New chiral 2-alkyl-8-quinolinyl-oxazolines were synthesized from 2-alkyl-8-quinolinecarboxylic acids and enantiomerically pure amino alcohols using a convenient procedure. Enantioselective palladium-catalyzed allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate with dimethyl malonate in the presence of 2-alkyl-8-quinolinyl-oxazolines provided an alkylation product with an opposite configuration compared to those obtained from unsubstituted quinolinyl-oxazoline ligands. 相似文献

The synthesis of a third generation phosphorus-containing dendrimer possessing 24 chiral iminophosphine end groups derived from (2S)-2-amino-1-(diphenylphosphinyl)-3-methylbutane is described. In situ complexation of this dendrimer by [Pd(η3-C3H5)Cl]2 affords a catalyst, which is used in asymmetric allylic alkylations of rac-(E)-diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate and pivalate. The percentage of conversion, the yield of isolated 2-(1,3-diphenylallyl)-malonic acid dimethyl ester, and its enantiomeric excess have been measured in each case, and were found to be good to very good (ee from 90% to 95%). Furthermore, the dendritic catalyst can be recovered and reused at least two times, with almost the same efficiency. 相似文献

A series of readily available thioether-phosphinite ligands has been tested in the Pd-catalyzed allylic substitution reactions of several acyclic and cyclic allylic substrates (S1-S7). This series of ligands have been designed to uncover their important structural features and to determine the scope of the thioether-phosphinite ligands in these catalytic reactions. Systematic variation of the electronic and steric properties at the thioether moiety provide useful information about the ligand parameters that control the enantiodiscrimination. By carefully selecting the ligand parameters, good enantioselectivities with high activities were obtained for hindered linear substrates S1 and S2 (ee’s up to 95%) and for unhindered cyclic substrates S4 and S5 (ee’s up to 91%). 相似文献

Described is the asymmetric synthesis of the allylic alcohols 11 (85% ee), 15 (99% ee), 17 (93% ee), 19 (61% ee), and 21 (69% ee) through a Pd-catalyzed reaction of the unsymmetrical carbonates rac-10, rac-12, rac-14, rac-16, rac-18, and rac-20, respectively, with KHCO3 and H2O in the presence of bisphosphane 6. Similarly the allylic alcohols 23 (99% ee) and 25 (97% ee) have been obtained from the symmetrical carbonates rac-22 and rac-24, respectively. Reaction of the meso-biscarbonate 26 with H2O and Pd(0)/6 afforded alcohol 27 (96% ee), which was converted to the PG building block 32. The unsaturated bisphosphane 33 showed in the synthesis of alcohols 36, 37, and 39 a similar high selectivity as 6. The formation of alcohols 11, 15, and 17 involves an efficient dynamic kinetic resolution. 相似文献

A series of simple and new C2-symmetric diphenylmethylidene malonate-type bis(oxazoline) ligands were synthesized and applied to the Friedel-Crafts reaction and allylic alkylation. The Cu(II) complex of ligand 4b bearing the benzyl group afforded good to excellent enantioselectivity for the F-C adducts (up to >99% ee) between indole and alkylidene malonate, and the palladium complex of ligand 4c bearing the phenyl group afforded excellent enantioselectivity (up to 94% ee) for the allylic alkylation product. 相似文献

Herein we report the first palladium(0)-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation (AAA) of allyl enol ether via π-allylpalladium intermediate using Trost chiral diphosphine. This unprecedented reaction produced very rare α-aryl quaternary aldehydes with multi-functional groups. The main novelty in the chemistry demonstrates that enol ethers can be used as precursors for π-allylpalladium intermediates, an observation that is certainly rare and to the best of our knowledge, perhaps without prior precedent. Chiral ligand (R,R)-L3 was found to be optimal in this Pd-AAA reaction and provided good to excellent yield (80–95%) and enantioselectivity (70–90%) with a range of analogs. 相似文献

