The Hg atom in the title monomeric complex, dichlorobis(3‐imidazolium‐2‐thiolato‐S)mercury(II), [HgCl2(C3H4N2S)2], is four‐coordinate having an irregular tetrahedral geometry composed of two Cl atoms [Hg—Cl 2.622 (2) and 2.663 (2) Å] and two thione S atoms [Hg—S 2.445 (2) and 2.462 (2) Å]. The monodentate thione ligand adopts a zwitterionic form and exists as the 3‐imidazolium‐2‐thiolate ion. The bond angle S1—Hg—S2 of 130.87 (8)° has the greatest deviation from ideal tetrahedral geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds between two of the four N—H groups and one of the Cl atoms [3.232 (8) and 3.238 (7) Å] stabilize the crystal structure, while the other two N—H groups contribute through the formation of N—H?Cl intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the other Cl atom [3.121 (7) and 3.188 (7) Å].  相似文献

Crystal Growth and Refinement of the Crystal Structure of Mercury(II) Amide Chloride – HgClNH2 Single crystals were prepared by recrystallization of HgClNH2 from aqueous NH3/NH4+ solution at 160 °C. They were used for a single‐crystal X‐ray structure redetermination. The previously reported [W. N. Lipscomb, Acta. Crystallogr. 1951 , 4, 266.] structural topology determined on basis of X‐ray powder diffraction data is now confirmed. However, a higher symmetry is found: Space group type Pmma (instead of Pmm2), a = 6.709(1) Å, b = 4.351(1) Å, c = 5.154(1) Å, Z = 2. The crystal structure contains zig‐zag‐chains [Hg(NH2)2/2]+. Four Cl atoms complete the coordination sphere of Hg to a distorted octahedron. These share common faces and edges in layers [HgCl4/4(NH2)2/2]. These layers are connected via hydrogen bonds N–H…Cl.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Hg3AlF6O2H, trimercury(II) aluminium hydrogen hexafluoride dioxide, can be derived from a slightly distorted cubic close‐packed (ccp) arrangement of the metal atoms, where three quarters of the positions are occupied by Hg atoms and one quarter by Al atoms. The F and O atoms are considerably dislocated from the tetrahedral voids of this arrangement, thus forming [HgO2F6] polyhedra, with two short Hg—O distances, two intermediate Hg—F distances and four longer Hg—F distances, and nearly ideal [AlF6] octahedra. The H atoms are presumably located close to the inversion centre. Their positions were derived from crystal chemical arguments, and they take part in the formation of O—H?O hydrogen bonds between two O atoms, with an O?O distance of 2.562 (9) Å.  相似文献

The novel dinuclear Ni2+ complex [Ni2(μ‐Cl)(μ‐OAc) (EGTB)]·Cl·ClO4·2CH3OH, where EGTB is N, N, N′, N′‐tetrakis (2‐benzimidazolyl methyl‐1, 4‐di‐ethylene amino)glycol ether, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 15.272(2), b = 14.768(2), c = 22.486(3) Å, V = 5071.4(12) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.414 g cm?3, and is bridged by triply bridging agents of a chloride ion, an acetate and an intra‐ligand (‐OCH2CH2O‐) group. The nickel coordination geometry is that of a slightly distorted octahedron with a NiN3O2Cl arrangement of the ligand donor atoms. The Ni–Cl distance is 2.361(2) Å, and two Ni–O distances are 1.996(5) and 2.279(6) Å. The three Ni–N distances are 2.033(7), 2.060(6), and 2.166(6) Å with the Ni–N bond trans to an ether oxygen the shortest, the Ni–N bond trans to an acetate oxygen the middle and the Ni–N bond trans to Cl the longest.  相似文献

The complexes [Cu(L1)(H2O)2](BF4)2 · 2H2O ( 1 ) [L1 = 5, 16‐dimethyl‐2, 6, 13, 17‐tetraazatricyclo(14, 4, 01.18,07.12)docosane] and 0.5[Cu(L2)(NO3)2][Cu(L2)](NO3)2 ( 2 ) [L2 = dibenzyl‐5, 16‐dimethyl‐2, 6, 13, 17‐tetraazatricyclo(14, 4, 01.18,07.12)docosane] were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray analyses. In these constrained macrocycles, the central copper(II) atoms are in a tetragonally distorted octahedral environment with four nitrogen atoms of the macrocyclic ligands in equatorial positions and oxygen atoms from either water molecules or nitrato groups in axial positions. The macrocyclic ligands in both complexes adopt the most stable trans‐III conformation. The Cu–N distances [1.999(7)–2.095(7) Å] are typical for such complexes, but the axial ligands are weakly coordinating Cu–OH2 bonds [2.693(3) Å] and Cu–ONO2 bonds [2.873(7) Å] due to the combination of the pseudo Jahn–Teller effect and strong in‐plane ligand field. The crystals are stabilized by a three‐dimensional network by hydrogen bonds that are formed among the secondary nitrogen hydrogen atoms, oxygen atoms of water molecules, fluorine atoms of BF4, and oxygen atoms of NO3. The electronic absorption and IR spectroscopic properties are also discussed.  相似文献

