第三代同步辐射光源对束流轨道稳定性要求很高, 上海光源是一台在建的第三代光源, 束流位置稳定度要求达到微米乃至亚微米级. 地基振动会使储存环磁聚焦结构中的各种元件发生机械振动引起随时间变化的束流闭合轨道畸变, 影响束流轨道稳定性. 上海光源场地振动幅值大, 需要研究措施控制机械组件的振动. 阻尼减振是一种有效的振动控制方法, 针对上海光源储存环机械组件, 作者设计了一种阻尼减振方案. 试验结果表明, 该方案能有效地控制机械组件的振动. 这对于保证上海光源的束流稳定性要求有积极意义.  相似文献

The equations governing the motion of a thin, circular ring, rotating about its polar axis, are derived under the restriction that plane sections remain plane and normal to the deformed centroidal curve. Simplified equations are then obtained for displacements that are small in comparison to the ring thickness, and for time scales that are comparable with the period of flexural vibration. Solutions are obtained for free vibration, and numerical results presented for the frequencies and mode shapes of a semi-circular ring fixed at both ends. The solution for forced motion is shown to be expressible as a modal expansion in these characteristic functions.  相似文献

Based on Maxwell equations and corresponding electromagnetic constitutive relations, the electrodynamic equations and electromagnetic force expressions of a current-conducting thin plate in electromagnetic field are deduced. Nonlinear magneto-elastic vibration equations of the thin plate are given. In addition, nonlinear subharmonic resonances of the thin plate with two opposite sides simply supported which is under the mechanic live loads and in constant transverse magnetic field are studied. The corresponding vibration differential equation of Duffing type is deduced by the Galerkin method. The method of multiple scales is used to solve the equation, and the frequency-response equation of the system in steady motion under subharmonic responses is obtained, and the stability of solution is analyzed. According to the Liapunov stability theory, the critical conditions of stability are obtained. By the numerical calculation, the curves of resonance amplitude changing with the detuning parameter, the excitation amplitude and the magnetic intensity and corresponding state planes are obtained. The existing regions of nontrivial solutions and the changing law of stable and unstable solutions are analyzed. The time history response plots, the phase charts and the Poincare mapping charts are plotted. And the effect of the magnetic intensity on the system is discussed, and some complex dynamic performances as period-doubling motion and quasi-period motion are analyzed.  相似文献

In the present paper, natural frequencies and stability of a spinning polar orthotropic disk subjected to a stationary concentrated transverse load are investigated. The analysis of the free vibration of a spinning disk is performed first to find natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes. The resulting eigenfunctions obtained from the free vibration are used as deflection functions of the forced vibration of a disk where the load is modelled as a mass-spring-dashpot system fixed in space. By using the Galerkin approximation method, eigenvalues of the whole system are determined. Results show that disks with higher values of modulus ratios or the Poisson ratios have higher natural frequencies, and the stability of the whole system can be improved by raising the value of the modulus ratio or lowering that of the Poisson ratio.  相似文献

A cracked rotor on flexible bearings is studied in this paper. The vibration of such a system has many complexities because of the crack and bearing flexibility. However, if the properties of the bearings are known, the system can be simplified by supposing that, the vibration due to weight is dominant. Equations of motion are derived, and a linear system in which the crack has been considered as an external disturbance described by a series of trigonometric functions is obtained. Consequently, the quasi-periodic vibrations of the rotor and bearings are established by harmonic balance method and approximate values of the vibration determined by truncating the higher order terms. It is believed that the simulated results will be useful for crack detection in the case of weight-dominant rotors.  相似文献

