α-decay half-lives for 104, 105, 106Te and 108, 109, 110Xe close above the doubly-magic 100Sn are calculated from systematic double-folding potentials. The derived α preformation factors are compared to results for
212, 213, 214Po and 216, 217, 218Rn above the doubly-magic 208Pb. α-decay energies of Q
α = 5.42±0.07MeV and 4.65±0.15MeV are predicted for 104Te and 108Xe; the corresponding half-lives are T
1/2 ≈ 5ns for 104Te and of the order of 60μs for 108Xe. Additionally, the properties of rotational bands in 104Te are analyzed, and the first excited 2+ state in 104Te is predicted at E
x = 650±40keV; it decays preferentially by γ emission with a reduced transition strength of 10 Weisskopf units to the ground
state of 104Te and with a minor branch by α emission to the ground state of 100Sn. 相似文献

The low-spin band structure of neutron-deficient 115
54Xe has been studied following a low-energy (212.3 MeV) 60Ni(58Ni,2pnγ) reaction performed at IReS, Strasbourg, with the Garel+ spectrometer. The relative excitation energies of νh11/2 (isomeric), νg7/2, and νd5/2 bandheads have been established.

The high-spin level structure of the 153Er nucleus has been reinvestigated by in-beam γ-ray and electron spectroscopy with (14N,pxn) reaction. Excitation energies, spin and parity assignments are unambiguously established for the two lowest isomers
T
1/2≃ 380 ns and T1/2\simeq 10 ns. The characteristics of the third one (T
1/2≃ 250 ns) at 5.2 MeV are still questionable but its main decay modes are better known. An extension of the level scheme is
proposed up to 8.4 MeV.Experimental results have been discussed in terms of shell model multiplets and compared with the other
structures observed in N=85 neighbouring nuclei.

We have studied 12C in full kinematics via the 10B(3He,pααα)
reaction at an energy of 2.45 MeV. In our data we have identified states in 12C
from the ground state up to about 18 MeV, with spins ranging from 0 to 4.
Due to the very good resolution, we are able to determine properties of
these 12C resonances, such as their energy, width, and spin.
In this contribution preliminary results from the ongoing analysis are presented.
Main focus on the precise determination of the breakup spectra for all resonances. 相似文献

High-spin states in 113-116Cd have been investigated with the fusion-fission reaction 28Si +176Yb at 145 > MeV. The experiment has been performed with the Eurogam2 array. New rotational bands based on two quasi-particle
states have been observed for even-even cadmium isotopes. A new level scheme based on the 11/2− isomeric state is proposed for 115Cd and the one of 113Cd has been extended to spin (31/2−). The decoupled bands identified in both odd-A nuclei are interpreted as being built upon a low-Ωh11/2 quasi-neutron configuration. Microscopic Hartree-Fock + BCS calculations confirm the prolate deformation in this mass region
especially for the odd cadmium isotopes.

Low-lying two-quasiparticle bandhead energies for the Z = 99 odd-odd nucleus 254Es are evaluated using a simple phenomenological model with the inclusion of the residual p-n interaction. Configurations of the intrinsic levels directly fed in 254Es from the parent 258Md are discussed in the light of this model. Our analysis predicts the occurrence of ten K≤5 bandheads in 254Es with excitation energies E
x≤300keV. Structures of these as yet unidentified low-lying intrinsic levels and their expected locations are discussed in
the light of available experimental information. 相似文献

The Hartree-Bogoliubov (HB) framework of calculations has been applied for calculating various nuclear structure quantities
for 154–166Dy mass chains. In this framework, the intrinsic quadrupole moments, the low-lying yrast states (E
2+ and E
4+) and occupation numbers for various shell model orbits have been obtained. The calculated results indicate that the observed
onset of deformation in going from 154Dy to 166Dy arises due to enhanced occupation of (h
11/2)π orbit, increased polarization of (d
5/2)π orbit and increase in the occupation of down-slopping ‘k’ components of (i
13/2)υ and (h
9/2)υ orbits.

The decay of 95Ru has been investigated by means of γ-ray spectroscopy. The 95Ru nuclei were produced by the reaction 92Mo( α, n) 95Ru at a beam energy of 17MeV. High-purity Ge detectors have been used singly and in coincidence to study γ-rays in the decay of 95Ru to 95Tc. 132 γ-rays are reported, among them, energies and intensities for 127 transitions have been determined. A decay scheme of 95Ru with 31 levels is proposed which accommodates 127 of these transitions. Spins and parities for three new levels are proposed
from calculated log ft values, measured γ-ray branching ratios, and in-beam experiment results of the daughter nucleus 95Tc. Combining with the high-spin states observed by in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy of previous decay works, the structure of the excited states of 95Tc is discussed in the framework of the projected shell model. 相似文献

The time differential as well as time integral perturbed angular correlations of the 486-134 keV cascade in 131Cs have been studied in a polycrystalline BaSO4 powder source using a HPGe-BaF2 detector system. The fundamental quadrupole frequency for the 134 keV level has been found to be ω0= (4.4 ± 0.4) × 107 rad/s. From a comparison of the quadrupole frequencies of this level and that of the 81 keV level in 133Cs, measured earlier in the same crystalline environment of the source, the absolute value of the quadrupole moment of the
134 keV level in 131Cs has been found to be 0.022 ± 0.002 b. This value of the quadrupole moment is reported for the first time and compared with
the value predicted theoretically within the unified nuclear model with intermediate coupling.

