The dependence of the 129Xe NMR chemical shift value of XeF2 on temperature and concentration was determined in a variety of prototypic media: in acidic (anhydrous HF, aHF), nonprotic but polar (dichloromethane), and basic (CD3CN-EtCN, 1:3 v/v) solvents. The 129Xe NMR spectra of a representative series of organoxenon(II) salts [RXe][Y] (R = C6F5, heptafluoro-1,4-cyclohexadien-1-yl (cyclo-1,4-C6F7), pentafluoro-1,4-cyclohexadien-3-on-1-yl (cyclo-3-O-1,4-C6F5), CF2=C(CF3), (CF3)2CFC[triple bond]C, C4H9C[triple bond]C; Y = BF4, AsF6) in aHF showed, compared with XeF2-aHF, a quantitatively less distinct but qualitatively related dependence of delta(129Xe) vs temperature. The dependence of their delta(129Xe) values on concentration in aHF is negligible. An explanation for the different behavior of [RXe][Y] and XeF2 is offered.  相似文献

The isotropic 129Xe nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chemical shift (CS) in Xe@C60 dissolved in liquid benzene was calculated by piecewise approximation to faithfully simulate the experimental conditions and to evaluate the role of different physical factors influencing the 129Xe NMR CS. The 129Xe shielding constant was obtained by averaging the 129Xe nuclear magnetic shieldings calculated for snapshots obtained from the molecular dynamics trajectory of the Xe@C60 system embedded in a periodic box of benzene molecules. Relativistic corrections were added at the Breit–Pauli perturbation theory (BPPT) level, included the solvent, and were dynamically averaged. It is demonstrated that the contribution of internal dynamics of the Xe@C60 system represents about 8% of the total nonrelativistic NMR CS, whereas the effects of dynamical solvent add another 8%. The dynamically averaged relativistic effects contribute by 9% to the total calculated 129Xe NMR CS. The final theoretical value of 172.7 ppm corresponds well to the experimental 129Xe CS of 179.2 ppm and lies within the estimated errors of the model. The presented computational protocol serves as a prototype for calculations of 129Xe NMR parameters in different Xe atom guest–host systems. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The substrate and field dependencies of surface SPINOE enhancements using optical pumping and magic angle spinning NMR were monitored. Relaxation rates and enhancements were examined to gain an understanding of the parameters that determine the SPINOE enhancement. (13)C-labeled deuterated methanol was adsorbed on three different substrates (SnO(2), TiO(2), Ti/SiO(2)) with heats of adsorption for xenon ranging from 14.2 to 22.6 kJ/mol. The different heats of adsorption led to a range of xenon coverages and xenon relaxation rates. Using a simple model along with experimental values for the xenon surface polarization and cross- and self-relaxation rates, the (13)C signal enhancement could be predicted and compared with experimental enhancement values. Magnetic field dependence studies were also made by monitoring the (13)C enhancements via SPINOE from hyperpolarized xenon at fields of 0.075, 4.7, and 9.4 T. The pertinent parameters necessary to achieve maximum SPINOE enhancement are discussed.  相似文献

Interest in water adsorption on cation-substituted zeolites is due to the possibility of the M n+ (H2O) + [Si-O-Al]?1 → MOH(n ? 1)+ + Si-O(H)-Al (M = metal, n = 1–3) reaction taking place. As a result of this reaction, the cation-substituted zeolite can exhibit Brønsted acid activity. The molecular adsorption of water on Zn/ZSM-5 zeolite at room temperature and the subsequent heterolytic dissociation of adsorbed water under heating have been investigated by diffuse-reflectance IR spectroscopy. For theoretical simulation of these processes, three different fragments of the ZSM-5 lattice corresponding to possible variants of the structure of the ionic site of the substituting cation have been examined. Calculations on the molecular and dissociative adsorption of water molecules on substituting Zn2+ cations have been performed by the DFT method. Two pathways of the dissociation of adsorbed H2O molecules-endothermic and exothermic ones-have been discovered, and it has been demonstrated that the spatial separation of two lattice Al ions at the Zn2+ cation site significantly affects the adsorption energy.  相似文献

