The coordination compound of [Sr(CHZ)(TNR)(H2O)(OH)]2·2H2O (TNR: 2,4,6-trinitroesorcinol, CHZ: carbohydrazide) was prepared by reacting CHZ solution and strontium styphnate solution (obtained through the reaction of strontium carbonate and styphnic acid). The molecular structure was characterized by using X-ray diffraction analysis, element analysis and FTIR analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group P1. The unit cell parameters were as follows: a=0.725 2(2) nm, b=1.021 2(2) nm, c=1.144 0(2) nm, α=69.50(3)°, β=78.82(3)°, γ=84.64(3)° and Z=2. The thermal decomposition of the compound is studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry thermogravimetry-derivative (TG-DTG) techniques. CCDC: 269310.  相似文献

One binuclear sodium(Ⅰ) complex [Na2(2-benzoylbenzoato)4(Phen)2(H2O)2]·H2O has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid and 1,10-henanthroline as ligands. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P , a = 1.08096(8), b = 1.09619(8), c = 1.09740(8) nm, α = 79.0600(1), β = 71.0450(1), γ = 62.0540(1)o, V = 1.08533(1) nm3, Dc = 1.421 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 484, GOOF = 1.036, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0961. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring sodium(Ⅰ) ions are linked together by two bridging water molecules, and each end position is coordinated with one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and one 2-benzoylbenzoato to form a binuclear structure. Each sodium(Ⅰ) ion in the molecule is coordinated with five atoms to give a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The fluorescence property of the title complex is also discussed.  相似文献

The title compounds, (NH4)2[MnII(edta)(H2O)]·3H2O (H4edta = ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid), (NH4)2[MnII(cydta)(H2O)]·4H2O (H4cydta = trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid) and K2[MnII(Hdtpa)]·3.5H2O (H5dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentaacetic acid), were prepared; their compositions and structures were determined by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. In these three complexes, the Mn2+ ions are all seven-coordinated and have a pseudomonocapped trigonal prismatic configuration. All the three complexes crystallize in triclinic system in P-1 space group. Crystal data: (NH4)2[MnII(edta)(H2O)]·3H2O complex, a = 8.774(3) ?, b = 9.007(3) ?, c = 13.483(4) ?, α = 80.095(4)°, β = 80.708(4)°, γ = 68.770(4)°, V = 972.6(5) ?3, Z = 2, D c = 1.541 g/cm3, μ = 0.745 mm−1, R = 0.033 and wR = 0.099 for 3406 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I); (NH4)2[MnII(cydta)(H2O)]·4H2O complex, a = 8.9720(18) ?, b = 9.4380(19) ?, c = 14.931(3) ?, α = 76.99(3)°, β = 83.27(3)°, γ = 75.62(3)°, V = 1190.8(4)?3, Z = 2, D c = 1.426 g/cm3, μ = 0.625 mm−1, R = 0.061 and wR = 0.197 for 3240 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I); K2[MnII(Hdtpa)]·3.5H2O complex, a = 8.672(3) ?, b = 9.059(3) ?, c = 15.074(6) ?, α = 95.813(6)°, β = 96.665(6)°, γ = 99.212(6)°, V = 1152.4(7) ?3, Z = 2, D c = 1.687 g/cm3, μ = 1.006 mm−1, R = 0.037 and wR = 0.090 for 4654 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). A new complex [Pb(phen)2(4-NBA)]2·2(NO3)·H2O(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,4-NBA = 4-nitrobenzoate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 13.416(3),b = 14.065(3),c = 16.845(3) ,β = 110.55(3)o,V = 2976.5(10)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.796 g/cm3,F(000) = 1564,GOOF = 0.962,the final R = 0.0686 and wR = 0.1746.The crystal structure shows that the lead ion is coordinated with two carboxylate O atoms from the 4-NBA anion,and four N atoms from two phen molecules,forming a slightly distorted pentagonalbipyramidal coordination geometry.It is further extended by various supramo-lecular interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network.The TG analysis result shows that this complex begins decomposing at 30 ℃ and decompounding completely at 733 ℃.  相似文献

