利用密度泛函理论系统研究了O2与CO在CeO2(110)表面的吸附反应行为. 研究表明, O2在洁净的CeO2(110)表面吸附热力学不利, 而在氧空位表面为强化学吸附, O2分子被活化, 可能是重要的氧化反应物种. CO在洁净的CeO2(110)表面有化学吸附与物理吸附两种构型, 前者形成二齿碳酸盐物种, 后者与表面仅存在弱的相互作用. 在氧空位表面, CO可分子吸附或形成碳酸盐物种, 相应吸附能均较低. 当表面氧空位吸附O2后(O2/Ov), CO可吸附生成碳酸盐或直接生成CO2, 与原位红外光谱结果相一致. 过渡态计算发现,O2/Ov/CeO2(110)表面的三齿碳酸盐物种经两齿、单齿过渡态脱附生成CO2. 利用扩展休克尔分子轨道理论分析了典型吸附构型的电子结构, 说明表面碳酸盐物种三个氧原子电子存在离域作用, 物理吸附的CO及生成的CO2电子结构与相应自由分子相似.  相似文献

Quantum chemistry calculations predict that besides the reported single metal anion Pt, Ni can also mediate the co-conversion of CO2 and CH4 to form [CH3−M(CO2)−H] complex, followed by transformation to C−C coupling product [H3CCOO−M−H] ( A ), hydrogenation products [H3C−M−OCOH] ( B ) and [H3C−M−COOH]. For Pd, a fourth product channel leading to PdCO2…CH4 becomes more competitive. For Ni, the feed order must be CO2 first, as the weaker donor-acceptor interaction between Ni and CH4 increases the C−H activation barrier, which is reduced by [Ni−CO2]. For Ni/Pt, the highly exothermic products A and B are similarly stable with submerged barrier that favors B . The smaller barrier difference between A and B for Ni suggests the C−C coupling product is more competitive in the presence of Ni than Pt. The charge redistribution from M is the driving force for product B channel. This study adds our understanding of single atomic anions to activate CH4 and CO2 simultaneously.  相似文献

采用混合密度泛函B3LYP方法, 在LANL2DZ水平上优化间硝基苯基吡咯酰胺(NPC)及其卤素阴离子复合物的几何构型, 从几何结构参数、电荷布居、前线轨道、结合能以及热力学参数等角度探讨复合物形成过程中主体分子的构象变化以及主客体间的超分子作用. 研究结果表明, 吡咯酰胺主体分子识别卤素阴离子是一个自发过程. 识别过程包括阴离子诱导下主体分子构象转变和“活性”构象与阴离子形成氢键两个步骤. 计算表明主体分子复合阴离子过程中, 两者的前线轨道发生作用, 电子容易从卤素阴离子的HOMO向主体分子的LUMO转移. 在所形成的四种复合物NPC-X (X=F, Cl, Br, I)中, 以NPC-F最稳定, 与文献报道吡咯酰胺主体分子识别卤素阴离子能力的实验结果相一致.  相似文献

采用量子化学中的密度泛函理论B3LYP方法,在6-311+G(3df)水平上,全优化得到了S2ClF线型和分叉型2种异构体的平衡结构,同时对可能发生的分子内卤素原子迁移反应的过渡态进行了考察。计算结果表明,从能量角度看,线型的ClSSF为稳定构型,热力学和动力学计算表明,无论是F原子迁移还是Cl原子迁移,分子内的原子迁移需要较高的活化能,并且速度很慢。  相似文献

