考虑拉索垂度及抗弯刚度的影响,得出了索-阻尼器系统振动偏微分方程;用中心差分法将偏微分方程在空间内离散,导出了系统的面内振动常微分方程组;提出了使用MR阻尼器(Magnetorheological Damper)作为控制设备,模糊集为基础的半主动控制算法,并运用提出的算法对索-阻尼器系统进行了振动控制分析。本文方法的优势在于算法自身的鲁棒性、处理非线性问题的能力强和不需要结构的精确数学模型,算法需要的输入变量少,可以解决实际工程中斜拉索的振动响应信息难以测量的困难。模糊算法的输出直接控制MR阻尼器的输入电压。与LQR-Clipped算法不同,MR阻尼器的输入电压可以是零与最大值之间的任意值。本文以实际斜拉桥拉索为例,分析了拉索的振动控制效果,结果表明本文提出的模糊半主动控制算法,使MR阻尼器的功能得到了更好的发挥,比MR被动控制效果好,且可以减小控制力。  相似文献

Damping changeability design and evaluation is the most fundamental issue at the beginning of any new railway semi-active hydraulic damper development. Therefore, physical fluid mechanics for the calculation of basic structure and resistance parameters of the damper should be carefully studied in the conceptual phase. Fluid formulae for changeable damping performance evaluation of two commercial railway semi-active hydraulic dampers are established. Simulation results show that the damper switched by high-speed solenoid valves obtains a wide range of changeable damping coefficients, which guarantees the absorption of a wide spectrum of vibrations; however, a different low cost damper regulated with an inversely proportional relief valve, whose Force-velocity characteristics share the same rising curve, is relatively limited in damping ability. In order to overcome the drawback of the latter one with no obvious cost increase, a new semi-active hydraulic damper which is regulated by a simple proportional throttle valve is proposed. Continued fluid formulation and simulation suggests that the damper can change its damping force rising curves or “effective” damping coefficients continuously, within a considerably wide range. Thus, fluid formulae explicitly established in this study are of significance in the damping changeability conceptual design, further refinement and control design for the three semi-active hydraulic dampers. The proposed new damper, which has both a simple configuration and an easy-to-control ability, might be feasible for industry applications.  相似文献

A stochastic minimax semi-active control strategy for multi-degrees-of-freedom (MDOF) strongly nonlinear systems under combined harmonic and wide-band noise excitations is proposed. First, a stochastic averaging procedure is introduced for controlled uncertain strongly nonlinear systems using generalized harmonic functions and the control forces produced by Magneto-rheological (MR) dampers are split into the passive part and the active part. Then, a worst-case optimal control strategy is derived by solving a stochastic differential game problem. The worst-case disturbances and the optimal semi-active controls are obtained by solving the Hamilton–Jacobi–Isaacs (HJI) equations with the constraints of disturbance bounds and MR damper dynamics. Finally, the responses of optimally controlled MDOF nonlinear systems are predicted by solving the Fokker–Planck–Kolmogorov (FPK) equation associated with the fully averaged Itô equations. Two examples are worked out in detail to illustrate the proposed control strategy. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by using the results from Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

Observation of the locomotion of animals and human beings in difficult terrain makes it quite obvious that legged locomotion offers substantial mobility advantages over conventional wheeled or tracked systems. However, effective adaptation of legged locomotion principles to off-road vehicles has to date been frustrated by the complexity of the joint coordination control problem and by the lack of suitable sources of power for individual leg joints. This paper is addressed to the first problem and is intended to show that some of the techniques used in aircraft autopilots can be adapted to legged vehicle control. The main results presented are derived from a computer simulation study of a system in which vehicle speed and direction are determined by a human operator while individual joint commands are generated automatically by a digital computer. Present indications are that such a vehicle might be as easy to control as a conventional wheeled or tracked automotive system.  相似文献

