Use 2×2 holographic lens array for realizing FPS optical interconnection. The derivation of all cases with parallel light incidence and the divergent light incidence indicated: the focus positions of the first and the third quadrants of the holographic lens array were related to the lens aperture and the number of input elements. In this paper, a two-layer scalable wavelength routing optical interconnection network is presented. The top layer of the network is a multi-wavelength bi-directional optical bus which has high-bandwidth and low-latency; the sub-layer of the network is single-wavelength synchronous pipelined ring which has low communication latency and high-scalability. We propose alignment-free optical modules using a solder-bump-bonding technique for constructing free-space optical interconnection
systems without a special alignment procedure. Bonding pads for mounting an optoelectronic device chip are fabricated by exposing
a photosensitive resin film to light traveling through the optical system of the module so that the image positions of the
bonding pads on both image planes of the optical interconnection system are aligned with each other. A device chip is mounted
by solder-bump bonding and is set at a proper position by the surface tension of molten solder. The effectiveness of the technique

由于互联网层叠模型中多层都存在重复的保护与恢复机制,致使互联网的实现极其复杂,造成网络传输效率较低,而且拥塞。随着密集波分复用(DWDM)的广泛使用和网络底层性能的大幅度提高,已经不需要再对网络中多层进行重复保护与恢复。在此基础上,采用了未来光互联网3层 (应用层、IP层和光互联层) 协议模型,并对其中的光互联层的保护进行了深入的研究,提出了部分共享备用路径保护(P-SPP)方法。此模型能充分利用IP层电子的灵活恢复机制与光互联层的快速保护与恢复机制,提高光互联网的传输性能,以适应目前高速发展的互联网对传输带宽的要求。 相似文献

Electro-optic modulation plays a critical role in implementing space-, power- and spectrally efficient optical interconnection
for high-capacity computing systems. Microring resonators exhibit a great potential to achieve compact, low power-consumption
and high-speed modulators. In this paper, we briefly review our efforts on designing and analyzing the microring modulators.
Three types of single-ring modulators are discussed, from device behavior to possible system impact. We then present two novel
double-ring modulators in which a passive ring resonator is added, enabling higher operation speed and lower power consumption.
We also describe an opportunity of introducing phase modulation data formats into the on-chip communication environment. In
this paper, our emphasis is placed on linking the devices’ physics to their system performance and providing potential technical