We calculate the 129Xe chemical shift in endohedral Xe@C60 with systematic inclusion of the contributing physical effects to model the real experimental conditions. These are relativistic effects, electron correlation, the temperature-dependent dynamics, and solvent effects. The ultimate task is to obtain the right result for the right reason and to develop a physically justified methodological model for calculations and simulations of endohedral Xe fullerenes and other confined Xe systems. We use the smaller Xe...C6H6 model to calibrate density functional theory approaches against accurate correlated wave function methods. Relativistic effects as well as the coupling of relativity and electron correlation are evaluated using the leading-order Breit-Pauli perturbation theory. The dynamic effects are treated in two ways. In the first approximation, quantum dynamics of the Xe atom in a rigid cage takes advantage of the centrosymmetric potential for Xe within the thermally accessible distance range from the center of the cage. This reduces the problem of obtaining the solution of a diatomic rovibrational problem. In the second approach, first-principles classical molecular dynamics on the density functional potential energy hypersurface is used to produce the dynamical trajectory for the whole system, including the dynamic cage. Snapshots from the trajectory are used for calculations of the dynamic contribution to the absorption 129Xe chemical shift. The calculated nonrelativistic Xe shift is found to be highly sensitive to the optimized molecular structure and to the choice of the exchange-correlation functional. Relativistic and dynamic effects are significant and represent each about 10% of the nonrelativistic static shift at the minimum structure. While the role of the Xe dynamics inside of the rigid cage is negligible, the cage dynamics turns out to be responsible for most of the dynamical correction to the 129Xe shift. Solvent effects evaluated with a polarized continuum model are found to be very small.  相似文献

The surface species resulting in exposing of the ZSM-5 zeolite at elevated temperatures to methanol, deuterated methanol or ethylene have been studied by IR method.The three-step adsorption at 150°, 300°, 420° C or one-step adsorption at 420° C have been carried out in order to prepare the samples for IR. In all cases the most prominent band appeared in the range 1495–1515 cm?1; besides two bands at about 1470 and 1370 cm?1 have been observed. On the basis of Greenler's results and of the shift values of the bands in our spectrum of adsorbed deuterated methanol it was supposed that the band 1495–1515 cm?1 is due to the OCO group from the surface species. Moreover these species would involve both oxygen atoms from the surface of zeolite but not from OH groups of methanol.  相似文献

Species at three stages in the self-assembly of zeolite ZSM-5 have been studied with one- and two-dimensional magic-angle-spinning 13C, 27Al, 29Si, and 1H NMR spectroscopy and compared with the earlier proposed structures: (1) precursor species containing 33-36 T sites around a tetrapropylammonium (TPA) cation, (2) nanoslabs consisting of a flat 4 x 3 array of such precursors, and (3) the final TPA-ZSM-5 zeolite. Synthesis was carried out in D2O to suppress the water and silanol protons. Under such conditions, the effective Si-H and Al-H distances measured with 29Si-{1H} and 27Al-{1H} rotational echo double resonance (REDOR) reflect the interactions between TPA cations and the surrounding aluminosilica. The 29Si-{1H} REDOR curves for Q4-type silicon atoms at the three mentioned stages are closely similar, as well as the observed 27Al-1H REDOR curve for the precursor species compared to that for the TPA-ZSM-5. This indicates that in addition to externally attached TPA, there is also internal TPA already incorporated at an early stage into the aluminosilicate in a similar way as in the final zeolite, in accordance with the earlier proposed MFI self-assembly pathway (Kirschhock et al. Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2001, 40, 2637). However, the effective distances extracted from the initial REDOR curvatures are significantly (10-15%) larger than those computed for the model. Since there is no temperature effect, we tentatively assign this difference to a reduction of the 29Si-1H and 27Al-1H interactions by multispin decoherence effects or self-decoupling caused by proton spin diffusion. By assuming the computed model distances and fitting Anderson-Weiss curves to the observed REDOR data, we obtain similar "decoherence times" in the order of 0.1 ms. The observed 29Si-{1H} REDOR dephasing for the Q3 sites in the precursors is significantly faster than that for the Q4 sites. This is tentatively ascribed to a partial deuteron-proton back exchange at the silanol positions.  相似文献

The NMR chemical shift method was applied for the determination of the magnetic susceptibility of paramagnetic transition metal complexes in solution. The method was found to be very useful for the determination of magnetic susceptibility changes during a chemical reaction in which one paramagnetic compound produced another. The concentrations of two paramagnetic cobalt complexes [Co3O(O2CCH3)6(HO2CCH3)3] and Co(O2CCH3)2, were calculated from the chemical shift value observed during their reaction with cumene hydroperoxide. The results are consistent with those obtained from electronic spectra.  相似文献

129Xe NMR spectra of xenon dissolved in acetonitrile confined into three mesoporous silica gels with nominal pore diameters of 40, 60, and 100 A have been measured over the temperature range 170-245 K. The spectra consist of a number of lines, which contain detailed information on the system. The most interesting result is that the chemical shift of a particular signal observed below the melting point of confined acetonitrile is highly sensitive to the pore size, and hence its shape is sensitive to the pore size distribution function. This signal originates from the xenon atoms sited in very small cavities built up inside the pores during the freezing transition. It can be used to determine the size or even the size distribution function of the pores. In addition, the emergence of this signal reveals the phase transition temperature of acetonitrile inside the pores, which can also be used to determine the size of the pores. The difference in the chemical shifts of two other signals, which arise from xenon dissolved in bulk and confined acetonitrile, provides still another novel method for determining the size of the pores.  相似文献

