The one‐pot synthesis of a series of 1,2,4‐triazines from the reactions of semicarbazide or thiosemi‐carbazide with various α,β‐dicarbonyl compounds under reflux conditions in a EtOH‐H2O (9:1) mixture as solvent and catalyzed by nano‐sized silica supported FeCl3 (FeCl3@SiO2) was investigat‐ed. The FeCl3 content of the catalyst was measured by atomic absorption to get the adsorption ca‐pacity. The reactions gave high yields of the product and the catalyst was easily separated and re‐used for successive reaction runs without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

Mesoporous silica supported Cs_(2.5)H_(0.5)PW_(12)O_(40) catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,and several silica supports with different pore size were utilized.N_2 adsorption,XRD and ICP-AES techniques were utilized to characterize the silica supports and catalysts.XRD results showed that the dispersion of Cs_(2.5)H_(0.5)PW_(12) was better for the silica support with larger pore size.The catalytic activity results showed that the pore size played important role on the catalyst activity and the...  相似文献

The deactivation of nickel catalysts used in Arak and Razi petrochemical complexes followed by catalyst regeneration was evalu-ated. The characterization of the different structures was made by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and carbon & sulfur analyzer. The Ni particle size was estimated from XRD patterns and TEM graphs. The agglomeration of nickel particle and the poison by sulfur components were recognized as the main reasons in deactivation of Arak and Razi catalysts,respectively. The activity of the used catalysts before and after regeneration was measured on methane steam reforming at a CH4:H2O ratio of 1:3 at 850 oC. The regeneration processes for Arak and Razi samples were performed with CO2 as an oxidative atmosphere and steam as a regenerating agent,respectively. The results show that,(1) no residual sulfur components were on the regenerated Razi catalyst surface without changing the structure of the catalyst and the regenerated catalyst has gained 80% of its catalytic activity,and that(2) the nickel particle size of regenerated Arak specimen decreased remarkably as measured by Debye-Scherrer equation from XRD patterns. TEM images were in agreement with the XRD results and indicated a decrease in nickel particle size of regenerated catalyst. Additionally,in both regenerated catalysts all the coke on the surface of the support was eliminated after regeneration.  相似文献

The effect of pure and high silica Hβ zeolites on the catalytic performance of toluene combustion over Pd/H/3 catalyst was evaluated.Pure and high silica β zeolites were prepared by direct synthesis procedures,then 0.1 wt% of palladium was impregnated on different Hβ zeolites via incipient wetness technique using palladium nitrate as the Pd source.The Pd/Hβ catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption/desorption,H2O adsorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR and XPS techniques.With increasing the SIO2/Al2O3 ratio of β zeolite,the activity of the Pd/Hβ catalysts for toluene combustion increased clearly and the pure silica β zeolite supported Pd catalyst showed the best catalytic activity.The superior catalytic performance of Pd/β catalyst prepared from pure silica β zeolite was attributed to its high hydrophobicity and the preserving ability for PdO active species.  相似文献

A series of nano-size gold catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method using silica material promoted with different amounts of MgO as the carrier. The influences of MgO addition on the structure and property of the nano-size gold catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), O2 temperature-programmed desorption (O2-TPD), and inductively coupled with plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) techniques. The total oxidation of CO was chosen as the probe reaction. The results suggest that for the gold catalysts supported on the silica material after MgO modification, the size of the gold particles is pronouncedly reduced, the oxygen mobility is enhanced, and the catalytic activity for low-temperature CO oxidation is greatly improved. The gold catalyst modified by 6 wt% MgO (Mg/SiO2 weight ratio) shows higher CO oxidation activity, over which the temperature of CO total oxidation is lower about 150 K than that over the silica directly supported gold catalyst.  相似文献

A carbon nanotube-supported NiP amorphous catalyst (NiP/CNT) was prepared by induced reduction. Benzene hydrogenation was used as a probe reaction for the study of catalytic activity. The effects of the support on the activity and thermal stability of the supported catalyst were discussed based on various characterizations, including XRD, TEM, ICP, XPS, H2-TPD, and DTA. In comparison with the NiP amorphous alloy, the benzene conversion on NiP/CNT catalyst was lower, but the specific activity of NiP/CNT was higher, which is attributed to the dispersion produced by the support, an electron-donating effect, and the hydrogen-storage ability of CNT. The NiP/CNT thermal stability was improved because of the dispersion and electronic effects and the good heat-conduction ability of the CNT support.  相似文献

Silica-coated CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared and used as a support for the immobilization of 12-tungstophosphoric acid, to produce a new magnetically separable catalyst. This catalyst was characterized using X-ray diffraction, wavelength-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, laser par-ticle size analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometry. The catalyst showed high activity in the selective oxidation of thioethers and thiophenes to the corresponding sulfones under mild condi-tions. The catalytic activity of the nanocatalyst in the oxidative desulfurization of model oil was investigated. The effect of nitrogen-containing compounds on sulfur removal from the model oil was also evaluated. The catalyst showed high activity in the oxidative desulfurization of diesel. The cata-lyst can be readily isolated from the oxidation system using an external magnet and no obvious loss of activity was observed when the catalyst was reused in four consecutive runs.  相似文献