A hall sensor based simple technique was introduced to measure wheel slip and a microcontroller based embedded digital system was developed to display wheel slip data and warn the operator with audible and visible warnings if the optimum range is exceeds. Hall sensor slip measurement system was validated in controlled soil bin condition, tar macadam surface and actual field condition and compared with the commercial radar sensor. The developed system is simple in construction and can be mounted to any make and model of agricultural tractors by entering the appropriate rolling radius via the computer interface. Field trials were conducted to measure wheel slip and fuel consumption on farm use with and without activation of slip indicator; it was observed that, the amount of fuel saving during various agricultural operation was up 1.3 l/h.  相似文献

研究应用磁流变阻尼器(MRD)对结构振动半主动控制的算法和原理。研制并对磁流变阻尼器进行了阻尼特性实验,采用非线性滞回双粘性模型描述磁流变阻尼器的阻尼特性,模型结果与实验结果非常一致。采用滑模控制算法和趋近律方法设计了半主动控制器。利用滑模控制方法所建立的控制器,本文给出了地震激励下结构振动半主动控制算例。计算分析表明,半主动滑模控制具有控制效果明显、鲁棒性好等优点,是一种非常有发展前途的控制方法。  相似文献

在已研究的车桥耦合振动动力学模型的基础上,针对简支桥梁模型,将车载对桥梁的耦合作用力看作是外干扰,提出了一种对桥梁的半主动控制模型。根据哈密顿原理推导了控制模型,发现这种模型自身具有状态反馈的特点;针对四分之一车辆与桥梁耦合振动建立的控制模型,经过搭建Simulink仿真,可以看出该模型对于跨中位移以及耦合力作用点位移振幅的削减幅度达80%左右,由此说明了半主动控制模型具有良好的控制效果。  相似文献

提出了一种新控制策略——主动开闭环多重调谐质量阻尼器(AMTMD)。AMTMD控制系统频率呈线性分布。AMTMD中的MTMD保持相同的刚度和阻尼系数但质量变化。基于TMD的工作原理定义了AMTMD的主动控制力构成即保持相同的位移和速度反馈增益系数但变化结构和地震加速度反馈增益系数。基于结构的广义振型模型,导出了设置AMTMD时结构的动力放大系数(DMF),于是优化准则可定义为:Min.Min.Max.DMF.通过最优搜寻,研究了反映AMTMD有效性和鲁棒性的参数。这些参数包括:频率间隔、平均阻尼比、调谐频率比、总数、质量比和标准化加速度反馈增益系数。为了比较,多重调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)和主动开闭环调谐质量阻尼器(ATMD)也被考虑。  相似文献

This paper describes the further development and experimental evaluation of two-state semi-active translational dampers on a 6×6 high mobility off-road vehicle. As only ride comfort was enhanced during previous work, the low-speed damping characteristics on the semi-active damper was increased in order to improve vehicle handling. The existing passive dampers, as normally fitted to the test vehicle, were modified to the semi-active configuration by adding a bypass assembly and a controllable valve. Experimental work included driving over various repeatable surfaces at different speeds and executing severe lane change manoeuvres. Results indicated that both handling and ride comfort were improved when selecting the semi-active configuration.  相似文献

In this paper, the hinged road-mat construction is modeled as a cable structure, and based on the equivalent cable theory the sinkage of the roadway is evaluated. Neglecting details of the interaction between tires and road mats, works caused by the traction, resistance, and drawbar pulling are defined to build a new work criterion to evaluate the mobility of vehicles on the hinged road mats. Mobility diagrams, related to coefficient of adhesion, terrain deformation, beam width, and fastening force, are developed to evaluate the locomotion of vehicles and further guide the design of hinged road mats. The presented method compares well with the field terramechanical experiments of the hinged road mats, thus verifying the validity of equivalent cable modeling and work criterion for hinged road mats.  相似文献

结构损伤检测是结构健康监测过程重要的一步,数学上常常转化为求解约束优化问题。针对粒子群优化(PSO)算法易于出现的"早熟问题",采用市场经济条件下的宏观调控策略对早熟前粒子群位置进行干涉,藉以增强PSO算法抵抗局部极小的能力,达到改进PSO算法的目的。四个基准测试函数极值问题分析结果验证了改进后的PSO算法优于带权重因子的PSO算法,两层刚架单损伤和多损伤数值仿真以及三层建筑框架结构四种损伤工况试验研究进一步证明了改进后的PSO算法在结构损伤检测领域的应用是有效可行的。  相似文献

