The use of proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) for the quantitation of additives in a commercial electrolytic nickel bath (Supreme Plus Brilliant, Atotech formulation) is reported. A simple and quick method is described that needs only the separation of nickel ions by precipitation with NaOH. The four additives in the bath (A-5(2X), leveler; Supreme Plus Brightener (SPB); SA-1, leveler; NPA, wetting agent; all of them are commercial names from Atotech) can be quantified, whereas no other analytical methods have been found in the literature for SA-1 and NPA. Two calibration methods have been tried: integration of NMR signals with the use of a proper internal standard and partial least squares regression applied to the characteristic NMR peaks. The multivariate method was preferred because of accuracy and precision. Multivariate limits of detection of about 4 mL L−1 A-5(2X), 0.4 mL L−1 SPB, 0.2 mL L−1 SA-1 and 0.6 mL L−1 NPA were found. The dynamic ranges are suitable to follow the concentration of additives in the bath along electrodeposition. 1H-NMR spectra provide evidence for SPB and SA-1 consumption (A-5(2X) and NPA keep unchanged along the process) and the growth of some products from SA-1 degradation can be followed. The method can, probably, be extended to other electrolytic nickel baths.  相似文献

The electroplating of zinc is carried out in an alkaline cyanide bath. Operating parameters such as pH, temperature, and current density and amount of the electrolyte components are optimized. The optimum conditions of the electrodeposition of zinc were as follows: 2.7 g L−1 ZnO, 7.1 g L−1 KCN, 11.1 g L−1 KOH, pH = 13–14, DC current density of ca 8.55 mA cm−2 at 40–50 °C temperature with 89% current efficiency. SEM photomicrographs revealed fine-grained structure of the deposit from the bath.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method, based on ultrasound-enhanced surfactant-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (UESA-DLLME) followed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed for extraction and determination of ketoconazole and econazole nitrate in human blood samples. In this method, a common cationic surfactant, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), was used as dispersant. Chloroform (40 μL) as extraction solvent was added rapidly to 5 mL blood containing 0.068 mg mL−1 CTAB. The mixture was then sonicated for 2 min to disperse the organic chloroform phase. After the extraction procedure, the mixture was centrifuged to sediment the organic chloroform phase, which was collected for HPLC analysis. Several conditions, including type and volume of extraction solvent, type and concentration of the surfactant, ultrasound time, extraction temperature, pH, and ionic strength were studied and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, linear calibration curves were obtained in the ranges 4–5000 μg L−1 for ketoconazole and 8–5000 μg L−1 for econazole nitrate, with linear correlation coefficients for both >0.99. The limits of detection (LODs, S/N = 3) and enrichment factors (EFs) were 1.1 and 2.3 μg L−1, and 129 and 140 for ketoconazole and econazole nitrate, respectively. Reproducibility and recovery were good. The method was successfully applied to the determination of ketoconazole and econazole nitrate in human blood samples.  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and environmentally friendly method for the analysis of 14 anilines in water samples by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic drop (DLLME-SFO) prior to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed and optimized. In the proposed method, cyclohexane was used as the extraction solvent as its toxicity was much lower than that of the solvent usually used in dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME). In the optimized conditions, the method exhibited good analytical performance. Based on a signal-to-noise ratio of 3, limits of detection for anilines were in the range of 0.07 to 0.29 μg L−1, and the linear range was 0.5–200 μg L−1 with regression coefficients (r 2) higher than 0.9977. It was efficient for qualitative and quantitative analysis of anilines in water samples. The relative standard deviations varied from 2.9 to 8.6 % depending on different compounds indicating good precision. Tap water and river water were selected for evaluating the application to real water samples. The relative recoveries of anilines for the two real samples spiked with 10 μg L−1 anilines were in the scope of 78.2–114.6 % and 77.3–115.6 %, respectively.  相似文献

