Preparation and Crystal Structures of Dipyridiniomethane Monohalogenohydro-closo-Dodecaborates(2?), [(C5H5N)2CH2][B12H11X]; X = Cl, Br, I [B12H12]2? reacts with dihalogenomethanes CH2X2 in presence of trifluoro acetic acid, yielding the monohalogenododecaborates [B12H11X]2? (X = Cl, Br, I), which are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl(DEAE) cellulose from the starting compound and higher halogenated products. ReV‐Phthalocyaninates and ReV‐Tetraphenylporphyrinates: Synthesis, Properties, and Crystal Structure Hexa‐coordinated ReV phthalocyaninates (pc) and ReV tetraphenylporphyrinates (tpp) of the type [Re(O)(X)p] (p: pc, tpp) with X = OCH3, ReO4, Cl/pc, F/pc, OH/tpp, [{Re(O)p}2(μ‐O)] and (cat)trans[Re(O)2p] (cat: nBu4N, Et4N/tpp) have been isolated and characterised by their UV‐Vis‐NIR, IR and resonance Raman (RR) spectra. In the RR spectra, the intensity of the (Re=O) and (Re–X) stretching vibrations (ν(Re=O/–X)) in [Re(O)(X)p] and [{Re(O)p}2(μ‐O)] is selectively enhanced with excitation in coincidence with O → Re–CT between ca 19000 and 22000 cm–1. In accordance to selection rules, data of ν(Re=O/–X) compare well with those of the complementary IR spectra. Because of the trans influence ν(Re=O) depends on the axial ligand X, ranging from 940 to 1010 cm–1. The crystallographic characterization of [Re(O)(ReO4)tpp] · CHCl3 ( 1 ), [{Re(O)tpp}2(μ‐O)] · py ( 2 ), (nBu4N)trans[Re(O)2tpp] ( 3 ), and (Et4N)trans[Re(O)2tpp] · 2 H2O ( 4 ) is described. The tpp centered Re atom is in a distorted octahedron of four N atoms of the porphyrinate and two axial O atoms in a mutual trans position. Average Re–N distances are 2.062 Å in 1 , 2.086 Å in 2 , 2.089 Å in 3 , and 2.082/2.086 Å in 4 . The Re–O distance of the terminal rhenyl group varies from 1.64(1) Å ( 1 ), 1.73(1)/1.70(1) Å ( 2 ) to 1.80(1) Å ( 4 ), that of the monodentate rhenate(VII) from 1.70(1) to 1.75(1) Å. The Re–O distances in the bridge of the linear O=Re–O–Re=O skeleton in 2 are 1.95(1)/1.89(1) Å. In 1 , with a bent O=Re–O^ ReO3 moiety (∢(Re–O^ReO3) = 143(1)°) and a mostly ionic coordinated rhenate(VII), these distances differ significantly (2.20(1) Å vs 1.75(1) Å). The porphyrinate in 1 is saucer‐shaped with a distal rhenate(VII), and the tpp centered Re atom is displaced by 0.31 Å out of the (N)4 plane towards the rhenyl‐O atom. The distorted porphyrinates in 2 are rotated by 30.4(4)°, and the Re atoms are 0.1 Å out of their (N)4 planes towards the terminal O atoms. In 3 and 4 the porphyrinates are almost planar with the Re atom in their centre.  相似文献

Synthesis, Crystal Structure, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of [PtX2ox]2−, X = Cl, Br By treatment of [PtX4]2— (X = Cl, Br) with C2O42— (ox2—) in water [PtCl2ox]2— and [PtBr2ox]2— are formed which have been isolated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The crystal structures of [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtCl2ox]·2H2O ( 1 ) (orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 18.451(1), b = 18.256(1), c = 19.913(1)Å, Z = 16) and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtBr2ox] ( 2 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 7.249(1), b = 10.180(1), c = 21.376(1)Å, β = 93.415(9)°, Z = 4) reveal nearly planar complex anions with C2v point symmetry. The bond lengths are Pt‐Cl = 2.286, Pt‐Br = 2.405 und Pt‐O = 2.016 ( 1 ) und 2.030Å ( 2 ). In the vibrational spectra the PtX stretching vibrations are observed at 335 and 336 ( 1 ) and 219 and 231 cm—1 ( 2 ). The PtO stretching vibrations are coupled with internal modes of the oxalato ligands and appear in the range of 350 — 800 cm—1. Using the molecular parameters of the X‐Ray determinations the IR and Raman spectra of the (n‐Bu4N) salts are assigned by normal coordinate analysis. The valence force constants are fd(PtCl) = 1.97, fd(PtBr) = 1.78 and fd(PtO) = 2.48 ( 1 ) and 2.38 mdyn/Å ( 2 ). Taking into account increments of the trans influence a good agreement between observed and calculated frequencies is achieved. The NMR shifts are δ(195Pt) = 3603.9 ( 1 ) and 3318.1 ppm ( 2 ).  相似文献

Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [nacnac]MX3 Compounds (M = Ge, Sn; X = Cl, Br, I) Reactions of [nacnac]Li [(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)NC(Me)C(H)C(Me)N(2,6‐iPr2C6H3)]Li ( 1 ) with SnX4 (X = Cl, Br, I) and GeCl4 in Et2O resulted in metallacyclic compounds with different structural moieties. In the [nacnac]SnX3 compounds (X = Cl 2 , Br 3 , I 4 ) the tin atom is five coordinated and part of a six‐membered ring. The Sn–N‐bond length of 3 is 2.163(4) Å and 2.176(5) Å of 4 . The five coordinated germanium of the [nacnac]GeCl3 compound 5 shows in addition to the three chlorine atoms further bonds to a carbon and to a nitrogen atom. In contrast to the known compounds with the [nacnac] ligand the afore mentioned reaction creates a carbon–metal‐bond (1.971(3) Å) forming a four‐membered ring. The Ge–N bond length (2.419(2) Å) indicates the formation of a weakly coordinating bond.  相似文献

Triphenylphosphine Oxide (L) as Solvent and Ligand for Metallophthalocyaninates; Synthesis and Structure of [{Li(L)}2(μ‐pc)], [Li(L)4][Lipc] · Solvate, [Mg(L)pc] · Solvate, and [Zn(L)pc] · Solvate Triphenylphosphine oxide (L) coordinates to metallophthalocyaninates of Li, Mg and Zn at 300 °C. After purification and recrystallization in different solvents the very soluble and stable title compounds have been isolated and structurally characterized. In [{Li(L)}2(μ‐pc)], the Li atom lies in a distorted tetragonal pyramid of four isoindole N atoms (Ni) at a distance varying between 2.163(5) and 2.301(5) Å, and an O atom at 1.863(5) Å. In [Li(L)4] · [Lipc] · S, the Li atom of the cation coordinates four O atoms in a distorted tetrahedral arrangement at a distance varying from 1.887(9) to 1.953(9) Å, while the Li atom of the anion is in a quasi quadratic planar geometry of four Ni atoms (1.951(9)–1.977(9) Å) with the Li atom being displaced by 0.15 Å out of the (Ni)4 plane. The structural data of the distorted tetragonal pyramidale Mg(Ni)4O moiety in [Mg(L)pc] and the solvates [Mg(L)pc] · S (S = CH2Cl2, thf, 2py) generally do not vary significantly: Mg–Ni/2.035(3) –2.061(3) Å, Mg–O/1.955(2)–2.000(3) Å. The Mg atom is displaced by ca. 0.52 Å out of the (Ni)4 plane towards the O atom and the Mg–O–P moiety is bent (ca. 153°). [Zn(L)pc] · S crystallizes as a mixed crystal of equal parts of the conformer with a bent (155.1(3)°) and that of a quasi linear Zn–O–P moiety (174.2(3)°). Structural data of the Zn(Ni)4O moiety: (Zn–Ni)av: 2.024/2.013 Å; Zn–O: 2.050(4)/2.081(4) Å; Zn–(Ni)4: 0.40/0.33 Å. In the crystal, the Mg and Zn derivates aggregate in double layers forming pairs. The pc ligands in the triclinic complexes with good overlap of the neighbouring pc ligands are in a waving conformation, while those in the monoclinic complexes with weak overlap are in a concave conformation.  相似文献

The reaction of acetylferrocene [Fe(η‐C5H5)(η‐C5H4COCH3)] (1) with (2‐isopropyl‐5‐methylphenoxy) acetic acid hydrazide [CH3C6H3CH(CH3)2OCH2CONHNH2] (2) in refluxing ethanol gives the stable light‐orange–brown Schiff base 1‐[(2‐isopropyl‐5‐methylphenoxy)hydrazono] ethyl ferrocene, [CH3C6H3CH(CH3)2OCH2CONHN?C(CH3)Fe(η‐C5H5)(η‐C5H4)] (3). Complex 3 has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and single crystal X‐ray diffraction study. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 9.6965(15), b = 7.4991(12), c = 29.698(7) Å, β = 99.010(13) °, V = 2132.8(7) Å3, Dcalc = 1.346 Mg m?3; absorption coefficient, 0.729 mm?1. The crystal structure clearly shows the characteristic [N? H···O] hydrogen bonding between the two adjacent molecules of 3. This acts as a bidentale ligand, which, on treatment with [Ru(CO)2Cl2] n, gives a stable bimetallic yellow–orange complex (4). Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

