The kinetics of the reversible isomerization of the zwitterionic complex [(6-C13H9)Fe(5-C5H5)] (1) into dibenzoferrocene (2) was studied by electronic spectroscopy in the temperature range from 70 to 103 °C. The activation parameters of the reaction 1 2 were determined, E a = 22.5 kcal mol–1.  相似文献

New cationic complexes [(6-C13H10)Fe(5-Cp*)]PF6 and [(6-9-CH3-C13H9)Fe(5-Cp*)]PF6 were obtained by the reaction of Cp*Fe(CO)2Br with fluorene and 9-methylfluorene, respectively. Deprotonation of these complexes byt-BuOK in THF affords zwitter-ionic compounds (6-C13H9)Fe(5-Cp*) and (6-9-CH3-C13H8)Fe(5-Cp*) (A). WhenA is heated in nonane at 150 °C it undergoes 65 inter-ring rearrangement with the formation of hexamethyldibenzoferrocene (B). The electrochemical behavior ofA andB was studied by cyclic voltammetry. One-electron reduction ofA andB to the corresponding radical anions induces inter-ring haptotropic rearrangementA .–B .–. The equilibrium in the 19 state is shifted to the 6-isomeric radical anionA .–, while in the 18 precursors, it shifts to the 5-isomerB.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Single addition of the nucleophiles X (X = H, CN, OH) to the less sterically hindered ring in [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(η6-C16H16)][BF4]2 (1) proceeds smoothly to produce, as the sole product, [(exo5-C6Me6X)Ru(η6-C16H16)][BF4]. Use of Na[BD4] in place of Na[BH4] gives the expected shift in ν(C-Hexo) in the infrared spectrum.  相似文献

The roe of oxidatively induced homolyhc scission a the C(sp3)-H bonds in the iron phenykychhexadienyl complexes Fe(5-6-PhC6H6)(5-C5H5) (1) depends on the spatial orientation of the Ph substitutent. In the case of the (1 endo +) radical cation this process, resulting in the cationic biphenyl complex (Fe(6 -C6H5C6H5)(5-C5H5)]+ (2 +), is fast and proceeds for several minutes. The synthesis and structural characterization of the complex [Ru(η6-C6H6)(η6-C6H4(CH3)COOCH3)] [BF4]2 (2) and of its precursor [Ru(η6-C6H4(CH3)COOCH3)Cl2]2 (1) are reported. Compound (2) has been characterized in two polymorphic modifications (2a and 2b) and the molecular organization in the solid state has been investigated. The complex [Ru(η5-C5H5)(η6-C6H5OH)][PF6] (3) has also been investigated; it has been shown to possess a disorder similar to that observed in the high temperature phase of related systems such as [Ru(η5-C5H5)(η6-C6H6)][PF6].  相似文献

The oxidation of [(Cp*Mo)2(μ,η66-P6)] ( 1 ) with halogens or halogen sources was investigated. The iodination afforded the ionic complexes [(Cp*Mo)2(μ,η33-P3)(μ,η1111-P3I3)][X] (X=I3, I) ( 2 ) and [(Cp*Mo)2(μ,η44-P4)(μ-PI2)][I3] ( 3 ), while the reaction with PBr5 led to the complexes [(Cp*Mo)2(μ,η33-P3)(μ-Br)2][Cp*MoBr4] ( 4 ) [(Cp*MoBr)2(μ,η33-P3)(μ,η1-P2Br3)] ( 5 ) and [(Cp*Mo)2(μ-PBr2)(μ-PHBr)(μ-Br)2] ( 6 ). The reaction of 1 with the far stronger oxidizing agent PCl5 was followed via time- and temperature-dependent 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy. One of the first intermediates detected at 193 K was [(Cp*Mo)2(μ,η33-P3)(μ-PCl2)2][PCl6] ( 8 ) which rearranges upon warming to [(Cp*Mo)2(μ-PCl2)2(μ-Cl)2] ( 9 ), [(Cp*MoCl)2(μ,η33-P3)(μ-PCl2)] ( 10 ) and [(Cp*Mo)2(μ,η44-P4)(μ-PCl2)][Cp*MoCl4] ( 11 ), which could be isolated at room temperature. All complexes were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, NMR spectroscopy and their electronic structures were elucidated by DFT calculations.  相似文献

The photochemical carbonyl substitution of (η6-anisole)Cr(CO)3 has been investigated by laser flash photolysis. Both transient spectra and second-order rate constants for the reactions of transients with nucleophiles are found to be extremely variable depending upon solvents used. The coordination of benzene to the transient in cyclohexane forms the transient in benzene, indicating two discrete chemical species: (η6-anisole)Cr(CO)2 and (η6-anisole)Cr(CO)22-benzene). The latter type of transient was observed also for fluorobenzene and mesitylene, leading to the assignment of a weak band in the visible region as η2-arene → Cr charge transfer. The existence of (η6-arene)Cr(CO)22-arene′) may throw light on what have been described as solvent effects in organometallic reactions.  相似文献