The World Health Organization states that envenomation is responsible for a high number of deaths per year, especially in equatorial areas. The only effective specific treatment is the use of hyperimmune serum (antivenom). In Brazil, Crioula breed horses are used for antivenom production, with great importance in the maintenance of public health programs. A strict biochemical and metabolic control is required to attain specificity in antiserum. Inorganic elements represent only a small fraction of whole blood. Nonetheless, they play important roles in mammalian metabolism, being responsible for controlling enzymatic reactions, respiratory and cardiac functions and ageing. In this work, whole blood samples from Crioula breed horses were analyzed by EDXRF technique. The reference interval values were determined for the elements Na (1955–2013 μg g−1), Mg (51–75 μg g−1), P (523–555 μg g−1), S (1628–1730 μg g−1), Cl (2388–2574 μg g−1), K (1649–1852 μg g−1), Ca (202–213 μg g−1), Cu (4.1–4.5 μg g−1) and Zn (2.4–2.8 μg g−1) and a comparative study with NAA results was outlined. The samples were obtained from Instituto Butantan. Both techniques showed to be appropriate for whole blood sample analyses and offer a new perspective in Veterinary Medicine.  相似文献

A confirmatory and quantitative method based on liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI/MS/MS) has been developed for simultaneous determination of seven photoinitiator residues: benzophenone, (1-hydroxycyclohexyl)phenylketone (Irgacure 184), isopropylthioxanthone (ITX), 2-ethylhexyl-(4-dimethylamino)benzoate (EHA or EHDAB), 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-(4-morpholinyl)-1-propanone (Irgacure 907), (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)diphenylphosphine oxide (TPO) and 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)-1-butanone (Irgacure 369) in packaged milk and related packaging materials. Residues of photoinitiators were extracted from milk using acetonitrile, and further enriched and purified on HLB solid-phase extraction cartridges prior to being analyzed by LC-ESI/MS/MS with selected reaction monitoring mode, while photoinitiators in packaging materials were extracted using the same solvent. Satisfactory recovery (from 80 to 111%), intra- and inter-day precision (below 12%), and low limits of quantification (from 0.1 to 5.0 μg kg−1) were evaluated from spiked samples at three concentration levels (5.0, 10.0 and 25.0 μg kg−1 for Irgacure 184 and 2.5, 5.0 and 25.0 μg kg−1 for others). These excellent validation data suggested the possibility of using the LC-ESI/MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of low-level photoinitiator residues migrating from printed food-packaging materials into milk. The method has been successfully applied to the analysis of real samples of different fat contents ranging from 8 to 30 g L−1. The photoinitiator residues were revealed to be higher in milk with higher fat content and the most important contaminations were benzophenone and ITX in concentration ranges of 2.84–18.35 and 0.83–8.87 μg kg−1, respectively.  相似文献

The effect of substrate (glucose) concentration on the stability and yield of a continuous fermentative process that produces hydrogen was studied. Four anaerobic fluidized bed reactors (AFBRs) were operated with a hydraulic retention time (HRT) from 1 to 8 h and an influent glucose concentration from 2 to 25 g L−1. The reactors were inoculated with thermally pre-treated anaerobic sludge and operated at a temperature of 30 °C with an influent pH around 5.5 and an effluent pH of about 3.5. The AFBRs with a HRT of 2 h and a feed strength of 2, 4, and 10 g L−1 showed satisfactory H2 production performance, but the reactor fed with 25 g L−1 of glucose did not. The highest hydrogen yield value was obtained in the reactor with a glucose concentration of 2 g L−1 when it was operated at a HRT of 2 h. The maximum hydrogen production rate value was achieved in the reactor with a HRT of 1 h and a feed strength of 10 g L−1. The AFBRs operated with glucose concentrations of 2 and 4 g L−1 produced greater amounts of acetic and butyric acids, while AFBRs with higher glucose concentrations produced a greater amount of solvents.  相似文献