CO2电化学还原反应可以将CO2转化为燃料并同时实现再生能源的有效存储. 目前纳米结构的多相催化剂已经广泛应用于此反应,其中碳负载钯纳米粒子(Pd/C)表现出优异的CO2电化学还原性能. 本工作研究了钯载量对于Pd/C催化剂结构以及其催化CO2还原生成CO反应活性和选择性的影响. 不同载量的Pd/C催化剂通过液相还原方法制备,钯纳米粒子均匀地分散在碳载体上,载量并没有明显改变对纳米粒子的粒径. 在优选的电解质(0.1 mol·L-1 KHCO3)中,CO法拉第效率与载量呈现火山型曲线关系,-0.89 V时载量为20wt%的Pd/C催化剂达到最高的CO法拉第效率(91.2%). 生成CO的几何电流密度随着钯载量的增加而增加,但CO转换频率具有相反的趋势,载量为2.5wt%的Pd/C催化剂具有最高的转换频率. 这种载量对CO2电化学还原反应活性和选择性的影响主要由活性位的数量、反应动力学、中间物种的稳定性以及反应物、中间物种和产物的传质过程等共同决定.  相似文献

采用密度泛函B3LYP方法, 在6\|31G*/LANL2DZ水平上对杯[4]二吡咯主体分子及其与卤素阴离子形成的复合物进行研究.  结果表明, 杯[4]二吡咯可与卤素阴离子相互作用形成具有较高对称性的复合物, 其8个吡咯NH基团上的H原子均可以和卤素阴离子形成氢键; 杯[4]二吡咯与卤素阴离子结合能力大小的顺序为F- >Cl- >Br- > I-.  振动光谱、 电荷分布以及前线轨道计算结果表明, 杯[4]二吡咯与卤素阴离子相互作用的本质为氢键, 经BSSE校正的结合能与电荷转移程度、 N-H键键长和N-H伸缩振动频率变化呈线性关系.   相似文献

We applied periodic density-functional theory to investigate the adsorption of C2H2 on the Cu/Pt bimetallic and monometallic surfaces, including Cu-Pt-Pt and Pt-Cu-Pt representing the monolayer Cu on the Pt surface and subsurface Cu in the Pt surface, respectively. For the Pt(111) and Pt-Cu-Pt surfaces, C2H2 is preferentially a 3-fold "parallel-bridge" configuration, and a "μ-bridge" structure exists above the Cu(111) and Cu-Pt-Pt surfaces. The adsorption energy of C2H2 on these surfaces decreases in the order Pt(111) > Cu-Pt-Pt > Pt-Cu-Pt > Cu(111). The analysis of density of states, charge, and vibrational frequencies showed obviously weakening of the adsorbed C-C bond and high sp2 character on the carbon atom. Furthermore, when the top-layer compositions are equal, the nearer the EF d-band center is, the larger the C2H2 adsorption energy will be.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)对离子液体1-乙胺基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([NH2e-mim][BF4])吸收CO_2的反应机理进行了研究.在B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)计算水平下,对离子液体[NH2e-mim][BF4]的结构及与CO_2反应的中间体、过渡态和产物进行了全优化,获得了优化结构的构型参数、振动频率和热力学数据.利用自然键轨道(NBO)分析了离子液体[NH2e-mim][BF4]和CO_2的自然电荷布居.计算结果表明,通过阳离子[NH2e-mim]+自偶解离产生的阳离子[NH3e-mim]2+能与阴离子[BF4]-结合形成更强的离子键.根据反应吉布斯自由能变(ΔG0—)和焓变(ΔH0—)的计算结果,判断离子液体[NH2e-mim][BF4]吸收CO_2按理论摩尔比2∶1分步进行反应,吸收过程中质子的转移需克服52.51 k J/mol的能垒.  相似文献

Transition-metal catalyzed coupling to form C−N bonds is significant in chemical science. However, the inert nature of N2 and CO2 renders their coupling quite challenging. Herein, we report the activation of dinitrogen in the mild plasma atmosphere by the gas-phase monometallic YB1–4 anions and further coupling of CO2 to form C−N bonds by using mass spectrometry and theoretical calculation. The observed product anions are NCNBO and N(BO)2, accompanied by the formation of neutral products YO and YB0–2NC, respectively. We can tune the reactivity and the type of products by manipulating the number of B atoms. The B atoms in YB1–4N2 act as electron donors in CO2 reduction reactions, and the carbon atom originating from CO2 serves as an electron reservoir. This is the first example of gas-phase monometallic anions, which are capable to realize the functionalization of N2 with CO2 through C−N bond formation and N−N and C−O bond cleavage.  相似文献

