将引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、共聚单体苯乙烯(St)和马来酸酐(MA)溶解于甲苯中,采用沉淀聚合法合成苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA).分别研究了反应温度、引发剂用量、反应时间、单体配比和单体浓度对聚合物得率和酸酐含量的影响.采用正交实验确定最优反应条件为:单体浓度20%,单体物质的量比为1∶1,引发剂用量为0.60%,反应温度为86℃,反应时间2h,产物得率为86.86%,酸酐含量为50.28%.并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振碳谱(~(13)C NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和热分析法分别研究聚合物的分子结构、相对分子质量及相对分子质量分布和热稳定性.结果表明产物是苯乙烯-马来酸酐交替共聚物,相对分子质量分布较窄,具有良好的热稳定性. 相似文献

以4-苯乙烯基吡啶(4SZ)为质子受体,准链链含苯甲酸的苯乙烯/马来酸单楷共聚物(ME-SMA)为质子供体,四氢呋喃为溶剂,制备高分子氢链复合物。DSC和POM的结果表明该氢链复合物在146 ̄204℃呈现向列相液晶态。IR结果证实了羧基和吡啶环的分子间氢键代替了羧基间的分子间氢链。 相似文献

Four comb-like copolymers derived from styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer were prepared and characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. The molecular weight was determined using GPC and their intrinsic viscosity was measured. The prepared polymers were investigated as pour point depressants and flow improvers for waxy crude oil and it was found that, the maximum depression was obtained by the sample that has long branch chain (PPD4) from 27°C to ?3°C (ΔPP = 30°C, at 10000 ppm). While, the minimum depression was exhibited by short branch chain, PPD1 (ΔPP = 21°C) at the same conditions. The effect of these polymers on the rheology and flow properties of Qarun waxy crude oil was investigated. It was found that the Bingham yield value (τβ) decreased from 6.0 pa.s. to 0.5 pa.s. for PPD4 at 27°C and 10,000 ppm. The dynamic viscosity also decreased from 110 m pa.s. to 24 m pa.s. for the same sample and the same conditions. 相似文献

Abstract To improve the compatibility of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer/low density polyethylene (SMA/LDPE) blends, LDPE grafted with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-isophorone diisocyanate (LDPE-g-HI) was prepared and blended with SMA of which anhydride was converted to carboxylic acid (SMAAc). The infrared spectra of LDPE-g-HI established the presence of isocyanate group. In the blend morphology, some adhesions between the two phases and much finer dispersions were observed in the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends, indicating that chemical reactions took place during the melt blending. The lower heat capacity change at the glass transition temperature demonstrated that chemical bonds were produced in the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends. From the results of the rheological test, it was found that strong positive deviation from the mixing rule occurred in viscosity for the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends, concerning with good adhesion and finer dispersions. In the measurement of tensile property, the improved mechanical properties for the SMAAc/LDPE-g-HI blends were shown. 相似文献

以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用溶液共聚法在不同温度下合成了一系列苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物,经磺化制得不同相对分子质量的聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐磺酸钠(SSMA)。 通过测定平均粒径、Zeta电势、黏度等考察了SSMA对20%除虫脲悬浮剂分散稳定性的影响。 结果表明,最佳分散剂为75 ℃聚合得到的SSMA,其质量分数为3%时,水悬浮剂的分散稳定性最好;当pH=9时SSMA分子完全电离,能为颗粒提供较大的空间势垒,水悬浮剂分散稳定性最好;Na+或Ca2+压缩颗粒界面的双电层,降低Zeta电势的绝对值,使颗粒因带电量减少而聚结,导致水悬浮剂分散稳定性变差;当离子浓度相同时,Ca2+的聚沉能力强于Na+,添加Ca2+后的水悬浮剂的分散稳定性更差。 相似文献