Simple, rapid, sensitive and selective methods for the determination of Cr(III) and W(VI) with flavonol derivatives in the presence of surface-active agents are proposed. In the pH ranges 3.4–4.2 and 1.9–2.5, the molar absorptivities of Cr(III)-morin-emulsifier S (EFA) and W(VI)-morin-polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) systems are 1.13×105 and 2.13×104 L mol−1 cm−1 at 435 and 415 nm, respectively. The Cr(III)-quercetin-PVP and W(VI)-quercetin-cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) systems are formed in the pH ranges 4–4.6 and 2.2–2.8 with molar absorptivities 1.02×105 and 9.02×104 L. mol−1 cm−1 at 441 and 419 nm, respectively. The linear dynamic ranges for the determination of Cr(III) and W(VI) with morin in the presence of EFA and PVP are 0.03–0.46 and 0.71–8.1 μg mL−1, respectively. The corresponding ranges with quercetin are 0.04–0.54 and 0.14–2.1 μg mL−1 of Cr(III) and W(VI), respectively. The r.s.d (n = 10) for the determination of 0.25 and 3.7 μg mL−1 of Cr(III) and W(VI) with morin and their detection limits are 0.88 and 0.99% and 0.016 and 0.63 μg mL−1, respectively. Using quercetin, the r.s.d (n = 10) for 0.22 and 1.2 μg mL−1 of Cr(III) and W(VI) and their detection limits are 0.92 and 0.91% and 0.015 and 0.08 μg mL−1, respectively. The critical evaluation of the proposed methods is performed by statistical analysis of the experimental data. The proposed methods are applied to determine Cr in steel, non-ferrous alloys, wastewater and mud filtrate and to the determination of W in steel. Received March 8, 1999. Currently, there is an increasing demand for the production of biodiesel and, consequently, there will be an increasing need to treat wastewaters resulting from the production process of this biofuel. The main objective of this work was, therefore, to investigate the effect of applied volumetric organic load (AVOL) on the efficiency, stability, and methane production of an anaerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor applied to the treatment of effluent from biodiesel production. As inert support, polyurethane foam cubes were used in the reactor and mixing was accomplished by recirculating the liquid phase. Increase in AVOL resulted in a drop in organic matter removal efficiency and increase in total volatile acids in the effluent. AVOLs of 1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0 g COD L−1 day−1 resulted in removal efficiencies of 92%, 81%, 67%, and 50%, for effluent filtered samples, and 91%, 80%, 63%, and 47%, for non-filtered samples, respectively, whereas total volatile acids concentrations in the effluent amounted to 42, 145, 386 and 729 mg HAc L−1, respectively. Moreover, on increasing AVOL from 1.5 to 4.5 g COD L−1 day−1 methane production increased from 29.5 to 55.5 N mL CH4 g COD−1. However, this production dropped to 36.0 N mL CH4 g COD−1 when AVOL was increased to 6.0 g COD L−1 day−1, likely due to the higher concentration of volatile acids in the reactor. Despite the higher concentration of volatile acids at the highest AVOL, alkalinity supplementation to the influent, in the form of sodium bicarbonate, at a ratio of 0.5–1.3 g NaHCO3 g CODfed−1, was sufficient to maintain the pH near neutral and guarantee process stability during reactor operation.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to develop, optimize, and validate a modern, rapid method of preparation of human hair samples, using microwave irradiation, for analysis of eight tricyclic antidepressants (TCADs): nordoxepin, nortriptyline, imipramine, amitriptyline, doxepin, desipramine, clomipramine, and norclomipramine. It was based on simultaneous alkaline hair microwave-assisted hydrolysis and microwave-assisted extraction (MAH–MAE). Extracts were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with diode-array detection (HPLC–DAD). A mixture of n-hexane and isoamyl alcohol (99:1, v/v) was used as extraction solvent and the process was performed at 60°C. Application of 1.0 mol L−1 NaOH and microwave irradiation for 40 min were found to be optimum for hair samples. Limits of detection ranged from 0.3 to 1.2 μg g−1 and LOQ from 0.9 to 4.0 μg g−1 for the different drugs. This enabled us to quantify them in hair samples within average therapeutic concentration ranges.  相似文献