The title complexes, K2[EuIII(dtpa)(H2O)]·5H2O (H5dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentaacetic acid), Na2[TbIII(Httha)]·6H2O (H6ttha = triethylenetetramine-N,N,N′,N′,N″,N″-hexaacetic acid), were prepared, and their compositions and structures were determined by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal of K2[EuIII(dtpa)(H2O)]·5H2O belongs to triclinic crystal system and $ P\bar 1 $ P\bar 1 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 8.3540(17), b = 10.147(2), c = 15.059(3) α = 84.63(3)?, β = 82.02(3)°, γ = 83.96(3)°, V = 1253.1(4)?3, Z = 2, R = 0.0325 and wR = 0.1013 for 4407 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The [EuIII(dtpa)(H2O)]2− has a nine-coordinate pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic structure, in which the nine coordinate atoms, three N and six O are from one dtpa ligand and one water molecule. The crystal of the Na2[TbIII(Httha)]·6H2O belongs to monoclinic system and P21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 10.3976(10), b = 12.7908(13), c = 23.199(2) ? = 90.914(2)°, V = 3084.9(5)?3, Z = 4, R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0704 for 5429 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In the [TbIII(Httha)]2−, the Tb3+ ion is nine-coordinated yielding a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic conformation, in which the ttha ligand coordinates to the central Tb3+ ion with four N atoms and five O atoms. There is a free non-coordinate carboxyl group (−CH2COOH) that can be modified by some biological molecules having target function.  相似文献

The vanadium(V) complexes K[VO2(SeO4)(H2O)] and K[VO2(SeO4)(H2O)2] · H2O were synthesized using original procedures; their physicochemical properties were studied, and the crystal structure was determined on the basis of X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction data. The structure of K[VO2(SeO4)(H2O)2] · H2O is composed of VO6 octahedra connected to form infinite chains by bridging SeO4 tetrahedra. Each VO6 tetrahedron has short terminal V-O bonds forming the bent dioxovanadium group VO2+ The unit cell parameters of K[VO2(SeO4)(H2O)2] · H2O are a = 6.4045(1) ?, b = 9.9721(2) ?, c = 6.6104(1) ?, β = 107.183(1)°, V = 403.34 ?3, Z = 2, monoclinic system, space group P21. The complex K[VO2(SeO4)(H2O)] forms a two-dimensional layered structure composed of highly distorted VO6 octahedra having two short terminal V-O bonds and SeO4 groups coordinated simultaneously by three vanadium atoms. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system (space group P21/c): a = 7.3783(1) ?, b = 10.5550(2) ?, c = 10.3460(2) ?, β = 131.625(1)°, V = 602.894(5) ?3, Z= 4. The vibrational spectra of the studied compounds are fully consistent with their structural features.  相似文献

The synthesis and spectroscopic properties of a Na complex with ligand 3-aminopyrazine-2-carboxylic acid were described. The resulting complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group . The crystalline structure of this compound consists of supramolecular architectures involving strong intramolecular N—H…O in pyrazine molecules and intermolecular O—H…N, O—H…O, and N—H…N hydrogen bonds between substituted pyrazine and water molecules.  相似文献

The crystallographic characteristics are as follows: a = 6.6955(2) ?, b = 7.0926(2) ?, c = 8.3667(3) ?; α = 102.567(1)°, β = 98.853(2)°, γ = 107.236(1)°; V = 360.08(2) ?3, P-1 space group, Z = 1, d x = 2.550 g/cm3. The thermal properties of Na2[ReCl6]·6H2O are studied in the hydrogen atmosphere. During the thermolysis of Na2[ReCl6]0.50[PtCl6]0.50·6H2O double complex salt in the hydrogen atmosphere, Re x Pt1−x nanocrystalline solid solutions were obtained.  相似文献

