Zusammenfassung Eine neue maßanalytische Methode zur Bestimmung von 16, 17-Dihydroxysteroiden wurde beschrieben. Die Titration wird mit Blei(IV)-acetat-Maßlösungen (0,01-n bzw. 0,001-n) in einer Lösung von Kaliumacetat in 0,25-n Essigsäure durchgeführt. Die Endpunktermittlung erfolgt potentiometrisch. Das Äquivalentverhältnis beträgt 12. Die beschriebene Methode ist zur Bestimmung von Zehntelprozenten 16,17-Dihydroxysteroid als Verunreinigung in deren Acetoniden geeignet.
Micro-titration of 16,17-Dihydroxy-steroids with standard lead tetraacetate solution
Summary A new volumetric method is described for the determination of 16,17-dihydroxy steroids. The titration is carried out using standard lead tetraacetate solution as the titrant (0.01N and 0.001N, resp.), while the solvent for the titration is the solution of potassium acetate in acetic acid (0.25N). The end point i s determined potentiometrically. The equivalent ratio is 1 2. The described method enables the determination of 0.1% of 16,17-dihydroxy steroid impurities in their acetonide derivatives.相似文献

Treatment of 3-oxo-4, 5-oxido steroids with lead tetraacetate results in acetoxylation in the 2α-position as could be shown by independent synthesis of the acetoxylated compounds. The products of this reaction rearrange even under very mild conditions (chromatography on silicagel or alumina) to the corresponding 2,3-dioxo-Δ4 compounds. The influence of structure and conformation of the various intermediates on their NMR.-spectra is discussed. A mechanism for this new transformation is proposed. 相似文献

Lead(IV) acetate reacts with aqueous arsenic acid to yield lead(IV) arsenates, the state of which depends on the conditions of precipitation. At room temperature amorphous precipitates or gelatinous masses are obtained. Also clear solutions are obtained, which need sometime to become gelatinous. At 90°C colourless crystalline lead(IV) hydrogenarsenate-monohydrate, Pb(HAsO4)2 · H3O, is obtained, isotypic with lead(IV) hyrdrogen-phosphate-monohydrate. 相似文献

Complexes of lead(IV) with bidentate schiff bases
Complexes of lead(IV) chloride with bidentateSchiff bases have been prepared. The analytical data indicate 12 stoichiometry. The complexes are nonelectrolytes inDMF, and appear to be octahedral. The UV and infrared spectra of the complexes are discussed and possible structures have been proposed.

Oxidation of Mixed Ligand Nickel(0) Complexes by Organic Halides The oxidation of (dipy)Ni(PPh3)2 by alkyl and aryl iodides or bromides affords the nickel(I) complexes (dipy)Ni(PPh3)X (X = Br, I). No normal products of oxidative addition are obtained. But in the case of methyl and ethyl halides complexes of the type (dipy)NiR2 are formed as intermediates. Basing on the identified final products and on the correalation between the reactivity of the organic halides and their polarographic half wave potentials a mechanism of the reaction is proposed. The first step is a charge transfer from nickel(0) to the organic halide. Further synthesis, reactions, and the ESR-spectra of the complexes (dipy)Ni(PPh3)X and a synthesis of (dipy)Ni(CH2Ph)2 are described. Experiments to prepare pure (dipy)Ni(PPh3)Cl had no success. 相似文献

The lead tetraacetate (LTA) oxidation of dihydro-γ-jonol ( 2 ) gives the new bicyclic ether 4 in high yield. The thermal behaviour of SnP2O7 and PbP2O7 were investigated. The tin compound is stable at least at temperatures up to 1150°, whereas PbP2O7 begins to loss oxygen around 400°.
