Processes involving gold(I) complexes were studied in sulfite–thiourea (TU) solutions. It is shown that at pH >5 the complex [\( {\text{AuTU}}_{2}^{ + } \)] undergoes irreversible decomposition followed by deprotonation and formation of a solid phase. From the data of pH in mixed solutions, the equilibrium constants were evaluated: \( {\text{Au}}({\text{SO}}_{3} )_{2}^{3 - } + i{\text{TU}} \rightleftharpoons {\text{Au}}({\text{SO}}_{3} )_{2 - i} {\text{TU}}_{i}^{2i - 3} + i{\text{SO}}_{3}^{2 - } \), log10 β 1 = ?1.2, log10 β 2 = ?3.6. Some aspects of the anodic dissolution of gold in mixed sulfite–thiourea solutions are considered. With the help of the carbonate buffer system the change of the anodic current density j a was studied at high pH; j a (pH) has a maximum at pH 11.6–11.9 for E a = 0.3–0.6 V (vs. NHE). At pH > 12.0, the j a values decrease sharply. Possible mechanisms of anodic gold dissolution, as well as the role of sulfite, are discussed.  相似文献

Design and development of a domino cyclative approach for the synthesis of new polycyclic γ-butenolides from β-aryl-Z-enoate propargylic alcohols, through the interception of an intermediate of the Z-enoate-assisted Meyer–Schuster rearrangement, has been reported. A systematic NMR analysis of various derivatives of this class revealed and supported the potential atropisomerism associated with them. These molecules represent first examples of butenolide ring-based atropisomeric compounds in organic chemistry. The synthetic process involves a synchronous construction of both rings with concurrent creation of the potential stereogenic rotational axis.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of cyclometalated monoaryl MnIII fluoro complexes using bis(trifluoromethyl)zinc reagent, Zn(CF3)2(DMPU)2, under mild conditions via a reaction pathway that involves initial transmetalation followed by α-fluorine elimination. The formation of difluorocarbene in these reactions was detected by trapping experiments. Such facile difluorocarbene generation from MnIII results in moderate enhancement of difluoropropanation and difluoropropenation of alkenes and alkynes using Zn(CF3)2(DMPU)2 at lower temperature (20–60 °C) and short reaction time, suggesting potential application of manganese(III) perfluoroalkyl complexes as reactive species for carbene transfer reactivity.  相似文献

In this study, the nine coordination polymers of Fe(III), Co(II) and Ni(II) salts have been synthesized using polyacrylamide (PAA), polt(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and their structures were characterized by magnetic and conductivity measurements, ultraviolet‐visible (UV‐VIS), FTIR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The structures of Fe(III) complexes in the all coordination polymers were found as tetrahedral. The structures of PAA‐Co(II) coordination polymer was determined as octahedral geometry whereas PEG‐Co(II) and PVA‐Co(II) complexes showed as tetrahedral structure. PAA‐Ni(II) and PEG‐Ni(II) complexes have octahedral geometry, whereas PVA‐Ni(II) has a square planar structure. Besides, the stress‐strain experiments of PVA‐metal coordination polymers obtained rubber‐like structure were carried out and the value of breaking‐strain of PVA‐Ni(II) complex was found to be about 17% of vulcanized natural rubber. The conductivities of the resulting polymer‐metal complexes were measured by four‐probe technique and were found in the range 10?5?10?6 Scm?1. Thus, it was suggested that they can be used in the field potential application of conducting polymers. TGA results revealed that among the complexes PEG‐Fe(III) and PVA‐Fe(III) complexes have the highest thermally stable.  相似文献

Phenyl azides substituted by an (alkylphenyl)ethynyl group facilitate benzylic sp3(C−H) functionalization in the presence of a JohnPhosAu catalyst, resulting in indole-fused tetra- and pentacycles via divergent N- or C-cyclization. The chemoselectivity is influenced depending on the counter-anion, the electron density of the α-imino gold(I) carbene, and the alkyl groups stabilizing the benzylic carbocation originating from a 1,5-hydride shift. An isotopic labeling experiment demonstrates the involvement of an indolylgold(I) species resulting from a tautomerization that is much faster than the deauration. The formation of a benzylic sp3(C−H) functionalization leading to an indole-fused seven-membered ring is also demonstrated.  相似文献

