Abstract

Melanoldins were Isolated 1n 36% yield w/w from molar solution of D-xylose and glydne-2-13C (A); D-xylose and glycine-l-13C (B); D-xylose-1-13C and glydne (C); D-xylose and glyclne (D); D-xylose and glycine-15N (E). Each solutTon was kept at 68[ddot]C until complete disappearance of xylose as evidenced by NMR. 13C and 15N solid state nuclear magnetic resonance and diffuse reflectance Infrared spectrometry were used in their structural elucidation before and after basic and add hydrolysis. Both C-1 and C-2 of glycine were Incorporated Into the polymers. In the 13C CP-MAS NMR spectra, C-1 gave a single peak in the polymer at 171.3 ppm, while C-2 gave three at 48.1, 31.2 and 22.5 ppm. Area measurements of the respective peaks Indicated that 50% of the Incorporated glycine had undergone decarboxylatlon. C-1 of xylose was Incorporated into the polymers mainly as two types of carbons at 68.8 ppm (CHOH, C-OH) and at 133.3 ppm (unsaturated C). Hydrolysis (6N HC1) led to a 20% reduction 1n weight of the melanoldlns, a decrease of 2% in C and 10% in N. 13C CP-MAS NMR revealed after hydrolysis of D, the disappearance of signals at 69, 110, 152, 172 and 200 ppm. Hydrolysis of A and B reduced all signals originating from C-1 and C-2 of glydne, while hydrolysis of C reduced only the signal of 68.8 ppm. 15N CP-MAS NMR of hydrolyzed E showed a greatly reduced amide resonance at 100 ppm, with more pyrrole or imino N. DR-IR showed a reduction 1n both the 1625 and 1550 cm-1 bands with a concurrent appearance of a 1715 cm-1 band.  相似文献

Amiloride hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of several cellular ion transport systems and has been used as a diuretic drug and a probe of ion transport processes. 1H and 13C NMR studies have been carried out at a proton field strength of 400 MHz in DMSO/CH2Cl2 and DMF cryosolvents over a temperature range from 20 to –55°C in order to investigate the conformations of the hydrochloride and its free-base form in solution. Resonances for all protons have been assigned. The results of double resonance and NOE experiments suggest that the structures in solution are most likely planar and consistent with previously reported computational results.  相似文献

The position of the substituants in 2, 3-dialkyl-1-vinylpyrroles and 7-methyl-1 vinyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindole was established on the basis of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra. It was found that the S-trans conformation of the N-vinyl group is preferred. It is shown that the condensation of ketoximes with acetylene proceeds through the formation of free pyrroles and that vinyl oximes are not intermediates in the condensation.  相似文献

An NMR study of one new and several known abietane diterpenes isolated from the roots of Aegiphila lhotzkyana is described. In addition to 1D NMR, several 2D shift‐correlated NMR pulse sequences (1H–1H‐COSY, NOESY, HMQC and HMBC) were used to establish all the structures, and unambiguously perform the 1H and 13C chemical shift assignments of the new natural diterpene and three derivatives, the NMR data for which have not been reported previously. (1)H and (13)C NMR data for N-substituted morpholines 1-20 were measured using 1D (DEPT, 1D NOE difference) and 2D NMR spectroscopic methods including (1)H-(1)H COSY, long-range (1)H-(1)H COSY, NOESY, gHMBC and gHMQC experiments. At room temperature the (1)H NMR spectra of protonated compounds 2 and 9 show the chair conformation for the morpholine ring. Using 2D1H and13C correlation NMR spectroscopy, all signals in the1H and13C NMR spectra of five stereoisomeric bicyclo[2.2.1]heptadiene trimers, decacyclo[9.9.1.02.10.03.8.04.6.05.9.012.20.013.18.014.16.015.19]heneicosanes, obtained by Pd-catalyzed codimerization of norbornadiene dimer with quadricyclane followed by homocyclotrimerization of the latter were assigned unambiguously. Independent stereochemical identification of the trimers was performed using data on the nuclear Overhauser effect.  相似文献

Composition of a series of formulations used in Russia for production of various perfumes, among them car air fresheners, was studied by 13C and 1H NMR. The main components were identified, approximate compositions of several perfumes were determined, and spectral data are given. These spectral data can be used for prompt analysis for composition of commercial odorants with the aim of monitoring their quality and hygienic characteristics.  相似文献

