新型异噻唑啉酮化合物的合成和抑菌活性研究   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
合成了10个2-取代异噻唑啉酮化合物, 其中7个未见文献报道. 所有目标物的结构都经元素分析, 1H NMR, MS及IR证实, 并将其中8个化合物对五种细菌进行了抑菌活性测试. 与市售农药20%三环唑、70%威尔达甲托以及三氯新的抑菌活性进行对比, 发现它们对五种有害菌种均有极强的杀菌活性.  相似文献

由硫脲壳聚糖和微量的AgNO3反应得到硫脲壳聚糖Ag+配合物。 通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。 研究了壳聚糖、硫脲壳聚糖、硫脲壳聚糖-Ag+配合物及AgNO3对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,并测定了其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。 结果表明,硫脲壳聚糖-Ag+配合物的抑菌活性强于壳聚糖和硫脲壳聚糖,且其MIC和MBC均为100 mg/L(游离Ag+含量为0.032 mg/L),低于AgNO3的MIC和MBC(均为120 mg/L)。  相似文献

Plants from the Ilex genus are known for properties such as antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activity, can act as antiobesity agents and thus can be helpful in medicine. Some holly species, such as Ilex paraguariensis (widely known in the form of popular beverage: yerba mate), have been investigated, while others have been partially researched or remain unknown. Therefore, we performed qualitative and quantitative phytochemical analyses and screened antimicrobial properties of lesser-studied species (I. aquifolium L., I. aquifolium ‘Argentea Marginata’ and I. × meserveae ‘Blue Angel’). I. paraguariensis was used as a standard species for comparison purposes. Investigations were performed on water extracts due to their expected activity and composition. Antimicrobial research included evaluating minimal inhibitory, bactericidal (Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli) and fungicidal concentration (Candida albicans, Alternaria alternata, Fusarium oxysporum, and Aspergillus niger) of extracts. The influence of the extracts on the production, eradication, and viability of bacterial biofilms was also analysed. It was established that Ilex paraguariensis possesses the richest profile of hydroxycinnamic acids derivatives in terms of component concentration and diversity. Ilex spp., especially I. × meserveae, contain a slightly higher amount of flavonoids and more different flavonoid derivatives than I. paraguariensis. However, the strongest antibacterial activity was shown by I. aquifolium L. and its cultivar ‘Argentea Marginata’ in terms of minimal inhibitory, bactericidal and fungicidal concentration, and biofilm assays. Extracts from both species significantly reduced the biofilm viability of S. aureus as well, which may be of use in the production of multicomponent lavaseptics, antiseptics, diuretics (supporting urinary tract infection therapy) and, due to their action on fungi, additives to growth media for specific fungi. The significant content of saponins enables Ilex extracts to be used as natural emulsifiers, for example, in cosmetics. Moreover, relatively high chlorogenic acid and rutin content may suggest use of Ilex spp. to treat obesity, digestive problems, in chemoprevention, and as preservatives in the food industry.  相似文献

The title complex [NiL]·H2O(C20H24N2NiO5,L = paeonol-ehylenediamine) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by IR,cyclic voltammetry and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The complex belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=13.4361(13),b=7.3290(10),c=20.981(2),β=109.244°,V=1950.6(4)3,Z=4,F(000)=904,Dc=1.468 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.029 mm-1,the final R=0.0588 and wR=0.1577.The complex exhibits antimicrobial activities(antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia codi) by agar diffusion measurement.  相似文献

The synthesis of optically active trinorditerpenes was carried out, and their antimicrobial and antitumor activity was tested. The synthetic derivative 12-hydroxypodocarpa-8,11,13-triene (7) showed GI50 at 6.6 µM against breast cancer MDA-MB-435 (LC50 = 50.9 µM and log10 GI50 = −5.18). The 12-acetyloxypodocarpa-8,11,13-triene (8) showed GI50 at 12.1 µM against leukemia RPMI-8226 (LC50 = 76.1 µM and log10GI50 = −4.92).__________Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 255–259, May–June, 2005.  相似文献