The influence of the chemical substitution, crystal packing, and aurophilic interactions of the gold(I) acetylide complexes of the type (ArCOC≡C)nAuPEt3 (n=1,2) on their luminescent properties were examined. All described complexes undergo ligand scrambling in solution, which results in the formation of stable, easily isolated crystals that contain [ArCO(C≡C)n]2Au(Et3P)2Au+ homoleptic species. In particular, we observed that the (benzoylacetylide)gold(I) complex yields three crystal forms with strikingly different luminescence properties. We monitored the conversion pathway for these forms: an orange luminescent form of homoleptic complex upon drying undergoes spontaneous transformation to bright green fluorescent form and finally to the weakly blue emissive one. In addition, we report a rare example of a helical arrangement of Au⋅Au⋅Au chains that are observed for the first time in acetylide gold(I) complexes in the case of heteroleptic (benzoylacetylide)gold(I) complex. This is a very rare case in which crystal structures and ensuing electronic properties of the heteroleptic and AuI complexes could be directly compared.  相似文献

Understanding the charge transfer process between bioactive molecules and inorganic or organic molecules is significant as this interaction can be used to interpret bioactive molecule–receptor interactions. A comprehensive spectrophotometric study has been performed to explore the complexation chemistry of the amino acids, tyrosine, lysine and arginine, with iodine as σ acceptor. The molecular structure, spectroscopic characteristics and the interactive modes have been deduced from UV–Vis and IR spectra. The binding ratio of complexation has been determined to be 1:1 for iodine with the amino acids. The association constant (K), extinction coefficient (ε max), ionization potential (IP), energy of the charge transfer complex (E CT), resonance energy (R N ), dissociation energy (W) and standard Gibbs energy (ΔG°) have been computed. An in silico study has been carried out using GAMESS computations to understand the structural features. Highest occupied molecular orbital and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital calculations helped us in characterizing the chemical reactivity and kinetic stability of the molecules. A good consistency between experimental and computational results has been found.  相似文献

An ethylene glycol-decorated [6]cyclo-meta-phenylene (CMP) macrocycle was synthesized and utilized as a subunit to construct a fourfold AuI2−aryl metallacycle with an overall square arrangement. The corners consist of rigid dinuclear gold(I) complexes previously known to form only triangular metallacycles. The interplay between the conformational flexibility of the [6]CMP macrocycle and the rigid dinuclear gold(I) moieties enable the square geometry, as revealed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The formation of the gold complex shows size-selectivity compared to an alternative route using platinum(II) corner motifs. Upon reductive elimination, an all-organic ether-decorated carbon nanoring was obtained. Investigation as a host for the complexation of large guest molecules with a suitable convex π-surfaces was accomplished using isothermal NMR binding titrations. Association constants for [6]cycloparaphenylene ([6]CPP), [7]CPP, C60, and C70 were determined.  相似文献

A novel synthesis of indanes and dihydronaphtalenes based on the intramolecular insertion into C(sp3)−H bonds of gold(I) carbenes generated by retro-Buchner reaction (decarbenation) has been developed. Deuterium-labeling and kinetic isotope effect experiments, DFT calculations, and generation of the proposed carbene intermediate from a well-characterized gold(I) carbenoid support the involvement of a three-center concerted mechanism for the C(sp3)−H functionalization process.  相似文献

The Dewar–Chatt–Duncanson (DCD) model provides a successful theoretical framework to describe the nature of the chemical bond in transition-metal compounds and is especially useful in structural chemistry and catalysis. However, how to actually measure its constituents (substrate-to-metal donation and metal-to-substrate back-donation) is yet uncertain. Recently, we demonstrated that the DCD components can be neatly disentangled and the π back-donation component put in strict correlation with some experimental observables. In the present work we make a further crucial step forward, showing that, in a large set of charged and neutral N-heterocyclic carbene complexes of gold(I), a specific component of the NMR chemical shift tensor of the carbenic carbon provides a selective measure of the σ donation. This work opens the possibility of 1) to characterize unambiguously the electronic structure of a metal fragment (LAu(I)n+/0 in this case) by actually measuring its σ-withdrawing ability, 2) to quickly establish a comparative trend for the ligand trans effect, and 3) to achieve a more rigorous control of the ligand electronic effect, which is a key aspect for the design of new catalysts and metal complexes.  相似文献

