A novel one-step sample preparation technique called ultrasound-assisted matrix solid-phase dispersive liquid extraction was developed. After sample matrices being dispersed, target analytes were extracted into acid solutions and fat and lipin were dissolved in n-hexane while the interfering components were retained by dispersing sorbent. The extraction process could be rapidly accomplished within 9 min with high sample throughput under the synergistic effects of vibration, ultrasound action and heating. The extraction efficiency of approach was demonstrated for the determination of intermediates in commercial hair dyes with ion chromatography. Linearity ranges of 0.2–100 mg L−1 and detection limits varying from 0.019 to 0.048 mg L−1 were achieved. The recoveries ranged from 85.7 to 107.0% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.31–3.7%. These results showed that the method was simple, time-saving, reliable and suitable for the routine analysis of intermediates in large numbers of hair dyes.  相似文献

Herein, a covalent organic framework, which was fabricated at room temperature by using 1,3,5-tris(p-formylphenyl) benzene and 1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene as building blocks, was employed as an adsorbent for solid-phase extraction of dyes including congo red, methyl blue and direct red 80 for the first time. The prepared covalent organic framework was properly characterized by different techniques and the results revealed that it had a uniform spherical structure, high crystallinity, satisfactory surface area, and good thermal stability. Moreover, the adsorption performance of the material was explored by using static and dynamic adsorption experiments and the results indicated that the material showed good adsorption capacities for three dyes with adsorption capacities in the range of 55.25–284.10 mg/g and the adsorption equilibrium can be achieved in 15 min. Further, to achieve the best adsorption effects of the material, the influence parameters such as pH, ionic strength, type of desorption solvent, and the material dosage in the solid-phase extraction column, were optimized in turn. Finally, under optimal conditions, the solid-phase extraction coupled with HPLC was applied to the analysis of dyes in food and water samples. The recoveries of dyes in actual samples were satisfactory, revealing the unique applicability of the material in the sample pretreatment field.  相似文献

A new approach applying a pet fish air pump is introduced to develop an extraction method, namely, air‐pump‐enhanced emulsion, followed by salt‐assisted emulsion breaking based on solidified floating organic drop microextraction for the extraction and preconcentration of Sudan I–IV before high‐performance liquid chromatography. The applicability of this method was successfully demonstrated by determination of these dyes in four chili products that include chili powder, chili oil, chili sauce, and chili paste. An enrichment factor of 62 was obtained only with a sample solution of 5 mL. A linear range of 0.5–2500 ng/mL was obtained with a limit of detection of 0.16–0.24 ng/mL and recovery of 90–110%. This method is superior to other liquid–liquid extraction methods, as is simple, rapid, environmental friendly, and its phase separation needs no centrifugation. It also needs no disperser solvent and requires less organic solvent, and satisfies the criteria to be called as a green extraction. Therefore, this facile extraction method can be successfully applied in the determination of Sudan dyes in food samples.  相似文献

A CPE-HPLC (UV) method was developed for the determination of Sudan (I-IV) dyes, non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 was used to extract and preconcentrate Sudan dyes from chilli powder prior to their determination by HPLC-UV. The separation and determination of Sudan dyes was then carried out in the HPLC-UV system with isocratic elution, and the detector was set at 500 nm. The parameters and variables that affect the extraction were investigated. Under optimum conditions: 3% of Triton X-100 (W/V), 10% of Na2CO3 (W/V), heat-assisted at 70 °C for 30 min. Recoveries of the Sudan dyes ranged from 80.70% to 85.45% in chilli powder by CPE method, with all the relative standard deviations of less than 3%. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were in the range of 2.0-4.0 and 7.0-12.0 μg kg−1 in chilli powder, respectively.  相似文献

