A remarkably efficient three‐component reaction to synthesize 2‐amino‐4H‐chromenes derivatives from malononitrile, various aromatic aldehydes, and orcinol was described at room temperature in CH2Cl2 in the presence of catalytic amount of triethylamine. In a facile one‐pot procedure, excellent yields of products were achieved in less than 1 h. Some of the synthesized 2‐amino‐4H‐chromenes derivatives demonstrated potent antibacterial activities against Gram‐positive bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus anthracis, indicated by disk method, minimum inhibitory concentration, and minimum bactericidal concentration approaches. However, none of the tested compounds expressed any antibacterial activities against Enterococcus faecalis and Gram‐negative bacteria. 相似文献

In the title compound, C26H22N2O2S, the tetrahydropyridine ring has a conformation intermediate between half‐chair and sofa. The tetrahydroquinoline mean plane makes a dihedral angle of 73.3 (1)° with the cyclopentene ring, which adopts an envelope conformation, and an angle of 45.45 (4)° with the indole best plane. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyrrole rings is 2.6 (1)°. The orientations of the phenyl ring on the sulfonyl group and of the indole are governed by weak C—H?O interactions. The packing of the molecule in the solid state is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title compounds, C10H8N2O2, (I), and C12H12N2O2, (II), the two carbonyl groups are oriented with torsion angles of −149.3 (3) and −88.55 (15)°, respectively. The single‐bond distances linking the two carbonyl groups are 1.528 (4) and 1.5298 (17) Å, respectively. In (I), the molecules are linked by an elaborate system of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, which form adjacent R22(8) and R42(8) ring motifs to generate a ladder‐like construct. Adjacent ladders are further linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds to build a three‐dimensional network. The hydrogen bonding in (II) is far simpler, consisting of helical chains of N—H...O‐linked molecules that follow the 21 screw of the b axis. It is the presence of an elaborate hydrogen‐bonding system in the crystal structure of (I) that leads to the different torsion angle for the orientation of the two adjacent carbonyl groups from that in (II). 相似文献

‘One‐pot’ electrocatalytic transformation of salicylaldehydes, malononitrile, and triethyl phosphite in an undivided cell results in the formation of diethyl (2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4H‐chromen‐4‐yl)phosphonates in 88–93% substance yields and 880–930% current efficiency via complex multicomponent process. This novel electrocatalytic chain process opens an effective, fast, and convenient way to cyano‐functionalized (2‐amino‐4H‐chromen‐4‐yl)phosphonate systems which are promising compounds for biomedical applications. This efficient electrocatalytic approach to the (2‐amino‐4H‐chromen‐4‐yl)phosphonate scaffold represents novel synthetic concept for multicomponent reactions (MCR) strategy and allows to combine the synthetic virtues of conventional MCR with ecological benefits and convenience of facile electrocatalytic procedure. 相似文献

Novel 6‐(1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐5‐[(2‐(thiazol‐2‐yl)hydrazono)methyl]imidazo[2,1‐b ]thiazoles 7 , 9a , 9b , 9c , 9d , and 11 were prepared by reaction of thiosemicarbazone 5a , 5b with either hydrazonoyl chloride 6 , phenacylbromides 8 or 2‐bromo‐1‐(5‐methyl‐1‐p‐tolyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)ethanone 10 respectively. The new products were tested for their antimicrobial activities using 96‐well micro‐plate assay, and compound 7 showed excellent antibacterial activities compared with Vancomycine (reference drugs), while compounds 5b and 9c exhibited good results against yeast. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined, and compound 7 showed the lowest MIC against Gram positive bacteria while compound 5b showed the lowest MIC against yeast. 相似文献

A series of novel (1H‐benzo[d]imidazole‐2‐yl)‐6‐(diethylamino)‐3H‐one‐xanthene, phenoxazine, and oxazine derivatives have been synthesized from 2‐(2′,4′‐dihydroxyphenyl) benzimidazole intermediate. Synthesized compounds 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d are fluorescent in solution, photophysical properties of compounds were studied and results revealed that compounds absorb and emit in UV–visible region with good fluorescence quantum yield. Synthesized compounds are thermally stable up to 300°C. The antibacterial activities of the synthesized compounds were studied by the well‐diffusion method. Escherichia coli (ATTC‐25922), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC‐25923), Micrococcus (ATCC‐4698), and Bacillus subtilis (ATCC‐55422) were used to investigate the antibacterial activities. 相似文献

5‐Amino‐thieno[3,2‐c]pyrazole derivative 2 was prepared by Gewald reaction in a one‐pot procedure. The amino group of compound 2 like primary aromatic amine formed the diazonium salt when treated with NaNO2/HCl, followed by coupling with different nucleophiles to yield the azo coupling products 3a – d . The reactivity of 5‐amino‐thienopyrazole 2 has been investigated towards different electrophilic reagents such as aromatic aldehydes, alkyl halide, acid chloride, acid anhydride, phenyl isothiocyanate, carbon disulfide, ethyl glycinate, and thioacetamide, which afforded the reaction products 4 – 14 , respectively. 相似文献

