A new 1,6-hexyldiamine heptaborate, [H3N(CH2)6NH3][B7O10(OH)3] (1), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR, elemental analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a=8.042(2) Å, b=20.004(4) Å, c=10.103(2) Å, and β=90.42(3)°. The anionic [B7O10(OH)3]n2n layers are interlinked via hydrogen bonding to form a 3D supramolecular network containing large channels, in which the templated [H3N(CH2)6NH3]2+ cations are located.  相似文献

Two new vanadium squarates have been synthesized, characterized by infrared and thermal behavior and their structures determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Both structures are made of discrete, binuclear vanadium entity but in 1, [V(OH)(H2O)2(C4O4)]2·2H2O the vanadium atom is trivalent and the entity is neutral while in 2, (NH4)[(VO)2(OH)(C4O4)2(H2O)3]·3H2O, the vanadium atom is tetravalent and the entity is negatively charged, balanced by the presence of one ammonium ion. Both molecular anions are bridged by two terminal μ2 squarate ligands. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, with lattice constants a=7.5112(10) Å, b=7.5603(8) Å, c=8.2185(8) Å, α=106.904(8)°, β=94.510(10)°, γ=113.984(9)° while 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a=14.9340(15) Å, b=6.4900(9) Å, c=17.9590(19) Å and β=97.927(12)°. From the magnetic point of view, V(III) binuclear species show ferromagnetic interactions at low temperatures. However, no anomalies pointing to magnetic ordering are observed down to 2 K.  相似文献

The first open-framework metal phosphoxalate compound containing both an organic and an inorganic template in the same structure is reported. Na(H3N+CH2CH2N+H3)0.5[Co(C2O4)(HPO4)] (1) was synthesized hydrothermally via a direct metathesis reaction using the sodium salts of oxalate and phosphate in the presence of cobalt chloride and ethylenediamine dihydrochloride. The structure of 1 consists of a 3D framework built from the [Co(C2O4)]n layers connected by HPO42− group bridging two different cobalt centers between the adjacent layers. A major and a minor structural tunnels are created and occupied by the Na+ and H3N+CH2CH2NH32+ ions, respectively, in the same structure. Single-crystal X-ray crystallographic data for 1 are: monoclinic, P21/c, a=5.8189(6), b=10.235(1), c=13.066(1) Å, β=96.671(2)°, Z=4, V=772.9(1) Å3, R=3.95% and Rw=6.37%.  相似文献

A new open-framework compound, [C6H14N2][(UO2)4(HPO4)2(PO4)2(H2O)]·H2O, (DUP-1) has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. The resulting structure consists of diprotonated DABCOH22+ (C6H14N22+) cations and occluded water molecules occupying the channels of a complex uranyl phosphate three-dimensional framework. The anionic lattice contains uranophane-like sheets connected by hydrated pentagonal bipyramidal UO7 units. [C6H14N2][(UO2)4(HPO4)2(PO4)2(H2O)]·H2O possesses five crystallographically unique U centers. U(VI) is present here in both six- and seven-coordinate environments. The DABCOH22+ cations are held within the channels by hydrogen bonds to both two uranyl oxygen atoms and a μ2-O atom. Crystallographic data (193 K, Mo Kα, λ=0.71073 Å): DUP-1, monoclinic, P21/n, a=7.017(1) Å, b=21.966(4) Å, c=17.619(3) Å, β=90.198(3)°, Z=4, R(F)=4.76% for 382 parameters with 6615 reflections with I>2σ(I).  相似文献

The new U(VI) compound, [Ni(H2O)4]3[U(OH,H2O)(UO2)8O12(OH)3], was synthesized by mild hydrothermal reaction of uranyl and nickel nitrates. The crystal-structure was solved in the P-1 space group, a=8.627(2), b=10.566(2), c=12.091(4) Å and α=110.59(1), β=102.96(2), γ=105.50(1)°, R=0.0539 and wR=0.0464 from 3441 unique observed reflections and 151 parameters. The structure of the title compound is built from sheets of uranium polyhedra closely related to that in β-U3O8. Within the sheets [(UO2)(OH)O4] pentagonal bipyramids share equatorial edges to form chains, which are cross-linked by [(UO2)O4] and [UO4(H2O)(OH)] square bipyramids and through hydroxyl groups shared between [(UO2)(OH)O4] pentagonal bipyramids. The sheets are pillared by sharing the apical oxygen atoms of the [(UO2)(OH)O4] pentagonal bipyramids with the oxygen atoms of [NiO2(H2O)4] octahedral units. That builds a three-dimensional framework with water molecules pointing towards the channels. On heating [Ni(H2O)4]3[U(OH,H2O)(UO2)8O12(OH)3] decomposes into NiU3O10.  相似文献

