A vortex‐assisted liquid–liquid microextraction method was developed for the chromatographic determination of strontium in aqueous samples. In the method, strontium was complexed with 4′,4″(5″)‐di‐(tert‐butylcyclohexano)‐18‐crown‐6 in the presence of tetraphenylborate as the counter anion, which increased the hydrophobicity of the ion‐association complex, resulting in its improved extraction into 1‐octanol. Strontium from the organic phase was stripped with nitric acid back to aqueous solution and determined by ion chromatography. The optimum microextraction conditions were as follows: 2.0 mL aqueous samples with 3 mM tetraphenylborate; 150 μL of 1‐octanol as the extractant phase with 10 mM DtBuCH18C6; vortex extraction time for 10 s; centrifugation at 6000 rpm for 4 min; stripping by 0.1 M nitric acid. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit for strontium was 0.005 mg/L. The calibration curves showed good linearity over the range between 0.01 and 2.5 mg/L. Intra‐ and interday precisions of the present method were satisfactory with relative standard deviations of 1.7 and 2.1%, respectively.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot access for the synthesis of the previously unreported tetracyclic fused pyrimido‐[4″,5″:4′,5′]thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2‐d]pyrimidine ( 3 ) and 1,2,3‐triazine[4″,5″:4′,5′]thieno‐[3′,2′:4,5]thieno‐[3,2‐d]‐1,2,3‐triazine ( 5 ) heteroaromatic nitrogen ligands is described. The title compounds 3 and 5 were obtained from 3,4‐diaminothieno[2,3‐b]thiophene‐2,5‐dicarbonitrile and phosgeniminium chloride and sodium nitrite/HCl, respectively. Substituted condensed thieno[2,3‐b]thiophene derivatives 4 and 6 were synthesized by nucleophilic displacement of the chloroderivatives 3 and 5 .  相似文献

A series of double armed diaza‐15‐crown‐5 ethers (9a ‐ 16a) and diaza‐18‐crown‐6 ethers (9b ‐ 16b) have been prepared by the Mannich reaction of 2,6‐disubstituted phenols with the corresponding N,N'‐dimethoxymethyldiaza‐crown ethers in benzene. The crystal structures of the diaza‐18‐crown‐6 ethers having iso‐propyl (10b) , tert‐butyl (11b) , and mixed methyl and tert‐butyl groups (12b) at positions 3′ and 5′ of the phenolic side arms were determined using X‐ray diffraction methods. Competitive transport by these ligands for sodium, potassium and cesium cations were measured under basic‐source phase and acidic‐receiving phase conditions.  相似文献

At 160 K, one of the Cl atoms in the furanoid moiety of 3‐O‐acetyl‐1,6‐di­chloro‐1,4,6‐tri­deoxy‐β‐d ‐fructo­furan­osyl 2,3,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐4‐chloro‐4‐deoxy‐α‐d ‐galacto­pyran­oside, C20H27­Cl3O11, is disordered over two orientations, which differ by a rotation of about 107° about the parent C—C bond. The conformation of the core of the mol­ecule is very similar to that of 3‐O‐acetyl‐1,4,6‐tri­chloro‐1,4,6‐tri­deoxy‐β‐d ‐tagato­furanos­yl 2,3,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐4‐chloro‐4‐deoxy‐α‐d ‐galacto­pyran­oside, particularly with regard to the conformation about the glycosidic linkage.  相似文献

A novel tert‐butyl‐containing dianhydride was prepared from readily available reagents. It was reacted with various aromatic diamines to prepare a set of polyimides containing tert‐butyl pendent groups. The resulting polyimides exhibit high molecular weights (high inherent viscosity), and a combination of desirable properties, such as good solubility in aprotic amide solvents and cresols, high glass transition temperatures (up to 320 °C), high thermal resistance, film‐forming capability and good mechanical properties.