Offshore gas and oil fields are being discovered and exploited nowadays in water depths of more than 2000 m. In order to convey the hydrocarbon to the sea level, a steel slender pipe is installed between wellhead at the sea bed and floating platform. If used in deep waters, these pipes are commonly referred to as deep-water risers. The heave (vertical motion) of a floating platform induces a fluctuation in time of the axial tension of the riser. A possible and undesirable phenomenon is the excitation of a transverse riser vibration caused by this fluctuation. Owing to this fluctuation, the governing equation of transverse motion of the riser is a nonlinear partial differential equation containing a time-dependent coefficient. As a first step, this equation is linearized around the straight equilibrium, and stability of this equilibrium is investigated using the Galerkin method and the Floquet theory. Then, the dynamic equilibrium is studied that the riser reaches if its straight equilibrium is unstable. This is done using a numerical time-domain technique. Two qualitatively different mechanisms of stability loss are distinguished, discussed and exemplified. The first is classical parametric resonance that occurs solely due to periodic time variation of the axial tension. The second mechanism occurs if the amplitude of vibration of the platform is large enough to change tension into compression in a segment of the riser for a part of the vibration cycle. It is shown that the second mechanism can cause dangerously large dynamic stresses in the riser.  相似文献

In this paper, the free vibrations of elastic in vacuo circular toroidal shells under different boundary conditions are studied using the linear Sanders thin shell theory. Beam functions are used to describe the motion along the meridional direction whilst trigonometric functions are used to represent the deformation of the cross section. It is shown that both the natural frequencies and the mode shapes can be accurately predicted as long as the employed beam functions satisfy the boundary conditions at the ends of the shells. The dependence of the free vibration characteristics of an elastic toroidal shell upon boundary conditions and toroidal to cross-sectional radius ratio is also illustrated and explained in this paper.  相似文献

Nowadays, carbon nanotubes (CNT) play an important role in practical applications in fluidic devices. To this end, researchers have studied various aspects of vibration analysis of a behavior of CNT conveying fluid. In this paper, based on nonlocal elasticity theory, single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) is simulated. To investigate and analyze the effect of internal fluid flow on the longitudinal vibration and stability of SWCNT, the equation of motion for longitudinal vibration is obtained by using Navier-Stokes equations. In the governing equation of motion, the interaction of fluid-structure, dynamic and fluid flow velocity along the axial coordinate of the nanotube and the nano-scale effect of the structure are considered. To solve the nonlocal longitudinal vibration equation, the approximate Galerkin method is employed and appropriate simply supported boundary conditions are applied. The results show that the axial vibrations of the nanotubesstrongly depend on the small-size effect. In addition, the fluid flowing in nanotube causes a decrease in the natural frequency of the system. It is obvious that the system natural frequencies reach zero at lower critical flow velocities as the wave number increases. Moreover, the critical flow velocity decreases as the nonlocal parameter increases.  相似文献

In this paper, a new, modified nonlocal beam model is developed for analyzing the vibration and stability of nanotubes conveying fluid, in which one single nonlocal nanoscale parameter is included. Using Hamilton’s principle, a new higher-order differential equation of motion and the corresponding higher-order, non-classical boundary conditions are obtained for nanotubes conveying fluid. Based on this modified nonlocal model, effect of nonlocal nanoscale parameter on natural frequencies and critical flow velocities is presented and discussed through numerical calculations. It is found that this factor has great influence on the vibration and stability of nanotubes conveying fluid. In particular, the nonlocal effect tends to induce higher natural frequencies and higher critical flow velocities as compared to the results obtained from the classical and partial nonlocal beam models.  相似文献

In the case of low immersion high-speed milling, the ratio of time spent cutting to not cutting can be considered as a small parameter. In this case the classical regenerative vibration model of machine tool vibrations reduces to a simplified discrete mathematical model. The corresponding stability charts contain stability boundaries related to period doubling and Neimark-Sacker bifurcations. The subcriticality of both types of bifurcations is proved in this paper. Further, global period-2 orbits are found and analyzed. In connection with these orbits, the existence of chaotic motion is demonstrated for realistic high-speed milling parameters.  相似文献