The mononuclear title complex, [MnCl2(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2], is located on a crystallographic inversion center. The MnII ion is coordinated by two imidazole ligands [Mn—N = 2.2080 (9) Å], two Cl atoms [Mn—Cl = 2.5747 (3) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.2064 (8) Å]. These six monodentate ligands define an octahedron with almost ideal angles: the adjacent N—Mn—O, N—Mn—Cl and O—Mn—Cl angles are 90.56 (3), 92.04 (2) and 90.21 (2)°, respectively. Hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and Cl atoms form a two‐dimensional network parallel to (100) involving R42(8) rings. The two‐dimensional networks link into a three‐dimensional framework through weaker N—H...Cl interactions. Thermogravimetric analysis results are in accordance with the water‐coordinated character of the substance and its dehydration in two successive steps.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C11H15N3O2)], the CuII ion is five‐coordinated in a strongly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal arrangement, with the two methyloxime N atoms located in the apical positions, and the pyridine N and the Cl atoms located in the basal plane. The two axial Cu—N distances are almost equal (mean 2.098 Å) and are substantially longer than the equatorial Cu—N bond [1.9757 (15) Å]. It is observed that the N(oxime)—M—N(pyridine) bond angle for five‐membered chelate rings of 2,6‐diacetylpyridine dioxime complexes is inversely related to the magnitude of the M—N(pyridine) bond. The structure is stabilized by intra‐ and intermolecular C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds which involve the methyl H atoms, except for one of the two acetylmethyl groups.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title polymeric complex, [HgBr(C6H4NO2)]n or HgBr(nic), contains mercury coordinated via two Br atoms [Hg—Br = 2.6528 (9) and 2.6468 (9) Å], two carboxylate O atoms, which form a characteristic four‐membered chelate ring [Hg—O = 2.353 (6) and 2.478 (7) Å], and an N atom [Hg—N = 2.265 (5) Å], in the form of a very irregular (3+2)‐coordination polyhedron. The pronounced irregularity of the effective Hg (3+2)‐coordination is a result of the rigid stereochemistry of the nicotinate ligand. According to the covalent and van der Waals radii criteria, the strongest bonds are Hg—Br and Hg—N. These covalent interactions form a two‐dimensional polymer. The puckered planes are connected by van der Waals interactions, and there are only two intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [3.428 (10) and 3.170 (10) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, [CoCl2(C5H5N)2(C12H6N2O2)]·2C5H5N, is a neutral CoII complex with two chloride anions coordinated in a cis fashion, two pyridine ligands in trans positions and a chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione ligand that completes the octahedral coordination geometry. Two pyridine solvent molecules reside in channels (about 7 × 4 Å wide; the closest atom–atom distance within the channel is 10 Å). The three‐dimensional structure supporting these channels is held together by C—H...Cl [3.466 (8)–3.670 (9) Å] and C—H...O [3.014 (9)–3.285 (8) Å] hydrogen bonds, and can be viewed as a CsCl or bcu (body‐centred cubic) net.  相似文献

In the title molecular complex, [Cu4Cl6O(2‐EtTz)4], where 2‐EtTz is 2‐ethyltetrazole (C3H6N4), the central O atom is located on the symmetry site and is tetrahedrally coordinated to four Cu atoms, with Cu—O distances of 1.8966 (4) Å. A very slight distortion of Cu4O from a regular tetrahedron is observed [two Cu—O—Cu angles are 108.76 (3)° and four others are 109.828 (13)°]. Each Cu atom is connected to three others via the Cl atoms, forming a slightly distorted Cl octahedron around the O atom, with O⋯Cl distances of 2.9265 (7) Å for Cl atoms lying on the twofold axis and 2.9441 (13) Å for those in general positions. The Cu atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment, with three Cl atoms in the equatorial plane, and with the N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand and the μ4‐O atom in axial positions. The Cu atom is displaced out of the equatorial plane by ca 0.91 Å towards the coordinated N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [HgBr(C7H4NO4)(H2O)], was obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of mercury(II) bromide and pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (picolinic acid, dipicH2). The shortest bond distances to Hg are Hg—Br 2.412 (1) Å and Hg—N 2.208 (5) Å; the corresponding N—Hg—Br angle of 169.6 (1)° corresponds to a slightly distorted linear coordination. There are also four longer Hg—O interactions, three from dipicH? [2.425 (4) and 2.599 (4) Å within the asymmetric unit, and 2.837 (4) Å from a symmetry‐related molecule] and one from the bonded water molecule [2.634 (4) Å]. The effective coordination of Hg can thus be described as 2+4. The molecules are connected to form double‐layer chains parallel to the y axis by strong O—H?O hydrogen bonds between carboxylic acid groups of neighbouring molecules, and by weaker hydrogen bonds involving both H atoms of the water molecule and the O atoms of the carboxylic acid groups.  相似文献