Careful review of all the evidence makes it clear that at least three states are important at 12.4-MeV excitation in 20Ne (four, if the broad (2+) at 12.5 MeV is included). The three states are 3 - , 0 + , and 1 + (0+). The latter, which is quite strong in 19F (3He, d) singles, is probably the state observed in coincidence with 6.13-MeV γ-rays in 19F(3He, dγ).

Eight high-spin states in 36Ar below 10MeV excitation energy, among them a prospective J
π = 8- state at 9408keV and the J? 8 levels of the recently discovered superdeformed rotational band, have been observed by n-γ coincidence measurements with
the 33S(α, nγ) reaction at E
α = 14.4 and 13.4MeV. High-spin assignments of, respectively, J
π = 6+ and 5- were obtained for the E
p = 1209 and 1462keV (E
x = 9682 and 9927keV) resonances of the 35Cl (p,γ) reaction by a measurement of γ-ray angular distributions. The spectrum of the high-spin and of the E
x? 7.4MeV levels is decomposed according to the underlying shell model configurations with n = 0, 1, 2, 4 particles excited from the N = 2 into the N = 3 major shell. The role of four-particle excitations, all connected with large prolate distortions, is elucidated for the
entire A = 36-40 mass region.

Excited states of125Sb have been studied using in-beam γ spectroscopy techniques via the124Sn(7Li, α2n) reaction at a beam energy of 32 MeV. A high-spin level scheme including 21 new γ-transitions and 14 new excited states
have been established. Three isomers have been identified at 1970, 2110 and 2471 keV and the ranges of their half-lives have
been estimated from the delayed coincidence data. The level structure of125Sb is discussed in terms of particle-core excitation coupling. With the help of empirical shell model calculations the three
isomers are proposed to have three-quasiparticle πg7/2⊗v(h

Recently the first excited state in 135Sb has been observed at the unexpectedly low excitation energy of only 282keV and interpreted as mainly d
5/2 proton coupled to the 134Sn core. Based on theoretical considerations it was suggested that its low excitation energy is related to a relative shift
of the proton d
5/2 and g
7/2 orbits induced by the neutron excess. We have measured the lifetime of the 282keV state by the advanced time-delayed βγγ(t) method. The measured half-life, T
1/2 = 6.1(4)ns, yields exceptionally low limits of B(M1;5/21
+→7/21
+)≤3.0×10-4
μ
2
N and B(E2;5/21
+→7/21
+)≤54e

fm
4. These strongly hindered M1 and slow E2 transition rates are similar to those for the transition de-populating the first excited state at 405keV in 211Bi. We extract the neutron charge form factor G
n
E(Q
2) from the charge form factor of deuteron G
d
C(Q
2) obtained from T
20(Q
2) data at 0≤Q
2≤ 1.717 (GeV/c)2. The extraction is based on the relativistic impulse approximation in the instant form of the relativistic Hamiltonian dynamics.
Our results (12 new points) are compatible with existing values of the neutron charge form factor of other authors. We propose
a fit for the whole set (36 points) taking into account the data for the slope of the form factor at Q
2 = 0.

Excited states of the 119Xe nucleus have been studied by using in-beam γ-ray spectroscopy with the 107Ag ( 16O, p3n) 119Xe fusion-evaporation reaction at a beam energy of 85 MeV. The level scheme of 119Xe has been derived from γ-γ coincidence and γ-γ angular correlation analyses. We have, for the first time, established the
second negative-parity favored and unfavored states built on the 11/2- state, namely the yrare rotational bands in 119Xe. In contrast to the behavior of the yrast bands where the favored states are lying lower in energy, the yrare favored states
were observed to lie above the unfavored band. Such a signature inversion in 119Xe is changed to be normal at I = 12?.

The hyperspherical adiabatic expansion is combined with complex scaling and used to calculate low-lying nuclear resonances
of 12C in the 3α model. We use Ali-Bodmer potentials and compare results for other potentials α-α with similar 8Be properties. A three-body potential is used to adjust the 12C resonance positions to desired values extending the applicability of the method to many-body systems decaying into three
α-particles. For natural choices of three-body potentials we find 14 resonances below the proton separation threshold, i.e. two 0+, three 2+, two 4+, one of each of 1±, 2-, 3±, 4-, and 6+. The partial-wave decomposition of each resonance is calculated as a function of the hyperradius. Strong variation is found
from small to large distance. The connection to previous experimental and theoretical results is discussed and agreements
as well as disagreements are emphasized. 相似文献

New neutron-deficient isotopes 188,189Po have been produced in the complete fusion reaction of 52Cr ions with a 142Nd target at the velocity filter SHIP. The evaporation residues were separated in-flight and subsequently identified on the
basis of α-γ and α-conversion electron coincidence measurements and of α-α position and time correlations. In 189Po a ground state to ground state α decay with Eα1= 7540(20) keV, T1/2= 5(1) ms and two fine structure α-decays at Eα2= 7264(15) keV and Eα3= 7316(15) keV have been observed. In 188Po (T1/2= 400+200
−150μs) a ground state to ground state α decay at Eα= 7915(25) keV and a fine structure α decay at Eα= 7350(40) keV have been found. Improved data on the α-decay of 189Bi were obtained.