Honey is a natural product with multiple health benefits. The paper presents the chemical characterization and the antioxidant and antimicrobial potential of ten types of honey (knotweed, linden, wild cherry, acacia, honeydew, oilseed rape, sunflower, phacelia, plain polyflora and hill polyflora) from the Banat region, Romania. We studied the water content, dry matter, impurities, acidity and pH of honey. We also determined the content of reducing sugar, minerals and flavonoids and the total phenolic content. All honey samples analysed showed good nutritional characteristics according to the standard codex for honey. From the analysis of the mineral content of the honey samples, we observed a variability in the macro and microminerals, influenced by the botanical origin, ranging between 0.25% (wild cherry honey) and 0.54% (honeydew). The toxic metals’ (Cd and Pb) levels met the standard for almost all samples analysed except for knotweed. The flavonoid content of the samples ranged from 9.29 mg QE/100 g for wild cherry honey to 263.86 mg QE/100 g for linden honey, and for polyphenols between 177.6 mgGAE/100 g for acacia honey and 1159.3 mgGAE/100 g for honeydew. The best antioxidant capacity was registered in the case of linden honey (79.89%) and honeydew (79.20%) and the weakest in acacia (41.88%) and wild cherries (50.4%). All studied honey samples showed antimicrobial activity, depending on the type of honey, concentration and strain analysed. The novelty of this study is given by the complex approach of the study of honey quality, both from the perspective of chemical attributes and the evaluation of the antimicrobial potential on specific strains in correlation with the botanical and geographical origin of the analyzed area.  相似文献

Efficient synthesis of dioxopiperazines‐diketopiperzines (DKPs)‐ and amide from nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) using microwave irradiation and classical heating were described. All compounds were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. Antimicrobial effects of these compounds are also investigated. All tested compounds showed moderate antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The article focuses on the optimization of the extraction process of biologically active compounds (BAC) from grape marc—a by-product of the wine industry. The influence of temperature, specifically 30 °C, 45 °C and 65 °C, and ethanol concentration in solutions, specifically 0–96% (v/v) on the extraction yield of polyphenols, flavonoids, tannins and anthocyanins, were investigated. The composition of individual polyphenols, anthocyanins and organic acids, antioxidant activity (DPPH and ABTS) and CIELab chromatic characteristics of the grape marc extracts (GME), were characterized. The microbiostatic and microbicidal effects in direct contact of GME with pathogenic microorganisms, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, were determined in vitro. The influence of extraction parameters on the total polyphenol content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), tannin content (TC), total anthocyanin content (TAC) and their interdependencies were studied using information analysis. A mathematical model was developed on cubic spline functions. The analysis of individual compounds showed the presence of a wide range of flavonoids (procyanidin B2, procyanidin B1, hyperoside and quercetin), flavones (catechin), hydroxybenzoic acid derivatives (gallic, protocatechuic, p-hydroxybenzoic acids, m-hydroxybenzoic acid, syringic acid), hydroxycinic acid derivatives and ferulic acid methyl ester. The malvidol-3-glucoside was the main anthocyanin identified in the extract. A high amount of tartaric acid was also found. GME showed significant antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and lower activity against Gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

Croton ferrugineus Kunth is an endemic species of Ecuador used in traditional medicine both for wound healing and as an antiseptic. In this study, fresh Croton ferrugineus leaves were collected and subjected to hydrodistillation for extraction of the essential oil. The chemical composition of the essential oil was determined by gas chromatography equipped with a flame ionization detector and gas chromatography coupled to a mass spectrometer using a non-polar and a polar chromatographic column. The antibacterial activity was assayed against three Gram-positive bacteria, one Gram-negative bacterium and one dermatophyte fungus. The radical scavenging properties of the essential oil was evaluated by means of DPPH and ABTS assays. The chemical analysis allowed us to identify thirty-five compounds representing more than 99.95% of the total composition. Aliphatic sesquiterpene hydrocarbon trans-caryophyllene was the main constituent with 20.47 ± 1.25%. Other main compounds were myrcene (11.47 ± 1.56%), β-phellandrene (10.55 ± 0.02%), germacrene D (7.60 ± 0.60%), and α-humulene (5.49 ± 0.38%). The essential oil from Croton ferrugineus presented moderate activity against Candida albicans (ATCC 10231) with an MIC of 1000 μg/mL, a scavenging capacity SC50 of 901 ± 20 µg/mL with the ABTS method, and very strong antiglucosidase activity with an IC50 of 146 ± 20 µg/mL.  相似文献