A novel and environmentally friendly microextraction method, termed ionic liquid dispersive liquid-phase microextraction (IL-DLPME), has been developed for rapid enrichment of triclosan and triclocarban before analysis by high-performance liquid phase chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC–ESI-MS–MS). Instead of using toxic organic solvents, an ionic liquid was used as a green extraction solvent. This also avoided the instability of the suspending drop in single-drop liquid-phase microextraction, and the heating and cooling step in temperature-controlled ionic liquid dispersive liquid phase microextraction. Factors that may affect the enrichment efficiency, for example volume of ionic liquid, type and volume of dispersive solvent, pH, extraction time, and NaCl content were investigated in detail and optimized. Under optimum conditions, linearity of the method was observed over the range 0.2–12 μg L−1 for triclocarban and 1–60 μg L−1 for triclosan with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9980 to 0.9990, respectively. The sensitivity of the proposed method was found to be excellent, with limits of detection in the range 0.040–0.58 μg L−1 and precision in the range 7.0–8.8% (RSD, n = 5). This method has been successfully used to analyze real environmental water samples and satisfactory results were achieved. Average recoveries of spiked compounds were in the range 70.0–103.5%. All these results indicated that the developed method would be a green method for rapid determination of triclosan and triclocarban at trace levels in environmental water samples.  相似文献

A sensitive and effective method for simultaneous determination of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamide herbicide residues in soil, water, and wheat was developed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. The four herbicides (pyroxsulam, flumetsulam, metosulam, and diclosulam) were cleaned up with an off-line C18 SPE cartridge and detected by tandem mass spectrometry using an electrospray ionization source in positive mode (ESI+). The determination of the target compounds was achieved in <2.0 min. The limits of detection were below 1 μg kg−1, while the limits of quantification did not exceed 3 μg kg−1 in different matrices. Quantitation was determined from calibration curves of standards containing 0.05–100 μg L−1 with r 2 > 0.997. Recovery studies were conducted at three spiked levels (0.2, 1, and 5 μg kg−1 for water; 5, 10, and 100 μg kg−1 for soil and wheat). The overall average recoveries for this method in water, soil, wheat plants, and seeds at three levels ranged from 75.4% to 106.0%, with relative standard deviations in the range of 2.1–12.5% (n = 5) for all analytes.  相似文献

On the basis of flow injection analysis technology, a simple, accurate, and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of volatile phenols in environmental water samples by using CdTe/ZnSe nanocrystals as a fluorescent probe. The influences of coexisting metal ions and volatile phenol substitutes were also investigated. The method developed for analysis of volatile phenols displayed very good linearity in the range from 1.0 × 10−8 to 4.0 × 10−7 g L−1, with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.995 and a detection limit down to 2.7 × 10−9 g L−1 (signal-to-noise ratio 3). The proposed method was successfully applied to determine the content of volatile phenols in environmental water samples, and the quantitative recoveries were 93.4–106.1%. A possible reaction mechanism for the quenching of fluorescence is discussed using UV–vis absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra, and time-resolved luminescence spectra of volatile phenols obtained by titrating a CdTe/ZnSe nanocrystal aqueous solution and zeta potential data.  相似文献

A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for the detection of microcystins (MCs) in drinking water has been developed. Several assay formats have been evaluated. The selected format is based on a competitive inhibition assay, in which microcystin-LR (MCLR) has been covalently immobilized onto the surface of an SPR chip functionalized with a self-assembled monolayer. The influence of several factors affecting sensor performance, such as the nature and concentration of the antibody, the composition of the carrier buffer, and the blocking and regeneration solutions, has been evaluated. The optimized SPR biosensor provides an IC50 0.67 ± 0.09 μg L−1, a detection limit of 73 ± 8 ng L−1, and a dynamic range from 0.2 to 2.0 μg L−1 for MCLR. Cross-reactivity to other related MCs, such as microcystin-RR (88%) and microcystin-YR (94%), has also been measured. The SPR biosensor can perform four simultaneous determinations in 60 min, and each SPR chip can be reused for at least 40 assay–regeneration cycles without significant binding capacity loss. The biosensor has been successfully applied to the direct analysis of MCLR in drinking water samples, below the provisional guideline value of 1 μg L−1 established by the World Health Organization for drinking water.  相似文献

