采用高功率激光器多次冲击2024铝合金,用X射线衍射技术分析了冲击区域的残余应力,研究了冲击残余应力状态分布规律,并用其评价激光冲击强化效果。研究表明,随着冲击次数增加,塑变量及塑性应变梯度逐渐减小,测点是双向压应力状态,而4次冲击时,塑性应变梯度增大,光斑中心是单向压应力状态,其他点是双向压应力状态。当激光功率密度为2.8 GW/cm2时,3次冲击强化效果最佳,材料是二向压应力状态,残余最大主应力及应力强度的均值最大,方差最小,分布基本均匀,塑性应变梯度较小。  相似文献

针对不锈钢焊接接头应力及组织分布不均匀,容易导致应力腐蚀开裂的问题,采用不等强度激光冲击波对316奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头进行处理。通过应力腐蚀试验、残余应力测试及微观组织分析,研究了激光冲击强化对焊接接头应力腐蚀抗性的影响及其作用机理。试验结果表明:激光冲击强化将焊接件的应力腐蚀断裂时间提高了33.48%。激光冲击波的作用,在焊接接头部位引入了高数值的残余压应力,一方面消除了热影响导致的残余拉应力,同时抵消了拉伸工作载荷的作用,降低局部应力梯度,从而延缓表面钝化膜的破裂;另一方面,激光冲击使焊接接头不同区域之间的微观组织均匀和细化,提高了微裂纹萌生的条件,降低了金属发生阳极溶解的可能性。两种因素的共同作用,使得不锈钢焊接接头的抗应力腐蚀性能显著增强。  相似文献

针对激光冲击强化铝合金焊缝过程中存在多场耦合导致残余应力变化幅度大、实时表征难的问题,采用ABAQUS非线性有限元软件建立了激光冲击强化7075-T6铝合金板材焊接件的有限元模型,模拟计算焊缝在激光冲击强化前后的残余应力场分布,重点分析了激光冲击强化对焊缝的横、纵向残余应力场的影响规律,并对焊缝的激光冲击强化工艺参数进行优化。研究结果表明,焊缝表面为残余拉应力场并且分布不均,激光冲击强化使得焊缝的拉应力状态转变为高幅压应力状态;优化激光冲击强化工艺参数(如激光能量、激光光斑尺寸、搭接率),可以明显改善焊缝区域和热影响区的残余应力分布;当激光光斑搭接率为50%至70%时,残余应力分布趋于均匀,可以有效消除"残余应力洞"现象。  相似文献

研究了激光冲击强化对回转半径为350mm大耕深旋耕刀残余应力的影响,利用ANSYS对旋耕刀进行理论应力分析,发现应力集中在刀柄外弯角处,同时进行了激光冲击强化模拟,得到理论残余应力引入值。利用X射线衍射法对激光冲击强化前后旋耕刀表面进行了残余应力测试。结果表明,ANSYS模拟激光冲击强化引入的残余应力值与试验实测的结果吻合得较好,相比未经处理的旋耕刀,激光冲击强化后刀具表面残余应力明显增大,最大残余压应力达412.25 MPa,增幅达166%,残余压应力的引入可消除旋耕刀工作的应力集中,提高了刀具使用寿命。研究结果为进一步提高和优化大耕深旋耕刀制造工艺提供了新的参考依据。  相似文献

利用高功率Nd:YAG激光对不同工艺处理的SWOSC-V弹簧钢丝进行单点冲击处理,用X射线应力分析仪测量弹簧内外侧、侧表面的残余应力并计算出残余主应力,建立了激光冲击SWOSC-V弹簧钢丝表面残余应力的产生模型,并利用该模型分析了弹簧钢丝表面残余应力产生的原因。结果表明:弹簧钢丝在经激光冲击处理的表面强化区产生残余压应力,钢丝退火后直接激光冲击处理与经喷丸强化的钢丝激光冲击处理的表面残余应力变化不同,喷丸强化所引起的材料硬化是激光冲击处理弹簧钢丝残余应力变化不同的原因。  相似文献

采用激光冲击强化(LSP)处理方法研究了激光冲击强化对AM50铸造镁合金深度方向的晶粒结构、显微硬度和残余应力的影响。结果表明,经过单次冲击强化后,合金表层的显微硬度值、残余压应力值均有明显改善;在冲击强化层,原始粗晶明显细化,表层显微硬度值提高了19%,残余压应力达到-225 MPa,且显微硬度提高区、晶粒细化层及残余压应力层的深度明显增大;当冲击次数增加到2次时,显微硬度、晶粒尺寸和残余应力得到进一步改善。  相似文献

