On Thallium(I)-oxochloromolybdates: Synthesis and Crystal Structures of Tl[MoOCl4(NCCH3)], Tl[Mo2O2Cl7], and Tl2[Mo4O4Cl14] and the Structure of Tl2[MoCl6] Black crystals of Tl2[MoCl6] are formed in the reaction of TlCl with MoOCl3 in a sealed evacuated glass ampoule at 350 °C. The crystal structure analysis shows that Tl2[MoCl6] (cubic, Fm m, a = 986.35(7) pm) adopts the K2[PtCl6] structure with a Mo–Cl bond length of 236.6 pm. Tl[MoOCl4(NCCH3)] was obtained by the reaction of TlCl with MoOCl3 in acetonitrile in form of yellow, moisture sensitive crystals. The structure (orthorhombic, Cmcm, a = 746.0(1), b = 1463.8(3), c = 857.3(2) pm) is built of Tl+ cations and octahedral [MoOCl4(NCCH3)] anions in which the acetonitrile ligand is bound in trans position to the oxygen. The reaction of TlCl and MoOCl3 in dichloromethane yields Tl[Mo2O2Cl7] and Tl2[Mo4O4Cl14] as green moisture sensitive crystals. The structure of Tl[Mo2O2Cl7] (orthorhombic, Pmmn, a = 694.3(1), b = 951.9(2), c = 904.7(1) pm) consists of Tl+ cations and dinuclear [Mo2O2Cl7] anions, with two equidistant chlorine bridges of 248.2 and one longer chlorine bridge of 265.7 pm. The oxygen atoms are located in the trans positions of the longer chloro bridge. The structure of Tl2[Mo4O4Cl14] (triclinic, P1¯, a = 692.8(1), b = 919.6(1), c = 998.9(1) pm, α = 104.94(1)°, β = 90.31(1)°, γ = 108.14(1)°) is build of Tl+ cations and [Mo4O4Cl14]2– anions which form tetramers of distorted octahedral, edgesharing (MoOCl5) units with chlorine atoms in the bridging positions. The oxygen atoms are located in the trans positions of the longest chlorine bridges.  相似文献

Single crystals of a new barium oxogallate were obtained by growth from a melt at 1500 °C. The compound is monoclinic, with cell parameters a = 17.7447(10) Å, b = 10.6719(5) Å, c = 7.2828(5) Å, β = 98.962(7)°, V = 1362.3(2) Å3. The diffraction pattern shows systematic absences corresponding to the space group P121/c1. The structure was solved by direct methods followed by Fourier syntheses, and refined using a single crystal diffraction data set (R1 = 0.032 for 2173 reflections with I > 2σ(I)). The chemical composition derived from structure solution is Ba4Ga2O7, with a unit cell content of Z = 6. Main building units of the structure are GaO4 tetrahedra sharing one oxygen atom to form Ga2O7 groups. The Ga–O–Ga bridging angle of one of the two symmetrically independent groups is linear by symmetry. The dimers are crosslinked by barium cations coordinated by six to eight oxygen ligands.  相似文献

SrFe[BP2O8(OH)2] was synthesised under mild hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structure was determined from single–crystal X–ray diffraction data: triclinic, space group P (No. 2), a = 6.6704(12) Å, b = 6.6927(13) Å, c = 9.3891(19) Å, α = 109.829(5)°, β = 102.068(6)°, γ = 103.151(3)°, V = 364.74(12) Å3 and Z = 2. The crystal structure of SrFe[BP2O8(OH)2] contains isolated borophosphate oligomers, [BP2O8(OH)2]5–, which are interconnected by FeIIIO4(OH)2 coordination octahedra. The resulting three–dimensional framework is characterised by elliptical channels running along [011]. Strontium takes positions inside the channels.  相似文献

The reaction of Se4[Mo2O2Cl8] with Se4[MCl6] (M = Zr, Hf) or of Se, SeCl4, MoOCl4, and MCl4 (M = Zr, Hf) at 120 °C in sealed evacuated glass ampoules gives (Se4)2[Mo2O2Cl8][MCl6] (M = Zr, Hf) in the form of dark‐green, air sensitive crystals in quantitative yield. The crystal structure analyses of both isotypic compounds (monoclinic, P21/c, Z = 2, a = 1336(2), b = 716(1), c = 1518(4) pm, β = 106.0(2)° for M = Zr; a = 1334.1(8), b = 715.03(9), c = 1518.2(3) pm, β = 106.00(2)° for M = Hf) show the presence of square‐planar Se42+, of dinuclear [Mo2O2Cl8]2—, and of almost regular octahedral [MCl6]2— ions. X‐ray crystallographic investigations on (Se4)2[Mo2O2Cl8][ZrCl6] give no hint for solid state phase transitions between —160 and 200 °C. This is in contrast to the related compounds Se4[Mo2O2Cl8] and Se4[ZrCl6] which both undergo phase transitions accompanied by reorientation of the cations and anions. (Se4)2[Mo2O2Cl8][ZrCl6] is paramagnetic and obeys the Curie‐Weiss law with a Weiss constant of —4(7) K indicating only weak interaction between the paramagnetic centres. The magnetic moment of 1.7(1) μB is consistent with the presence of MoV (d1 configuration) and supports the ionic formula.  相似文献