A novel compound, [HN(C2H4)3N][(VO)2(HPO3)2(OH)(H2O)]·H2O, was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the space group C2/c and cell parameters a=11.0753(3) Å, b=17.8265(6) Å, c=16.5229(5) Å, and β=92.362(2)°. The structure of the compound consists of vanadium phosphite layers which are built up from the infinite one-dimensional chains of [(VO)(H2O)(HPO3)2]2− of octahedral VO5(H2O) and pseudo pyramidal [HPO3], and bridging binuclear fragments of [VO(OH)]2. Thermogravimetric analysis and magnetic susceptibility data for this compound are given.  相似文献

Three manganese oxalates have been hydrothermally synthesized, and their structures determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. MnC2O4·2H2O (I) is orthorhombic, P212121, , , , , Z=4, final R, Rw=0.0832, 0.1017 for 561 observed data (I>3σ(I)). The one-dimensional structure consists of chains of oxalate-bridged manganese centers. [C4H8(NH2)2][Mn2(C2O4)3] (II) is triclinic, , , , , α=81.489(2)°, β=81.045(2)°, γ=86.076(2)°, , Z=1, final R, Rw=0.0467, 0.0596 for 1773 observed data (I > 3σ (I)). The three-dimensional framework is constructed from seven coordinate manganese and oxalate anions. The material contains extra-framework diprotonated piperazine cations. Mn2(C2O4)(OH)2 (III) is monoclinic, P21/c, , , , β=91.10(3)°, , Z=1, final R1, wR2=0.0710, 0.1378 for 268 observed data (I>2σ (I)). The structure is also three dimensional, with layers of MnO6 octahedra pillared by oxalate anions. The hydroxide group is found bonded to three manganese centers resulting in a four coordinate oxygen.  相似文献

Two novel vanadium selenites {[VO(OH)(H2O)](SeO3)}4·2H2O 1 and (H3NCH2CH2NH3)[(VO)(SeO3)2] 2 were synthesized by hydrothermal method and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It is characterized by inductively coupled plasma (ICP), thermogravimetric (TG) and elemental analyses. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, a=21.2250(11) Å, b=12.6309(6) Å, c=17.0249(10) Å, β=96.830(3)°, V=4531.8(4) Å3 and Z=8, R1 [I>2σ(I)]=0.0344, wR2 [I>2σ(I)]=0.119; Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=9.6389(4) Å, b=6.9922(3) Å, c=15.0324(5) Å, β=102.297(2)°, V=989.90(7) Å3 and Z=4, R1 [I>2σ(I)]=0.0452, wR2 [I>2σ(I)]=0.117. {[VO(OH)(H2O)](SeO3)}4·2H2O has a 1D structure constructed from the {[VO(OH)(H2O)](SeO3)} chains. (H3NCH2CH2NH3)[(VO)(SeO3)2] has a layered structure composed of alternating VO5 and SeO3 units with protonated ethylenediamine as interlayer guest.  相似文献

A new sodium hydroxygallophosphate, Na3Ga4O(OH)(H2O)(PO4)4·H2O, has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. Its structure has been determined from a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. It crystallizes in the P21/c space group with the cell parameters a=9.445(2) Å, b=9.028(1) Å, c=19.209(3) Å, β=102.08(2), V=1603.4(4) Å3. Its three-dimensional framework can be described from PO4 monophosphate groups sharing their apices with original Ga4O16(OH)(H2O) tetrameric building units, which result from the assembly of one GaO4 tetrahedron, one GaO5 trigonal bipyramid and two octahedra: GaO5(OH) and GaO4(OH)(H2O). The sodium cations and one water molecule are located in tunnels running along b.  相似文献

