Equilibrium melt polycondensation was used to synthesize a series of oligoethers containing end hydroxy groups, starting with hydroxyethylated derivatives of 4,4′-(propan-2,2-diyl)diphenol and saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids. Oligo(aryloxyphosphazenes) are synthesized on the basis of diphenylolpropane and hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene via the phenolate method. Corresponding functional derivatives are obtained through treatment of the oligomers with methacryloyl chloride, glycidyl methacrylate, and epichlorohydrin. GPC data indicate that modification is accompanied by an increase in the molecular mass of the oligomers. Epoxidation of a specially synthesized hexaallyloxy derivative of oligo(aryloxycyclotriphosphazene) with m-chloroperbenzoic acid proceeds incompletely to yield an oligomer with a content of epoxy groups below 6%. All of the compounds are characterized with the use of 31P and 1H NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献

A novel chelating bisoxime ligand, 4,4′-dichloro-2,2′-[(1,3-propylene)dioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol (H 2L), and its corresponding trinuclear Co(II) cluster {[CoL(C 2H 5OH)] 2(OAc) 2Co} · 2C 2H 5OH ( 1) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction methods. The Co(II) cluster crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P ? 1 with cell dimensions a = 9.412(2) Å, b = 11.868(2) Å, c = 14.280(2) Å, α = 108.131(3)°, β = 108.924(3)°, γ = 97.909(2)°, V = 1382.6(4) Å 3, Z = 1, R 1 = 0.0790, wR 2 = 0.1869. In the Co(II) cluster, there are two ligand moieties (which provide N 2O 2 donors), two acetate ions and two ethanol molecules, which result in the formation of three slightly distorted octahedral geometries around the Co(II) ions. 相似文献

A reaction of simple α,ω-dithiolates with (+)-3-carene and (-)-6h-pinene p-nitroso chlorides goes through the substitution for the chlorine atoms at the quaternary carbon atoms with retention of configuration leading to the corresponding bis-6h-sulfanyl oximes. The macrocycle L, prepared by template condensation of bis-6,6′′-(α-methylhidrazino)-4′-phenyl-2,2′:6′′,2′-terpyridine with glyoxal, forms a stable crystalline complex of cobalt(II) [Co(L)(H 2O) 2][PF 6] 2 which has been used as a starting material to prepare, for electrochemical studies, a series of seven coordinate cobalt(II) complexes [Co(L)X 2][PF 6] 2 (X=pyridine, 4-cianopyridine, 4-aminopyridine, 4-dimethylaminopyridine, pirazine, imidazole, 1-methylimidazole, 2-methylimidazole, and trimethylphosphite). Cyclic voltammetry of the aquo complex in DMSO show one reversible reduction wave at −1.35 V versus Ag ∣ AgBF 4 reference electrode and controlled potential electrolysis in the presence of trimethylphosphite affords a diamagnetic species which has been assigned as a mononuclear d 8 Co(I) species. The crystal and molecular structure of [Co(L)(imidazole) 2][PF 6] 2·Me 2CO shows the metal to be in a pentagonal-bipyramidal N 7 environment. 相似文献

[{CuCl(dm4bt)} 2 μ-Cl) 2] ( 1) (dm4bt = 2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazole) was prepared from the reaction of CuCl 2 · 2H 2O with 2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazole in methanol; [Cu(dm4bt) 2NO 3](NO 3) ( 2) was prepared from the reaction of Cu(NO 3) 2 · 3H 2O with 2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazole in methanol. Both complexes were characterized by IR, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and single-crystal structure. The structure of 1 consists of centrosymmetric dimeric [{CuCl(dm4bt)}(μ-Cl)], in which two chloro ligands bridge the coppers forming a four-membered ring; a terminal chloride and a bidentate chelating bithiazole complete five coordination at each Cu(II) in a highly distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. The mononuclear structure 2 consists of a Cu(II), two 2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazoles, one monodentate nitrate and one uncoordinated nitrate in a highly distorted square pyramid. 相似文献