Rapid access to enantioenriched spirocycles possessing a 1,4-dicarbonyl moiety spanning an all-carbon quaternary stereogenic spirocenter was achieved using a masked bromomethyl vinyl ketone reagent. Palladium-catalyzed asymmetric tandem allylic substitution of (Z)-1,4-diacyloxy- and (Z)-1,4-bis(alkoxycarbonyloxy)-2-butene (2a-c) using 2-(phosphinophenyl)pyridine 1 as chiral ligand provided optically active six-membered 2-vinyl-1,4-diheterocyclic compounds with good to high enantioselectivity. Screening of metallocenethiolate ligands for copper(I)-catalyzed substitution of allylic acetates with Grignard reagents has been carried out. The previously used ligand, lithium (R,Sp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ferrocenylthiolate (4a), possessing both central and planar chirality, was the starting point for the screening. It was found that the diastereomeric ligand lithium (R,Rp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ferrocenylthiolate (4b) exhibiting reversed planar chirality gave increased enantioselectivity in the allylic substitution, at least when cinnamyl acetate was used as a substrate. The ruthenocene-based ligand lithium (R,Sp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ruthenocenylthiolate (4c) gave an enhanced reaction rate, but lower chiral induction. The use of disulfide bis[(R,Sp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ferrocenyl]disulfide (7a) as a ligand precursor worked well but resulted in lower enantioselectivity. 相似文献

A series of novel chiral phosphine–imine ligands have been prepared by a two-step transformation from chiral α-phenylethylamine. The resulting chiral ligands were found to be effective for the palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-yl pivalate with dimethyl malonate, in which up to 94% ee and 99% conversions were obtained. The results demonstrate that the chirality resided on the chelate ring of P–Pd–N complex is more effective for the transfer of the stereochemical information by comparison with the result obtained by Hashimoto and coworkers’ phosphine–imine ligand, in which the chirality lay in the outside of P–Pd–N chelate ring. The effect of solvent, base and substitutent in phosphine–imine ligand on this catalytic reaction is also described. 相似文献

Planar chiral alkenylferrocene phosphanes, viz. (Sp)-[Fe(η5-C5H3-1-PPh2-2-CHCR2)(η5-C5H5)] (R = H, (Sp)-2; Ph, (Sp)-5) and (Sp)-[Fe(η5-C5H3-1-PPh2-2-(E)-CHCHR)(η5-C5H5)] (R = Ph, (Sp)-3; C(O)CH3, (Sp)-6; and CO2CH2CH3, (Sp)-7) have been prepared by alkenylation of (Sp)-2-(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocenecarboxaldehyde and tested as ligands for enantioselective palladium-catalysed allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenyprop-2-en-1-yl acetate with dimethyl malonate. All phosphanylalkenes formed active catalysts. However, the induced enantioselectivity was only poor to moderate [12-43% ee after 20 h at room temperature], with the ee’s and configuration of the preferred product strongly depending on the ligand structure. The catalytic results have been related to solution properties (NMR, ESI MS) and the solid-state structural data (X-ray diffraction) of [Pd(η3-1,3-Ph2C3H3){(Sp)-2-η2:κP}]ClO4 ((Sp)-12), which represent a model of the plausible reaction intermediate. 相似文献

An Ir-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation using chiral diaminophosphine oxide is described. Asymmetric allylic alkylation of terminal allylic carbonates proceeded using 5 mol % of Ir catalyst, 5 mol % of DIAPHOX 1i, 10 mol % of NaPF6, 10 mol % of LiOAc, and N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide (BSA), affording the corresponding branched products in excellent yield and in up to 95% ee. Cooperative catalysis enables the direct enantioselective α-allylation of linear prochiral esters using Si-substituted allyl electrophiles. The Si-substituent directs the regioselectivity of enantioselective bond formation and provides products containing synthetically versatile pentafluorophenyl ester and vinylsilane moieties. Critical to the efficacy of this process was the recognition that the ancillary ligand on palladium could be altered to prevent formation of a deleterious ether by-product, whilst retaining enantioselectivity through the Lewis base catalyst. Flexibility such as this is unique to cooperative catalysis events and provides efficient access to an array of enantioenriched products that are orthogonally functionalized and easily modified. 相似文献

This work describes the first Pd-catalyzed allylic alkylation of thioamides. Various thioamides were efficiently α-allylated in high yields and with excellent selectivity for monoallylation under mild reaction conditions.