Calculations of the 13C NMR chemical shifts for the methoxy and ethoxy groups adsorbed on Y and ZSM-5 zeolites were computed at GIAO/B3LYP/6-31+G*//MM+ level of theory, using a cluster representing a real part of the zeolites. The Y zeolite was represented by a cluster with 168 atoms, while ZSM-5 was represented by a cluster with 144 atoms. The calculated chemical shifts agreed well with reported experimental values, showing that the difference in chemical shifts is associated with differences in the geometry of the alkoxides on the two zeolites.  相似文献

Nano CuO/ZSM-5 zeolite was prepared and used as a catalyst for dehydration of 1,4-butanediol(BDO) to tetrahydrofuran(THF) in liquid-phase. It was found that the 4.6 wt% CuO/ZSM-5 displayed good catalytic performance, and nearly 100%of BDO conversion and more than 99% of THF selectivity could be achieved by a rotary evaporator reactor at 170 °C under the atmospheric pressure. With such mild reaction conditions, 2400 g BDO could be converted to THF over 1 g catalyst under semi-continuous operation. Characterizations with X-ray diffraction(XRD), temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),NH3-temperature programmed desorption(TPD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) over fresh and used 4.6 wt% CuO/ZSM-5 were conducted. Based on the results of the characterization and catalytic performance of 4.6 wt% CuO/ZSM-5, it can be conjectured that the formed 1–3 nm CuO nanoparticles, suitable acidity of the catalyst due to the synergic interaction of CuO and ZSM-5 support promoted the dehydration of BDO to THF.  相似文献

The temperature dependences of nucleation of zeolite ZSM-5 and silicalite-I pass through extrema in the range from 110 °C to 120 °C. Despite having the same crystalline structures, zeolite ZSM-5 has a maximum and silicalite-1 has a minimum of nucleation in the temperature range mentioned. A method for preparation of single crystals of silicalite-1 up to 150 m in size has been developed. The comparison of the curves of the temperature dependences of nucleation for zeolites Na-X, Na-A, and ZSM-5 shows that the positions of the maxima on these curves are determined by the type of the crystal structure of zeolite.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The NMR properties (chemical shift and spin-spin coupling constants) of (129)Xe in covalent compounds and weakly bound complexes have been investigated by DFT methods including relativistic effects. For covalent species, a good agreement between experimental and calculated results is achieved without scalar relativistic effects, but their inclusion (with a triple-zeta, double-polarization basis set) leads to some improvement in the quality of the correlation. The spin-orbit coupling term has a significant effect on the shielding constant, but makes a small contribution to the chemical shift. Coupling constants contain substantial contributions from the Fermi contact and paramagnetic spin-orbit terms; unlike light nuclei the spin-dipole term is also large, whereas the diamagnetic spin-orbit term is negligible. For van der Waals dimers, the dependence of the xenon chemical shift and anisotropy is calculated as a function of the distance. Small (<1 Hz) but non-negligible through-space coupling constants between (129)Xe and (13)C or (1)H are predicted. Much larger couplings, of the order of few Hz, are calculated between xenon and (17)O in a model silicate residue.  相似文献

A general expression for the meaning of various parameters from the retention index-temperature equations was found. This is a linear combination of two solute dependent factors consisting of differences of enthalpies and respective entropies of solution, between the solute and the reference inferior n-alkane. The particular coefficients for each parameter are stationary phase dependent factors. They were calculated from methylene contributions to the thermodynamic functions of solution in SE-30 and Carbowax-20M, revealing the influence of the used temperature range. The 1H NMR spectral analysis of four 8-membered rings, 2-thioxo- (or 2-oxo-) 2-R-1,3,6,2- trithiaphocane, is reported. The stereochemistry of the 8-membered ring is discussed. The 31P NMR spectral parameters [δ31P, 1J(PC)] obtained on several cyclic 1,3,2-dithiaphospha compounds of variable size (5, 6, 8, 12 and 16-membered rings) are discussed as a function of the ring size and of the geometry of the molecule.  相似文献

