Reaction of 5-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-2,3-furandione with ethyl 3-benzylamino-2-butenoate, resulting in ethyl 1-benzyl-2-hydroxy-5-methyl-3-oxo-2-phenacyl-2,3-dihydropyrrole-4-carboxylate and benzylamide ofN-benzoylpyruvic acid, was studied. A synthesis of novel derivatives of 6-methyluracil, 6-methyl-2-thioxo-, and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one containing a 2-(phenoxy)ethyl substituent at position 5 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It was found that 5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl] derivatives of 6-methyl-2-thioxo- and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one are obtained by the condensation of the corresponding ethyl 3-oxo-2-(2-phenoxyethyl)butanoates with thiourea or guanidine. 6-Methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]uracils can be prepared by treating 6-methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-ones with an excess of aqueous monochloroacetic acid solution. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1213–1217, August, 2005.  相似文献

We have studied the reaction of 2,3-dihydro-4H-[1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]benzimidazol-4-one and 2-aryl-2,3-dihydro-4H-[1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]benzimidazol-4-ones with amines, alkylating reagents, and hydrogen peroxide. The oxidation of methyl 6-methyl-2-methylsulfanyl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-3-pyrimidinylacetate by reagents which oxidized the SMe group to SO2Me gave the products of the further transformation of the corresponding 2-methylsulfonyl-substituted ester obtained: methyl 5,5-dichloro-6-methoxy-6-methyl-2,4-dioxohexahydro-3-pyrimidinylacetate (using Cl2 in 70 or 50% MeOH), its mixture (about 1:10) with methyl 6-methyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-pyrimidinylacetate (Cl2 in 30% MeOH) or only to the latter compound (Cl2 in H2O, m-ClC6H4CO3H in CHCl3, H2O2 in MeOH). A method is presented for the synthesis of 3-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-3H-indol-3-ylidene)-1,4-dihydroquinoxalin-2-one and 2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-3H-indol-3-ylidene)-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one by the reaction of ethyl 2-oxoindoline-2-glyoxylate with o-aminophenol and o-phenylenediamine. 4-Amino-5-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-trazole-3-thione is formed from the reaction of 4,6-diphenylpyrimidinecarboxylic acid or its ethyl ester with thiocarbonyl hydrazide. Alkylation of the product leads to S-alkyl derivaties or 6-substituted 3-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyriimidinyl)-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazine. 采用生物活性基团拼接的分子设计方法, 将活性基团2-氧吡咯烷引入到2H-[1,4]苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮分子结构的苯环上, 设计并合成了16个未见文献报道的N-取代-6-(3-氯-4-氯甲基-2-氧吡咯烷-1-基)-7-氟-3,4-二氢-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3-酮衍生物6a6p, 其结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较高的除草和杀虫活性, 如6c6f等化合物在用量为150 g/hm2时对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus)和藜(Chenopodium album L)等阔叶杂草具有90%以上的抑制率, 6l6o在500 mg/L浓度下对蚕豆蚜(Aphis fabae)具有90%以上的致死率, 个别化合物还兼具除草及杀虫活性.  相似文献

2-(4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolinyl)acetonitriles have been obtained by the interaction of -cyanoethylthioiminoacetate with substituted anthranilic acids. Prototropy became apparent in the series of synthesized compounds. It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

The inelastic neutron scattering (INS) spectra of β-5-Nitro-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one (β-NTO) are presented to 1400 cm−1. The β-NTO vibrational frequencies observed differ considerably from the -NTO vibrational frequencies and normal mode frequency calculations for the isolated molecule. The INS spectrum contains detail unobserved in the previous IR studies, including combinations and overtones of the phonon and internal modes of β-NTO. The INS spectra are compared with periodic DFT calculations to show that the periodic DFT results correctly predict the solid-state molecular vibrational frequencies.  相似文献
