采用水热法合成球形钛酸铋复合氧化物光催化剂,利用SEM、XRD和UV-Vis DRS等表征手段对复合氧化物的晶体结构、微观形貌和光学性能进行了分析,结果表明,制备的钛酸铋复合氧化物为10 nm的球形颗粒,具有良好的晶型结构,禁带宽度为2.7 nm,有较好的可见光吸收能力。以亚甲基蓝、甲基橙及酸性品红为目标污染物,研究了复合氧化物在可见光下的光催化降解有机污染物的性能,并对光催化降解机理进行了探讨。结果表明,在可见光照射下,该复合氧化物对酸性品红降解效果明显优于亚甲基蓝和甲基橙,光照150 min下,降解率可达91%。  相似文献

研究了用一步水热法制备的不同形貌的钛酸铋(Bi4Ti3O12, BIT)粒子的光学和可见光催化性能, 并对其晶体结构和微观结构用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)等手段进行了表征. XRD结果表明, 所制备的BIT 样品为层状钙钛矿结构. FESEM结果表明, 通过控制水热过程的反应参数可以得到不同形貌的纳米粒子. 紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表明BIT 样品的带隙能约为2.88-2.93 eV. 利用可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下的甲基橙(MO)降解实验评价了BIT 样品的光催化性能. 结果表明, BIT 的光催化活性比掺氮TiO2 (N-TiO2)高得多. 研究了形貌对BIT 光催化性能的影响. 所制备的BIT纳米带光催化效率最高, 经可见光照射360 min, 甲基橙溶液的降解率可达到95.0%.  相似文献

A new sol-gel synthesis procedure of stable calcium copper titanate (CaCu3Ti4O12—CCTO) precursor sols for the fabrication of porous films was developed. The composition of the sol was selected in order to avoid the precipitation of undesired phases; ethanol was used as solvent, acetic acid as modifier and poly(ethyleneglycol) as a linker agent. Films deposited by spin-coating onto oxidized silicon substrates were annealed at 700 °C. The main phase present in the samples, as detected by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, was CaCu3Ti4O12. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that mesoporous structures, with thicknesses between 200 and 400 nm, were developed as a result of the processing conditions. The films were tested regarding their sensibility towards oxygen and nitrogen at atmospheric pressure using working temperatures from 200 to 290 °C. The samples exhibited n-type conductivity, high sensitivity and short response times. These characteristics indicate that CCTO mesoporous structures obtained by sol-gel are suitable for application in gas sensing.  相似文献

A relatively simple galvanostatic method was used for the evaluation on the average chemical diffusion coefficient of lithium-ion in spinel Li4Ti5O12 prepared by solid-state reaction technique. The diffusion coefficient of lithium-ion was estimated to be 2.8×10-13 cm2·s-1 and 1.3×10-13 cm2·s-1 for charge and discharge, respectively.  相似文献

首次采用电纺丝技术结合高温退火成功地构置了含尖晶石Li4Ti5O12的纳米纤维丝三维(3D)网状结构,并测量了三维电池的充放电性能。X射线衍射谱(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电池循环性能测试等方法表征纤维丝3D结构和电化学性能。研究结果表明了Li4Ti5O12纳米丝的零应变特性、构建的3D阵列的结构稳定性和在大电流密度下较好的充放电性能。显示了Li4Ti5O12可作为3D电池的电极材料。  相似文献

The compound previously reported as Ba2Ti2B2O9 has been reformulated as Ba3Ti3B2O12, or Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2, a new barium titanium oxoborate. Small single crystals have been recovered from a melt with a composition of BaTiO3:BaTiB2O6 (molar ratio) cooled between 1100°C and 850°C. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction: hexagonal system, non-centrosymmetric space group, a=8.7377(11) Å, c=3.9147(8) Å, Z=1, wR(F2)=0.039 for 504 unique reflections. Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2 is isostructural with K3Ta3O6(BO3)2. Preliminary measurements of nonlinear optical properties on microcrystalline samples show that the second harmonic generation efficiency of Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2 is equal to 95% of that of LiNbO3.  相似文献

Using the radio frequency magnetron sputtering, CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) thin films were deposited on platinized silicon substrates. The influence of annealing temperature on structures and morphologies of the thin films was investigated. The high annealing temperature increased the crystallinity of the films. Temperature dependence of the dielectric constant revealed an amazing different characteristic of the dielectric relaxation at ∼10 MHz, whose characteristic frequency abnormally increased with the decrease of the measuring temperature unlike the relaxations due to extrinsic origins. Meanwhile, the dielectric constant at high frequencies was close to the value derived from the first principle calculation. All these gave the evidences to ascribe this relaxation to the intrinsic mechanism.  相似文献