It is of great significance to reveal the detailed mechanism of neighboring effects between monomers, as they could not only affect the intermediate bonding but also change the reaction pathway. This paper describes the electronic effect between neighboring Zn/Co monomers effectively promoting CO2 electroreduction to CO. Zn and Co atoms coordinated on N doped carbon (ZnCoNC) show a CO faradaic efficiency of 93.2 % at ?0.5 V versus RHE during a 30‐hours test. Extended X‐ray absorption fine structure measurements (EXAFS) indicated no direct metal–metal bonding and X‐ray absorption near‐edge structure (XANES) showed the electronic effect between Zn/Co monomers. In situ attenuated total reflection‐infrared spectroscopy (ATR‐IR) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations further revealed that the electronic effect between Zn/Co enhanced the *COOH intermediate bonding on Zn sites and thus promoted CO production. This work could act as a promising way to reveal the mechanism of neighboring monomers and to influence catalysis.  相似文献

电催化还原二氧化碳制备乙烯是备受关注的热点问题,高效催化剂的制备是决定乙烯产率的关键因素。本文在1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑氯的水溶液(OmimCl : H2O = 1 : 5,体积比)中通过电剥离石墨棒制备了1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑功能化石墨片(ILGS),在水溶液中负载氧化亚铜后得到氧化亚铜/1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑功能化石墨片复合材料(Cu2O/ILGS),通过透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱、拉曼光谱和X射线衍射对其组成和结构进行了系统研究,发现ILGS由多层石墨烯组成,表面富含缺陷。这些缺陷被1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑通过共价键修饰,形成类似鸟巢状的微结构,平均直径5 nm的Cu2O纳米颗粒在石墨片表面均匀分散。在0.1 mol∙L−1碳酸氢钾水溶液中,研究了Cu2O/ILGS在不同电压下催化CO2电还原的性能。结果表明,Cu2O是主要活性中心并在CO2还原过程中被逐渐还原成铜,导致产物的法拉第效率随着反应时间而变,在−1.3 V (vs RHE)电压下,乙烯的法拉第效率最高达到14.8%,其性能归因于Cu2O/ILGS复合材料中的鸟巢状微结构对Cu2O纳米颗粒的稳定作用。  相似文献

Considering the pivotal role of ammonia in the modern chemical industry, designing effective catalysts for the N2-to-NH3 conversion stimulates great research enthusiasms. In this work, by means of density functional theory calculations, we systematically investigated the electrocatalysis of six-coordinated transition metal atom anchored graphene for nitrogen fixation. The free energy analysis shows that the ZrN6 configuration has a good activity toward ammonia synthesis under overpotential of 0.51 V. According to the electron transfer analysis, ZrN6 site plays a bridging role in charge transfer between the functional graphene and the reactant. Furthermore, the presence of N6 coordination increases the electron accumulation on the NNHx intermediates, which weakens the intermolecular N−N bond, reducing the thermodynamic barrier of protonation process. This work provides a basic understanding of the interaction between transition metal and the adjacent coordination in tuning the reactivity.  相似文献

