Abstract

Reaction of titanocene prepared from Cp2TiCl2 and 2n-BuLi with β-diketones (β-diketone = 1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione, 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione, 3-methyl-2,4-pentanedione or 3-ethyl-2,4-pentanedione) afforded the titanocene(III) β-diketonate complex. The compounds [Ti(η5-Cp)2(1-phenyl-1,3-butanedionate)] and [Ti(η5?Cp)2(1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedionate)] have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Lewis-base adducts of tris( β-diketonato)lanthanide(III) complexes were prepared, where the β-diketone is para -alkoxy-substituted 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione. These compounds are the first examples of liquid crystalline lanthanide complexes in which the mesomorphism is introduced via a β-diketonate ligand. Depending on the type of the Lewis base, the metallomesogens exhibit a monotropic smectic A or a monotropic highly ordered smectic phase. Intense photoluminescence was observed for the europium(III) complexes at room temperature.  相似文献

2-Pyrone derivatives were prepared in a one step procedure from readily available (chlorocarbonyl)phenyl ketene and 1,3-diketones such as 2,4-pentanedione, 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione, 1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione, 1,3-cyclohexanedione, 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, 1,3-dimethyl-pyrimidine-2,4,6-trione and ethyl 2,4-dioxopentanoate. A mechanism is presented to account for the formation of the products. This method provides an easy route to prepare 3,4,5,6-tetrasubstituted 2-pyrones in good to excellent yields and in a short experimental time.  相似文献

Readily available (chlorocarbonyl)phenyl ketene and a varied set of β-ketoamides were reacted in a one-step procedure to produce 2-pyrone derivatives. β-Ketoamide derivatives are versatile intermediates for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. For instance, 1-morpholino-3-phenyl-1,3-propanedione, 1-phenyl-3-piperidino-1,3-propanedione, 1-phenyl-3-pyrrolidino-1,3-propanedione, 1-piperidino-1,3-butanedione, 1-morpholino-2-phenyl ethanone were used in these reactions to produce 2-pyrone derivatives. In addition, the preparation of 4-hydroxy-3-phenylthiochromeno[4,3-b]pyran-2,5-dione derivatives and 4-hydroxy-7-methyl-3-phenyl pyrano[3,2-c]chromeno-2,5-dione were described. For the synthesis of these compounds 4-hydroxy-2H-thiochromen-2-ones and 4-hydroxy-8-methyl-2H-chromen-2-one were reacted with (chlorocarbonyl)phenyl ketene and the final products were isolated in good yields.  相似文献

We have developed a portable device for formaldehyde monitoring with both high sensitivity and high temporal resolution, and carried out indoor air formaldehyde concentration analysis. The absorbance difference of the sensor element was measured in the monitoring device at regular intervals of, for example, one hour or 30 min, and the result was converted into the formaldehyde concentration. This was possible because we found that the lutidine derivative that was formed as a yellow product of the reaction between 1-phenyl-1,3-butandione and formaldehyde was stable in porous glass for at least six months. We estimated the reaction rate and to be 0.049 min−1 and the reaction occurred quickly enough for us to monitor hourly changes in the formaldehyde concentration. The detection limit was 5 μg m−3 h. We achieved hourly formaldehyde monitoring using the developed device under several indoor conditions, and estimated the air exchange rate and formaldehyde adsorption rate, which we adopted as a new term in the mass balance equation for formaldehyde, in one office.  相似文献

为了寻找新的发光材料并研究β-二酮对稀土配合物发光性能的影响, 我们合成了一个新的β-二酮配体: 1-苯 基-3-(对苯乙炔苯基)-1,3-丙二酮(HPPP), 并用HPPP、邻菲罗啉(phen)分别与Eu(III)和Tb(III)反应, 合成了两个新的三元稀土配合物: Eu(PPP)3phen和Tb(PPP)3phen, 通过红外光谱、化学分析、元素分析对三元稀土配合物的组成和结构进行了表征. 研究了配合物的荧光性质, 发现β-二酮配体对配合物的发光有较大影响, 通过量子化学计算对实验结果进行了解释.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-phenyl-2-trimethylsilylethyne with CuCl at 80–100°C in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) or N,N-dimethylimidazolidinone (DMI) yielded the alkynylcopper species [Cu2Cl(CCPh)]n (1) in 56–63% yields. Heating 1 at 80°C under aerobic conditions gave 1,4-diphenyl-1,3-butadiyne in 82% yield via an oxidative coupling of the phenylethynyl ligands.  相似文献