利用新型聚偏1.1-二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电传感器,实现了对激光引发的冲击波压力的实时测量,得到激光引发的冲击波峰压在铝中成指数型的衰减规律;观测了不同约束层材料在铝靶表面产生的激光冲击波,研究了不同约束层对冲击效果的影响;最后用激光冲击强化装置对7050-T7451航空铝合金结构材料进行了冲击强化处理,对试件激光冲击区存在的残余压应力及位错密度进行了测量。结果显示经激光冲击处理的试件表面具有极高的残余压应力,可达-200MPa以上。激光冲击处理后铝合金的位错密度得到显著的提高,疲劳寿命提高到175%~428%。这些重要结果对激光冲击改性处理技术的实际应用具有指导性作用。  相似文献

为了使激光冲击强化技术能较好地应用于TC6钛合金的发动机叶片,对TC6钛合金进行试验研究。通过X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜等测试技术分析了不同参数下TC6钛合金的微观组织变化,用显微硬度计和残余应力测试仪分别表征表层硬度和残余应力变化,并测试材料冲击后的振动高周疲劳性能。试验结果表明:激光冲击材料后表面组织得到明显细化,随着冲击次数的增加,先后出现了高密度位错、位错胞、亚晶和纳米晶。性能方面,表面硬度在冲击一次即可提高19%,硬度影响深度达到700 m;与此同时表面残余应力最高达到-608.5 MPa,在500 m深度上仍具有-100 MPa左右的应力存在。经三次冲击后,标准疲劳试片的疲劳极限提高近20%。  相似文献

 通过X射线应力测试和有限元分析相结合的方法,研究了金刚石层厚度对聚晶金刚石复合片(PDC)残余应力的影响,并根据实验测试结果推导出了PDC表面中心与边缘的应力随金刚石层厚度变化的关系式。随着金刚石层厚度由0.5 mm增加到2.0 mm,PDC表面中心的压应力从1 800 MPa下降至700 MPa左右,而边缘部分的应力逐渐由压应力转为拉应力。金刚石层加厚虽然对边缘部分的最大拉应力影响不大,但使PDC边缘拉应力区宽度由0.76 mm增加到了2.85 mm。金刚石层厚度的增加还使得PDC边缘界面附近y方向的最大拉应力和位于界面边缘处的最大剪应力显著加大,这是金刚石层较厚的PDC界面容易产生裂纹的主要原因。  相似文献

采用YLSS-M60U型高能Nd:YAG激光器,对发动机高压涡轮叶片材料K403/K3铸造高温合金试片进行激光冲击强化处理,强化工艺参数为:激光能量3J,光斑直径2.6mm,脉宽20ns,波长1064nm,吸收保护层为铝箔,约束层为水,搭接率50%,冲击3次。强化后,在420MPa应力水平下进行了室温高周振动疲劳测试,并进行了扫描电镜观察和X射线衍射仪物相分析。研究结果表明:激光冲击强化后,试片疲劳寿命是原始状态试片寿命的2.4倍,激光冲击强化的强冲击波作用使金属发生高应变率塑性变形,以及随之产生的较大较深残余压应力,是金属疲劳性能提高的主要原因。  相似文献

Present investigation reports on the effects of incorporating pre- and post-heating on the mechanical properties of laser-welded joints, in normal air condition. Two common types of steels, i.e. mild steel, and stainless steel were welded with Lumonic's MS 830 Nd3+:YAG laser machine, with an output capacity of 400 W. Due to the low integrated energy input required for laser welded joints, the welded region are often cooled too rapidly via conduction to the surrounding material and atmosphere, which leads to hardness discontinuities in the fusion and heat affected zone. The effects of in-process laser annealing on the mechanical properties and microstructure of laser-welded joints are important in any manufacturing operation. To improve the poor weld characteristics, this work investigates the use of automated dual-beam delivery system to implement a pre- or post-heating technique, simultaneously with the welding process. The results show that proper selection of the control parameters for the pre- or post-heating can reduce the hardness of the weld significantly and improve the welded joints mechanical properties, such as higher tensile strength and better durability.  相似文献

This paper presents a study carried out on 3.5 kW cooled slab laser welding of 904 L super austenitic stainless steel. The joints have butts welded with different shielding gases, namely argon, helium and nitrogen, at a constant flow rate. Super austenitic stainless steel (SASS) normally contains high amount of Mo, Cr, Ni, N and Mn. The mechanical properties are controlled to obtain good welded joints. The quality of the joint is evaluated by studying the features of weld bead geometry, such as bead width (BW) and depth of penetration (DOP). In this paper, the tensile strength and bead profiles (BW and DOP) of laser welded butt joints made of AISI 904 L SASS are investigated. The Taguchi approach is used as a statistical design of experiment (DOE) technique for optimizing the selected welding parameters. Grey relational analysis and the desirability approach are applied to optimize the input parameters by considering multiple output variables simultaneously. Confirmation experiments have also been conducted for both of the analyses to validate the optimized parameters.  相似文献

