The complexation of oleuropein and trans-cinnamic acid with -, -, and -cyclodextrin has been studied in aqueous model systems by light scaterring. The influence of various parameters (pH, concentration, reaction time, nature of cyclodextrin) has been thoroughly examined. The formation of binary (1:1) inclusion complexes and the higher inclusion ability of -CD for both compounds has been indicated. Trans-cinnamic acid was extracted from olive olive oil following its complexation with -CD at satisfactory recovery levels.  相似文献

Diagnostic techniques for low-pressure, cold plasmas have mostly been limited to emission and mass spectrometry. Herein, the techniques of gas-phase electron paramagnetic resonance and laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy are briefly reviewed. Particular attention is paid to their attributes which make them good candidates for plasma diagnostic tools. It is found that gas-phase electron paramagnetic resonance can be used to determine and monitor the absolute concentration of a number of important plasma species, e.g., free radicals and atoms. Laser-induced fluorescence can also monitor, with even more sensitivity, but perhaps not so well absolutely, the concentrations of many plasma species, e.g., free radicals, metastable excited states, and molecular ions.  相似文献

The reactions of high-molecular-weight polydimethylsilane with metal chlorides in variable oxidation states at high temperature in the absence of a solvent afford mixtures of ,-dichloropermethyloligosilanes Cl(Me2Si) m Cl (m= 2—9). The Dinitrone 2,2-diphenyl-3,3-bi-3H-indole-1,1-dioxide acts as a demethylating and dehydrogenating agent. The mechanism of interaction of the dinitrone with donors and acceptors does not involve intermediate charge-transfer complexes probably due to a self association between dinitrone molecules (as supported by X-ray determinations). The crystal structure of the dinitrone was obtained by direct methods;a=9.967 (2),b=19.817 (3),c=10.875 (2) Å, =111.2 (2)°, space group P21/n. The finalR andR w were 0.089 and 0.063 for all measured reflexes.

Zusammenfassung Das Dinitron 2,2-Diphenyl-3,3-bi-3H-indol-1,1-dioxid wirkt als Demethylierungs- und Oxydationsmittel. Die Wechselwirkung des Dinitrons mit Elektronen-Acceptoren und Elektronen-Donatoren geht wegen der Selbstassoziation zwischen den Dinitron-Molekülen ohne die dazwischenliegende Bildung eines Charge-Transfer-Komplexes vor sich; das wird auch von Röntgenstrukturuntersuchungen gestützt. Die Kristallstruktur wurde mit direkten Methoden ermittelt:a=9.967 (2),b=19.817 (3),c=10.875 (2) Å; =111.2 (2)°. P21/n. Die endgültigen WerteR undR w waren 0.089 und 0.063 für alle gemessenen Reflexe.

In this paper, we investigate the common structural and electrostatic parameters of a series of specific inhibitors of the IIb3 integrin. Molecular dynamics simulations with an explicit aqueous environment led to an original theoretical pattern. Our results may suggest that the studied non-peptide IIb3 antagonists developed upon the Arg-Gly-Asp ubiquitous recognition sequence, in fact, should mimic the C-terminus part of the fibrinogen chain. This assumption could, therefore, explain their specificity with respect to other Arg-Gly-Asp-dependent integrins.  相似文献

This paper presents investigations of phase and structural transitions occurring in water adsorbed on the surface of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and on the so-called intelligentrs or smart silica gel surface covered with a chemically bonded BSA phase. Cyclic changes of heat flow (HF) were observed in the samples studied during cooling and heating of the measuring cell of the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) apparatus. These cyclic changes reflect structural transitions occurring in the water adsorbed on the surface at subambient and elevated temperatures. This is connected with cyclic changes (decay and reproduction) of ice-like structures existing in the adsorbed water layers. On the basis of quantitative investigations it appears that, depending on the direction of the cooling or heating process of the samples studied, the number of ice-like water structures in the surface film increases or decreases. It has been stated that the observed fluctuations occur spontaneously and suddenly in the whole volume of adsorbed water in different and not regular temperature ranges, especially at the paradoxical effect temperatures.Support from the Research Council (Dr. R. Cathodic reduction of nitro-substituted azidocinnamic esters on mercury under aprotic and protic conditions was studied. Nitro and azido groups behave as independent entities so that selectively amino- resp. hydroxylamino--azido compounds are obtained, which could not be synthesised by conventional methods. Under aprotic conditions, with added acetic anhydride, medium yields of acylated 4-hydroxylamino- and 4-amino--cinnamic acid derivatives are isolated. Evidence of homogeneous electron transfer from nitroanion radicals to azido groups is given.

