水合茚三酮与芳甲基酮、水合肼缩合环化制得2-芳基-3,4-二氮杂芴酮(2); 2经还原得2-芳基-3,4-二氮杂芴(3).2与2-溴联苯格氏试剂反应得到中间体叔醇(4); 4在酸性条件下关环合成了2-芳基-3,4-二氮杂螺二芴,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析表征.     

N,N′-二芳基己二酰二肼类化合物的合成及其结构表征

报道了N,N′-二芳基己二酰二肼类化合物的合成方法。以自制的己二酰二氯、取代苯肼为原料,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,用冰浴法合成了9种新型的N,N′-二芳基己二酰二肼类化合物。产品的结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR等测试技术得到确证,产物的IR谱中,在3 200～3 400 cm-1出现2个N—H吸收峰,1H NMR谱中,在δ7.3～10.5之间有2个N—H吸收峰,产品的元素分析结果与理论值基本相符。收率81%～93%。

在二价铜促进下,芳基亚磺酸钠通过分子间脱硫,发生自身偶联,高选择性高产率地合成了对称性的二芳基砜类化合物。反应无需惰性气体保护,条件温和,具有良好的官能团耐受性,可以用于二芳基砜衍生物的高效合成。

A SIMPLE,EFFICIENT AND NEW METHOD FOR PREPARING AZO UREAS

Azo compounds are widely utilized as dyes and analytical reagents.They can also be used as materials for non-linear optics and for storage optical information in laser dish^[1]. Recently, many noteworthy studies have shown that azobenzene derivatives possess excellent optical memory and photoelectric properties^[2]. The preparation of ordinary azo compounds has been described in many references. However, those compounds generally bear alkyl or aryl groups on both sides of the azo linkage (-N=N-).     

HEXAMETHYLDISILAZANE IN THE PRESENCE OF N,N′,N″,N‴-TETRAMETHYLTETRA-2,3-PYRIDINOPORPHYRAZINATO COPPER (II) IS A NEW,MILD AND HIGHLY EFFICIENT REAGENT FOR SILYLATION OF ALCOHOLS AND PHENOLS

Alcohols and phenols are protected with hexamethyldisilazane in the presence of N,N′,N′,N?-tetramethyletra-2,3-pyridinoporphyrazinato copper (II) in good-to-excellent yields at room temperature.     

SIMPLE METHOD FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF STANNOLE DIANION

Reduction of 1-t-butyl-1,2,3,4,5-pentaphenylstannole by lithium gave the stannole dianion. Reduction of the bi(1,1-stannole) having a t-butyl group on the tin by lithium also gave the stannole dianion, the formation of which was evidenced by spectral analysis and chemical trapping reaction.     

A SIMPLE,EFFICIENT, AND NEW CATALYST OXIDATION METHOD WITH KClO3/H2SO4/FeSO4 FOR PREPARING BISAZO COMPOUNDS

Using potassium chlorate, sulfuric acid and ferrous sulfate as a catalytic oxidation system to oxidize the aryl substituted carbazide to prepare new type bisazo compounds in one phase have been described for the first time in this paper. Eight bisaryl carbodiazones have been synthesized in high yields under mild conditions. A possible mechanism has been suggested.     

A SIMPLE AND IMPROVED METHOD OF ISOLATION AND PURIFICATION FOR NATIVE OAT PHYTOCHROME

Abstract— A simple procedure for the isolation and purification of 124 kDa phytochrome (phyA) from etiolated Avena seedlings has been developed employing ammonium sulfate back-extraction. After solubilization of the ammonium sulfate precipitate (250 g/L) an additional ammonium sulfate fractionation with 17 g per 100 mL rather than column chromatography was performed. After several steps of the "washing-out" procedure with 100 mM phosphate buffer, phytochrome was solubilized in 10 m M phosphate buffer. The resulting phytochrome had a specific absorbance ratio (SAR = A₆₆₆/A₂₈o) ranging from 0.60 to 0.85. These values are equivalent to those of phytochrome preparations after hydroxyla-patite chromatography-ammonium sulfate back-extraction. The total isolation-purification time was 8 h and yield of the chromoprotein was 50% higher than the yield using conventional techniques. The phytochrome preparation, after application to a Toyopearl HW-65S gel filtration column, produced very pure 124 kDa phyA with a specific absorbance ratio greater than 1.00. The spectral characteristics are identical to those described for the best of the highly purified native chromoprotein preparations.

Synthesis of 2-amino-1-(4′-methoxyphenyl)-propane (II) starting from p-anisaldehyde (1) in 67% overall yield is described. Key reactions involved Horner–Wadswoth–Emmons olefination of 1 to form the ester 2 and Hoffmann degradation of amide 5 to obtain the amine II.

EFFECT OF N,N,N’,N’-TETRAALKYL TEREPHTHALAMIDE ON NON-ISOTHERMAL CRYSTALLIZATION KINETICS OF POLYPROPYLENE

The effect of N,N,N＇,N＇-tetraalkyl terephthalamide （TATA） on the non-isothermal crystallization and melting characteristics ofpolypropylene （PP） was studied. The addition of TATA can lead to the formation ofβ-crystal PP. With the increase in TATA concentration the degree of crystallinity for β-crystal PP increased significantly, and that for a-crystal PP decreased, which indicated that TATA effectively induced the formation of β-crystal PP. WAXD also revealed the existence of β-crystal PP after the introduction of TATA into PP. PP containing TATA crystallized at a temperature range of 5-10℃ higher than that of pure PP, and the half-crystallization time （t1/2） and Avrami exponent （n） of PP at the same cooling rate were decreased by the addition of TATA, indicating that TATA influenced the crystallization rate and crystallization growth mode of PP. The rate constant of crystallization of PP containing TATA （Zc） was larger than that of pure PP, which further indicated that the crystallization of PP was accelerated by the addition of TATA.

Oxidation of alcohols to carbonyl compounds has been carried out by utilization of Jones reagent supported on silica gel (SJR). The SJR procedure has advantages over traditional Jones oxidation procedure. This procedure is safer to carry out and simplified workup by allowing organic media.