Proton and carbon-13 spectra of benzyl compounds of the general formula (C6H5CH2)nX with a large variety of X substituents have been measured. While a linear relationship between the CH2 chemical shift and the substituent electronegativity was found both for 1H and 13C, large deviations from linearity were observed for transition metals such as titanium and zirconium. These later results are correlated with the X-ray studies of the latter compounds.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of a series of 1,3,2-dioxarsolanes have been obtained at 2.1 T and some at 9.4 T. The chemical shifts and spin-spin coupling constants have been obtained from complete spectral analyses of the 1H and proton-coupled 13C spectra. The spectral data are interpreted on the basis of two rapidly interconverting half-chair conformers with a pseudoaxial substituent at arsenic. Unique assignment of syn/anti or cis/trans geometries have been made from 1H or 13C NMR spectroscopy alone. The syn and trans isomers of the 4-methyl- and 4,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxarsolanes, respectively, appear to be conformationally biased towards the forms with pseudoequatorial methyl groups. The general trends in the geminal and vicinal 1H? 1H and 13C? 1H coupling constants are interpreted in terms of stereospecific, electronegativity and lone-pair effects of the oxygen heteroatoms and conformational factors. The NMR data on the 1,3,2-dioxarsolanes are discussed with reference to related 1,3-dithoxa- and 1,3-dithia- five-membered rings with As, P, S or C at the 2-position.  相似文献

This study aimed to carry out complete 1H and 13C NMR assignment of 13 protobassic acid saponins, including arganins A–C ( 1 – 3 ) and F ( 4 ), butyrosides B–D ( 5 – 7 ), tieghemelin ( 8 ), 3′-O-glucosyl-arganin C ( 9 ), Mi-saponins A–C ( 10 – 12 ), and mimusopsin ( 13 ), recorded in methanol-d4. This was accomplished by the analysis of high-resolution one-dimensional (1D) NMR (1H and 13C), two-dimensional (2D) NMR (1H–1H COSY, HSQC, and HMBC), and selectively excited 1D TOCSY spectra. Before this study, 1H and 13C NMR data of arganins A–C ( 1 – 3 ) and F ( 4 ) were partially assigned. Our effort leads to their complete assignment, especially the glycon residue, and revises some reported data. Some revisions of the 1H and 13C NMR data in the glycon part of butyroside C ( 6 ), tieghemelin ( 8 ), Mi-saponin A ( 10 ), and mimusopsin ( 13 ) were made. Those data of butyrosides B and D ( 5 & 7 ) and Mi-saponin B ( 11 ), which had not been recorded in methanol-d4, are provided. In addition, the 1H and 13C NMR data of Mi-saponin C ( 12 ) are reported for the first time. These data, being recorded in methanol-d4, should be more friendly for use as a reference for identifying the related triterpenoid saponins.  相似文献

Complete 1H and 13C spectral assignments are reported for six saponins from the pericarp of Sapindus trifoliatus (Hindi name: Reetha) collected from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, India, using only 1D and 2D NMR methods. The structures of the compounds were elucidated as hederagenin 3-O-(3-O-acetyl-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-(1-3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-ara-binopyranoside, hederagenin 3-O-(4-O-acetyl-beta-D-xylop-yranosyl)-(1-3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-arabinop-yranoside, hederagenin 3-O-(3,4-O-diacetyl-beta-D-xylopy-ranosyl)-(1-3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-arabinopy-ranoside, hederagenin 3-O-(3,4-O-diacetyl-alpha-L-arabinop-yranosyl)-(1-3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-arabinop-yranoside, hederagenin 3-O-(beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-(1-3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside and he-deragenin 3-O-(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)-(1-3)-alpha-L-rhamno-pyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside. It is concluded that saponins of this complexity approach the limit of structural complexity, which can be solved by NMR alone, precisely and quickly.  相似文献

Four sesquiterpene glucosides were isolated from Ixeris sonchifolia Hance. The structure of a new compound (1) was assigned as 9beta-monohydroxy-2,12-dioxo-guaia-3,11(13)-dien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alpha,9beta,10alphaH-12,6-olide-9-O-beta-D- glucopyranoside (ixerinoside). In addition, unambiguous and complete assignments of (1)H NMR chemical shifts for crepidiaside A (2), ixerin Z (3), and 11,13alpha-dihydroixerin Z (4) are presented. The assignments were achieved by two-dimensional NMR (gCOSY, gHSQC, gHMBC, NOESY) and one-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) experiments.  相似文献

Two new polymethoxylated flavonoids, 2',5',6'-trimethoxy-[2',3' : 3',4']furano dihydrochalcone and 2,4',4,5-tetramethoxy-[2',3' : 6,7]-furanodihydroaurone, were isolated from the root barks of Lonchocarpus araripensis, along with the known compounds 3,4,5,6-tetramethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavan, 3,6-dimethoxy-1',1'-dimethylcromene-[2',3' : 7,8]-flavone, 3',4'-methylenodioxy-5,6-dimethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavone, 3,5,6-trimethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavanone, 3,5,6-trimethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavone, and 6alpha-hydroxy-medicarpin. The complete (1)H and (13)C NMR assignments of the new furan flavonoids were performed using 1D and 2D pulse sequences, including COSY, HSQC, and HMBC experiments, and comparison with spectral data for analog compounds from the literature, particularly for the new furanodihydroaurone because of several inconsistencies on the carbonyl chemical shifts from the literature.  相似文献