The double mercury salt [Hg(C5H8N2)2][HgClI3]·C2H6OS was prepared and its structure characterized. The [Hg(C5H8N2)2]2+ cation lies about an inversion centre and the [HgClI3]2? anion lies on a mirror plane. Cations and anions are linked to form a one‐dimensional polymer by weak Hg?Cl interactions [Hg?Cl 3.3744 (3) Å]. The mercury–carbene bond distance [2.076 (7) Å] is typical of a dicationic mercury–carbene species.  相似文献

The self‐assembly of NiCl2·6H2O with a diaminodiamide ligand 4,8‐diazaundecanediamide (L‐2,3,2) gave a [Ni(C9H20N4O2)(Cl)(H2O)] Cl·2H2O ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structural data for 1 indicate that the Ni(II) is coordinated to two tertiary N atoms, two O atoms, one water and one chloride in a distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group P 21nb, a = 9.5796(3) Å, b = 12.3463(4) Å, c = 14.6305(5) Å, Z = 4. Through NH···Cl–Ni (H···Cl 2.42 Å, N···Cl 3.24 Å, NH···Cl 158°) and OH···Cl–Ni contacts (H···Cl 2.36 Å, O···Cl 3.08 Å, OH···Cl 143°), each cationic moiety [Ni(C9H20N4O2) (Cl)(H2O)]+ in 1 is linked to neighboring ones, producing a charged hydrogen‐bonded 1D chainlike structure. Thermogrametric analysis of compound 1 is consistent with the crystallographic observations. The electronic absorption spectrum of Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution shows four absorption bands, which are assigned to the 3A2g3T2g, 3T2g1Eg, 3T2g3T1g, and 3A2g3T1g transitions of triplet‐ground state, distorted octahedral nickel(II) complex. The cyclic volammetric measurement shows that Ni2+ is more easily reduced than Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution.  相似文献

In the title compound, (C6H8N4)[AuCl4]Cl, the 4,4′‐bi(1H‐pyrazol‐2‐ium) dication, denoted [H2bpz]2+, is situated across a centre of inversion, the [AuCl4] anion lies across a twofold axis passing through Cl—Au—Cl, and the Cl anion resides on a twofold axis. Conventional N—H...Cl hydrogen bonding [N...Cl = 3.109 (3) and 3.127 (3) Å, and N—H...Cl = 151 and 155°] between [H2bpz]2+ cations (square‐planar node) and chloride anions (tetrahedral node), as complementary donors and acceptors of four hydrogen bonds, leads to a three‐dimensional binodal four‐connected framework with cooperite topology (three‐letter notation pts). The framework contains channels along the c axis housing one‐dimensional stacks of square‐planar [AuCl4] anions [Au—Cl = 2.2895 (10)–2.2903 (16) Å; interanion Au...Cl contact = 3.489 (2) Å], which are excluded from primary hydrogen bonding with the [H2bpz]2+ tectons.  相似文献

In the title compound, [HgCl2(C15H26N2)], the chiral alkaloid (6R,7S,8S,14S)‐(−)‐l ‐sparteine acts as a bidentate ligand, with two Cl ligands occupying the remaining coordination sites, producing a distorted tetrahedron. The N—Hg—N plane is twisted by 81.1 (2)° from the Cl—Hg—Cl plane. The mid‐point of the N⋯N line does not lie exactly on the Cl—Hg—Cl plane but is tilted towards one of the N atoms by 0.346 Å. Similarly, the mid‐point of the Cl⋯Cl line is tilted toward one of the Cl atoms by 0.163 Å. The packing structure shows that the complex is stabilized by two interatomic Cl⋯H contacts involving both Cl atoms and the methylene or methine H atoms of the (−)‐sparteine ligand.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C2H10N2O2+·2Cl, is built up from one 2‐hydroxyethylhydrazinium(2+) cation and two Cl anions. The molecular structure is stabilized by O—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is stabilized by one N—H⋯O and three N—H⋯Cl interactions, and the three‐dimensional network of hydrogen bonds stabilizes the crystal packing. All five hydrazinium H atoms are involved in hydrogen bonds to Cl anions. The Cl⋯H contact distances range from 2.122 (15) to 2.809 (14) Å.  相似文献