In this article, [Ag 8(btc) 2(2,2′-bpy) 2] n ( 1) and [Ag 4(btc)(phen) 2] n ( 2) (H 4btc?=?biphenyl-2,2′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid, 2,2′-bpy?=?2,2′-bipyridine, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a 3-D framework containing a 2-D bilayer network constructed from (btc) 4? with Ag (I), whereas 2 features a 2-D supramolecular bilayer network. The differences of the two complexes demonstrate that nitrogen-containing chelating ligands have a significant effect on the formation and structure of the resulting complexes. The synthesis of ( R) - and ( S)-7,7′-dimethoxy-2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1′-binaphthalene 5a and 5b is described. The phosphorus atoms in ( S)-(−)- 5b are shown to be slightly more basic than the phosphorus atoms in ( S)-BINAP by comparing the magnitude of the 1J ( 31P– 77Se) coupling constant in their respective diselenide derivatives. 2,2′-Dihydroxy-4,4′-dimethoxybenzophenone (UV-D) is one of the benzophenones, which is widely used as UV filter to protect industrial and commercial products from light. This compound is suspected as a kind of endocrine-disrupting chemical, which might interfere with hormonal signaling pathways, and have potential adverse effects on human health. Thus, toxicity and metabolism of it could be important to know its biological effect. As little is known about the toxicokinetics and metabolism of UV-D, herein, the related study was performed on rats by orally administrating with UV-D. UV-D was found to be promptly metabolized to five main metabolites, which were further identified by high-performance liquid chromatography–quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Demethylation, hydroxylation, sulfonation, and glucuronidation were the main metabolic pathways for UV-D. 相似文献

The work is devoted to a convenient procedure of the synthesis of 2,2′- and 4,4′-methylenebisphenols with alkyl substituents in heterogeneous catalysis. This compounds were obtained with yields up to 87% by reflux of 2,4- or 2,6-dialkylphenols with HCHO in n-octane in the presence of KSF clay. We found that the antioxidant activity on DPPH test for two novel methylenebisphenols having isobornyl fragments was comparable with control drugs. 相似文献

The reaction of M(OAc)2 with 2,2′-bis(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-4,4′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl (H2L1) allows the synthesis of 2,2′-bis(2-oxidobenzylideneamino)-4,4′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl complexes of Cu(II) (CuL1), Co(II) (CoL1) and Ni(II) (NiL1) that were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy and for CuL1 also by X-ray crystallography verifying a tetradentate binding mode of L1 via an (ONNO) motif of the two phenolic oxygen atoms and two azomethine nitrogen atoms. Recrystallization from a solvent mixture of dichloromethane and methanol promotes the formation of methanol adducts. Different binding modes of the methanol–complex were investigated using density functional theory calculations and binding energies, and thermodynamic data of the interaction are reported. The results show that the favored interaction occurs when the methanol molecule acts as a Lewis acid weakly binding via an O–H···O hydrogen bridge to a phenoxide moiety leading to an elongation of the respective M–O bond. 相似文献

A series of metal(II) unsymmetrical Schiff-base complexes, {M(C 10H 6OCH:N(CH 2) 2N?:?C(CH 3)CH?:?C(CH 3)O), where M=Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II)}, and their 2,2′-dipyridine (bipy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) adducts are synthesized and characterized by microanalysis, magnetic susceptibility, conductance, IR and UV-Vis spectra. The ligand coordinates using the N 2O 2 chromophore to give a two-metal-center four-coordinate square-planar geometry. IR and UV-Vis spectra are consistent with octahedral adducts. The compounds are non-electrolytes in nitromethane and magnetic moments indicate that the complexes are magnetically dilute. The antimicrobial activity of the compounds against ten bacteria and one fungus are reported. The Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes showed good activity against many of the organisms while their adducts are generally not sensitive. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of the sensitive compounds are between 3.0–13.0?mg?mL ?1. 相似文献