Li4Ti5O12 nanoparticles were precipitated from ethylene glycol solution of titanium tetra isopropoxide (Ti(O-iPr)4) and Li2O2 by refluxing at 197 °C for 12 h. The obtained particles were filtered and dried at 100 °C for 12 h, and the dried powder samples were heated at 320, 500 and 800 °C for 3 h. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the obtained samples exhibited a good fit with the spinel phase. The field emission-SEM images of the dried powder sample and the samples heated at 320, 500 and 800 °C for 3 h showed a uniform spherical morphology with a particle size of 5, 8, 10 and 400 nm, respectively. According to the results of electrochemical testing, the dried powder sample and the samples heated at 320, 500, and 800 °C for 3 h showed initial capacities of 200, 310, 320, and 260 mA h/g, respectively, at a current density of 0.05 mA/cm2. Nanosized (6–8 nm) particles with good crystallinity were obtained by controlling the synthesis conditions. The sample heated at 500 °C for 3 h exhibited a high capacity and an excellent rate capability over 60 cycles.  相似文献

Li4Ti5O12溶胶-凝胶法合成及其机理研究   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
The precursors of Li4Ti5O12 were prepared from tetrabutyl titanate and lithium acetate by sol-gel process. The Li4Ti5O12 samples were synthesized by calcining the gel precursors at 400~900 ℃ in air for 6~20 h. Its reaction mechanism was investigated by infrared spectroscopy(IR), thermogravimetry(TG) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The effects of sinter-temperature, calcination-time and thermal-treatment for the products were discussed. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the single-phase products were obtained by calcining the gel precursors at 800 ℃ in air for 20 h, the sinter-temperature was lower than that of solid-state method, the particles were narrowly distributed, well crystallized with a size range from 0.3μm to 0.5 μm.  相似文献

采用固相法合成了尖晶石型LiMn2O4,并通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同物质的量的百分比含量Li4Ti5O12包覆的正极材料。X-射线衍射和扫描电镜结果表明,Li4Ti5O12微粒包覆在LiMn2O4的表面没有产生晶体结构的变化。实验电池在室温下,以1C,2C和5C倍率作充放电循环测试;结果表明,与未包覆的LiMn2O4相比,表面包覆Li4Ti5O12微粒的正极材料在高倍率下具有更好的循环稳定性。  相似文献

以CaCO3,CuO,TiO2,La2O3为反应物,NaCl,KCl为熔盐,通过熔盐法分别在700、750、800、850℃条件下合成Ca0.9La0.2/3Cu3Ti4O12陶瓷粉体。利用XRD和SEM分别对陶瓷粉体的物相结构和微观形貌进行了分析,并对其介电性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,随着合成温度的升高,陶瓷粉体的钙钛矿相含量逐渐增大,与传统固相法相比,熔盐法制备的粉体无团聚现象,耗时少。Ca0.9La0.2/3Cu3Ti4O12粉体制备的陶瓷在1 000℃烧结、测试频率在100 Hz~10 kHz时,获得优良的介电性能:介电常数大大超过104,介电损耗在0.1~0.47之间。  相似文献

采用水热合成法制备了Co3O4及复合Ag/Co3O4、CuO/Co3O4一维纳米产品。用XRD,FE-SEM和TEM手段对产品进行了表征。采用循环伏安法研究了合成产品修饰的玻碳电极在碱性溶液中对对硝基苯酚的电催化还原性能。与裸玻碳电极相比,1mmol·L-1的对硝基苯酚在用Co3O4、特别是CuO/Co3O4修饰的玻碳电极上还原的峰电流明显增大,用Ag/Co3O4(Ag/Co原子比分别为1∶5和2∶5)修饰的玻碳电极催化还原对硝基苯酚时,尽管还原峰电流增大不是太大,但其峰电位明显降低(分别降低0.265和0.371V)。  相似文献