Next-generation, high track-density linear tape drives will require improved tape guiding and dimensional stability in order to achieve better performance and higher storage capacities. Drive vibrations, tape degradation, debris formation, and tape guiding all contribute to unwanted lateral tape motion (LTM), which can lead to track-misregistration errors during reading of the tape. Understanding the nature of LTM is of prime interest. A nonlinear vibration model of a tape-guide system with vibro-impact is presented in this study. The guides are modeled as rigid constraints, while the reels are modeled as clamped ends. Free vibration (due to initial velocity) and forced vibration (due to moving boundaries) were performed for various test cases to determine the effect of tape tension and thickness, tape-guide separation distance, reel tilt amplitude, and tape speed. The model results are compared to actual experimental LTM data, though with the absence of tape damping and tape-guide frictional forces in the model, only limited comparisons may be made.  相似文献

A vibration control scheme integrating a passive mass–spring resonator and a linear actuator is developed. A control algorithm is devised to convert the actuator into an additional set of virtual mass–spring structure of programmable characteristic frequency. The relative motion between the primary body and the reaction mass is measured, as well as the acceleration of the reaction mass. This hybrid dynamic vibration absorber is capable of neutralizing a harmonic disturbance regardless of the detailed dynamics of the primary structure and other passive elements. Stability analysis leads to a simple, explicit stability criterion. Distribution of the counter-disturbance force between the active and passive devices is analyzed, and the transient performance is also investigated. Real-time experiments as well as numerical simulations are conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

A method of numerically calculating the optical transfer function appropriate to any type of image motion and vibration, including random, has been recently developed. This method has been verified experimentally with real vibrations, and the close agreement justifies implementation in image restoration from blur deriving from any type of image motion, including random displacement. Here, image restorations of actual physically degraded images are presented, based on a constrained least squares improvement of the original Wiener filter. Even for extreme vibrations where the blur extent is much larger than the blurred detail, restoration is quite complete. The key to restoration is the determination of the optical transfer function unique to the particular image motion and vibration causing the blur. Results are also presented for low vibration frequency motion of random blur extent, as well as for high vibration frequencies.  相似文献

An analysis is presented for the vibration and stability of an elastically restrained circular plate of unidirectionally varying thickness subjected to an in-plane force. For this purpose, the transverse deflection of a circular plate of variable thickness is written in a series of the deflection functions of a uniform circular plate without the action of a force. The dynamical energies of the plate are evaluated analytically, and the frequency equation of the plate is derived by the Ritz method. The analysis is applied to circular plates of unidirectionally tapered or stepped thickness; the natural frequencies and the divergence loads are calculated numerically, and the effects of the varying thickness and edge conditions on the vibration and stability are studied.  相似文献

OPTIMAL CONTROL METHOD WITH TIME DELAY IN CONTROL   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Optimal control method for active vibration control of linear time-delay systems is investigated in this paper. In terms of two cases that time delay is integer and non-integer times of sampling period, motion equation with time delay is transformed as standard discrete forms which contain no time delay by using zero order holder respectively. Discrete quadratic function is used as objective function in design of controller to guarantee good control efficiency on sampling points. In every step of computation of the deduced controller, it contains not only current step of state feedback but also linear combination of some former steps of control. Because the controller is deduced directly from time-delay differential equation, system stability can be guaranteed easily, thus this method is generally applicable to ordinary control systems. The performance of the control method proposed and system stability when using this method are all demonstrated by numerical simulation results. Simulation results demonstrate that the presented method is a viable and attractive control strategy for applications to active vibration control. Instability in responses occurs possibly if the systems with time delay are controlled using controller designed in case of no time delay.  相似文献

研究了空间相机调焦机构的运动同步性误差对成像质量的影响。针对某型空间相机的大尺寸焦面调焦机构,分析了运动同步性误差产生的原因。按照其光学系统参数计算得出当系统光学传递函数下降不超过5%时,调焦机构运动同步性误差的最大允许值为0.02 mm。针对其采用的调焦机构,推导出运动同步性误差计算公式,并计算得到该调焦机构的最大运动同步性误差为0.015 mm。最后,对该调焦机构进行了实际测试。测试结果显示,该调焦机构的运动同步性误差在振动实验前后分别为0.012和0.013 mm,表明该机构的运行非常稳定。理论分析以及实验结果证明了该调焦机构完全满足应用要求。  相似文献
