A new cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,namely,[KCd2(edta)I]n(1,H4edta = ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid),has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Crystallographic data for 1:C10H12Cd2IKN2O8,Mr = 679.02,monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 9.870(5),b = 8.989(4),c = 19.082(10) ,β = 104.581(10)o,V = 1638.5(13) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.753 g/cm3,μ = 4.776 mm-1,F(000) = 1272,the final R = 0.0473 and wR = 0.1311 for 2846 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Polymer 1 features a 2-D layered structure,in which each edta4-ligand chelates/bridges five adjacent six-/seven-coordinated Cd(Ⅱ) centers with all ten donors(eight oxygen and two nitrogen) involved with coordination.Additional iodide I-ions as counterions are bound to the Cd(Ⅱ) centers in a terminal mode and the potassium K+ ions are located in the layers and surrounded by O and I atoms from neighboring environment.The thermal stability of 1 has been discussed. 相似文献

A new Cu(II) coordination polymer, {[Cu(1,3-BIP)(TFBDC)]·DMF}n(1,1,3-BIP is a 1,3-bis(imidazole)propane, and H2TFBDC is 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid) was prepared under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses and elemental analyses. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that metal coordination polymer 1(MCP 1) shows a two-dimensional sheet layer structure, which is further reinforced through strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding to form a 3 D supramolecular framework. Furthermore, the photocatalytic experiment result indicates the degradation ratios of methyl orange(MO) reach 83.4% within 180 minutes when MCP 1 acts as catalyst. 相似文献

Compound 1 was characterized by infrared spectrum, elemental analysis,powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 1.40178(7), b = 1.72502(12), c = 1.41635(6) nm, β =92.653(4)o, V = 3.4212(3) nm3, Z = 4, C316H15 Cd N5O4, Mr = 453.73, Dc = 1.762 g/cm, F(000) =1808, μ = 1.310 mm-1, R = 0.0899 and w R = 0.1945. In compound 1, each 3,5-pdc ligand links three Cd(Ⅱ) ions and each Cd(Ⅱ) attaches to bip ligands to form a complicated 2D double-layer structure. In addition, the thermal stability and luminescent property of 1 have been studied in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Pd(2,6-pydc)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyde = 2,6-pyri-dinedicarboxylie acid) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinie system, space group P21/c,with a = 11.962(2), b = 6.5552(13), c = 12.673(3) A, β = 91.72(3)°, V= 993.3(3) A3,Z = 2, Mr=590.68, Dc = 1.975 g/cm3,μ=1.059 mm-1, F(000) = 592, the final R = 0.0211 and wR = 0.0454. In the crystal the Pd(Ⅱ) ion adopts a distorted four-coordinated square-planar geometry and bonds to two bidentate 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate molecules through caronyl oxygen and pyridine nitrogen atoms. The title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure. 相似文献

A new 1D coordination polymer, [Cd2(L1)2(L2)2]·H2O (1, H2L1 = 4-(carboxy-methoxy)benzoic acid and L2 = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a = 9.985(5), b = 10.768(5), c = 12.512(5), α = 68.959(5), β = 80.354(5), γ = 79.663(5)°, V = 1227.4(10) 3, Z = 1, C56H36Cd2F2N8O11, Mr = 1259.73, Dc = 1.704 g/cm3, F(000) = 630, μ(MoKa) = 0.949 mm-1, R = 0.0261 and wR = 0.0655. The L1 anions link the neighboring Cd(II) atoms to form a 1D double chain structure. The L2 ligands are alternately located on both sides of the double chains. More interestingly, the lateral L2 ligands from adjacent double chains are paired to furnish strong π-π interactions, yielding a 2D supramolecular layer. N-H···O, O-H···N and O-H···O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1. The luminescent property of 1 was studied in solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The benzene rings act as pillars between two layers. 相似文献

A novel mixed-ligand coordination polymer [Pb(phen)(NNDS)(H2O)]n·n H2O(1) was obtained from the reaction of 1,10-phenanthroine(phen), Pb(OAc)2 and sodium 1-nitroso-2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonate(Na2NNDS) in a mixed solvent. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.5835(9), b = 14.6334(11), c = 13.9030(11) ?, β = 98.4180(10)o, V = 2331.3(3) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 754.70, Dc = 2.150 mg/m3, μ = 7.483 mm-1, F(000) = 1456, the final R = 0.0430 and w R = 0.0841 for 4221 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The Pb(II) center is coordinated by six O and two N atoms showing a distorted dodecahedron configuration. The multidentate ligand of NNDS dianion exhibits peculiar coordination mode, and the two O atoms of two sulfonate anions bridge two Pb(II) cations into a dimer, and the O atom of nitroso group links the other dimer into 2D sheets extending in the [011] plane. There exist significant π-π stacking interactions between adjacent phen and NNDS. The 3D network is formed by 2D sheets interlinked by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. The thermostability of 1 was investigated by TG and DSC. 相似文献

A one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymer [Mn(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized from 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and anhydrous manga- nese(Ⅱ ) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.05643(16), b = 2.05643(16), c = 1.3939(2) nm, V = 5.8946(11) nm3, Mr = 579.54, Z = 8, Dc = 1.306 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.490 mm-1, F(000) = 2424, S = 0.985, the final R = 0.0411 and wR = 0.0950. The Flack factor is -0.01(2). The crystal structure shows that two neighboring man- ganese(Ⅱ ) ions are linked together by one bridge-chelating 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. The manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acids and one water oxygen atom, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. 相似文献

The compound presents a one-dimensional (1-D) double-stranded structure and exhibits fluorescent emission at room temperature. X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(II) atoms which are connected by BTC3- ligands and 4,4'-bpy coligands to form a 3D framework with 1D channels. A new Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions [Co(C2O4)(mbix)]n(1, H2C2O4 = oxalic acid, mbix = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene). Its structure has been determined by elemental analyses, IR, UV spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Pink crystals crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.8666(7), b = 9.5859(8), c = 10.8537(9) , α = 67.6810(10), β = 66.1260(10), γ = 77.1300(10)°, V = 777.77(11), C16H14CoN4O4, Mr = 385.24, Dc = 1.645 g/cm3, F(000) = 394, Z = 2, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.134 mm-1, the final R = 0.0482 and w R = 0.1231 for 2968 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)). It shows a two-dimensional(2D) network structure. The intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions extend complex 1 into a 3D supramolecular architecture andplay an important role in stabilizing 1. In addition, Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) analysis was performed by using the PBE0/LANL2 DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program. In 1, the inorganic building block [ -Mo8O26]4 anions are connected with each other to generate one-dimensional chains. Then the chains are further connected by Cu2+ ions to form a three-dimensional (3D) inorganic framework [Cu2( -Mo8O26)]n containing quadrangular channels, with the pcu alpha-Po primitive cubic topology. The btb ligands are encapsulated into the void of the 3D inorganic framework forming a new three-dimensional architecture.
