~3 have dinuclear structures, while 4 possesses a one-dimensional (1-D) chain structure, which extends in two orthogonal orientations. In 1~4, the coordination numbers of Cu(Ⅱ) centers range from four to six, which may be attributed to the different geometries and coordination abilities of the ligands and anions. The L^1 ligand in complexes 1 and 2 adopts a tridentate di-chelating coordination mode, whereas ligand HL^2 in complexes 3 and 4 has a bidentate bridging coordination mode. The different coordination modes of these two ligands may be explained by the different charges of nitrogen donor atoms in the benzotriazole ring, which has been investigated by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer {[Mn(m-cpdba)(H2O)4]·H2O}n 1 has been synthesized and characterized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 contains one-dimensional single-stranded helical chains, in which the chirality of a stereochemically labile amine of the ligands can be locked by the Mn(II) ion via coordination bonds and transferred to the whole coordination polymeric chain, exhibiting an identical absolute configuration. The title ladder organotin carboxylate,{[(C6H5CH2)2Sn]4(p-NH2C6H4-COO)2O2(OCH3)2}·0.5H2O 1,has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Complex 1 is located across on an inversion center and displays a Sn4O4 ladder-like structure with a one-dimensional supramolecular chain through C-H…π interactions.In the asymmetric unit two Sn(Ⅳ) atoms assume similar trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry.Two aminobenzoate groups coordinate to the terminal Sn(Ⅳ) atoms.The deprotonated methanol molecule bridges two independent Sn(Ⅳ) atoms.A half of lattice water molecule is disorderly filled in the cavity formed by Sn(Ⅳ) complexes.  相似文献

在水和乙醇溶剂中,通过Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)与2,2'-联咪唑协同作用,构筑了四种新的超分子配合物[Cu(H2biim)(gly)(H2O)]Cl·H2O(1),[Cu(H2biim)(C3H2O4)(H2O)]·1.5H2O(2),[Fe2(μ-O)(H2biim)4(H2O)2](NO3)4·C2H5OH(3)和[Fe(H2biim)3]SO4(4)(H2biim=2,2'-联咪唑;gly-=甘氨酸根;C3H2O24-=丙二酸根).并通过元素分析,红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其组成、结构和谱学性质进行研究.H2biim配体,丙二酸根和甘氨酸根三种配体都采用了双齿螯合方式与金属离子配位.配合物1~4中,通过H2biim配体的N-H键与阴离子、水分子和溶剂分子形成多种氢键,如R12(7),R22(9)和R12(4)等,以及H2biim配体之间的π-π堆积,阳离子不对称单元构筑了多维结构的超分子配合物.  相似文献

The crystal adopts space group C2/c with a = 16.990(10), b = 9.150(5), c = 29.318(17) , β = 104.289(9)°, V = 4417(4) 3, Z = 4, C28H52Cl2Cu4N4O31, Mr = 1265.80, Dc = 1.904 g/cm3, μ = 2.130 mm-1, F(000) = 2584, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0328 and wR = 0.0809 for 4938 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)). The syntheses and crystal structures of the first copper(I) phosphonate, Cu2(H3L)(bipy)(2).2H2O 1 (H5L = C4HO3N(CH2PO3H2)2), which is also the first example of metal phosphonates formed by a type of organic reaction, and a novel luminescent Mn(II) squarate diphosphonate, {Mn[NH(CH2PO3H)2](H2O)2}2{Mn(C4O4)(H2O)4}.(C4H2O4) 2, have been reported. The structure of 1 features a layer architecture in which the Cu(I) centers are three coordinated, and the newly formed ligand acts as a bidentate metal linker. Compound 2 is composed of 1D chains of Mn[NH(CH2PO3H)2](H2O)2, 1D chains of {Mn(C4O4)(H2O)4}, as well as the neutral squaric acid molecules. These three types of building units are interconnected via hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