Two new layered gallophosphates Co(en)3·Ga3P4O16·5H2O (1) and trans-Co(dien)2·Ga3P4O16·3H2O (2) have been hydrothermally synthesized using the racemic mixture of chiral metal complex Co(en)3Cl3 and Co(dien)2Cl3 as the structure-directing agent, respectively. Their structures are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by X-ray power diffraction, ICP, elemental, and TG analyses. The structures of 1 and 2 consist of vertex-linking GaO4 and PO3(=O) tetrahedral units forming macroanionic [Ga3P4O16]3− sheets with a 4.6-net. The 4.6-net is characteristic of chiral [3.3.3] propellane-like structural motifs. The sheets of 1 stack in an ABAB sequence, with a pair of enantiomers of chiral Co(en)33+ cations residing in the interlayer region. The sheets of 2 array in a helical fashion with an ABCDEF stacking sequence, with only one enantiomer of chiral Co(dien)23+ cations residing in the interlayer region. Structural elucidation of 1 and 2 reveals that there exist stereo-specific correspondence between the metal complex template and the structure of the inorganic host. A new layered indium phosphate [Co(en)3][In3(H2PO4)6(HPO4)3]·H2O (1) has been synthesized solvothermally by using a racemic mix of chiral metal complex Co(en)3Cl3 as a template. Its structure is determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, ICP, NMR and TG analyses. The inorganic layer is built up by alternation of In-centred octahedra (InO6) and P-centered tetrahedra (PO3(OH), PO2(OH)2, PO2(=O)(OH) and PO(=O)(OH)2) forming a 4.12-net. The metal complex cations locate in the interlayer region and interact with the host network through H-bonds. It is the first indium phosphate compound templated by a transition-metal complex and is isostructural with GaPO-CJ14. The first indium sulfate coordination complex, (2,2′-bipy)[In2(OH)2(H2O)](SO4)2 (2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridyl) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), the powder XRD, elemental analysis, inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), IR spectroscopy and fluorescent spectroscopy. It is noteworthy that this compound exhibits a novel two-dimensional layer structure, which is built up from two distinct motifs, a butlerite-type chain and a single 4-ring (S4R) unit. The adjacent layers are stably packed together and extended into three-dimensional supramolecular arrays via π-π stacking interactions of the 2,2′-bipy ligands. Additionally, this compound shows strong fluorescent property at room temperature, which may be assigned to ligand-centered π*-π transitions.  相似文献

Two solid-state coordination compounds of rare earth metals with glycin, [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O and [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O were synthesized. The low-temperature heat capacities of the two coordination compounds were measured with an adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range from 78 to 376 K. [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O melted at 342.90 K, while [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O melted at 328.79 K. The molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion for the two coordination compounds were determined to be 18.48 kJ mol−1 and 53.9 J K−1 mol−1 for [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O, 1.82 kJ mol−1 and 5.5 J K−1 mol−1 for [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O, respectively. Thermal decompositions of the two coordination compounds were studied through the thermogravimetry (TG). Possible mechanisms of the decompositions are discussed.  相似文献

Three new hydrated scandium selenites have been hydrothermally synthesized as single crystals and structurally and physically characterized. Sc2(SeO3)3·H2O crystallizes as a new structure type containing novel ScO7 pentagonal bipyramidal and ScO6+1 capped octahedral coordination polyhedra. Sc2(SeO3)3·3H2O contains typical ScO6 octahedra and is isostructural with its M2(SeO3)3·3H2O (M=Al, Cr, Fe, Ga) congeners. CsSc3(SeO3)4(HSeO3)2·2H2O contains near-regular ScO6 octahedra and has essentially the same structure as its indium-containing analogue. All three phases contain the expected pyramidal [SeO3]2- selenite groups. Dirubidium calcium tetraborate octahydrate, Rb2Ca[B4O5(OH)4]2·8H2O, was prepared by reaction of Rb-borate aqueous solution with CaCl2 and it's structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with unit cell parameters, Z=4, The structure contains alternate layers of [B4O5(OH)4]2− polyanions separated by water molecules and Rb, Ca cations. The isolated [B4O5(OH)4]2− is constructed from two BO3(OH) tetrahedron groups and two BO2(OH) triangular groups joined at common oxygen atoms. The two BO3(OH) tetrahedron groups are further linked by means of an oxygen bridge across the ring. The Ca2+ ion displays seven coordination, while the two non-equivalent Rb+ ions display nine and seven coordination, respectively. Infrared and Raman (4000-400 cm−1) spectra of Rb2Ca[B4O5(OH)4]2·8H2O were recorded at room temperature and analyzed. Fundamental vibrational modes were identified and band assignments were made. The dehydration of this hydrated mixed borate occurs in one step and leads to an amorphous phase which undergoes a crystallization.  相似文献