From hydrothermal synthesis needle‐shaped crystals of [Ca3(C6H5O7)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O were obtained. The crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray experiments and confirmed by powder data (P$\bar{1}$ (no. 2) a = 5.9466(4), b = 10.2247(8), c = 16.6496(13) Å, α = 72.213(7)°, β = 79.718(7)°, γ = 89.791(6)°, V = 947.06(13) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0426, wR2 = 0.1037). The structure was obtained from pseudo merohedrically polysynthetic twinned crystals using a combined data collection approach and refinement processes. The observed three‐dimensional network is dominated by eightfold coordinated Ca2+ cations linked by citrate anions and hydrogen bonds between two non‐coordinating crystal water molecules and two coordinating water molecules.  相似文献

Alkoxo Compounds of Iron(III): Syntheses and Characterization of [Fe2(OtBu)6], [Fe2Cl2(OtBu)4], [Fe2Cl4(OtBu)2] and [N(nBu)4]2[Fe6OCl6(OMe)12] The reaction of iron(III)chloride in diethylether with sodium tert‐butylat yielded the homoleptic dimeric tert‐‐butoxide Fe2(OtBu)6 ( 1 ). The chloro‐derivatives [Fe2Cl2(OtBu)4] ( 2 ), and [Fe2Cl4(OtBu)2] ( 3 ) could be synthesized by ligand exchange between 1 and iron(III)chloride. Each of the molecules 1 , 2 , and 3 consists of two edge‐sharing tetrahedrons, with two tert‐butoxo‐groups as μ2‐bridging ligands. For the synthesis of the alkoxides 1 , 2 , and 3 diethylether plays an important role. In the first step the dietherate of iron(III)chloride FeCl3(OEt2)2 ( 4 ) is formed. The reaction of iron(III)chloride with tetrabutylammonium methoxide in methanol results in the formation of a tetrabutylammonium methoxo‐chloro‐oxo‐hexairon cluster [N(nBu)4]2[Fe6OCl6(OMe)12] ( 5 ). La2O(CN2)2 was synthesized from a 1:1:2 molar reaction mixture of LaCl3, LaOCl, and Li2(CN2) at 650 °C. Well developed single crystals were grown from a LiCl‐KCl flux. The crystal structure was refined as monoclinic (space group C2/c, Z = 2, a = 13.530(2) Å, b = 6.250(1) Å, c = 6.1017(9) Å, β = 104.81(2)°) from single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. The La3+ and (CN2)2— ions in the crystal structure of La2O(CN2)2 can be compared to Fe3+ and S22— ions in the cubic pyrite structure, being arranged like in a distorted NaCl type structure with their centers of gravity. In addition, the O2— ions in La2O(CN2)2 are occupying 1/4 of the tetrahedral voids formed by the arrangement of metal ions.  相似文献

The blue tetranuclear CuII complexes {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}Cl2 · 6 H2O ( 1 ) and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}Cl4 · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. ( 1 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.240(1) Å, b = 10.366(2) Å, c = 12.973(2) Å, α = 85.76(1)°, β = 75.94(1)°, γ = 72.94(1)°, V = 1152.2(4) Å3, Z = 1; ( 2 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.770(3) Å, b = 10.118(3) Å, c = 14.258(4) Å, α = 83.72(2)°, β = 70.31(1)°, γ = 70.63(1)°, V = 1252.0(9) Å3, Z = 1. The building units are centrosymmetric tetranuclear {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}2+ and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}4+ complex cations formed by condensation of four elongated square pyramids CuN2(OH)2Lap with the apical ligands Lap = Cl, H2O, OH. The resulting [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2] core has the shape of a zigzag band of three Cu2(OH)2 squares. The cations exhibit intramolecular and intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions and the latter form 2D layers with the non‐bonded Cl anions and H2O molecules in between (bond lengths: Cu–N = 1.995–2.038 Å; Cu–O = 1.927–1.982 Å; Cu–Clap = 2.563; Cu–Oap(OH) = 2.334–2.369 Å; Cu–Oap(H2O) = 2.256 Å). The Cu…Cu distances of about 2.93 Å do not indicate direct interactions, but the strongly reduced magnetic moment of about 2.74 B.M. corresponds with only two unpaired electrons per formula unit of 1 (1.37 B.M./Cu) and obviously results from intramolecular spin couplings (χm(T‐θ) = 0.933 cm3 · mol–1 · K with θ = –0.7 K).  相似文献