Anion-exchange solid-phase extraction accompanied with high-performance liquid chromatography has been developed for the determination of six kinds of aminopolycarboxylic acids (APCAs) in river water [N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetate (HEDTA), ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA), 1,3-propanediaminetetraacetate (PDTA), diethylenetriaminepentaacetate (DTPA), 1,2-propanediaminetetraacetate (MeEDTA), and O,O′-bis(2-aminoethyl)ethyleneglycoltetraacetate (GEDTA)]. The enrichment of APCAs using an anion-exchange cartridge was successfully done by the removal of anions, which competed with APCAs in anion-exchange processes. Barium chloride solution was added to river water and the mixture was passed through On Guard II Ag and H cartridges and then a Bond Elut Jr.SAX cartridge to enrich APCAs. After elution, APCAs were analyzed on two reversed phase C30 columns connected in series and detected with ultraviolet detection. The enrichment using solid-phase extraction permitted the determination of APCAs in river water at concentrations as low as 1 nM. Good recoveries (83–111%) were obtained for each APCA by the standard addition method on three river water samples with high accuracy (RSD 1.8–9.5%). Applying this method, two kinds of APCAs, EDTA and DTPA, were determined in samples from the Oyabe and Senbo Rivers in Japan.  相似文献

The sulfhydryl-functionalised core-shell Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2–RSH MNPs)-based dispersive solid-phase extraction method was developed. The goal of this method is the extraction of mercury species from natural water samples. An interesting aspect of the method is that, thanks to the spontaneously aggregate, the MNPs with a sub-30-nm-size range could be fast and efficiently extracted by 0.45 μm pore size mixed cellulose esters membrane filter. Thus, the elution step can be conducted by passing small amounts eluent through the MNPs on the membrane. It is also found that addition of Ag+ to water sample could improve the elution efficiency, and furthermore, minimises the matrix effects during the extraction of mercury species from natural water samples. The feasibility of the method was studied, and extraction efficiency was evaluated. The results showed that, calculated at 5 ng/L spiked concentration levels, absolute recoveries were 89.4%, 91.9% and 64.2%, and enrichment factors (EFs) were 596, 613 and 428, for inorganic mercury, methylmercury and ethylmercury, respectively. The high EFs were achieved in 5 min of overall extraction time. The method was applied to groundwater and river water samples. The results showed that its suitability for use in fast extracting trace levels of mercury species from natural water samples.  相似文献

A poly(butyl methacrylate‐co‐ethylene dimethacrylate) monolithic column was fabricated and used as a novel sorbent for online solid‐phase extraction coupled to liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry for the simultaneous determination of Sudan I–IV in chili pepper powder. The prepared columns were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption‐desorption, and pressure drop measurements. Online solid‐phase extraction was performed on the synthesized monolithic column using 10 mM ammonium acetate solution as the loading solution with the aid of an online cleanup chromatography system. The desorption of Sudan I–IV was achieved with acetonitrile as the eluting solution at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. The extracted analytes were subsequently eluted into a C18 analytical column for chromatographic separation using a mixture of 10% acetonitrile/90% formic acid (0.5%) solution as the mobile phase. Under the optimized conditions, the developed method had linear range of 1.0–50 μg/kg, a detection limit of 0.3 μg/kg, and a quantification limit of 1.0 μg/kg for each analyte. The intraday and interday recoveries of Sudan I–IV in chili pepper powder samples ranged from 94.8 to 100.9% and 94.9 to 99.4%, respectively. The intraday and interday precision were between 3.37–7.01% and 5.01–7.68%, respectively.  相似文献

建立了血液样品中4种苏丹染料(苏丹Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ)的固相萃取-超快速液相色谱-串联质谱(UFLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品经乙腈涡旋振荡提取,上清液加等体积水稀释混匀后移入C18固相萃取小柱净化,采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)以0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液和0.1%(v/v)甲酸乙腈溶液为流动相梯度洗脱分离,电喷雾电离(ESI)正离子多反应监测模式进行定量分析。讨论了苏丹Ⅲ和苏丹Ⅳ的偶氮基团E-Z光学异构现象,并对影响因素进行了分析。结果4种苏丹染料在0.1~20.0 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;在低、中、高3个加标水平的平均回收率为93.0%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为4.8%~9.5%;方法的检出限(LOD)为0.06 μg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.2 μg/L。本方法准确、快速、灵敏,可用于血液样品中苏丹类染料的检测分析。  相似文献