合成了稀土(钬, Ho)-氨基酸(甘氨酸, C2H5O2N)二元配合物Ho(NO3)3(C2H5O2N)4·H2O, 并且通过化学分析、元素分析和红外(IR)光谱对配合物进行了表征. 用高精度全自动绝热量热仪, 测定了该配合物在80-390 K温度区间的定压摩尔热容(Cp,m). 利用实验测定的热容数据, 采用最小二乘法, 将热容曲线上热容峰以外的两段平滑区的摩尔热容对折合温度进行拟合, 建立了热容随折合温度变化的多项式方程. 根据热容与焓、熵的热力学关系,计算出了配合物在80-390 K温度区间内,每隔5 K,相对于298.15 K的摩尔热力学函数(HT,m-H298.15,m)和(ST,m-S298.15,m). 通过热容曲线分析, 计算出了350 K附近转变过程的焓变(ΔtrsHm)和熵变(ΔtrsSm). 用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定了配合物的热稳定性.  相似文献

The FT IR and FT Raman spectra of Co(en)3Al3P4O16 · 3H2O (compound I) and [NH4]3[Co(NH3)6]3[Al2(PO4)4]2 · 2H2O (compound II) are recorded and analysed based on the vibrations of Co(en)33+, Co(NH3)63+, NH4+, Al---O---P, PO3, PO2 and H2O. The observed splitting of bands indicate that the site symmetry and correlation field effects are appreciable in both the compounds. In compound I, the overtone of CH2 deformation Fermi resonates with its symmetric stretching vibration. The NH4 ion in compound II is not free to rotate in the crystalline lattice. Hydrogen bonding of different groups is also discussed.  相似文献

A new layered inorganic-organic hybrid aluminum phosphate-oxalate [H3N(CH2)4NH3]2[Al4(C2O4)(H2PO4)2(PO4)4]·4[H2O](AlPO-CJ25) has been synthesized hydrothermally, by using 1,4-diaminobutane (DAB) as structure-directing agent. The structure has been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by IR, 31P MAS NMR, TG-DTA as well as compositional analyses. Crystal data: the triclinic space group P-1, a=8.0484(7) Å, b=8.8608(8) Å, c=13.2224(11) Å, α=80.830(6)°, β=74.965(5)°, γ=78.782(6)°, Z=2, R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.0511 and wR2(all data)=0.1423. The alternation of AlO4 tetrahedra and PO4 tetrahedra gives rise to the four-membered corner-sharing chains, which are interconnected through AlO6 octahedra to form the layered structure with 4,6-net sheet. Interestingly, oxalate ions are bis-bidentately bonded by participating in the coordination of AlO6, and bridging the adjacent AlO6 octahedra. The layers are held with each other through strong H-bondings between the terminal oxygens. The organic ammonium cations and water molecules are located in the large cavities between the interlayer regions.  相似文献

Single crystals of two cerium complexes, with mixed-ligands oxalate and glycolate, have been prepared in a closed system, at 200 °C for one month: [Ce2(H2O)3](C2O4)2.5(H3C2O3) 1 and Ce2(C2O4)(H3C2O3)42. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with , , and while 2 crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group P42/nbc, with , . For both complexes, the three-dimensional framework structure is built up by the linkages of the cerium and all the oxygen atoms of oxalate and glycolate ligands. For 2, its structure presents a nice case of two 3D identical sub-lattices, with 2-fold interpenetration. The only link between these two sub-lattices is assumed by strong hydrogen bonds between the hydroxyl function of the glycolate and the oxygen atoms of the oxalate. The schematized framework of 2, including only the cerium atoms, can be compared to that of cooperite (PtS).For 1, the two independent cerium have 9- or 10-fold coordination, forming a distorted monocapped or bicapped square antiprism polyhedron while for 2, the two independent cerium present 8-fold coordination, forming an almost regular dodecahedron. A quite relevant feature of 2 is the complete absence of water. 2 has been extended to other lanthanides (Ln=Ce…Lu, yttrium included) leading to a family, which has been characterized by infra-red and thermal analysis.  相似文献

The hydrothermal synthesis and single crystal structure of Zn3(HPO3)4·Zn(H2O)6 are reported. The structure is built-up from vertex linking ZnO4 tetrahedral and HPO3 pseudo-pyramids units, giving rise to a three-dimensional framework with large 8, 16-membered ring channels. The zincophosphite is purly inorganic with the octahedral zinc complex filled in the channel. The synthesis of system required the presence of the organic amine which is not incorporated into the structure of the product. The framework-metal complex encapsulating in the channel is the first time appeared in open-framework zincophospates and zincophosphites.