The organic‐inorganic hybrid nonlinear optical (NLO) material NH4B(d‐ (+)‐C4H4O5)2 · H2O (NBC) was synthesized in a borate‐carboxylic acid system. Its structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 (No. 33), with cell parameters a = 11.484(6) Å, b = 5.354(3) Å, c = 21.079(12) Å, V = 1296.0(12), Z = 4. It exhibits a three‐dimensional pseudo tunnel structure consisting of fundamental building block [B(d‐ (+)‐C4H4O5)2] anions. The small cavities are occupied by the H2O molecules and NH4+ cations, which stabilize the whole structure by O–H ··· O and N–H ··· O hydrogen bonds. The powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) of the crystal was also recorded. Elemental analyses, FT‐IR and FT‐Raman spectra analyses, thermal analysis, and diffuse‐reflectance spectra for the compound are also presented, as are band structures and density of states calculation. Nonlinear optical measurements indicate that the material has second harmonic generation (SHG) properties and is phase‐matchable.

Die Verbindung kristallisiert triklin [Raumgruppe P$1; a = 891,8(14), b = 1058,2(12), c = 1435,6(9) pm, α = 68,53(8), β = 85,47(9), γ = 85,99(11)°; Z = 2; d(ber.) Crystal and Molecular Structure of (C6H5)3Sb(O2C–2-C4H3S)2 Triorganoantimony- and triorganobismuth dicarboxylates R3M[O2C(CH2)n–2-C4H3X]2 (M = Sb, R = CH3, C6H11, C6H5, 4-CH3OC6H4; M = Bi, R = C6H5, 4-CH3C6H4; n = 0, X = O, S, NH, NCH3. From vibrational data for all compounds a trigonal bipyramidal environment around M (two O atoms of unidendate carboxylate ligands in apical, three C atoms (of R) in equatorial positions) is proposed and also an additional weak interaction of O(=C) of each carboxylate group and M. The crystal structure determination of Ph3Sb(O2C–2-C4H3S)2 gives additional prove to this proposal. It crystallizes triclinic [space group P$1; a = 891.8(14), b = 1058.2(12), c = 1435.6(9) pm, α = 68.53(8), β = 85.47(9), γ = 85.99(11)°; Z = 2; d(calc.) = 1.607 Mg m–3; Vcell = 1255.6 Å3; structure determination from 3 947 independent reflexions (Fo > 3σ(F2o)), R(unweighted) = 0.037]. Sb is bonding to three C6H5 groups in the equatorial plane [mean distance Sb–C: 211.1(5) pm] and two unidentate carboxylate ligands in the apical positions of a distorted trigonal bipyramid [mean distance Sb–O: 212.0(4) pm]. From the relatively short Sb–O(=C) distances [274.4(4) and 294.9(4) pm] and from the enlarged value of the equatorial C–Sb–C angle next to the O(=C) atom [145.9(2)°; other C–Sb–C angles: 104.4(2), 109.5(2)°] additional weak Sb–O(=C) coordination is inferred. Finally a correlation between the (+, –) I-effect of the organic ligands It at M and the strength of the M–O = C interaction is suggested.  相似文献

The reaction of (C5Me5)2Th(CH3)2 with the phosphonium salts [CH3PPh3]X (X=Cl, Br, I) was investigated. When X=Br and I, two equivalents of methane are liberated to afford (C5Me5)2Th[CHPPh3]X, rare terminal phosphorano‐stabilized carbenes with thorium. These complexes feature the shortest thorium–carbon bonds (≈2.30 Å) reported to date, and electronic structure calculations show some degree of multiple bonding. However, when X=Cl, only one equivalent of methane is lost with concomitant formation of benzene from an unstable phosphorus(V) intermediate, yielding (C5Me5)2Th[κ2‐(C,C′)‐(CH2)(CH2)PPh2]Cl. Density functional theory (DFT) investigations of the reaction energy profiles for [CH3PPh3]X, X=Cl and I showed that in the case of iodide, thermodynamics prevents the production of benzene and favors formation of the carbene.  相似文献