A mid-infrared enzymatic assay for label-free monitoring of the enzymatic reaction of fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase with fructose 1,6-bisphosphate has been proposed. The whole procedure was done in an automated way operating in the stopped flow mode by incorporating a temperature-controlled flow cell in a sequential injection manifold. Fourier transform infrared difference spectra were evaluated for kinetic parameters, like the Michaelis–Menten constant (K M) of the enzyme and V max of the reaction. The obtained K M of the reaction was 14 ± 3 g L−1 (41 μM). Furthermore, inhibition by adenosine 5′-monophosphate (AMP) was evaluated, and the K MApp value was determined to be 12 ± 2 g L−1 (35 μM) for 7.5 and 15 μM AMP, respectively, with V max decreasing from 0.1 ± 0.03 to 0.05 ± 0.01 g L−1 min−1. Therefore, AMP exerted a non-competitive inhibition.  相似文献

A sensitive and non chromatographic analytical procedure for the separation of inorganic selenium species in natural water has been performed. A combination of APDC coprecipitation and determination by an absolute thin layer Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was used. The influence of various analytical parameters such as element concentration, oxidation states and pH on the recoveries of Se (IV) was examined. The presence of organic matter and bicarbonate anions, typical components in Cuban groundwater samples, was also tested. Negligible matrix effects were observed. At pH 4 a 100% recovery was found for Se (IV). The coprecipitation recovery of the oxidized selenium species (Se (VI)) was null for the selected concentration range (5–100 μg L−1). When the Se (VI) was reduced by heating the solution with 4 mol L−1 HCl, quantitative recovery was also obtained. The determination of total selenium was conducted by the application of the oxidation–reduction process and the analytical procedure for Se (IV). Se (VI) content was calculated as the difference between total selenium and Se (IV). The detection limit was 0.13 μg L−1. The relative standard deviation was lower than 3.5% for 5 μg L−1 of Se (IV). The trueness of the method was verified by using standardized hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry technique. The results obtained using the EDXRF technique were in good agreement with the ones determined by HG-AAS. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Se (IV) in surface water and groundwater samples.  相似文献

A fully automated method has been developed for analysis of eighteen antibacterial compounds, including penicillins, cephalosporins and sulfonamides, in animal feed with limits of quantification in the range 0.25–5.79 μg kg−1. The method is based on pressurized liquid extraction of 3 g homogenized feed with water and online clean-up of 500 μL of the extract with C18HD cartridges. The purified sample was directly analysed by liquid chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (SPE–LC–ESI-MS–MS). Chromatographic separation was achieved within 10 min by use of a C12 Phenomenex Hydro-RP reversed-phase analytical column and a mobile phase gradient (water + 0.1% formic acid–methanol + 0.1% formic acid). The method was validated, revealing capability for detection of concentrations as low as 0.09 μg kg−1, decision limits (CCα) and detection capabilities (CCβ) in the range 10–174 μg kg−1 and 22–182 μg kg−1, respectively, and inter-day precision ranging from 0.7 to 8.3%. Recovery, with internal standard correction, was in the range 93–134% for all analytes. The method was then applied to analysis of fifteen feed samples, nine of which contained at least one antimicrobial at concentrations between 0.006 and 1.526 mg kg−1. The performance data and results from the method were compared with those from a previous method developed by our group, using offline SPE, by analyzing the same set of samples by both methods. The online SPE approach resulted in slightly improved sensitivity, with LODs of 0.09–2.12 μg kg−1 compared with 0.12–3.94 μg kg−1 by the offline approach. In general, better recovery was achieved by use of online purification (for 72% of the analytes) and the correlation between the two methods was good. The main advantages of the new online method are rapid and automated sample pre-treatment, and reduction of sample manipulation, enabling high-throughput analysis and highly accurate results. Because of all these characteristics, the proposed method is applicable and could be deemed necessary within the field of food control and safety.  相似文献