The chain coordination polymers [Na2(μ-H2O)(H2O)CB[5]]Cl2 · 6H2O (I), [Na3(μ-H2O)4(H2O)4(CNPy@CB[6])]Cl3 · 8H2O (II), and [Rb2(μ-H2O)2(CNPy@CB[6])]Cl2 · 8H2O (III) were prepared by heating (110°C) of a mixture of sodium or rubidium chloride, cucurbit[n]uril (CB[n], where n = 5, 6), 4-cyanopyridine, and water. According to X-ray diffraction data, binding of polynuclear cations with CB[n] in IIII occurs through coordination of the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[n]uril portals to alkali metal atoms. Complexes IIII of the above composition isolated to the solid phase as supramolecular compounds with CB[n] were structurally characterized for the first time.  相似文献

At room temperature, a coordination polymer [Ni(btec)(H2O)4][Ni(imi)2(H2O)4]·2H2O was synthesized by reaction of NiCl2·6H2O, 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydridc and imidazole in a water/THF solution. The structure was determined by X-ray diffraction crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic P1 space group with the crystal cell parameters of a=0.67542 (2) nm, b=1.000 14 (1) nm, c=1.09088 (3) nm, α=74.140(2)°, β= 74.388(1)°, y=73.239(2)°, and V=0.664 09(3) nm3, Z=1. The crystal structure shows that Ni1 atom is coordinated by four water and two imidazole molecules, while Ni2 is coordinated by four water molecules and two carboxyl oxygen atoms. The 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate ions bridge Ni2 coordination centers to form one-dimensional chain structure. Moreover, the chains are further linked together by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional network. CCDC: 295873.  相似文献

水热合成并通过红外、热重、单晶X-射线衍射表征了一个新颖镍配位阳离子修饰的还原型钼磷酸盐,Ni[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2][Ni(H2O)2][Ni(H2O)(bipy)2]4·5H2O。单晶X-射线衍射研究表明,两个{Mo6P4}簇单元通过一个镍离子连接形成一个Ni[Mo6P4]2二聚结构单元,其进一步和其他的镍配位阳离子连接成钼磷酸盐一维链状结构。在H2O2存在下的液-固体系中,使用该化合物催化氧化苯甲醛的探针反应结果表明,该化合物具有较高的催化氧化活性。  相似文献

Two fluoride sulfates,K2Mn3(SO4)3F2·4H2O(Ⅰ) and Rb2Mn3(SO4)3F2·2H2O (Ⅱ) are obtained by water solution method.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that they crystallize in space groups of Cmc21.Their structures feature a pseudo-KTP structure consisting of interconnecting[Mn3(SO4)3F2(H2O)2] layers,which are further packing along the a axis with alkali metal cations balancing the charges.The structure relationships between the two compounds are discussed.Secondharmonic generation measurements manifest that Ⅰ and Ⅱ have similar second-harmonic generation responses of about 0.2 and 0.25 times that of KH2PO4.  相似文献

The crystals of [Co6H2O][Co4H2O2Gly]2SO4 were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (triclinic, P , a = 5.975(5), b = 15.469(5), c = 6.765(5) , =120.71(5), =83.23(5), =98.77(5)°). The structure contains complex cations of two types: [Co6H2O]2+ and [Co4H2O2Gly]2+ and SO 4 2– anions linked by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic forces. Three chemically nonequivalent charged layers can be distinguished in the structure: one layer is formed by cobalt hexaaqua complexes, another by [Co4H2O2Gly]2– complexes, and the third layer consists of sulfate anions interlaying the former two. The layers alternate along the b axis and are connected by a 3D system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The compound crystal data: triclinic, space group P1, a=1.049 7(2), b=1.122 5(2), c=2.384 3(4) nm, α=87.676(3)°, β=82.957(3)°, γ=62.924(3)°; V=2.482 3(7) nm3, Z=4; Dc=1.488 g·cm-3, μ=0.920 mm-1, F(000)=1 160, Goof=1.032, (Δρ)max=899 e·nm-3, (Δρ)min=-624 e·nm-3. The compound is a dimmer. In the complex, two Ni(Ⅱ) were coordinated by three oxygen atoms and three nitrogen atoms while the O atoms of Ac- groups did not coordinate. The Ni(Ⅱ) formed a distorted octahedron geometry. The compound is an three dimensional net connecting with hydrogen bonding. CCDC: 275474.  相似文献