Novel fluorescent dyes, thiazole-boron complexes bearing β-ketoiminate ligands, have been synthesized, and their fluorescence properties were investigated. The BF(2) complexes showed a pronounced aggregation-induced emission enhancement effect because of the restriction of C-Ph intramolecular rotation. The BPh(2) complexes showed higher fluorescence quantum yields than the corresponding BF(2) complexes, both in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献

The template synthesis of ethylenediamine ( 1 ) with 2-acetylcyclopentanone ( 2 ) and [Cu(OAc)2 · H2O] ( 5 ) produced [Cu(1-(2-cC5H6(O))C(Me)NCH2)2)] ( 6 ) in 82 % yield. Reaction of 5 with bis(benzoylacetone)diethylenetriamine ( 7 , = L H)[1] gave [Cu(μ-OAc)( L )(H2O)]2 ( 8 ). The solid-state structures of 6 and 8 were determined confirming that 8 possesses intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds resulting in a dimer formation. The thermal behavior of 6 – 8 was studied by TG and TG-MS. Under oxygen CuO was formed, whereas under Ar Cu/Cu2O ( 6 ) or Cu ( 8 ) was obtained. Complex 6 was used as CVD precursor for Cu and Cu-oxide deposition (substrate temp., 400–500 °C, N2, 60 mL · min–1; O2, 60 mL · min–1; pressure, 0.87–1.5 mbar). The as-obtained deposits show separated particles of different appearance at the substrate surface as evidenced by SEM. Non-volatile 8 was applied as spin-coating precursor for Cu and CuO formation [conc. 0.25 mol · L–1; volume 0.2 mL; 3000 rpm; depos. time 2 min; heating rate 50 K · min–1; holding time 60 min (Ar), 120 min (air) at 800 °C]. The samples on silicon consist of granulated particles (Ar) or are non-dense with a grainy topography (air). EDX and XPS measurements confirmed the formation of Cu (Ar) or CuO (O2) with up to 13 mol-% C impurity.  相似文献

The Ce(IV) β-diketonate complexes CeL 4 [where L is txhd (2,2,6-trimethyl-3,5-heptanedionate) 1; tmod (2,2,7-trimethyl-3,5-octanedionate) 2; tmhd (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionate) 3] were prepared by the interaction of the sodium salt of the diketonate with cerium(III) nitrate hexahydrate in aqueous ethanol solution. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis showed that 1 has a significantly lower sublimation temperature, but higher decomposition temperature than 3. The solid-state structures of the three complexes were determined via single crystal x-ray diffraction methods. Complex 2, which does not sublime, had significantly closer intermolecular contacts than those found for 1 and 3.  相似文献

Two novel mono-nuclear zinc(Ⅱ) complexes with oligoaniline-functionalized terpyridine ligands have been synthesized and verified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,Elemental Analysis (EA) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The UV-vis spectra show the ligand-centered (LC) π-π* transitions and intra-ligand charge transfer (1ILCT) transitions,and the 1ILCT band red-shifts with the increasing number of aromatic amine groups in the ligands. Complex [Zn(L1)2](PF6)2 with an aromatic amine group in ligand shows a strong emission peak at 523 nm in the MeCN solution at 293 K and a blue-shifted band at 517 nm in the alcoholic glass at 77 K. However,for complex [Zn(L2)2](PF6)2 containing aniline dimer modified ligand,no apparent emission can be observed in the MeCN solution at room temperature due to a PET non-radiative decay pathway. Both of them show multiplicate redox processes based on oligoaniline and terpyridine units. The shifts of redox potentials also reflect the D-A interactions between the oligoaniline units and [Zn(TPY)2]2+ core.  相似文献

