Bifurcations of nontwisted and fine heteroclinic loops are studied for higher dimensional systems. The existence and its associated
existing regions are given for the 1-hom orbit and the 1-per orbit, respectively, and bifurcation surfaces of the two-fold
periodic orbit are also obtained. At last, these bifurcation results are applied to the fine heteroclinic loop for the planar

The bifurcation problems of rough 2-point-loop are studied for the case p11 > λ11, p21 < λ21, P11p21 <λ111λ21. where - pi1 < 0 and λi1 > 0 are the pair of principal eigenvalues of unperturbed system at saddle point pi, i = 1,2. Under the transversal and nontwisted conditions, the authors obtain some results of the existence of one 1-periodic orbit, one 1-periodic and one 1-homoclinic loop, two 1-periodic orbits and one 2-fold 1-periodic orbit. Moreover, the bifurcation surfaces and the existence regions are given, and the corresponding bifurcation graph is drawn. 相似文献

研究了非线性弹性梁的混沌运动,梁受到轴向载荷的作用。非线性弹性梁的本构方程可用三次多项式表示。计及材料非线性和几何非线性,建立了系统的非线性控制方程。利用非线性Galerkin法,得到微分动力系统。采用Melnikov方法对系统进行分析后发现,当载荷P0和f满足一定条件时,系统将发生混沌运动,且混沌运动的区域呈现带状。还详尽分析了从次谐分岔到混沌的路径,确定了混沌发生的临界条件。 相似文献

In this paper, the heteroclinic bifurcation problem with real eigenvalues and two inclination-flips is investigated in a four-dimensional
reversible system. We perform a detailed study of this case by using the method originally established in the papers “Problems
in Homoclinic Bifurcation with Higher Dimensions” and “Bifurcation of Heteroclinic Loops,” and obtain fruitful results, such
as the existence and coexistence of R-symmetric homoclinic orbit and R-symmetric heteroclinic loops, R-symmetric homoclinic orbit and R-symmetric periodic orbit. The double R-symmetric homoclinic bifurcation (i.e., two-fold R-symmetric homoclinic bifurcation) for reversible heteroclinic loops is found, and the existence of infinitely many R-symmetric periodic orbits accumulating onto a homoclinic orbit is demonstrated. The relevant bifurcation surfaces and the
existence regions are also located.

Summary One phenomenon in the dynamics of differential equations which does not typically occur in systems without symmetry is heteroclinic
cycles. In symmetric systems, cycles can be robust for symmetry-preserving perturbations and stable. Cycles have been observed
in a number of simulations and experiments, for example in rotating convection between two plates and for turbulent flows
in a boundary layer. Theoretically the existence of robust cycles has been proved in the unfoldings of some low codimension
bifurcations and in the context of forced symmetry breaking from a larger to a smaller symmetry group. In this article we

该文研究了具有轨道翻转的双同宿环四维系统,在主特征值共振和沿轨道奇点处切方向共振下的两种分支.我们分别在系统奇点小邻域内利用规范型的解构造一个奇异映射,再在双同宿环的管状邻域内引起局部活动坐标架,利用系统线性变分方程的解定义了一个正则映射,通过复合两个映射而得到分支研究中一类重要的Poincaré映射,经过简单的计算最终得到后继函数的精确表达式.对分支方程细致地研究,我们给出了原双同宿环的保存性条件,并证明了“大” 1-同宿环分支曲面,2-重“大”1-周期轨分支曲面,“大”2-同宿环分支曲面的存在性、存在区域和近似表达式,及其分支出的“大”周期轨和“大”同宿轨的存在性区域和数量. 相似文献

The study for singular trajectories of three-dimensional (3D) nonlinear systems is one of recent main interests. To the best of our knowledge, among the study for most of Lorenz or Lorenz-like systems, a pair of symmetric heteroclinic trajectories is always found due to the symmetry of those systems. Whether or not does there exist a 3D system that possesses a single heteroclinic trajectory? In the present note, based on a known Lorenz-type system, we introduce such a 3D nonlinear system with two cubic terms and one quadratic term to possess a single heteroclinic trajectory. To show its characters, we respectively use the center manifold theory, bifurcation theory, Lyapunov function and so on, to systematically analyse its complex dynamics, mainly for the distribution of its equilibrium points, the local stability, the expression of locally unstable manifold, the Hopf bifurcation, the invariant algebraic surface, and its homoclinic and heteroclinic trajectories, etc. One of the major results of this work is to rigorously prove that the proposed system has a single heteroclinic trajectory under some certain parameters. This kind of interesting phenomenon has not been previously reported in the Lorenz system family (because the huge amount of related research work always presents a pair of heteroclinic trajectories due to the symmetry of studied systems). What"s more key, not like most of Lorenz-type or Lorenz-like systems with singularly degenerate heteroclinic cycles and chaotic attractors, the new proposed system has neither singularly degenerate heteroclinic cycles nor chaotic attractors observed. Thus, this work represents an enriching contribution to the understanding of the dynamics of Lorenz attractor. 相似文献

The present paper revisits a three dimensional (3D) autonomous chaotic system with four-wing occurring in the known literature [Nonlinear Dyn (2010) 60(3): 443--457] with the entitle ``A new type of four-wing chaotic attractors in 3-D quadratic autonomous systems'' and is devoted to discussing its complex dynamical behaviors, mainly for its non-isolated equilibria, Hopf bifurcation, heteroclinic orbit and singularly degenerate heteroclinic cycles, etc. Firstly, the detailed distribution of its equilibrium points is formulated. Secondly, the local behaviors of its equilibria, especially the Hopf bifurcation, are studied. Thirdly, its such singular orbits as the heteroclinic orbits and singularly degenerate heteroclinic cycles are exploited. In particular, numerical simulations demonstrate that this system not only has four heteroclinic orbits to the origin and other four symmetry equilibria, but also two different kinds of infinitely many singularly degenerate heteroclinic cycles with the corresponding two-wing and four-wing chaotic attractors nearby. 相似文献

Plant diseases have caused tremendous crop losses and have massive impacts on food security and environment. Modeling the spread of plant diseases and understanding the dynamics of the resulting plant disease models may provide practical insights on designing effective control measures. In this paper, by incorporating cultural strategies and economic threshold policy, we present a Filippov-type plant disease model. The resulting model has state dependent discontinuous right-hand side and thus non-smooth analysis and generalized Lyapunov approach are employed for model analysis. We show that the model exhibits the phenomena of stable equilibrium, unstable pseudoequilibrium as well as sliding-mode heteroclinic orbit. Biological implications of our results in implementing control strategies for plant diseases are also discussed. 相似文献

A cubic system having three homoclinic loops perturbed by Z3 invariant quintic polynomials is considered. By applying the qualitative method of differential equations and the numeric computing method, the Hopf bifurcation, homoclinic loop bifurcation and heteroclinic loop bifurcation of the above perturbed system are studied.