To measure dermal exposure of a non-agricultural occupationally exposed population to pesticides, a new method has been developed for analysis of 13 pesticides from different classes (fungicides, herbicides, insecticides) on dermal patches. The method includes extraction of the patches and analysis of the pesticides by GC–MS and/or HPLC–fluorescence. Water-soluble pesticides (glyphosate and glufosinate) on patches were ultrasonically extracted twice with ultra-pure water for 10 min and analysed by HPLC–fluorescence after derivatisation with FMOC. Organic-soluble pesticides (bifenthrin, cyprodinil, difufenicanil, fludioxonil, oxadiazon, pyriproxyfen, clopyralid, 2,4-D, fluroxypyr, 2,4-MCPA, and triclopyr) were extracted ultrasonically twice for 10 min with 70:30 dichloromethane–acetonitrile and analysed by GC–MS directly or after derivatisation with N-methyl-N-tert-butyldimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide. Detection limits varied between 3 and 4 μg L−1 for water-soluble pesticides and between 1 and 10 μg L−1 for organic-soluble pesticides.  相似文献

Municipal wastewater has been examined for steroids, β2-agonists, stimulants, diuretics, and phosphodiesterase type V inhibitors (PDE type V inhibitors), which are “dual-use-drugs” applied either as anabolic, doping, and lifestyle drugs or for treatment of diverse diseases. To identify their origin, fitness centre discharges under suspicion of being point sources and sewage-treatment plant feed and effluents were sampled and concentrations determined. Sensitive and selective methods for determination and quantification based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) followed by high-performance liquid chromatography–high resolution mass and tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC–(HR)MS and HPLC–MS–MS) were developed and established for analysis of these compounds in wastewater and to assess their effect on the environment. The methods developed enabled quantification at trace concentrations (limit of quantification (LOQ): 5 ng L−1). Of the steroids and stimulants under investigation, testosterone, methyltestosterone, and boldenone or ephedrine, amphetamine, and MDMA (3,4-methylendioxy-N-methylamphetamine) were observed at up to 5 μg L−1 (ephedrine). Of the β2-agonists salbutamol only, and of the diuretics furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide were confirmed in the extracts. Quite high concentrations of the PDE type V inhibitors sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil and their metabolites were confirmed in fitness centre discharges (sildenafil: 1,945 ng L−1) whereas their concentrations in municipal wastewater did not exceed 35 ng L−1. This study identified anabolic and doping drugs in wastewater for the first time. Results obtained from wastewater treatment plant effluents proved that these “dual-use-drugs”, with the exception of hydrochlorothiazide, were mostly eliminated.  相似文献

The worldwide contamination of winery by-products by mycotoxins may present a serious hazard to human and animal health. Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of fungi with possible adverse effects on humans, animals, and crops that result in illnesses and economic losses. Mycotoxins are under continuous survey in Europe, but the regulatory aspects still need to be set up for winery by-products, which may be used in animal feed. The aim of this study was to implement a simple but reliable analytical methodology for ochratoxin A (OTA) quantification in grape pomaces in order to perform a survey of samples from the Douro Demarcated Region, Portugal. The method involved a unique preparation step, solvent extraction, followed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence (FL) detection. A comparative study was performed with two extraction solvents (ethyl acetate and methanol) as well as using extraction on an immunoaffinity column. The linearity range for OTA analysis was 0.05–23.5 μg L−1 with a detection limit of 0.05 μg L−1 and a precision (expressed by the coefficient of variation under repeatability conditions) of 0.4–14.7%. The percentage of recovery was on average 23.5 ± 3.6% (extraction with ethyl acetate) or 70.1 ± 2.5% (extraction with 70% methanol). Accounting for the recovery factor and the chromatographic detection limit, as well as the preconcentration factor, the limit of detection in grape pomaces is 0.04 μg kg−1 (ethyl acetate extraction) and 0.33 μg kg−1 (methanol extraction). Samples from 12 out of 13 sites in the Douro Demarcated Region showed OTA presence with concentrations not exceeding 0.4 μg kg−1. Both developed methods for evaluation of OTA in grape pomace are simple but efficient. Figure Extraction of ochratoxin A (OTA) from grape pomaces allows simple but efficient quantification of OTA in winery by-products by HPLC-FL  相似文献