By means of X-ray diffraction the chain structure of [Cu(l-Arg)2]Hg2Cl6 (monoclinic, a = 10.2348(9) Å, b = 9.1386(7) Å, c = 14.8521(14) Å, β = 97.455(11)°, space group P21) is established. The chains are formed by square-planar [Cu(l-Arg)2]2+ cations of the type trans-[Cu(N)2(O)2] (l-Arg is the zwitter-ion of arginine; Cu-N 1.992 Å and 1.938(6) Å, Cu-O 1.953 Å and 1.967(4) Å) that are bonded to two adjacent binuclear [Cl2Hg(μ-Cl)2HgCl2]2? ions through its clorine atoms Cl (Hg-Cl bonds are within 2.34–2.78 Å). With these two additional Cu…Cl contacts Cu adopts the geometry of an elongated octahedron with two apical Cl (Cu-Cl 2.961 Å and 3.064(3) Å).  相似文献

Yellowish single crystals of acidic mercury(I) phosphate (Hg2)2(H2PO4)(PO4) were obtained at 200 °C under hydrothermal conditions in 32% HF from a starting complex of microcrystalline (Hg2)2P2O7. Refinement of single crystal data converged at a conventional residual R[F2 > 2σ(F2)] = 3.8% (C2/c, Z = 8, a = 9.597(2) Å, b = 12.673(2) Å, c = 7.976(1) Å, β = 110.91(1)°, V = 906.2(2) Å3, 1426 independent reflections > 2σ out of 4147 reflections, 66 variables). The crystal structure consists of Hg22+‐dumbbells and discrete phosphate groups H2PO4 and PO43–. The Hg22+ pairs are built of two crystallographically independent Hg atoms with a distance d(Hg1–Hg2) = 2.5240(6) Å. The oxygen coordination sphere around the mercury atoms is asymmetric with three O atoms for Hg1 and four O atoms for Hg2. The oxygen atoms belong to the different PO4 tetrahedra, which in case of H2PO4‐groups are connected by hydrogen bonding. Upon heating over 230 °C, (Hg2)2(H2PO4)(PO4) condenses to (Hg2)2P2O7, which in turn disproportionates at higher temperatures into Hg2P2O7 and elemental mercury.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis.  相似文献

Polycationic Hg‐Pnictide Frameworks with a Novel Kind of Filling in the Structures of Hg3As2TlCl3 and Hg3Sb2TlBr3 Hg3As2TlCl3 and Hg3Sb2TlBr3 were prepared from mixtures of Hg2X2, HgX2 (X = Cl, Br), As or Sb and Tl in sealed evacuated glass ampoules in temperature gradients 330 °C → 290 °C for Hg3As2TlCl3 (red, transparent crystals) and 290 °C → 260 °C for Hg3Sb2TlBr3 (black crystals). The structures of the diamagnetic compounds were determined based on single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. Both compounds crystallize isotypically in the orthorhombic space group Pbcm with Z = 4 and the lattice constants a = 629.2(5) pm, b = 1234.1(7) pm and c = 1224.8(9) pm for Hg3As2TlCl3 and a = 661.0(4) pm, b = 1311.2(9) pm and c = 1307.1(2) pm for Hg3Sb2TlBr3. The structures can be described either as a cubic closest packing of As2/Sb2 dumb‐bells and halide anions with all octahedral interstices filled with Hg2+ and Tl+, or as a polycationic framework (Hg3Y2)2+ (Y = As, Sb) consisting of pnictide‐pnictide dumbbells each connected by six Hg atoms to a three dimensional porous arrangement. The centers of the cavities are occupied by Tl+ ions which are coordinated by six halide ions in distorted octahedral form. These TlX6 octahedra share corners in all directions in the motive of the ReO3 structure type. This new structure type shows a close relationship to the cubic family of compounds of the general formula (Hg6Y4)[MX6]X (Y = As, Sb; M = Mo, Ti, Bi, Sb; X = Cl, Br). The halide ions are connected to the Hg atoms of the polycationic network and to the Tl+ ions. Extended Hueckel calculations were used to explain the bonding character of the thallium–halide and mercury–halide bonds.  相似文献