The paper presents a new data on the crystal structure, thermal expansion and IR spectra of Bi3B5O12. The Bi3B5O12 single crystals were grown from the melt of the same stoichiometry by Czochralski technique. The crystal structure of Bi3B5O12 was refined in anisotropic approximation using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. It is orthorhombic, Pnma, a=6.530(4), b=7.726(5), c=18.578(5) Å, V=937.2(5) Å3, Z=4, R=3.45%. Bi3+ atoms have irregular coordination polyhedra, Bi(1)O6 (d(B-O)=2.09-2.75 Å) and Bi(2)O7 (d(B-O)=2.108-2.804 Å). Taking into account the shortest bonds only, these polyhedra are considered here as trigonal Bi(1)O3 (2.09-2.20 Å) and tetragonal Bi(2)O4 (2.108-2.331 Å) irregular pyramids with Bi atoms in the tops of both pyramids. The BiO4 polyhedra form zigzag chains along b-axis. These chains alternate with isolated anions [B2IVB3IIIO11]7− through the common oxygen atoms to form thick layers extended in ab plane. A perfect cleavage of the compound corresponds to these layers and an imperfect one is parallel to the Bi-O chains. The Bi3B5O12 thermal expansion is sharply anisotropic (α11α22=12, α33=3×10−6 °C−1) likely due to a straightening of the flexible zigzag chains along b-axis and decreasing of their zigzag along c-axis. Thus the properties like cleavage and thermal expansion correlate to these chains.  相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,采用自组装单层膜技术,在负载有功能化三氯十八烷基硅烷(octadecyl-trichloro-silane,OTS)的FTO基板上制备了Bi2Ti2O7薄膜。基板表面的亲水性测试表明,紫外照射使OTS自组装单层膜表面由疏水转变为亲水,实现功能化。借助X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析分别对Bi2Ti2O7薄膜的组成、结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,沉积溶液浓度为0.02 mol·L-1时,所得Bi2Ti2O7薄膜均匀致密。560℃热处理1 h、厚度为0.4μm的Bi2Ti2O7薄膜在100 kHz的介电常数为153,介电损耗为0.089。  相似文献

Nanoparticles of the Aurivillius phase La-substituted BTO (Bi4−xLaxTi3O12, with x=0.75) were obtained through a chemical lithiation process. They have been characterised by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (diffraction and imaging at high resolution). The defect-free particles are platelet-shaped with the c large axis perpendicular to the plane. From high-resolution images, it is clear that the delamination process occurs at the level of the (Bi2O2)2+ intermediate layer and is destructive for this layer. The smallest thickness measured corresponds to one cell parameter (3.3 nm) but a large range of thicknesses have been observed: this suggests that the lithium insertion does not take place in all (Bi2O2)2+ layers, despite a large excess of lithium and a long reaction time. This is confirmed by ICP analysis, which leads to a formula Li0.99Bi3.25La0.77Ti3.00O12 for the lithiated compound. This behaviour towards lithium intercalation differs from those observed with BTO in literature, where lithium insertion is reported as occurring in every (Bi2O2)2+ layer. Possible explanations for this difference are advanced based on microstructural and structural considerations.  相似文献

用钛酸纳米管和LiOH溶液进行离子交换法得到了水合钛酸锂前驱体,进而在不同温度热处理制备了Li4Ti5O12。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热分析(TG-DSC)和恒电流充放电测试对反应产物进行了研究。结果表明所得前驱体在500~700℃热处理可得到纳米结构的纯相Li4Ti5O12。所得Li4Ti5O12的可逆容量约为160mAh·g-1,循环稳定性随热处理温度的提高而增强,并因具有较短的锂离子扩散距离表现出极佳的倍率性能,在1600mA·g-1(约10C)的电流密度下放电下还保持140mAh·g-1的容量。  相似文献

Powder samples of the Cr6+-containing compound Bi6Cr2O15 were prepared by solid state reaction of Bi2O3 and Cr2O3 in air at 650°C. The structure was solved and refined using high-resolution neutron powder diffraction data in space group Ccc2, with anisotropic thermal displacement parameters a=12.30184(5), b=19.87492(7), and c=5.88162(2) Å, V=1438.0 Å3, and 126 variables to RF=1.8%. Bi6Cr2O15 exhibits a new structure type that contains (Bi12O14)8n+n columns, of the kind previously found only for phases isotypic with Bi13Mo4VO34. Each column is surrounded by eight CrO2−4 tetrahedra. The ionic conductivity of Bi6Cr2O15 was determined by impedance measurements to be 3.5×10−5 (Ω cm)−1 at 600°C.  相似文献