The establishment of an immunoaffinity chromatography (IAC) for simultaneously selective extraction of four illegal colorants Sudan dyes (Sudan I, II, II and IV) from food samples was described. The IAC column was constructed by covalently coupling monoclonal antibody (mAb) against Sudan I to CNBr-activated Sepharose 4B and packed into a common solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridge. It was observed that IAC column was able to separately capture Sudan I, II, III and IV with maximum capacity of 295, 156, 184 and 173ng, respectively. The extraction conditions including loading, washing and eluting solutions were carefully optimized. Under optimal conditions, the extraction recoveries of the IAC column for Sudan I-IV at two different spiked concentrations were within 95.3-106.9%. After 50 times repeated usage, 64% of the maximum capacity was still remained. Six food samples randomly collected from local supermarket without spiking Sudan dyes were extracted with IAC column and detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). It was found that there was no detectable Sudan II, III and IV in all six food samples, but Sudan I with the content of 2.7-134.5ngg(-1) was detected in three food samples. To further verify the extraction efficiency, other three negative samples were spiked with Sudan I-IV at the concentrations of 20ngg(-1) and 50ngg(-1), which were then extracted with IAC column. The extraction recoveries and relative standard deviation (RSD) were 68.6-96.0% and 4.8-15.2%, respectively, demonstrating the feasibility of the prepared IAC column for Sudan dyes extraction.  相似文献

A novel molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized with attapulgite employed as matrix, which is simple and time-saving. In this method, sudan I was chosen as template molecule, 2-vinylpyridine as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linking agent, respectively. The imprinted polymer was characterized by the infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Then the selectivity experiments were performed on sudan dyes and the recognition coefficients for sudan I, sudan II, sudan III and sudan IV were 2.9, 1.9, 1.9 and 2.3, respectively. As the packing material of solid-phase extraction, the imprinted polymer has been applied to on-line concentration of the four sudan dyes in samples from Yellow River water, tomato sauce and sausage. The corresponding analytical methods to determine these sudan dyes have been developed. The limits of detection for these sudan dyes were in the range of 0.01–0.05 ng mL−1 for Yellow River water, 1.0–3.0 ng g−1 for tomato sauce and 0.8–3.0 ng g−1 for sausage.  相似文献

A novel composite material of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)-Sudan IV molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was prepared by surface molecular imprinting technique in combination with sol-gel technology. The MWNTs-MIPs were evaluated by scanning electron micrograph (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and adsorption experiments. The results showed that the MWNTs-MIPs exhibited good selective recognition to Sudan IV. The maximum saturated binding capacity (Qmax) is 63.2 μmol g−1. Applied as sorbent, the MWNTs-MIPs were used for the determination of trace Sudan IV in chilli powder by on-line solid-phase extraction-high-performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC). The results showed that an enrichment factor of 741 was achieved with a loading flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1 for sampling 50 mL. The MWNTs-MIPs provided a fast and convenience determination platform for Sudan IV in real samples.  相似文献

A novel approach is presented to determine four bisphenols in water and urine samples, employing magnetic dispersive solid‐phase extraction combined with liquid chromatography and diode array detection. A modified zeolite‐based magnetic composite was used as an efficient sorbent, combining the advantages of magnetic materials with the remarkable properties of zeolites. A multivariate optimization design was employed to optimize some experimental factors affecting magnetic dispersive solid‐phase extraction. The method was evaluated under optimized conditions (i.e., amount of sorbent, 50 mg; sample pH, unadjusted; NaCl concentration, 1.25%; extraction and elution time, 2 min; eluent solvent, ethanol; eluent solvent volume, 400 µL), obtaining good linearity with correlation coefficients ranging between 0.995 and 0.999 (N = 5) (from 2 to 250 µg/L for bisphenol A, bisphenol AP, and bisphenol P and from 5 to 250 µg/L for bisphenol AF). Method repeatability was assessed obtaining coefficients of variation between 3 and 11% (n = 6). Finally, the method was applied to spiked real samples, obtaining for water samples relative recoveries between 83 and 105%, and for urine samples between 81 and 108% for bisphenol A, bisphenol AP, and bisphenol AF, and between 47 and 59% for bisphenol P.  相似文献