Nucleophilic substitution of [(η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η6-chlorobenzene)iron(II)] hexafluorophosphate with sodium imidazolate resulted in the formation of [(η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η6-phenyl)iron(II)]imidazole hexafluorophosphate. The corresponding dicationic imidazolium salt, which was obtained by treating this imidazole precursor with methyl iodide, underwent cyclometallation with bis[dichlorido(η5-1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl]iridium(III) in the presence of triethyl amine. The resulting bimetallic iridium(III) complex is the first example of an NHC complex bearing a cationic and cyclometallated [(η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η6-phenyl)iron(II)]+ substituent. As its iron(II) precursors, the bimetallic iridium(III) complex was fully characterized by means of spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. In addition, it was investigated in a catalytic study, wherein it showed high activity in transfer hydrogenation compared to its neutral analogue having a simple phenyl instead of a cationic [(η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η6-phenyl)iron(II)]+ unit at the NHC ligand.  相似文献

Inter- and intramolecular ene-yne coupling reactions catalyzed by a species generated in situ via photolysis of CpRu(η(6)-C(6)H(6))PF(6)--an inexpensive, readily available, and shelf-stable complex--have been demonstrated under conditions of continuous flow. Importantly, the catalyst can be recovered quantitatively at the end of the reaction. Various functional groups are tolerated by the reaction, which affords skipped diene products in high yields.  相似文献

Different coordination polymers were obtained by the reaction of (benzoic acid) chromium tricarbonyl with zinc acetate in the presence of various organic dipyridyl linkers. Depending on the nature of the linker either monomeric or polymeric compounds were obtained. Reactions of (benzoic acid) chromium tricarbonyl with zinc acetate and bidentate pyridine based ligands 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy), 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (bpe), 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (tmdp), and 2,2'dipyridylamine (DPA) afforded the novel coordination polymers [Zn[{η(6)-C(6)H(5)COO}Cr(CO)(3)](2)(4,4'-bipy)](n), [Zn[{η(6)-C(6)H(5)COO}Cr(CO)(3)](2)(bpe)](n), [Zn[{η(6)-C(6)H(5)COO}Cr(CO)(3)](2)(tmdp)}](n), and the monomeric complex [Zn[{η(6)-C(6)H(5)COO}Cr(CO)(3)](2)(DPA)]. The solid state structures of all compounds were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. By using 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane as a linker a chiral infinite helical structure was formed in the solid state. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) studies showed that upon heating the carbonyl groups of the {η(6)-C(6)H(5)COO}Cr(CO)(3) anion were lost before the organic ligand sphere was thermally decomposed.  相似文献

Planar chiral arenetricarbonylchromium complexes have been intensively investigated and they have been applied as valuable building blocks for asymmetric synthesis and as ligands for asymmetric catalysis. In contrast, in the field of the isoelectronic cationic [(η(6)-arene)Mn(CO)(3)](+) complexes, until these last 10 years, very few studies were published involving nonracemic planar chiral cationic complexes and their potential applications, certainly because of the difficult access to enantiopure starting material. In 2009, however, the discovery of the first resolution of such compounds opened a new area for their application in the field of organic as well as of organometallic enantioselective syntheses. We felt it important to write a review on this subject to give an up-to-date summary of the methodologies used to prepare enantiomerically pure planar chiral neutral [(η(5)-cyclohexadienyl)Mn(CO)(3)] and cationic [(η(6)-arene)Mn(CO)(3)](+) complexes as well as their potential in enantioselective synthesis.  相似文献

Treatment with mercury(II) trifluoroacetate of deprotonated (6-toluene)- and (6-diphenyl- methane)(5-cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) complexes gave mono-, di-, and trisubstituted [from (6-toluene)(5-cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) cation] mercury-containing salts. The reaction of mercury(II) trifluoroacetate with deprotonated (6-triphenylmethane)(5-cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) afforded only the corresponding sym- metric mercury derivative. The same product was obtained by direct mercuration with mercury(II) trifluoroacetate of (6-triphenylmethane)(5-cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) on heating the reactants in boiling unhydrous ethanol. Reactions of the resulting mercury-containing compounds with acids, symmetrizing bases, and acylating agents were studied.  相似文献

The reactions of [MCp*6-C6Me6)][PF6], M = Fe: 1, Ru: 2, Cp* = η5-C5Me5, with KOH (in DME) or tert-BuOK (in THF) and methyl iodide, allyl bromide or benzyl bromide are regioselective on the arene ligand only for 2, giving the complexes [RuCp*6-C6(CH2R)6}][PF6], R = methyl (3), allyl (4) or benzyl (5), although some formations of C-C bonds also occur on the Cp* ligand in the case of the reactions of allyl and benzyl bromides. This contrasts with the complete lack of regioselectivity formerly observed with the iron analogue 1, and is best taken into account by the difference of steric effects which are less marked in 2 than in 1.  相似文献

[CpFe(η6-C8H8)]PF6 (C8H8 = cyclooctatetraene) is obtained in high yields by the photolysis of [CpFe(η6-C6H6)]PF6 in the presence of an excess of C8H8. An X-ray diffraction study of [CpFe(η6-C8H8)]PF6 has confirmed the η6-bonding mode of the C8H8 ligand, which had been shown to exist by NMR spectroscopy. The uncomplexed C,C double bond is strongly bent away from the plane of the coordinated C6-unit of the C8H8 ligand.  相似文献
