A new 1D coordination polymer, [Cd2(L1)2(L2)2]·H2O (1, H2L1 = 4-(carboxy-methoxy)benzoic acid and L2 = 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a = 9.985(5), b = 10.768(5), c = 12.512(5), α = 68.959(5), β = 80.354(5), γ = 79.663(5)°, V = 1227.4(10) 3, Z = 1, C56H36Cd2F2N8O11, Mr = 1259.73, Dc = 1.704 g/cm3, F(000) = 630, μ(MoKa) = 0.949 mm-1, R = 0.0261 and wR = 0.0655. The L1 anions link the neighboring Cd(II) atoms to form a 1D double chain structure. The L2 ligands are alternately located on both sides of the double chains. More interestingly, the lateral L2 ligands from adjacent double chains are paired to furnish strong π-π interactions, yielding a 2D supramolecular layer. N-H···O, O-H···N and O-H···O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1. The luminescent property of 1 was studied in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new energetic complex, Ni(3,4'-Hbpt)2(Hoba)2(H2O)2(3,4'-Hbpt = 3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4'-pyridyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole and H2 oba = 4,4'-oxybis(benzoic acid)), has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray powder diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the complex belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.2357(9), b = 24.594(2), c = 10.4225(9) A, β = 114.0110(10)°, V = 2396.7(4) A3, Dc =1.460 g/cm3, μ = 0.482 mm-1, Mr = 1053.63, F(000) = 1088, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0358 and wR =0.0973 with I 2σ(I). Both 3,4'-Hbpt and H2 oba ligands adopt monodentate modes linking one Ni(II)ion to form a 0D motif. Furthermore, the 0D motifs are linked into a 3D supramolecular architecture with hydrogen bonds. In addition, the catalytic performance for thermal decomposition of the efficacy of ammonium perchlorate(AP) is explored by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),which indicates that the complex is a good candidate for a promoter of the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.  相似文献

A novel Ca(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,[Ca L2(H2O)2]n (1,HL=4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid) has been synthesized with 4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid,Ca(ClO_4)2·4H2O and Na OH as raw materials.Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the Ca(Ⅱ)ion is eight-coordinated in a distorted triangular dodecahedral geometric configuration with six carboxylate Oatoms of four L ligands and two O atoms of two coordinated water molecules.Complex 1 forms a one-dimensional chained structure by the bridging effect of carboxylate O atoms.The antitumor activity of HLligand and complex 1 has also been investigated.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) polymer [Cd(tdc)(Phen)]n 1 (H2tdc = thiophene-3,4-dicar-boxylic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P , with a = 7.3150(10), b = 10.3598(14), c = 10.8784(15) , α = 82.2740(10), β = 72.9730(10), γ = 80.236(2)°, V = 773.68(18) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 462.74, Dc = 1.986 Mg/m3, μ = 1.58 mm-1, F(000) = 456, the final R = 0.0218 and wR = 0.0465 for 3361 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The compound presents a one-dimensional (1-D) double-stranded structure and exhibits fluorescent emission at room temperature. Furthermore, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction properties of the compound are also investigated.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The benzene rings act as pillars between two layers.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,namely,[KCd2(edta)I]n(1,H4edta = ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid),has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Crystallographic data for 1:C10H12Cd2IKN2O8,Mr = 679.02,monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 9.870(5),b = 8.989(4),c = 19.082(10) ,β = 104.581(10)o,V = 1638.5(13) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.753 g/cm3,μ = 4.776 mm-1,F(000) = 1272,the final R = 0.0473 and wR = 0.1311 for 2846 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Polymer 1 features a 2-D layered structure,in which each edta4-ligand chelates/bridges five adjacent six-/seven-coordinated Cd(Ⅱ) centers with all ten donors(eight oxygen and two nitrogen) involved with coordination.Additional iodide I-ions as counterions are bound to the Cd(Ⅱ) centers in a terminal mode and the potassium K+ ions are located in the layers and surrounded by O and I atoms from neighboring environment.The thermal stability of 1 has been discussed.  相似文献