The crystal structure of [3,O-didehydro-MeBmt1, Val2]cyclosporin (PSC-833; 1 ) was investigated by X-ray analysis. Data were collected from two different crystal modifications. Modification I crystallizes in P3121, a = b = 21.419 (2) Å, c = 32.101 (3) Å with one molecule in the asymmetric unit, modification II in P3221, a = b = 21.313 (2) Å, c = 62.053(3) Å with two molecules per asymmetric unit. This non-immunosuppressive analogue of cyclosporin A adopts a similar backbone conformation to that found in the crystal structure of cyclosporin A and other analogues. Three different data sets of modification I were collected using an Enraf-Nonius-CAD4 diffractometer with CuKα radiation at 20°, a Stoe-Siemens four-circle diffractometer with MoKα radiation at ? 120°, and an EMBL image-plate scanner with synchrotron radiation at 12°. The quality of the data sets was evaluated by internal consistency, independent structure solution, and refinement. The structural parameters reported here for modification I are based on the synchrotron data.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [CuII(SSC)Cl]2·CH3OH·2H2O (SSC = salicylaldehyde semicarbazone anion) was determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction method at 293 K. Crystal data for Cu2C17H24Cl2N6O7: a = 10.272(2) Å, b = 10.297(2) Å, c = 11.462(2) Å, α = 82.860(3)°, β = 78.384(3)°, γ = 81.330(2)°, triclinic, space group P1¯, Z = 2, d calc = 1.769 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.038. One N and two O atoms of SSC? occupy three coordination sites around Cu(II). The fourth site is occupied by Cl? to yield distorted square-planar environment. Two molecules of the complex form a planar dimer through intermolecular N-H?O hydrogen bonds. The most striking feature of the crystal structure is the packing of the planar dimers within the crystal. The interplanar distances between adjacent two layers are 3.280 Å, indicative of strong π-π noncovalent interactions. The methanol solvent and water molecules are included as additional components in the crystal.  相似文献

The title compound, K6.5H4.5[CeK2(SiW11O39)2]·26H2O was prepared and its structure characterized by IR and single crystal X-ray structural analysis. It belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 12.719(3) Å, b = 16.658(4) Å, c = 23.075(6) Å, α = 94.41(2)°, β = 98.90(2)°, γ = 92.40(2)°; V = 4809(2) Å?3, Z = 2, Dc = 4.344 g cm?3, μ = 27.170 mm?1, F (000) = 5519. The results show that the cerium and two potassium atoms link the two anionic units SiW11O8? 39 through O-Ce-O and O-K-O bridges and construct the double 1 : 11 series heteropolytungstate. Furthermore, cerium is coordinated to eight oxygen atoms (four Oc and four Ob) from two tetradentate SiW11O8? 39 ligands forming a square anti-prism. The coordination numbers for K1 and K2 are 8 and 7, respectively.  相似文献

There is a continuous series of solid solutions between InFeCoO4 and Fe2CoO4 which have the spinel structure at 1300°C. The crystal chemical roles of Fe3+ and Ga3+ in the present ternary systems were qualitatively compared.  相似文献

The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献

The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The Crystal Structure of SCl3[Re2Cl9] and its Relation to the RuBr3 Type SCl3[Re2Cl9] was obtained from the reaction of rhenium and SCl2 at 400 °C. The X‐ray crystal structure determination revealed a monoclinic structure, a = 834.1 pm, b = 1053.3 pm, c = 866.1 pm, β = 91.90°, space group P21/m, R1 = 0.058. The SCl3+ and Re2Cl9 ions have the known structures; the ReRe bond length in the face‐sharing bioctahedron is 272.2 pm. The crystal packing can be derived from the RuBr3 structure type, which has infinite columns of face‐sharing octahedra; one quarter of the metal atoms are removed and another quarter are replaced by sulfur atoms. The chlorine atoms form a slightly distorted hexagonal closest‐packing. The symmetry relationships are shown in a family tree of group–subgroup relations.  相似文献