In the title compound, C24H20Br2N2O4S, the indole ring system is planar and the S atom has a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The sulfonyl‐bound phenyl ring is orthogonal to the indole ring system and the conformation of the phenylsulfonyl substituent with respect to the indole moiety is influenced by intramolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds involving the two sulfonyl O atoms. The mean plane through the acetylamido group makes a dihedral angle of 57.0 (1)° with the phenyl ring of the benzyl moiety. In the crystal, glide‐related molecules are linked together by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds and C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular chains, which extend through the crystal. Inversion‐related chains are interlinked by C—H⃛π interactions to form molecular layers parallel to the bc plane. A number of coumarino[6,7‐d]oxazoles (nitrogen analogs of psoralens) have been synthesized from (7‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐4‐yl) acetic acid ethyl ester 1 . The synthetic route began with the nitration of 1 with nitric acid in acetic acid to give (6‐nitro‐7‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐4‐yl) acetic acid ethyl ester 2 ; (3,6‐dinitro‐7‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐4‐yl) acetic acid ethyl ester 3 and (3,6,8‐trinitro‐7‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐4‐yl) acetic acid ethyl ester 4 . The reduction of 2 was accomplished with tin(II) chloride, tin, and concentrated hydrochloric acid in ethanol giving (6‐amino‐7‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐chromen‐4‐yl) acetic acid ethyl ester 5 . After the condensation of aminocoumarin 5 with aromatic aldehyde in glacial acetic acid medium, followed the dehydrocyclization to coumarino[6,7‐d]oxazoles 7a‐k . The intermediate Schiff's bases 6a‐k have been obtained from 5 with aromatic aldehyde in ethanol. Antibacterial and antifungal activities of the compounds have been evaluated. 相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A novel series of poly‐substituted pyridines (7‐(substituted aryl)‐3,11‐dimethoxy‐5,6,8,9‐tetrahydro‐dibenzo[c,h]acridines) were synthesized via one‐pot multicomponent approach using sulfamic acid as a catalyst and evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. The results indicate that the poly‐substituted series ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4d , 4e , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i ) showed weak to moderate antibacterial activity. However, compound ( 4c ) had shown good antifungal activity against Candida rugosa with standard antifungal drug Amphotericin‐B. A series of novel 1H‐indol‐2‐ol derivatives were synthesized and evaluated their antibacterial activities against rice bacterial leaf blight, tobacco bacterial wilt, and citrus canker caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), Ralstonia solanacearum, and Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri via the turbidimeter test in vitro. Antibacterial bioassay indicated that most compounds demonstrated good inhibitory effect against Xoo and Ralstonia solanacearum. Especially, compound 4k demonstrated the best inhibitory effect against Xoo with half‐maximal effective concentration (EC50) value of 8.27 μg/mL, which was even better than those of commercial agents Bismerthiazol and Thiodiazole copper. 相似文献

An atom‐efficient, catalyst‐free, and environmentally friendly approach towards the synthesis of substituted 1,4‐dihydroquinolines ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j ) through a one‐pot multicomponent reaction involving resorcinol, aromatic aldehyde, acetoacetanilide, and ammonium acetate has been developed. The reactions were carried out under both conventional and microwave irradiation conditions. In general, improvement in rate and yield were observed when reactions were carried out under microwave irradiation compared with classical conditions. The paper describes the synthesis, characterization data, and biological activity (antibacterial, antifungal, and brine shrimps lethality) of new azetidin‐2‐ones. The compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of diarylketenes, generated in situ from thermal decomposition of the 2‐diazo‐1,2‐diarylethanones, with N‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)methyleneamines. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis and spectral (IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and MS) data. The paper also reports the results of antibacterial, antifungal, and brine shrimps lethality assays of these compounds. Some of the compounds exhibited significant biological activity. 相似文献

The positions of the C=C double bonds in the title compound, C16H16N4, the subject of some dispute in the literature, have been clearly identified. The cyclohexene ring has a distorted half‐chair conformation and the cyclopentene and cyclopentane rings adopt envelope conformations. The dihedral angles between planar fragments of the cyclohexene and cyclopentene rings and of the cyclohexene and cyclopentane rings are 7.5 (1) and 86.98 (9)°, respectively. A simple method of synthesis of a new, highly fluorescent amino acid derivative from the simple and generally available substrates 3‐nitro‐L ‐tyrosine and 1H‐indole‐3‐carbaldehyde is described. The obtained compound, N‐[(tert‐butoxy)carbonyl]‐3‐[2‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)benzoxazol‐5‐yl]‐L ‐alanine methyl ester ( 4 ), possesses a high fluorescence quantum yield. The described method illustrates a new possibility of synthesis of amino acid derivatives possessing desirable photophysical properties. 相似文献