As a result of studies dealing with the synthesis of 1-azaphenoxathiins, the synthesis of benzo[1″,2″:5,6:5″,4″:5′,6′]bis[1,4]oxathiino[3,2-b:3′,2′-b']dipyridine was examined. Unique evidence of solvent participation in the synthesis of these compounds by the structure elucidation of a novel minor by-product formed during the synthesis of the title compound is also reported.  相似文献

A series of novel 4″‐methyl‐2,2″‐diaryl‐4,2′:4′,5″‐terthiazole ( 8a‐p ) derivatives has been synthesized and screened for antibacterial activity against four pathogenic bacteria, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas flurescence, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtilis. Among them, compounds 8a and 8j exhibited excellent antibacterial activity with minimum inhibitory concentration range of 1.0 to 5.3 μg/mL and compounds 8m and 8p exhibited moderate to good antibacterial activity with minimum inhibitory concentration range of 16.9 to 29.7 μg/mL against all tested strains. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antifungal activity against Cocinida candida. Most of the compounds reported moderate antifungal activity. This study provides valuable directions to our ongoing endeavor of rationally designing more potent antimicrobial agent.  相似文献

New sulfur‐containing aromatic diamines with methyl groups at the ortho position of amino groups have been developed to prepare highly refractive and transparent aromatic polyimides (PIs) in the visible region. All aromatic PIs derived from 4,4′‐thiobis[2″‐methyl‐4″‐(p‐phenylenesulfanyl)aniline ( 2 ), 4,4′‐thiobis[2,″6″‐dimethyl‐4″‐(p‐phenylenesulfanyl)aniline ( 5 ), and aromatic dianhydride, 4,4′‐[p‐thiobis(phenylenesulfanyl)]diphthalic anhydride ( 6 ) were prepared via a two‐step polycondensation. All PIs showed good thermal properties, such as 10% weight loss temperature in the range of 497–500 °C and glass transition temperatures above 196 °C. In addition, the PIs showed good optical properties, such as optical transparency above 75% at 450 nm with a 10‐μm film thickness, high refractive indices ranging from 1.7135 to 1.7301, and small in‐plane/out‐of‐plane birefringences between 0.0066 and 0.0076. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reaction of 1‐amino‐3‐arylpyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐2,4‐dicarbonitrile (1) with dimethylformamide‐dimethylacetal (DMF‐DMA) gave 1 ‐[N,N‐(dimethylaminomethylene)amino]‐3‐arylpyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐2,4‐dicarbonitrile (2). Compounds (1) reacted with triethylorthoformate yielding 1‐[N‐(ethoxymethylene)amino]‐3‐arylpyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole‐2,4‐dicarbonitrile (3). 3‐Amino‐4‐imino‐5‐aryl‐6‐cyanopyrimido[5′,4′:5,6]pyrido[1,2‐α] benzimidazole (4) was synthesized via condensation of either (2) or (3) with hydrazine hydrate. Reactions of (4) with acetic anhydride, ethyl chloroformate or aryl isothiocyanate yielded the respective derivative of the new ring system namely 1,2,4‐triazolo[2″,3″:6′,1′]pyrimido[4′,5′:2,3]pyrido[1,2‐a]benzimidazole (5–7).  相似文献

Addition of various amines to the 3,3‐bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylamides 10a and 10b gave the tripeptides 11a – 11f , mostly as mixtures of epimers (Scheme 3). The crystalline tripeptide 11f 2 was found to be the N‐terminal (2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐substituted (R,S,S)‐ester HOCH2CH2O‐D ‐Val(F6)‐MeLeu‐Ala‐OtBu by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐terminal‐protected tripeptide 11f 2 was condensed with the N‐terminus octapeptide 2b to the depsipeptide 12a which was thermally rearranged to the undecapeptide 13a (Scheme 4). The condensation of the epimeric tripeptide 11f 1 with the octapeptide 2b gave the undecapeptide 13b directly. The undecapeptides 13a and 13b were fully deprotected and cyclized to the [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐D ‐valine]]‐ and [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐L ‐valine]]cyclosporins 14a and 14b , respectively (Scheme 5). Rate differences observed for the thermal rearrangements of 12a to 13a and of 12b to 13b are discussed.  相似文献