In this paper dry reforming of methane (DRM) was carried out over nanocrystalline MgAl2O4-supported Ni catalysts with various Ni loadings. Nanocrystalline MgAl2O4 spinel with high specific surface area was synthesized by a co-precipitation method with the addition of pluronic P123 triblock copolymer as surfactant, and employed as catalyst support. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption, H2 chemisorption, temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO), temperature- programmed desorption (TPD) and transmission and scanning electron microscopies (TEM, SEM) techniques. The obtained results showed that the catalyst support has a nanocrystalline structure (crystal size: about 5 nm) with a high specific surface area (175 m2 g-1) and a mesoporous structure. Increasing in nickel content decreased the specific surface area and nickel dispersion. The prepared catalysts showed high catalytic activity and stability during the reaction. SEM analysis revealed that whisker type carbon deposited over the spent catalysts and increasing in nickel loading increased the amount of deposited carbon. The nickel catalyst with 7 wt% of nickel showed the highest catalytic activity.  相似文献

对不同SiO2负载磷钨酸(PW)催化剂的表面性质、热稳定性、酸性、以及对苯与丙烯和1-十二烯的烷基化反应的催化活性进行了对比研究,结果表明,PW在SiO2上的分散状况与SiO2的比表面积和孔径大小有关,PW与载体表面作用的强弱会直接影响负载型催化剂的热性和酸性,采用不同的SiO2可以制得比表面积、孔结构和酸强度不同的负载型PW催化剂,以满足不同催化反应的要求。  相似文献

 采用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了孔道结构复合材料H3PW12O40/TiO2,采用ICP-AES,UV/DRS,31P MAS NMR,TEM和N2吸附等技术对其组成和结构进行了表征. 结果表明,催化剂中活性组分H3PW12O40的基本骨架结构未发生改变,H3PW12O40的担载量为22.29%,催化剂平均粒径为40 nm,具有双孔结构,其平均微孔和介孔孔径分别为0.61和3.06 nm. 考察了催化剂可见光光催化降解6种水溶性染料的性能. 结果表明,6种染料均可不同程度地被降解和矿化. 通过对染料中性红的光催化降解实验,比较了H3PW12O40/TiO2,Degussa P-25和锐钛矿结构TiO2的可见光光催化活性,其中,H3PW12O40/TiO2活性最高,且催化剂最易分离,可循环使用.  相似文献

A functionalized material. PW/SBA-15m, was prepared successfully in diluted H2SO4 aqueous solutions by immobilizing 12-tungstophosphates on chemically modified mesoporous silica SBA-15 and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, ^31p MAS NMR, XRD and TEM. The results indicate that the framework of SBA-15 and the Keggin structure of PW12O40^3- were retained, and that 23%-33% (mass fraction) of PW12O40^3- wasimmobilized; the PW12O40^3- anions were finely dispersed on the pore wall of SBA-15. Having been leached in ethanol at 60 ℃ for 7 h, the loss of PW12O40^3- anions was not found.  相似文献

以取代苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯和尿素为原料,以溶胶凝胶法制备二氧化硅负载的磷钨酸(H3PW12O40/SiO2)为催化剂,催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮,考察了三组分摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量及反应时间对反应收率的影响。 研究表明,H3PW12O40/SiO2是合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮的良性催化剂,在取代苯甲醛的用量为0.04 mol,反应温度为90 ℃的条件下,收率可达73.1%~88.4%。 催化剂和产品结构分别经IR、XRD、SEM和1H NMR、IR、MS等技术手段表征。  相似文献

以溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐([bmim]Br)和磷钨酸(H3PW12O40)为原料制备了1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷钨酸盐([bmim]3PW12O40)催化剂,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析-差示扫描量热法、正丁胺电位滴定及元素分析等技术对催化剂进行了表征,考察了催化剂对乙醇与乙酸酯化合成乙酸乙酯反应的催化活性.结果表明,[bmim]3PW12O40中有3个结晶水,并保持有H3PW12O40的Keggin结构和酸强度,[bmim]3PW12O40的酸量明显少于H3PW12O40的酸量.在乙醇与乙酸酯化合成乙酸乙酯反应中,[bmim]3PW12O40催化剂具有较高的催化活性和较好的重复使用性能.  相似文献

合成、表征了一系列SBA-15负载H3PW12O40(PW)催化剂.负载量高达60%以上时,XRD仍未检测到催化剂上有PW晶相峰.负载后PW保持其Keggin结构,但与载体之间存在较强的相互作用.通过改变PW负载量可调变催化剂的酸性,制得适用于中强酸和弱酸性催化反应的介孔固体酸催化剂.  相似文献

Novel catalytic system based on palladium nanoparticles supported on poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) grafted silica was prepared. Aminopropylsilica was reacted with acryloyl chloride to form acrylamidopropylsilica, and onto this functionalized silica vinylpyrrolidone monomer was polymerized by free-radical polymerization. The complexation of PVP-grafted silica with PdCl2 was carried out to obtain the heterogeneous catalytic system. X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image showed that palladium dispersed through the support in nanometer size. This catalytic system exhibited excellent activity in cross-coupling reactions of aryl iodides, bromides and also chlorides with olefinic compounds in Heck-Mizoraki reactions in short reaction time and high yields. Elemental analysis of Pd by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) technique and hot filtration test showed low leaching of the metal into solution from the supported catalyst. The catalyst can be reused several times in repeating Heck reaction cycles without considerable loss in its activity.  相似文献
