The Perthioborates RbBS3, TIBS3, and Tl3B3S10 . RbBS3 (P21/c, a=7.082(2) Å, b=11.863(4) Å, c=5.794(2) Å, β=106.54(2)°) was prepared as colourless, plate-shaped crystals by reaction of stoichiometric amounts of rubidium sulfide, boron, and sulfur at 600°C and subsequent annealing. TlBS3 (P21/c, a=6.874(3) Å, b=11.739(3) Å, c=5.775(2) Å, β=113.08(2)°) which is isotypic with RbBS3 was synthesized from a sample of the composition Tl2S · 2 B2S3. The glassy product which was obtained after 7 h at 850°C was annealed in a two zone furnace for 400 h at 400→350°C. Yellow crystals of TlBS3 formed at the warmer side of the furnace. Tl3B3S10 (P1 , a=6.828(2) Å, b=7.713(2) Å, c=13.769(5) Å, α=104.32(2)°, β=94.03(3)°, γ=94.69(2)°) was prepared as yellow plates from stoichiometric amounts of thallium sulfide, boron, and sulfur at 850°C and subsequent annealing. All compounds contain tetrahedrally coordinated boron. The crystal structures consist of polymeric anion chains. In the case of RbBS3 and TlBS3 nonplanar five-membered B2S3 rings are spirocyclically connected via the boron atoms. To obtain the anionic structure of Tl3B3S10 every third B2S3 ring of the polymeric chains of MBS3 is to be substituted by a six-membered B(S2)2B ring.  相似文献

Monohydroxylated polyunsaturated fatty acids belonging to the oxylipin class of natural products are present in marine and terrestrial sources as well as in the human body. Due to their biological activities and role in diverse biosynthetic pathways, oxylipins biosynthesized from eicosapentaenoic acid and arachidonic acid have attracted great interest from the scientific community. One example is 3-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid where the absolute configuration at C-3 has only been tentatively assigned. In this paper, studies on acetate type aldol reactions that enabled the preparation of 3-(R)-hydroxyeicosapentaenoic acid (3R-HETE, 2) and its enantiomer are presented.  相似文献

A method is described for the qualitative and quantitative determination of configurational isomers of zeaxanthin (=3,3′ -dihydroxy-β, β -carotene) and lutein (=3,3′ -dihydroxy-α -cartotene). It is based on the reaction of these zeaxathin and lutein isomers with (S)-(+)-α-(1-naphthyl) ethyl isocyanate to afford diastereomeric dicarbamates, which are analyzed by HPLC.  相似文献

以2-溴丙酸和N-叔丁氧羰基-O-苄基-L-丝氨酸为起始试剂首先制得N-(2-溴丙基)-O-苄基-L-丝氨酸(BPBS), 在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/三乙胺(Et3N)溶剂中80 ℃经9 h后BPBS发生分子内环化反应生成(3S,6S)-3-苄氧甲基-6-甲 基-吗啉-2,5-二酮[(3S,6S)-BMMD]及(3S,6R)-BMMD共存体, 产率70%. 将所制得的共存体以乙酸乙酯为重结晶溶剂, 采用微分重结晶法, 经4次“溶解-部分重结晶”操作循环制得两种纯光学构型的(3S,6S)-BMMD和(3S,6R)-BMMD. 将两种光学纯双手性中心的BMMD分别溶于乙酸乙酯, 室温下培养得(3S,6S)-BMMD和(3S,6R)-BMMD的单晶体, 以X射线衍射法测定上述两种BMMD的分子结构.  相似文献

价廉易得的L-亮氨酸先以苄基同时保护氨基及羧基得(S)-2-(二苄胺基)-4-甲基戊酸苄酯,进而在碱性条件下与乙腈发生亲核取代反应得(S)-4-(二苄胺基)-6-甲基-3-氧代庚腈,再经硼氢化钠选择性还原羰基得(3S,4S)-4-(二苄胺基)-3-羟基-6-甲基庚腈,用双氧水氧化得(3S,4S)-4-(二苄胺基)-3-羟基-6-甲基庚酸,最后在Pd(OH)2/C-H2作用下脱掉苄基得到(3S,4S)-4-氨基-3-羟基-6-甲基庚酸,即(3S,4S)-statine。整个合成路线总产率为33.6%。  相似文献

The chiral drug candidates have more effective binding affinities for their specific protein or receptor site for the onset of pharmacological action. Achieving all carbon stereopure compounds is not trivial in chemical synthesis. However, with the development of asymmetric organocatalysis, the synthesis of certain vital chiral drug candidates is now possible. In this research, we have synthesized 3-(((1S,3S)-3-((R)-hydroxy(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)methyl)-4-oxocyclohexyl)methyl)pentane-2,4-dione (S,S,R-5) and have evaluated it potential as multi-target antidiabetic agent. The stereopure compound S,S,R-5 was synthesized with a 99:1 enantiomeric ratio. The synthesized compound gave encouraging results against all in vitro antidiabetic targets, exhibiting IC50 values of 6.28, 4.58, 0.91, and 2.36 in α-glucosidase, α-amylase, PTP1B, and DPPH targets, respectively. The molecular docking shows the binding of the compound in homology models of the respective enzymes. In conclusion, we have synthesized a new chiral molecule (S,S,R-5). The compound proved to be a potential inhibitor of the tested antidiabetic targets. With the observed results and molecular docking, it is evident that S,S,R-5 is a potential multitarget antidiabetic agent. Our study laid the baseline for the animal-based studies of this compound in antidiabetic confirmation.  相似文献