As 7075 aluminum alloy is widely used in a humid environment, in order to enhance its abrasion resistance and electrochemical corrosion resistance, the paper studied the effect of laser shock peening on abrasion resistance in artificial seawater and corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution of 7075 aluminum alloy. Result shows that when specimens were treated once and twice with 7.17 GW/cm2 the abrasion loss would be reduced by 43.75% and 46.09% compare to untreated respectively, and the corrosion rate of 7075 aluminum alloy could be reduced as much as 50.32% by LSP treatment with 7.17 GW/cm2. What’s more, the effects on the microhardness, microstructure and residual stress with different LSP impacts and power density were investigated to find out strengthening mechanism of laser shock peening, which were observed and measured by microhardness tester, optical microscope and X-ray diffraction (XRD) residual stress tester. In the entire laboratory tests, it is considered that LSP is a practical option to improve abrasion resistance in seawater and corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy.  相似文献

Dissimilar materials welded joints provide many advantages in power, automotive, chemical, and spacecraft industries. The weld bead integrity which is determined by process parameters plays a significant role in the welding quality during the fiber laser welding (FLW) of dissimilar materials. In this paper, an optimization method by taking the integrity of the weld bead and weld area into consideration is proposed for FLW of dissimilar materials, the low carbon steel and stainless steel. The relationships between the weld bead integrity and process parameters are developed by the genetic algorithm optimized back propagation neural network (GA-BPNN). The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is taken for optimizing the predicted outputs from GA-BPNN for the objective. Through the optimization process, the desired weld bead with good integrity and minimum weld area are obtained and the corresponding microstructure and microhardness are excellent. The mechanical properties of the optimized joints are greatly improved compared with that of the un-optimized welded joints. Moreover, the effects of significant factors are analyzed based on the statistical approach and the laser power (LP) is identified as the most significant factor on the weld bead integrity and weld area. The results indicate that the proposed method is effective for improving the reliability and stability of welded joints in the practical production.  相似文献

The lap welding of JSC270CC steel and A6111-T4 aluminum alloys were carried out by a dual-beam YAG laser with the continuous wave (CW) and pulse wave (PW) modes. The microstructure of the welded joints were examined with SEM, EPMA while the properties were checked with microhardness tester and tensile testing machine. It was shown that the dual-beam laser welding can effectively reduce or avoid the formation of the blowholes in the welded joints. The PW laser beam penetrated the welding pool, leading to the root-shape structures with enhanced bonding strength at the weld interface. A 10 μm intermetallic compound (IMC) layer was generated at the interface. The shearing strength of lap joint was measured to be 128 MPa.  相似文献

采用了TIG对核聚变用316LN奥氏体不锈钢进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行了焊后热处理,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析手段研究了焊后热处理对焊接接头微观组织和力学性能的变化。试验结果表明,焊缝中为奥氏体组织,并未发现第二相析出物存在。焊后热处理对接头的拉伸性能影响不大,均断裂在母材位置,但显著提高了接头的延伸率。接头低温冲击试验也展现了良好的抗低温冲击性能。断口分析发现,接头呈韧性断裂。  相似文献

为研究激光冲击对E690高强钢激光熔覆修复层微观组织的影响,选用专用金属粉末对E690高强钢试样预制凹坑进行激光熔覆修复,并使用脉冲激光对激光熔覆层进行冲击强化处理,同时采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线应力分析仪分别对激光冲击前后激光熔覆层的微观组织和表面残余应力进行检测。结果表明:激光熔覆修复后,激光熔覆层组织为等轴晶,熔覆层与E690高强钢基体之间冶金结合良好,其表面残余应力为均匀分布的压应力。经激光冲击后,激光熔覆层截面晶粒得到细化,并观察到大量的形变孪晶,互相平行的孪晶界分割熔覆层粗大晶粒,在激光熔覆层的晶粒细化过程中发挥着重要作用;试样表层位错在{110}滑移面上发生交滑移,在晶界周围形成了位错缠结。经激光冲击后,激光熔覆层冲击区域表面残余压应力数值相较于冲击前提升了1.1倍。  相似文献

Recently, laser welding of austenitic stainless steel has received great attention in industry. This is due to its widespread application in petroleum refinement stations, power plants, the pharmaceutical industry and also in households. Therefore, mechanical properties should be controlled to obtain good welded joints. The welding process should be optimized by the proper mathematical models. In this research, the tensile strength and impact strength along with the joint-operating cost of laser-welded butt joints made of AISI304 was investigated.Design-expert software was used to establish the design matrix and to analyze the experimental data. The relationships between the laser-welding parameters (laser power, welding speed and focal point position) and the three responses (tensile strength, impact strength and joint-operating cost) were established. Also, the optimization capabilities in design-expert software were used to optimize the welding process.The developed mathematical models were tested for adequacy using analysis of variance and other adequacy measures. In this investigation, the optimal welding conditions were identified in order to increase the productivity and minimize the total operating cost. Overlay graphs were plotted by superimposing the contours for the various response surfaces. The process parameters effect was determined and the optimal welding combinations were tabulated.  相似文献
