Treatment of the enamines of acetylacetone and benzoylacetone with 2-methyl-4,7-dioxobenzothiazole under Nenitzescu reaction conditions gave furo[2,3-e]benzothiazoles (in acetic acid) and pyrrolo[2,3-e]benzothiazoles (in nitromethane). It has been shown that the condensation reaction of 5-amino-2,3-dimethyl-and 1,2,3-trimethylindoles with 4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetic ester occurs either via the trifluoromethylcarbonyl or the ester group depending upon the conditions under which it is carried out. Under thermal conditions (refluxing in diphenyl) the enaminocrotonates formed are readily converted to pyrrolo[3,2-f]quinolines and the amides cyclize in trifluoroacetic acid at 78°C to give pyrrolo[2,3-g]quinolines. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 86–96, January, 2006.  相似文献

The reaction of 6-amino-2,3-dimethyl-and 6-amino-1,2,3-trimethyl-5-methoxy(methyl)indoles with 4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetic ester and of 6-amino-5-methoxy-1,2,3-trimethylindole also with other β-dicarbonyl compounds has been studied. It has been shown that the Chichibabin reaction of enamines of the 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline series and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[f]isoquinoline series with p-bromophenacyl bromide leads to pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives. The same heterocyclic system is obtained on interaction of 1-alkyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolines or their benzo[f]-analogs with oxalyl chloride. A method has been developed for the synthesis of 4-(2-quinolinyl)-1,2,3,3a-tetrahydropyrrolo-[1,2-a]quinolines based on the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds to 2,3′-biquinolinium salts. Oxidation in benzene using MnO2 gave 4-(2-quinolinyl)-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinolines. It was found that a side product of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is 7,14-di-benzoyl-6,13-di(2-quinolyl)-6a,7,13a,14-tetrahydro-7a,14a-diazadibenzo[a,h]anthracene. Reaction of 1′-phenacyl-2,3′-biquinolinium salts with hydroxylamine in acetic acid gave 4-(2-quinolyl)imidazo-[1,2-a]quinolines. *For Communication 24 see [1]. Summary The treatment of a mixture of linearly and angularly annelated 2-substituted oxazolo[4,5-f]quinolones (5a–c) and oxazolo[5,4-g]quinolones (6a–c) and similarly the treatment of 2-substituted oxazolo[5,4-f]quinolones (7a–c) and oxazolo[4,5-g]quinolones (8b,c) with POCl3 afforded substituted 4-chlorooxazolo[4,5-f]quinolines (9a–c) and 2-substituted 4-chlorooxazolo[5,4-f]quinolines (10b,c), respectively. A procedure was developed for the synthesis of hydrogenated furyl-substituted furo[3,2-c]quinolines, pyrano[3,2-c]quinolines, and 4-ethoxy-and 4-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)quinolines. The reactions of these compounds with acryloyl chloride and maleic anhydride produce epoxyisoindolo[2,1-a]quinoline derivatives through successive acylation at the quinoline nitrogen atom and intramolecular exo-[4+2]-cycloaddition at the furan moiety.
