Nine steroidal compounds including three new steroidal glycosides, viz., sodium (24S)-3,24-di-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-5α-cholestane-3β,6β,8,15α,24-pentol 15-sulfate (fuscaside A), (24S)-3,24-di-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-5α-cholestane-3β,6β,8,15α,24-pentol (fuscaside B), and (22E,24R)-24-O-(β-D-xylopyranosyl)-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15β,24-pentol (desulfated minutoside A); three previously known glycosides, viz., distolasterosides D1 and D2 and pycno-podioside A; two previously known polyhydroxysteroids, viz., 5α-cholestane-3β,6α,8,15β,16β,26-hexaol and 5α-cholestan-3β,4β,6α,7⇇8,15β,16β,26-octol; and the known sodium 24,25-dihydro-marthasterone 3-sulfate were isolated from the Far-Eastern starfish Lethasterias fusca. A new alkaloid, ternatine (C24H33NO5), was isolated from aerial parts of theDelphinium ternatum plant. A sesquiterpene lactone of the germacrane type, salonitenolide, has been isolated for the first time from the epigeal part ofCentaurea pseudomaculosa Dobrocz (spotted centaurea) and has been identified. The structures of the germacranolides and hanphyllin have been determined by the method of x-ray structural analysis: salonitenolide is 8-hydroxy-6β,8β(H)7α(H)-germacra-1(10),4,11(13)-trien-6,12-olide and hanphyllin is 3-hydroxy-3α,7α(H),6β(H)-germacra-1(10),4,11(13)-trien-6,12-olide. It has been established that the ten-membered rings of salonitenolide and hanphyllin are of the chair-chair type,1D14,15D5. On the basis of the results of CD spectroscopy, the chiral centers in the hanphyllin molecule have been assigned the 3S, 6R, and 7S configurations. Nine pure glycosides were isolated from total saponins of Cyclamen adzharicum Pobed. (Primulaceae). The total chemical structure of cyclamen F, 3β-O-[β-D-Xylp(1→2)]-[β-D-Glcp(1→2)]-(β-D-Glcp(1→4)-α-L-Arap)-16α-hydroxy-13,28-epoxy-30,30-dibutoxyolean, was elucidated using modern physicochemical and spectral methods (NMR, 1H, 13C, HMBC, HMQC, DEPT, COSY, MS). A glycoside with the cyclamen F chemical structure has not been reported and, therefore, is a new organic compound.  相似文献

The leaves of Algerian ivyHedera canariensis Willd. (Araliaceae) have yielded two new triterpene glycosides — caulophyllogenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (L-F2) and its 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-gentiobiosyl ester (L-I2) - and also the previously known hederagenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (L-F1). Two new triterpene glycosides of the cycloartane series, which have been called cyclostipulosides A and B, have been isolated in the individual form from the roots ofTragacantha stipulosa Boviss. Their structures have been established by physicochemical methods. Cyclostipuloside A is 24R-cycloartane-3β,6α,16β,24,25-pentaol 16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside, and cyclostipuloside B is 24R-cycloartane-3β,6α,16β,24,25-pentaol 6-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside 16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside. By the acid hydrolysis of cyclostipulosides A and B we have obtained the new glycoside 24R-cycloartane-3β,6α,16β,24,25-pentaol 16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. Biologically active forms of vitamin D are important analytical targets in both research and clinical practice. The current technology is such that each of the vitamin D metabolites is usually analyzed by individual assay. However, current LC-MS technologies allow the simultaneous metabolic profiling of entire biochemical pathways. The impediment to the metabolic profiling of vitamin D metabolites is the low level of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 in human serum (15–60 pg/mL). Here, we demonstrate that liquid–liquid or solid-phase extraction of vitamin D metabolites in combination with Diels–Alder derivatization with the commercially available reagent 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione (PTAD) followed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC)–electrospray/tandem mass spectrometry analysis provides rapid and simultaneous quantification of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D2, 24R,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 in 0.5 mL human serum at a lower limit of quantification of 25 pg/mL. Precision ranged from 1.6–4.8 % and 5–16 % for 