美国Mobil公司于1972年首先开发的ZSM-5分子筛是一种高硅三维交叉孔道的沸石分子筛,其孔道结构具有良好的择形作用,因此被广泛应用于芳构化、异构化、烷基化和催化裂化等工业催化过程.ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能与其晶粒尺寸、酸性及形貌等密切相关.改变合成方法和制备参数可以合成出不同形貌的ZSM-5分子筛,但目前关于ZSM-5分子筛形貌对其物理化学性质和催化性能的影响报道较少.本文通过改变模板剂类型,采用水热合成法,制备出了类雪花状、椭圆柱状和夹心糖状三种不同形貌的ZSM-5分子筛.通过X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、N_2物理吸脱附(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、固体核磁共振(MAS NMR)、NH_3程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)及吸附吡啶的红外光谱(Py-IR)等手段对不同形貌分子筛的物理化学性质、形貌、晶体骨架结构和酸性进行了表征.采用浸渍法制备了Ca/HZSM-5催化剂,以甲醇制烯烃(MTO)为探针反应、着重研究了ZSM-5分子筛形貌和晶体结构特性对其酸性和催化性能的影响.合成的三种不同形貌的ZSM-5分子筛具有相近的SiO_2/Al_2O_3比和比表面积.XRD结果表明,通过改变模板剂类型,可制得结晶度较好的ZSM-5分子筛,其中类雪花状分子筛的(101)晶面比例明显多于其它两种分子筛,而椭圆柱状分子筛则暴露更多的(020)晶面.~(27)Al MAS NMR结果表明,绝大部分Al都以四配位形式存在于三种分子筛骨架中,而类雪花状分子筛的峰强度较低,这是由于Al的配位环境不同(偶极作用弱),说明在类雪花状分子筛的交叉晶面中存在大量扭曲、错位和不对称结构;与其它两种分子筛相比,类雪花状分子筛的~(29)Si MAS NMR谱峰宽化、进一步证明该分子筛骨架结构中存在扭曲、错位和不对称性.NH_3-TPD结果表明,类雪花状HZSM-5分子筛的酸量明显高于其它两种分子筛,在SiO_2/Al_2O_3比相近的情况下、类雪花状HZSM-5分子筛晶体骨架结构的错位、扭曲和不对称性造成了该分子筛中酸量增加;但Py-IR结果表明,类雪花状HZSM-5分子筛的酸量低于其它两种分子筛,这与NH_3-TPD结果有差异,主要是由于类雪花状分子筛几何空间结构和晶界处的扭曲、错位对孔道结构的影响,不利于比NH_3分子大的吡啶分子的扩散,进而影响了吡啶分子在酸性位上的吸附.三种不同形貌的ZSM-5分子筛经Ca改性后比表面积和微孔比表面积均明显下降,其中类雪花状和椭圆柱状催化剂的微孔比表面积下降幅度较大,外比表面积下降幅度较小.这是因为各分子筛的晶体结构和晶面的取向差异,导致Ca离子在分子筛上的扩散行为不同.同时,经Ca改性后,三个催化剂的总酸量均有下降,尤其是类雪花状分子筛酸量下降较为明显,表明其中Ca离子更容易扩散到分子筛孔道内,与更多的酸性位作用,而夹心糖状分子筛表面具有更多的Z字形孔道,不利于Ca离子扩散到分子筛孔道内,因而酸量下降较少.Py-IR结果表明,Ca改性后催化剂的总酸量下降,尤其是B酸明显降低,L酸略有增加,其中类雪花状ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的B酸量最低.甲醇制烯烃反应评价结果表明,随着反应温度升高,三个催化剂的总烯选择性和丙烯选择性均呈先升高后降低的趋势.类雪花状ZSM-5分子筛催化剂在甲醇转化率相近时具有最高的烯烃选择性,在反应温度为460℃时,总烯烃选择性为72%,丙烯选择性达39%.  相似文献

The synthesis of several rigid analogs of catecholamine type of adrenergic agents is reported. Their synthesis began with a Diels-Alder cycloaddition of 4,5-dibenzyloxybenzyne (generated from 4,5-dibenzyloxyan-thranilic acid) to 1-(2-trans-phenylvinyl)-2-pyridone and 1-benzyl-3-benzyloxy-2-pyridone. The unsaturated amides so produced were reduced first with hydrogen and palladium and then with lithium aluminum hydride to provide 6,7-dihydroxy-1,4-ethano-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolines. Homonuclear and heteronuclear two-dimensional chemical shift correlation nmr spectroscopy confirmed the structure of the bridged tetra-hydroisoquinolines and led to the unambiguous assignment of the 1H and 13C nmr chemical shifts of key compounds.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The inverse dependence of the chemical shift on the temperature experimentally found for the phenolic proton of 4-(dimethylamino)-2'-hydroxychalcone (DMAHC) is theoretically studied. As the temperature decreases, the solvent dielectric constant epsilon increases and the zwitterionic resonance form is more stabilized. Electronic calculations at the DFT level of theory were performed by immersing the solute DMAHC in chloroform cavities of different epsilon values. The values of the calculated chemical shifts for DMAHC as a function of epsilon show that the growing contribution of the zwitterionic structure justifies the experimental results.  相似文献