A novel compound,2-(anthracen-9-yl)-5-p-tolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole(C23H16N2O),has been synthesized by the condensation of 4-methylbenzohydrazide and anthracene-9-carbaldehyde in an ethanol solution with chloramine-T.The compound was characterized by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P with a = 7.7817(4),b = 8.8544(5),c = 12.4726(8) ,β = 92.8520(10)°,Z = 2,V = 826.58(8) 3,Dc = 1.352 g/cm3,Mr = 336.38,λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ,μ = 0.084 mm-1,F(000) = 352,R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.1099.The dihedral angle between anthracene skeleton and phenyl ring is 64.19°.A total of 6354 unique reflections were collected,of which 3172 with I > 2σ(I) were observed.X-ray analysis indicated an offset face-to-face π-π stacking interaction between anthracene skeletons and an offset face-to-face π-π stacking interaction between phenyl ring planes.The novel compound molecules are connected through the offset face-to-face π-π stacking interactions to generate a three-dimensional network.The preliminary bioassay results showed that the novel compound exhibited significant insect growth inhibitory activity against Spodoptera litura Fabricius larvae.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination complex[Cd(imp)(m-bdc)]n (1,ipm=5-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol,m-bdc=isophthalic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis,thermogravimetric (TG) analysis,infrared spectrum (IR) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=15.373(5),b=16.719(5),c=19.406(6)A,β=106.995(5)°,V=4770(2)A3,C28H18Cd N4O6,Mr=618.86,Dc=1.724 g/cm3,μ(Mo Kα)=0.971 mm–1,F(000)=2480,Z=8,the final R=0.0391 and w R=0.1044 for 4701 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)).Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 exhibits a one-dimensional (1D) double-chain architecture,and the H-bond intersections link the 1D double-chain architecture into a 2D layer structure.TG analysis shows clear courses of weight loss,which corresponds to the decomposition of different ligands.We also study the luminescent properties of complex 1.In addition,to elucidate the essential electronic characters of this complex,theoretical calculation analysis was performed by the PBE0/LANL2DZ method in Gaussian 03 Program.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.898(2), b = 16.193(3), c = 16.909(3) , α = 67.68(3), β = 80.85(3), γ = 78.78(3)o, V = 2448.2(8) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 1156.9, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 1164, GOOF = 1.065, the final R = 0.051 and wR = 0.123 for 8539 observed reflections with I 2A(I). The complex exhibits a one-dimensional double chain structure. The adjacent chains are further connected by N–H...N hydrogen bonds which help to form a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture. A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C9H11N3)Cl2]2 (C18H22Cl4Cu2N6), has been synthe- sized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3) , α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)o, V = 562.3(4) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(II) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(II)-Cu(II) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(II) atoms of 3.398 .  相似文献

A new asymmetric bidentate copper(Ⅱ) complex,CuL 2(HL=2-((E)-(4-bromophenylimino)methyl)-6-bromo-4-chlorophenol),has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1 /c with a=11.218(3),b=9.355(3),c=13.449(4),β=108.722(4)°,V=1336.8(6)3,Z=2,Dc=2.008 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=7.024 mm-1,F(000)=806,S=0.999,the final R=0.0342 and wR=0.0641for2611observed reflections (I>2σ(I)).The central copper(Ⅱ) is four-coordinate and bonds to two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from two Schiff base ligands.The complex is linked into a two-dimensional supramolecular structure by weak intermolecular interactions.In addition,DNA-binding properties of the metal complex were investigated using spectrometric titrations and viscosity measurements.The results show that the complex binds with calf-thymus DNA(CT-DNA),presumably via a partial intercalative mode.The intrinsic binding constant of the Cu(Ⅱ) complex with DNA is 7.335×10 3 M-1.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination complex [Zn(H2BPTC)(phen)2]n·3nH2O (BPTC = 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been obtained from hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound 1, the zinc cation is hexa-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from one H2BPTC ligand and four nitrogen atoms from two different phen ligands, showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. A new Co(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions [Co(C2O4)(mbix)]n(1, H2C2O4 = oxalic acid, mbix = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene). Its structure has been determined by elemental analyses, IR, UV spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Pink crystals crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.8666(7), b = 9.5859(8), c = 10.8537(9) , α = 67.6810(10), β = 66.1260(10), γ = 77.1300(10)°, V = 777.77(11), C16H14CoN4O4, Mr = 385.24, Dc = 1.645 g/cm3, F(000) = 394, Z = 2, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.134 mm-1, the final R = 0.0482 and w R = 0.1231 for 2968 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)). It shows a two-dimensional(2D) network structure. The intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions extend complex 1 into a 3D supramolecular architecture andplay an important role in stabilizing 1. In addition, Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) analysis was performed by using the PBE0/LANL2 DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program. The calculation results showed obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Co(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

The complexes of [Cu(bpy)(H2O)(CBA)2]n 1 and [Cu(phen)(H2O)(CBA)2]·H2O 2 based on p-cyanobenzoic acid(HCBA) have been synthesized in aqueous ethanolic solution at room temperature. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies demonstrated that complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic and complex 2 is of triclinic system. The results indicate the complex 1 shows a 1D chain structure bridged by two carboxylic oxygen atoms from CBA–, and complex 2 is a mononuclear structure. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π...π stacking interactions, the complexes are assembled into supramolecular structures. Complex 1 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. The magnetic measurement indicates that weak ferromagnetic interaction(zJ= 0.038(5)) between the Cu2+ ions is dominant in the structure. The IR spectrum and results of thermal and elemental analyses are also presented.  相似文献

The self-assembly of 5-bromoisophthalic acid (H2BIPA) with Tb(NO3)3·6H2O under hydrothermal conditions gives rise to a 3D coordination polymer, [Tb2(BIPA)3(CH3CH2OH)]n (1), which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.2591(17), b = 8.2537(7), c = 18.5663(17), β = 104.4720(10)°, V = 2857.6(4)3, C26H15Br3O13Tb2, Mr = 1092.95, Dc = 2.540 g/cm3, F(000) = 2040, μ = 9.173 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0767 for 5299 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 displays an unusual three-dimensional (4,6)-connected network with (48.66.8)2(44.62)2(42.84) topology, which is different from [Tb(HBDC)(BDC)(H2O)4]·3.3H2O (BDC = isophthalate) because the -Br substituent of isophthalate results in different electronic effect and steric hindrance to change the coordination modes of carboxylate groups in the assembly process. Moreover, luminescent properties of 1 have also been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献