The bulk atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene or methyl acrylate was carried out in the presence of CuCl or CuBr complexed by equimolar amounts of 2,2′: 6′,2″-terpyridines (tpy) as ligands. Uncontrolled reactions were observed in the presence of unsubstituted ligands whereas relatively fast but controlled polymerization of styrene and methyl acrylate was observed for CuCl and CuBr complexed by tpy with three 5-nonyl substituents (tNtpy). Molecular weights evolved linearly with conversion and polymers with relatively low polydispersities were formed (Mw/Mn < 1.2).  相似文献

New synthetic approaches to 3‐substituted‐5′‐(N‐pyridiniummethyl)‐4′,5′‐dihydropsoralens are described. The novel pathways presented utilize appropriately substituted coumarins and 4′,5′‐dihydropsoralens. Mixtures of 4‐carboxypyridinium perchlorate or 4‐carboxypyridinium tetrafluoroborate and 18‐crown‐6 (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane) in ethanol and water solution yielded the title supramolecular salts, C6H6NO2+·ClO4·C12H24O6·2H2O and C6H6NO2+·BF4·C12H24O6·2H2O. Based on their similar crystal symmetries, unit cells and supramolecular assemblies, the salts are essentially isostructural. The asymmetric unit in each structure includes one protonated isonicotinic acid cation and one crown ether molecule, which together give a [(C6H6NO2)(18‐crown‐6)]+ supramolecular cation. N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the protonated N atoms and a single O atom of each crown ether result in the 4‐carboxypyridinium cations `perching' on the 18‐crown‐6 molecules. Further hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the supramolecular cation and both water molecules form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain that propagates along the crystallographic c direction. O—H...O or O—H...F hydrogen bonds between one of the water molecules and the anions fix the anion positions as pendant upon this chain, without further increasing the dimensionality of the supramolecular network.  相似文献

New synthetic approaches to 4,8‐dimethyl‐5′‐(N‐pyridiniummethyl)‐4′,5′‐dihydropsoralens and 4,8‐dimemyl‐5′‐(N‐aminomethyl)‐4′,5′‐dihydropsoralens are described. The 5′‐halomethyl‐4′,5′‐dihydro‐psoralen precursors are formed by electrophilic ring closures of 4,8‐dimethyl‐6‐allyl‐7‐hydroxycoumarin. The ring‐closure reactions may also be applied to the synthesis of 5′‐halomethyl‐4‐methyl‐4′,5′‐dihydroangelicins. The compounds are potential therapeutic agents for improved psoralen ultraviolet A radiation treatment.  相似文献

At 160 K, the gluco­pyran­osyl ring in 1,6‐di­chloro‐1,6‐di­deoxy‐β‐d ‐fructo­furan­osyl 4‐chloro‐4‐deoxy‐α‐d ‐gluco­pyran­oside monohydrate, C12H19Cl3O8·H2O, has a near ideal 4C1 chair conformation, while the fructo­furan­osyl ring has a 4T3 conformation. The conformation of the sugar mol­ecule is quite different to that of sucralose, particularly in the conformation about the glycosidic linkage, which affects the observed pattern of intramolecular hydrogen bonds. A complex series of intermolecular hydrogen bonds links the sugar and water mol­ecules into an infinite three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The syntheses of the five 2,2′: 6′,2″‐terpyridine (tpy) ligands 5 – 9 functionalized in the 4′‐position with a hydrazone substituent RR′C?N? NH (R=R′=Me; R=H, R′=4‐BrC6H4, 4‐O2NC6H4, 4‐MeOC6H4, or 3,5‐(MeO)2C6H3) are described. Protonation of the tpy domain of the ligands is facile. Solution behaviour has been studied by NMR and electronic spectroscopies. Representative structural data are presented for neutral and monoprotonated ligands, and illustrate that H‐bonding involving the formal amine NH unit is a dominant structural motif in all cases.  相似文献

The conformational features of the title compound, C28H44S6, are compared with previously reported analogous macrocycles. The type of substituent affects considerably the conformation of the macrocycle. A 1H NMR titration of the title compound with AgBF4 indicated the formation of the 1:1 complex, which was not crystallized.  相似文献