采用在结构水平双向设置TLCD半主动控制装置的方法,对偏心结构在多维地震作用下的振动控制问题进行了研究。首先论述了基于Takagi—Sugeno模型的模糊神经网络的基本理论。然后介绍结构-TLCD扭转耦联控制系统微分方程及其状态空间求解方法,最后在建立起半主动控制策略的基础上。利用基于Takagi—Sugeno模型的模糊神经网络,根据控制准则调整TLCD的开孔率,实现对结构的半主动控制。数值结果表明,这种方法能对结构的平动反应和扭转反应都能起到较好的减震效果。  相似文献

This paper aims to provide further study on the nonlinear modeling and controller design of formation flying spacecraft in deep space missions. First, in the Sun-Earth system, the nonlinear formation dynamics for the circular restricted three-body problem (CRTBP) and elliptic restricted three-body problem (ERTBP) are presented. Then, with the Floquet mode method, an impulsive controller is developed to keep the Chief on the desired Halo orbit. Finally, a nonlinear adaptive control scheme based on Nonzero set- point LQR and neural network is proposed to achieve high precision formation maneuver and keeping. The simulation results indicate that the proposed nonlinear control strategy is reasonable as it considers not only the orbit keeping of the Chief, but also the formation modeling inaccuracy. Moreover, the nonlinear adaptive control scheme is effective to improve the control accuracy of the formation keeping.  相似文献

This paper deals with the optimum design of vibration absorbers utilized to reduce undesirable vibrational effects which are originated in linear structures by seismic excitations. The single linear tuned mass dampers problem is treated and it is assumed that earthquake can be represented by a stationary filtered stochastic process. In the present problem, the objective is to minimize the maximum of the dimensionless peak of displacement of the protected system with respect to the unprotected one. Moreover, the constrained optimization problem is also analysed, in which a limitation of tuned probability of failure is imposed, where failure is related to threshold crossing probability by the maximum displacement over an admissible value. Examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method. The variation of the optimum solution versus structural and input characteristics is analysed for the unconstrained and constrained optimization problems. A sensitivity analysis is carried out, and results are presented useful for the first design of the vibrations control strategy.  相似文献

采用在结构水平双向设置TLCD半主动控制装置的方法,对偏心结构在多维地震作用下的离散模糊变结构控制问题进行了研究.首先建立了结构-TLCD扭转耦联控制系统微分方程及其离散化状态空间表达,然后阐述了基于模糊逻辑的变结构控制的基本策略,最后应用该模糊变结构控制策略对一个五层偏心结构的TLCD半主动控制问题进行了仿真分析.仿真分析的结果表明,该方法在对结构的平动反应和扭转反应都能起到较好的减震效果的同时,还具有对结构固有参数不确定性的较强的鲁棒性.  相似文献

This paper investigates the nonlinear control problem for flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicles (FAHVs). The coupling dynamics between flexible and rigid-body parts of FAHVs may cause degradation of control performance or high-frequency oscillations of control input and flexible state. In this paper, the flexible effects produced by the coupling are modeled as a kind of unknown disturbance and included in the new control-design model, for which a coupling observer is constructed to estimate these effects. Thus, a novel nonlinear composite control strategy, which combines a coupling-observer-based feedforward compensator and a dynamic-inversion-based feedback controller, is proposed to reject the flexible effects on pitch rate and track desired trajectories of velocity and flight-path angle. The stability of composite closed-loop system is analyzed by using the Lyapunov theory. Simulation results on a full nonlinear model of FAHVs demonstrate that the presented controller is more effective by comparison with the previous scheme.  相似文献

The effect of non-linearities in clastomeric-material dampers used to quiet torsional oscillations of internal-combustion engines shafts is investigated. The method of multiple scales is used to solve the equations for the case of primary resonance. Steady-state solutions are obtained and their stability examined. A relationship that relates the elastomer properdes (for stable solutions) and other system parameters is found. The steady-state response shows a softening behavior of the system although the actual material non-linearity is of the hardening type.  相似文献