This paper describes a novel method for sensitive determination of thiamethoxam, imidacloprid and acetamiprid based on solid-phase extraction with multiwalled carbon nanotubes as the packed materials. Factors that maybe influence the enrichment efficiency, such as sample flow rate, sample pH, and sample volume, were investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of thiamethoxam, imidacloprid and acetamiprid were 6.1, 5.4 and 6.7 ng L−1, respectively. The experimental results indicated that there was good linearity (R 2>0.9993) over the range of 0.08~100 ng mL−1 and good reproducibility with the relative standard deviations over the range of 0.7~1.1% (n=6). The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of real-world water samples, and satisfactory achievements were obtained. The average spiked recoveries were in the range of 87.5~109.8%. All the results indicated that the proposed method could be used for the simultaneous determination of the three pesticides in environmental water samples at trace levels.  相似文献

A new analytical method based on the cloud-point extraction (CPE) methodology combined with high-performance liquid chromatography is used in this study for the extraction and quantification of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins. These compounds are extracted by using the non-ionic surfactant polyoxyethylene 10 lauryl ether (POLE) from different aqueous systems: fresh, brackish and sea waters. After the cloud-point extraction, which also allowed a preconcentration of the PCDDs being studied, the samples were analysed using a HPLC–UV system under the optimum chromatographic conditions. The proposed method showed very satisfactory recovery percentages for the PCDDs under study and standard deviation values lower than 2%.

The results obtained were finally compared with those found using the traditional liquid–liquid extraction method.  相似文献

A method based on on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupling to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of estrogens has been developed. This method can continuously perform extraction of estrone, estradiol, estriol and diethylstilbestrol from aqueous samples without any other pretreatment, which can then be analyzed by HPLC with a UV detector at 230 nm. A pre-concentration column was adapted with methanol/water for chromatographic separation and two kinds of sorbents were involved, which are octadecyl-bonded silica and cigarette filter. The condition of pH of samples, sample loading flow rate and desorption time were all optimized, and the performances of both two sorbents were satisfactory. The on-line SPE system requires very low maintenance and just involved a switching-valve-filter system and a flow-inject pump, and the operation of the whole SPE-HPLC instrumentation is quite simple. The detection limits for pre-concentrating 50 mL of standard solution using cigarette filter as sorbent ranged from 0.98 to 78.1 ng L−1. The enhancement factors were in the range of 197-326. The recoveries of estrogens spiked in real water samples ranged from 85 to 112%. The precisions for nine replicate measurements of a standard mixture (5.0 μg L−1) were in the range of 1.0-3.4%.  相似文献

A new kind of aniline-naphthol molecularly imprinted microsphere (MIM) synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization was applied as a selective sorbent of miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion combining with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (MSPD-DLLME) for the simultaneous determination of four Sudans in egg yolk samples. The solid sample was directly blended with MIM in MSPD procedure and the eluent of MSPD was used as the dispersive solvent of the followed DLLME for further purification and enrichment of the analytes before HPLC analysis. Good linearity for all the Sudan dyes was ranged from 0.02 μg g(-1) to 2.0 μg g(-1) (r(2)≥0.9990) and their recoveries at three spiked levels were ranged from 87.2% to 103.5% with RSD less than 6.1% (n=3). The presented MIM-MSPD-DLLME method combined the advantages of MIM, MSPD and DLLME, and could be applied for the determination of Sudans in complicated food samples.  相似文献

The chelating agent EDTA is widely used, and as a result is showing up widely in the aquatic environment. Here we describe a preconcentration procedure for measuring EDTA concentration in sea water samples by HPLC. The procedure consists of forming an Fe(III) complex followed by solid-phase extraction using an activated carbon cartridge. After the preconcentration, EDTA was quantified by HPLC with ultraviolet detection (260 nm). The enrichment permitted the determination of EDTA at concentrations as low as 1 nM. Good recoveries were obtained for both brackish and full-strength sea water with high repeatability (RSD < 6%). The method was applied to sea water samples taken from near the mouth of the Oyabe River in Japan.  相似文献