Kombucha is a traditional beverage of sweetened black tea fermented with a symbiotic association of acetic acid bacteria and yeasts. In this study, kombucha fermented beverage (KFB) appeared to include nine chemical groups (alcohols, acids, lactones, condensed heterocyclic compounds, antibiotics, esters, aldehydes, fatty acids, and alkaloids) of many bioactive metabolites, as elucidated by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and IR spectra. The fermented metabolic components of KFB seem collectively to act in a synergistic action giving rise to the antimicrobial activity. Four types of kombucha preparations (fermented, neutralized, heat-treated and unfermented) were demonstrated with respect to their antimicrobial activity against some pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains using agar well diffusion assay. KFB exerted the strongest antimicrobial activities when compared with neutralized and heat-treated kombucha beverages (NKB and HKB). Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli ATCC11229 (E. coli) were the organisms most susceptible to the antimicrobial activity of kombucha beverage preparations. Finally, the KFB preparation showed remarkable inhibitory activity against S. aureus and E. coli bacteria in a brain heart infusion broth and in some Egyptian fruit juices (apple, guava, strawberry, and tomato). These data reveal that kombucha is not only a prophylactic agent, but also appears to be promising as a safe alternative biopreservative, offering protection against pathogenic bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analyses and spectral data. A series of new 2,5‐disubstituted‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole and 1,2,4‐triazole derivatives were synthesized by heterocyclization of acid hydrazide 1 and thiosemicarbazide derivative 2 . Furthermore, the acyclic C‐nucleoside analogs were prepared by cyclization of their corresponding sugar hydrazones by reaction with acetic anhydride. The antimicrobial activity of the prepared compounds was evaluated and some of the synthesized compounds revealed good activities against fungi.  相似文献

Solanum elaeagnifolium is among the invasive plants of Morocco; studies on its chemical composition and biological activities are few in number in Morocco. S. elaeagnifolium has shown molluscicidal and nematicidal and cancer-inhibitory effects, anti-inflammatory, analgesic activity, and antibacterial activity. The objective of this research is to improve this plant and assess its antibacterial and antioxidant properties as well as its total polyphenolic content (TPC) and total flavonoid content (TFC). The Folin-Ciocalteu method and the aluminium-trichloride method were used to determine TPC and TFC in hydro-ethanolic (HEE) and hydro-acetonic (HAE) leaf extract. Three assays were performed to determine the antioxidant activity: the DPPH test (radical 2,2’-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), the FRAP test (Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power), and the TAC test. Disk diffusion and microdilution were used to test antibacterial activity against four pathogenic bacteria and Candida albicans. The hydro-ethanolic extract 2.54 ± 0.4 mg EAG/g has a greater polyphenol concentration than the hydro-acetonic extract 1.58 ± 0.03 mg EAG/g. Although the flavonoid content of the hydro-acetonic extract (0.067 ± 0.001 mg EQ/g) is larger than that of the hydro-ethanolic extract (0.012 ± 0.001 mg EQ/g), the flavonoid content of the hydro-ethanolic extract (0.012 ± 0.001 mg EQ/g). The DPPH values were IC-50 = 0.081 ± 0.004 mg/mL for hydro-ethanoic extract and 0.198 ± 0.019 mg/mL for hydro-acetonic extract, both extracts superior to BHT (0.122 ± 0.021 g/mL). While the FRAP assay showed a low iron-reducing power values for both extracts compared to BHT), the overall antioxidant activity of the two extracts was found to be considerable. The overall antioxidant activity of the hydro-ethanolic extract was 8.95 ± 0.42 mg EAA/g, whereas the total antioxidant activity of the hydro-acetonic extract was 6.44 ± 0.61 mg EAA/g. In comparison with the antibiotic Erythromycin, HAE and HEE from S. elaeagnifolium leaves demonstrated significant antibacterial action. HAE had the best inhibitory efficacy against Bacillus subtilis DSM 6333, with an inhibition diameter of 10.5 ± 0.50 mm and a MIC of 7.5 ± 0.00 mg/mL, as well as against Proteus mirabilis ATCC 29906, with an inhibitory diameter of 8.25 ± 0.75 mm and a MIC of 15 ± 0.00 mg/mL.  相似文献

