A rapid and efficient procedure for the preparation of various aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes was reported.The method developed produced excellent yields via one-pot condensation of β-naphthol with various aryl-aldehydes in the presence of Keggin vanadium substituted heteropolyacid,H5PW10V2O40,as catalyst under solvent free conditions.The present methodology therefore offered several advantages but not limited to excellent yields(82%-98%),short reaction times(30-50 min),mild reaction conditions,simple work-up,as well as the utilization of cheap and environmentally benign catalyst in the absence of organic solvents. 相似文献

A simple and facile synthesis of 14-aryl and alkyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes and 1,8-dioxooctahydroxanthene derivatives has been successfully developed by treatment of β-naphthol or dimedone with aldehydes under mild conditions in the presence of a pentafluorophenyl ammonium triflate(PFPAT) organocatalyst.These catalytic condensation reactions represent green chemical processes and the PFPAT organocatalyst is air-stable,cost-effective,easy to handle,and easily removed from the reaction mixtures. 相似文献

利用CuCl2·2H2O,1,2,4-三氮唑(TA),L-丝氨酸与Na3[α-PW12O40]·6H2O在乙醇的水溶液中合成了一种有机-无机复合Keggin结构磷钨酸盐[HTA]3[α-PW12O40]·6H2O;利用红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射表征了合成产物的结构,利用元素分析测定了其组成.结果表明,标题化合物属于菱方晶系R-3空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.793 73(12)nm,b=1.793 73(12)nm,c=2.440 7(3)nm,α=β=90°,γ=120°,Z=6,V=6.800 7(11)nm3,Dc=4.682g·cm-3,GOOF=1.079,R1=0.051 6,wR2=0.137 4.就分子结构而言,标题化合物分子由一个饱和Keggin结构多阴离子[α-PW12O40]3-,三个游离的质子化[HTA]+阳离子和六个结晶水分子组成. 相似文献

芴酮与2-萘酚在硫酸和3-巯基丙酸的作用下反应得到化合物螺[二苯并[a,j]氧杂蒽-14,9'-芴]. 采用核磁共振、 质谱、 红外光谱和元素分析等对该化合物进行了表征, 并通过X射线衍射法测得了其晶体结构, 确定该化合物是通过二苯并[a,j]氧杂蒽中的含氧六元杂环和芴中的五元环共用一个碳原子形成一个螺环. 利用荧光光谱和热分析等手段对该化合物的性质进行了研究, 结果表明其最大荧光发射峰为366 nm, 熔点为297 ℃, 热分解温度为329 ℃, 具有较高的热稳定性. 相似文献

Abstract A simple and efficient procedure has been developed for the preparation of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes by a one-pot condensation of 2-naphthol and aryl aldehydes, in the presence of mesoporous zirconia modified with tungstophosphoric acid (ZrTPA60BT100), to be used as a heterogeneous catalyst in a solvent-free medium using conventional heating. The present approach offers the advantages of clean reaction, simple methodology, short reaction time, and high yield. The reaction work-up is very simple and the catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused several times in subsequent reactions without appreciable loss of the catalytic activity. 相似文献