Trimethylamine‐bis(trifluoromethyl)boranes R(CF3)2B · NMe3 (R = cis/trans‐CF3CF=CF ( 1/2 ), HC≡C ( 3 ), H2C=CH ( 4 ), C2H5 ( 5 ), C6H5CH2 ( 6 ), C6F5 ( 7 ), C6H5 ( 8 )) react with NEt3 × 3 HF depending on the nature of R at 155–200 °C under replacement of the trimethylamine ligand to form the corresponding fluoro‐bis(trifluoromethyl)borates [R(CF3)2BF] ( 1 a/2 a – 8 a ). The structures of 7 , K[C6H5CH2(CF3)2BF] ( K‐6 a ), and K[C6H5(CF3)2BF] ( K‐8 a ) have been investigated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In 7 the CF3 groups make short repulsive contacts with NMe3 and C6F5 entities – the B–CF3 bonds being unusually long. The B–F bond lengths of K‐6 a and K‐8 a (1.446(3) and 1.452(2) Å, respectively) are long for a fluoroborate.  相似文献

Formation of M[BFx(CN)4—x] (M = Li, K; x = 1, 2) and (CH3)3SiNCBFx(CN)3—x, (x = 0, 1) The reaction of M[BF4] (M = Li, K) with (CH3)3SiCN leads selectively, depending on the reaction time and temperature, to the mixed cyanofluoroborates M[BFx(CN)4—x] (x = 1, 2; M = Li, K). By using (C2H5)2O·BF3 the synthesis yields the compounds (CH3)3SiNCBFx(CN)3—x x = 0, 1. The products are characterized by vibrational and NMR‐spectroscopy, as well as by X‐ray diffraction of single‐crystals: Li[BF2(CN)2]·2Me3SiCN Cmc21, a = 24.0851(5), b = 12.8829(3), c = 18.9139(5) Å V = 5868.7(2) Å3, Z = 12, R1 = 4.7%; K[BF2(CN)2] P41212, a = 13.1596(3), c = 38.4183(8) Å, V = 6653.1(3) Å3, Z = 48, R1 = 2.5%; K[BF(CN)3] P1¯, a = 6.519(1), b = 7.319(1), c = 7.633(2) Å, α = 68.02(3), β = 74.70(3), γ = 89.09(3)°, V = 324.3(1) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 3.6%; Me3SiNCBF(CN)2 Pbca, a = 9.1838(6), b = 13.3094(8), c = 16.840(1) Å, V = 2058.4(2) Å3, Z = 8, R1 = 4.4%  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

Synthesis of Monomeric T‐Shaped Silver(I) Halide Complexes – Crystal Structure Analysis of [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]AgBr Treatment of the tetrapodal phosphane P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3 ( 1 ) with equimolar amounts of the silver(I) halides AgX ( 2 a : X = Cl, 2 b : X = Br) produces in tetrahydrofuran at 25 °C the monomeric silver(I) complexes [P(C6H4CH2NMe2‐2)3]AgX with planar coordination at the Ag atoms ( 3 a : X = Cl, 3 b : X = Br) in excellent yields. From complex 3 b a single X‐ray crystal structure analysis was carried out. Mononuclear 3 b crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with the cell parameters a = 14.504(6), b = 11.034(3), c = 17.604(5) Å, β = 102.86(4)°; V = 2746.6(16) Å3; Z = 4; 2953 observed unique reflections, R1 = 0.0805. Complex 3 b consists of monomeric sub‐units with a planar T‐shaped arrangement formed by the atoms Ag1, N1, P1 as well as Br1, whereby the P1–Ag1–Br1 array is almost linear orientated.  相似文献

Trans,trans-[MoX2py4][MoX4py2] (X = Cl, A; Br, B; py = pyridine, C5H5N) are the side products of reaction of between (NH4)2[MoX5 · H2O] (X = Cl,Br) with pyridine diluted with methanol. Both trans,trans-[MoX2py4][MoX4py2] are monoclinic, P21/n space group, with z = 2 and: a = 12.568(1), b = 9.430(1), c = 14.952(1) Å and β = 100.81(1)° (A); a = 12.551(2), b = 9.533(2), c = 15.366(2) (Å) and β = 99.35(1) (B). Cations and anions are located on the symmetry centers and have eclipsed conformation of the trans located pyridine ligands. Average Mo? X and Mo? N (pyridine) bonds are; (cation) 2.41, 2.21 Å (A); 2.54, 2.21 Å (B); (anion) 2.44, 2.20 Å (A); 2.58, 2.20 Å (B). Anionic part of the compounds can be oxidised by bromine to trans-MoX4py2, which precipitates from the solution. Cation can be isolated from the solution in the form of trans-[MoX2py4]Br3 (X = Cl, Br). The compounds were also characterised by chemical analysis, infrared spectroscopy and conductivity measurements.  相似文献
