We investigate spectral properties of integral operators of the form
acting on Banach spaces of analytic functions on the unit disc. In the case that g is a rational function, analytic on the unit disc, we obtain the spectrum, essential spectrum and index of Sg. Finally, we give examples of such operators pertaining to hyponormality.

In this article, we obtain a canonical form for surjective linear isometries provided U is an open, bounded, connected, domain with Lipschitz boundary, and . We will show there exists |c| = 1 and mapping τ that is a composition of a translation and a sign-changing permutation of coordinates such that Tf = cf(τ). As a corollary, if , all surjective isometries have this trivial form by the Sobolev Imbedding Theorem.

On the setting of the half-space we introduce the Schatten-Herz classes of Toeplitz operators and obtain characterizations
for positive Toeplitz operators to belong to those classes. We also prove results concerning the boundedness and compactness
of Toeplitz operators with Herz symbols. Such a study has been recently done on the ball. At a critical step of the proofs
we employ a much simplified argument to extend the range of parameters for Herz spaces on which the Berezin transform is bounded.
Our results show not only that most of results on the ball continue to hold, but also that there is some pathology caused
by the unboundedness of the domain.

Countable projective spectra of countable inductive limits, called (PLB)-spaces, of weighted Banach spaces of continuous functions
are investigated. It is characterized when the derived projective limit functor vanishes in terms of the sequences of the
weights defining the spaces. The locally convex properties of the corresponding projective limits are analyzed, too.