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, respectively, using solid-phase extraction. We have analyzed and tabulated the variants of mutual ordered arrangements of cations of two types with 1∶1 stoichiometry in cation matrices having planar trigon 36 nets. A net with two nodes in its unit cell has a sole variant, which occurs in the wolframite type structure. With four nodes in the cell, there are two variants: the scheelite type and the variant found in α-and β-LaTaO4. With 6 nodes, there are six, and with 8 nodes, more than 20 variants. In the ABO4 (A=REE, B=Ta Nb) structural type (M'-fergusonite, fluorite, α-LaTaO4, β-LaTaO4, and fergusonite) having a more or less distorted face-centered cubic cation subcell in common, we have the wolframite type of arrangement for M'-fergusonite and fluorite, the scheelite type for fergusonite, and the partly scheelite type for α-and β-LaTaO4. We offer a system for representing the atomic arrangement by recording the alternation of atoms in linear rows of three directions. A polycyclic caged compound with high strain—hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (HNIW)—has been synthesized via a three-step reaction: condensation, hydrogenolysis debenzylation and nitrolysis, starting with benzylamine and glyoxal. HNIW is the most powerful high energy density compound (HEDC) ever tested. β-HNIW possesses a caged structure consisting of two five-membered rings and one six-membered ring with a nitro group attached to each of the six bridging nitrogens. The nitro group lies basically within a plane. The lengths of C—C bonds of β-HNIW range from 0. 156 nm to 0.159 nm, 0.002–0.005 nm longer than the sp3 C-C bond. The β-HNIW’s crystal belongs to orthorhombic system and space groupPca21 with parameters:a = 0.9670 (2),b = 1.1616 (2),c = 1.3032 (3) nm;V = 1.4638(5) nm3,Z = 4; Dc = 1.989 g/cm3 and Dm = 1.982 g/cm3. A novel steroidal saponin, along with 12 known steroidal compounds, was isolated from the rhizomes of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis. Spectral data, including two-dimensional NMR, showed that the structure of the novel saponin was 3β,21-dihydroxypregnane-5-en-20S-(22,16)-lactone-1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranoside. The isolated steroidal compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity on human gastric cancer cell line HepG2, SGC7901, BxPC3. Diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)[α-L-rabinofuranosyl(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside exhibited the most potent cytotoxic activity among the isolated steroids. Galactomannans with galactose:mannose ratios 1:1.48 and 1:1.33, [α]D +67.9 and +76.4°, [η] 870.3 and 1337.1 mL/g, and molecular weights 999 and 1549 kDa, respectively, were isolated in 0.59 and 4.65% yields (of seed mass) from seeds of Astragalus alpinus and A. tibetanus (Fabaceae). Physicochemical methods (CrO3 oxidation; methylation–GC/MS; IR, NMR, and 13C spectroscopy) found that the main polysaccharide chain consisted of 1,4-β-D-mannopyranose units substituted 67.5% (A. alpinus) and 75.2% (A. tibetanus) at the C-6 position by single α -D-galactopyranose units. The contents of mannobiose blocks Man–Man, (Gal)Man–Man/Man–Man(Gal), and (Gal)Man–Man(Gal) variously substituted with galactose were according to 13C NMR spectroscopy 15.9, 55.5, and 28.6% in A. alpinus galactomannan and 9.9, 42.3, and 47.8% in A. tibetanus galactomannan.  相似文献

The alkylation of ethylenediamine with allyl bromide in the presence of a fourfold (with respect to ethylenediamine) molar amount of NaHCO3 in acetone with an ethanol admixture (15: 1) affords LBr2 · 2H2O (I), where L2+ is the N,N,N,N′,N′,N′-hexaallylethylenediaminium cation. Single crystals of complexes L[CuII(Br0.45Cl3.55)] (II), L[Cu4I(Br4.55Cl1.45)] (III), and L[Cu4IBr6] (IV) are prepared by ac electrochemical synthesis from an ethanolic solution of LBr2 · 2H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O (or CuBr2) at copper wire electrodes. The crystal structures of compounds I–IV are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of complex I are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 8.544(3), b = 10.404(3), c = 13.350(4) ?, β = 97.29(3)°, V = 1177.2(6) ?3, Z = 2. The bromine anions in compound I are bonded to the L2+ cations and water molecules through hydrogen contacts (E)H…Br (E = O, C) of 2.57(3)–2.86(3) ?. The crystals of compounds II–IV are triclinic: space group P .