Some new hydrazone derivatives 3a–e have been obtained from 2-amino-3-formylchromone (1). Heterocyclization of thiocarbohydrazone derivative 3e via reaction with some electrophilic reagents afforded 1,2,4-triazoles 6–8 and 1,2,4-triazines 913. Condensation reactions of aldehyde 1 with o-aminoaldehydes and/or ketones afforded some new isolated and condensed heterocyclic systems 17, 19, and 20. 2-Azidocarbonyl-3-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene 3 was obtained from 3-chloro-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride 1 and 3-chloro-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxy hydrazide 2 . The compound 3 on Curtius rearrangement with various alcohols, amines, and hydrazines afforded the corresponding carbamates 4a–b , ureas 5a–j , and semicarbazides 6a–g , respectively. Compound 2 was also utilized for the synthesis of pyrazoles 7a–c by treatment with various chalcones. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated on the basis of IR, 1 H NMR, and mass spectral data and have been screened for antimicrobial and analgesic activities.  相似文献

Spearmint (Mentha spicata L.) has been widely studied for its diversity of compounds for product generation. However, studies describing the chemical and biological characteristics of commercial spearmint materials from different origins are scarce. For this reason, this research aimed to bioprospecting spearmint from three origins: Colombia (Col), Mexico (Mex), and Egypt (Eg). We performed a biological activity analysis, such as FRAP, DPPH, and ABTS, inhibition potential of S. pyogenes, K. pneumoniae, E. coli, P. aeuroginosa, S. aureus, S aureus Methicillin-Resistant, and E. faecalis. Furthermore, we performed chemical assays, such as total polyphenol and rosmarinic acid, and untargeted metabolomics via HPLC-MS/MS. Finally, we developed a causality analysis to integrate biological activities with chemical analyses. We found significant differences between the samples for the total polyphenol and rosmarinic acid contents, FRAP, and inhibition analyses for Methicillin-Resistant S. aureus and E. faecalis. Also, clear metabolic differentiation was observed among the three commercial materials evaluated. These results allow us to propose data-driven uses for the three spearmint materials available in current markets.  相似文献

Three new silver(I) complexes [Ag(NO3)(tia)(H2O)]n (Ag1), [Ag(CF3SO3)(1,8-naph)]n (Ag2) and [Ag2(1,8-naph)2(H2O)1.2](PF6)2 (Ag3), where tia is thianthrene and 1,8-naph is 1,8-naphthyridine, were synthesized and structurally characterized by different spectroscopic and electrochemical methods and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Their antimicrobial potential was evaluated against four bacterial and three Candida species, and the obtained results revealed that these complexes showed significant activity toward the Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus, Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the investigated Candida species with minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) values in the range 1.56–7.81 μg/mL. On the other hand, tia and 1,8-naph ligands were not active against the investigated strains, suggesting that their complexation with Ag(I) ion results in the formation of antimicrobial compounds. Moreover, low toxicity of the complexes was detected by in vivo model Caenorhabditis elegans. The interaction of the complexes with calf thymus DNA (ct-DNA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied to evaluate their binding affinity towards these biomolecules for possible insights into the mode of antimicrobial activity. The binding affinity of Ag1–3 to BSA was higher than that for DNA, indicating that proteins could be more favorable binding sites for these complexes in comparison to the nucleic acids.  相似文献

Abstract

1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives are still considered a viable lead structure for the synthesis of more efficient antimicrobial agents having a broad spectrum of activity. This study presents the synthesis and antimicrobial evaluation of a new series of substituted 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives. Reaction of 4-phenyl-5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with ethyl bromoacetate yields the corresponding ethyl acetate (1). In the subsequent reaction with 100% hydrazine hydrate, the hydrazide (2) was obtained, which was converted with isothiocyanates to new acyl derivatives of thiosemicarbazide (3al). The cyclization of these compounds in alkaline media resulted in the formation of new derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole (4a–i), whereas in acidic media new derivatives of 1,3,4-thiadiazole (5a,b,g) were obtained. All synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial activities.  相似文献