Cu2O is an attractive catalyst for the selective reduction of CO2 to methanol. However, the mechanism of the reaction and the role of the Cu species in different oxidation states are not well understood yet. In this work, by first-principles calculations, we investigate the mechanism of the reaction on the Cu2O(110) surface, which is the most selective for methanol, in different degrees of reduction: ideal surface, slightly reduced surface (SRS), and partially reduced surface (PRS). The most favorable reaction pathways on the three surfaces were identified. We found that Cu(I) on the ideal surface is not capable of chemisorbing CO2, but surface oxygen serves as the active site which selectively converts CO2 to CH3OH with a limiting potential of −0.77 V. The Cu(0) on the SRS and PRS promotes the adsorption and reduction of CO2, while the removal of the residue O* becomes potential/rate limiting with a more negative limiting potential than the ideal surface. The SRS is selective to methanol while the PRS becomes selective to methane. The result suggests that the key to high methanol selectivity is to avoid the reduction of Cu(I), which provides a new strategy for the design of more efficient catalysts for selective CO2 reduction to methanol.  相似文献

Density functional theory was used at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory to study the hydrates of 2NH3:H2SO4:nH2O for n = 0~4. Neutrals of the most stable clusters, when n = 0 and 1, spontaneously formed and were determined to be hydrogen-bonded molecular complexes of monomeric species. Double ions (clusters containing a NH4+ cation and a HSO4- anion) or even ternary ions (clusters with two NH4+ cations and one SO42- anion) spontaneously formed in the most stable clusters of 2NH3:H2SO4:nH2O (n = 2, 3, 4). The energetics of binding and incremental association was also calculated. Double ions are not energetically favorable until 2NH3:H2SO4:2H2O because of the about equal free energies for forming the neutral (the most stable) and double ion (the second stable) isomers. The free energy of incremental association from free H2O and 2NH3:H2SO4:nH2O has a maximum at n = 2 at room temperature with ΔG ≈ -2 kcal/mol. The comparison of incremental association energies between 2NH3:H2SO4:nH2O, NH3:H2SO4:nH2O and H2SO4:nH2O clusters revealed that NH3 plays an important role in the atmospheric particle nucleation.  相似文献

Calorimetric and computational investigation on the interaction of TiCl4 with some Lewis bases (esters and ethers) is presented. The bases were chosen for their relevance in heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta polymerization of propene. Comparison of the theoretical data with the calorimetric data indicates that calculations consistently underestimate the experimental binding energies. In light of this consistency, we propose that an empirical correction term added to the theoretical binding energies could represent an empirical solution for the prediction of the TiCl4/donor binding energies with reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

通过交替微波法制备了PdxNi/C(x=1~4)催化剂,并对其形貌、结构及电化学性能进行了表征.结果表明,通过在Pd中掺杂Ni原子,其对氧还原反应(ORR)的催化活性较纯Pd的高.同时采用密度泛函理论(DFT)计算了一系列简化的团簇模型.计算结果表明,随着Ni的加入,纳米颗粒的最高占据轨道(HOMO)与最低空轨道(LUMO)能级增加,且两能级间隙(HLG)减小.因此在ORR中,一方面由于LUMO被抬高,降低了电子亲和能,带负电的催化剂颗粒更易将电子传递给O2,另一方面由于HLG减小,电中性颗粒HOMO上的电子也容易失去.这两方面的作用使其对O2还原活性得以增强.Fukui指数结合DFT方法和Mulliken布居分析指出,表面的Pd原子为催化剂团簇的活性中心.  相似文献

 采用密度泛函理论探讨了 2-氯噻吩分子在 Rh(111) 表面上吸附行为. 结果表明, 平行的 hol 位及 bridge 位上的吸附最稳定. 吸附后, 2-氯噻吩键长发生明显变化, 分子平面被扭曲, 分子中 C–H(Cl, S) 相对于金属表面倾斜上翘. 垂直吸附模式不如平行吸附模式稳定, 但吸附后噻吩环未发生变形. hol 及 bridge 吸附模式下 2-氯噻吩的芳香性已遭破坏, 噻吩环上的碳原子呈现准 sp3 杂化. 在平行的 hol 位吸附后, 2-氯噻吩环累计得到 0.77 个电子, 而 Rh(111) 表面累计失去 1.19 个电子.  相似文献