A series of eight N-mono-substituted aryl acylguanidines L~(1~8) were synthesized from the reactions of their parent acylthioureas and respective primary amines, including five R~1C(O)N=C(NHR~2)_2 with balanced arms(denoted as R~1–R~2–R~2: Ph–Ar'–Ar', L~1(1); Ph–Ar'–Ar', L~2(2); 1-Naph–Ar'–Ar', L~3(3); 1-Naph–Ar'–Ar', L~4(4); 2-Naph–Ar'–Ar', L`5(5); Ar' = 2,6-Me_2C_6H_3, Ar' = 2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3) and three R~1C(O)N=C(NHR~2)NHR~3 with unbalanced arms(denoted as R~1–R~2–R~3: Ph–Ar'–Ph, L~6(6); Ph–Ar' –Ph, L~7(7); Ph–Ar' –Ar', L~8(8)). Treatment of L~(1~5)(1~5) with copper acetate in a molar ratio of 2:1 in dichloromethane led to the formation of homoleptic Cu(Ⅱ) complexes trans-L_2~(n')Cu(9~13), in which the Cu(Ⅱ) center was stabilized by deprotonated ligands Ln'(n = 1~5) in the O,N-bidentate mode. When similar reactions of L~6(Ph–Ar'–Ph)(6) and L~7(Ph–Ar'–Ph)(7) that contain unbalanced arms were investigated, the Cu(Ⅱ) products trans-L_2~(6')Cu(14) and trans-L_2~(7')Cu(15) were formed by deprotonating the bulky amine groups in Ln(-NHAr' for L~6 and-NHAr' for L~7) rather than the-NHPh group. In sharp contrast, trans-L_2~(8')Cu(16) was obtained from two-arm unbalanced L~8(Ph–Ar'–Ar')(8) not by deprotonating the more bulky-NHAr' group but the relatively less bulky-NHAr' group. In a further exploration, the reaction of 1:1 mixed ligands Ln and Lm with copper acetate was found to give only homoleptic Cu(Ⅱ) complex L_2~(n')Cu instead of the heteroleptic one L~(n')CuL~(m'). The in vitro antibacterial activity of L~n was evaluated against S. aureus, E. coli and C. albicans by determining the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) using Kirby-Bauer test.  相似文献

The 2-picolylcyclopentadienyl derivatives of rhodium(I) and iridium(I) of formula [M{η5-C5H4(2-CH2C5H4N)}(η4-C8H12)] (3) (M = Rh) and (4) (M = Ir) are obtained in good yields by reacting 2-picolylcyclopentadienyllithium (7) with [RhCl(η4-C8H12)]2 and [IrCl(η4-C8H12)]2, respectively. The corresponding dicarbonyl derivatives, [M{η5-C5H4(2-CH2C5H4N)}(CO)2] (5) (M = Rh) and 6 (M = Ir), are obtained in good yields by reacting 2-picolylcyclopentadienylthallium(I) (8) with [RhCl(CO)2]2 and [IrCl(C5H5N)(CO)2], respectively. 5 has already been reported in the literature. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, FT-IR, and UV-Vis (210-330 nm) spectroscopy. The UV-Vis spectra indicate the existence of some electronic interaction between the 2-picolinic chromophore and the cyclopentadienyl-metal moiety. The study of the electrochemical behaviour of 3-6 by cyclic voltammetry (CV) allows the interpretation of the electrode processes and gives information about the location of the redox sites. Moreover, various synthetic strategies were tested in order to try to coordinate the complexes 3-6 to a ruthenium(II) centre, but most of them failed. Instead, the hetero-bimetallic complex bis(2,2′-bipyridine)[(η5-2-picolylcyclopentadienyl)(η4-cycloocta-1,5-diene)rhodium(I)]chlororuthenium(II)-(hexafluorophosphate) (13), was obtained, although in poor yields (10%), by reacting the nitrosyl complex [RuCl(bipy)2(NO)][PF6]214 (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) first with potassium azide and then with the rhodium(I) complex 3. The analogous complex bis(2,2′-bipyridine)(2-picoline)chlororuthenium(II)-(hexafluorophosphate) (15), that carries a ruthenium-bonded 2-picoline molecule instead of 3, has prepared in the same way. 13 and 15 were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, and 1H NMR.  相似文献

A novel sensitizer with imidazole zinc porphyrin as electron donor has been synthesized. The structure has been characterized by UV-Vis, elemental analyses and 1 H NMR.UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra show that it has good light absorbing properties in the range of visible light and suggests that it has potential applications in dye-sensitized solar cells.  相似文献