The stability of Si-Si bonds in linear and cyclic permethyloligosilanes and in ,-divinyloligosilanes under conditions of hydrosilylation in the presence of the Speier's catalyst was studied. Polycarbosilanes containing silylene fragments in their backbone chains were prepared by the reaction of 1,4-bis(dimethylsilyl)benzene with ,-divinyloligosilanes. Intramolecularly hydrogen-bonded, bichromophoric tetrapyrrole pigments, bilirubin-IX and mesobilirubin-XIII, adopt either of two enantiomeric conformations which are in dynamic equilibrium in solution. InpH 8 aqueous sodium deoxycholate solutions, chiral micelles preferentially select one conformational enantiomer, and the solutions exhibit a bisignate circular dichroism Cotton effect in the vicinity of the bilirubin long wavelength electronic transition. The kinetics of thermal imidization of the H-complexes derived from the diethyl ester of 3,3,4,4-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid (EBZP) and various diamines have been studied. The analysis of the experimental data for the energy of the longest wavelength optical transitions n,opt of substituted polymethines X (CH)2n+1 X shows that in the asymptotic case (n) ,opt does not tend to zero, as it follows from the empirically established correlations, but has a finite, non-zero value. It is shown that the energy gap of odd polymethines is the same as that of the even polymethines - the polyenes (E 2 eV). The substituents (X N, O, B) are responsible for the appearance of levels in the gap. These, depending on the substituent character, are vacant (X B) or occupied (X N, O). The transition from or to such a level determines the longest wavelength optical transition energy of polymethines.  相似文献

Elemental sulfur reacts with ketones and gaseous ammonia at room temperature yielding thiazoline-3 in excellent yields. Under the same conditions elemental selenium does not react at all. Attempts using the known techniques which have been applied in improving the reactivity of slowly reacting ketones in thiazoline-3-synthesis have been unsuccessful (Exp. No. 1–17). The reaction of -halogenketones with sodiumhydrogenselenide to synthesize -hydroselenoketones gives only the original ketones and selenium in almost quantitative yields (No. 18–23). The same is observed with -haloketones and sodium ore magnesium-diselenides (No. 24–45). The explanation of these unexpected results is the strong reducing power of the hydrogenselenide (No. 46–52). Even -bromoketones with activated bromine (i.g. by phenyl groups) were reduced by sodiumhydrogensulfide giving red undefinite oils. However, -chloroketones give -mercaptoketones in excellent yields (No. 53–61). Hydrogenselenide reduces -mercaptoketones to sulfur and ketones in the presence of triethylamine (No. 62–67). Also the transformation of -selenocyanketones to ,-diketodisenides by alkali or the oxidative hydrolysis of selenium-BUNTE salts does not work and gives elementary selenium only. Studies about the concomitant reaction of elementary selenium and ethylenimine on ketones were continued (No. 68–82).

Inclusion complexation of heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl)--cyclodextrin (DM--CyD) with -tocopheryl acetate and -tocopheryl nicotinate in aqueous solution was studied by the solubility method. The aqueous solubilities of the esters were about 105 times increased by DM--CyD complexation. The phase-solubility diagram of the tocopheryl ester-DM--CyD systems showed a typicalA p type, and the stability constants (K) of high-order complexes were estimated by analyzing the upward curvature of the diagrams. The solid complex of -tocopheryl nicotinate with DM--CyD in a molar ratio of 12 was prepared by the kneading method. The dissolution rate of the solid complex was much greater than that of the drug itself, and the rapidly dissolving form of -tocopheryl nicotinate, as an example, showed a markedly increased bioavailability (about 70-fold) after oral administration to fasted dogs.  相似文献

In free radical transformations of 2-methoxy- and 2-ethoxytetrahydropyran initiated bytert-butoxy radicals at 130°C, the relative rate of formation of -valerolactone and valeric acid ester was found to change periodically with increase in the extent of transformation, expressed astert-butyl alcohol (TBA) concentration. The ratio of lactone: ether concentration is determined not by the pressure (up to 1000 MPa) as suggested earlier, but by the amplitudes and phase displacement of the oscillations of the rates of formation of lactone and ester. These results are explained by changes in the physical structure of the solution in proportion to the buildup of reaction products as a result of which the reactivity of the 2-alkoxytetrahydropyranyl radical changes in respect of rupture of the endocyclic and exocyclic C-O bonds.N.