Three ternary luminescent complexes, Eu (deuterated 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione)3(1,10-phenanthroline), Eu (deuterated 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione)3(2,2′-bipyridine), and Eu (deuterated 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione)3 (bathophenanthroline) were synthesized using bidental oxygen and nitrogen as ligands. Luminescent polymers were fabricated by incorporating deuterated Eu(III) complexes in a poly(methyl methacrylate) matrix. Luminescent poly(methyl methacrylate) containing Eu (deuterated 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione)3 (bathophenanthroline) exhibited relatively higher quantum yield, faster radiation rate, sharper red emission and larger stimulated emission cross-section (quantum yield 36%, radiation rate 8.6 × 102 s?1, full width at half maximum 3.4 nm, and stimulated emission cross-section σ p = 1.4 × 10?20 cm2) of the PMMA matrix. The value of σ p was the same order as the values of Nd-glass laser for practical use. Additionally, the thermal behaviors of the Eu(III) ternary complexes were studied, and the results indicated that all of them can be long-term used in high temperature environment. Prepared luminescent polymer including Eu (deuterated 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione)3 (bathophenanthroline) showed promising results for applications in novel organic Eu(III) devices, such as high-power laser materials and optical fibers.  相似文献

Complexes of the type MLL′ · nB (where M = Ni(II) and Cu(II); LH and L′H = 2,4-pentanedione (acacH), 1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione (bacH), and 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione (dbmH); n = 0 to 2 and B = water or pyridine) have been synthesized and characterized. IR spectra are consistent with uninegative bidentate ligands. Magnetic moments and electronic spectral studies reveal high-spin octahedral geometry for nickel(II) complexes and distorted octahedral stereochemistry for copper(II) complexes. Frozen chloroform solution ESR spectra of the copper(II) complexes display significant Jahn–Teller distortion and dimeric behavior of the complexes in solution. FAB mass spectra of the copper(II) complexes also exhibit peaks corresponding to dimers. Molecular, pseudo-molecular, dimeric pseudo-molecular, and fragment ion peaks in unit resolution mass spectra have been identified with the help of their isotope distribution pattern expected due to natural abundances of the 63Cu and 65Cu isotopes. All the FAB mass spectral peaks from the fragment ions containing copper have been interpreted on the basis of isotope distribution pattern.  相似文献

Reaction of N-(4-pyridylmethyl)benzamide N-oxides 2 with 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione in the presence of acetic anhydride afforded 1,1-dibenzoyl-2-(4-pyridyl)-2-(benzoylamino)ethanes 4 in low yield. Treatment of N-[(α-acetoxy)4-pyridylmethyl]benzamides 3 with 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione in the presence of triethylamine and chloroform as a solvent provided 4 in high yield. Reaction of 4 with nucleophiles as hydrazine, methyl and phenylhydrazine gave the corresponding pyrazoles 5 .  相似文献

建立乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定土壤中甲醛含量的分析方法。在磷酸介质中,土壤中的甲醛经过加热蒸馏提取,与乙酰丙酮反应生成黄色的二乙酰基二氢二甲基吡啶,然后于412 nm波长处测定其吸光度。甲醛含量在0.0~25μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.999 6,加标回收率为76.2%~87.5%,方法检出限为0.03 mg/kg,定量限为0.12 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.73%~3.68%(n=6)。该方法灵敏度高,分析速度快,适用于土壤中甲醛含量的测定。  相似文献

A μ-bis(tridentate) ligand named 2-phenyl-1,3-bis[3′-aza-4′-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-prop-4-en-1′-yl]-1,3-imidazolidine (I) has been synthesized and scrutinized to develop iron(III)-selective sensors. The addition of sodium tetraphenyl borate and various plasticizers, viz., chloronaphthalene, dioctylphthalate, o-nitrophenyl octyl ether and dibutylphthalate has been used to substantially improve the performance of the sensors. The membranes of various compositions of the ligand were investigated and it was found that the best performance was obtained for the membrane of composition (I) (10 mg):PVC (150 mg):chloronaphthalene (200 mg):sodium tetraphenyl borate (9 mg). The sensor showed a linear potential response to iron(III) over wide concentration range 6.3 × 10−6 to 1.0 × 10−1 M (detection limit 5.0 × 10−6 M) with Nernstian slope (20.0 mV/decade of activity) between pH 3.5 and 5.5 with a quick response time of 15 s. The potentiometric selectivity coefficient values as determined by match potential method (MPM) indicate excellent selectivity for Fe3+ ions over interfering cations. The sensor exhibits adequate life of 2 months with good reproducibility. The sensor could be used in direct potentiometry.  相似文献

Molecular structure and vibrational frequencies of 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione, known as dibenzoylmethane (DBM), have been investigated by means of density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The results were compared with those of benzoylacetone (BA) and acetylacetone (AA), the parent molecule. IR and Raman spectra of DBM and its deuterated analogue were clearly assigned.The calculated hydrogen bond energy of DBM is 16.15 kcal/mol, calculated at B3LYP/6-311++G** level of theory, which is 0.28 kcal/mol more than that of AA. This result is in agreement with the vibrational and NMR spectroscopy results. The molecular stability and the hydrogen bond strength were investigated by applying the Natural Bond Orbital analysis (NBO) and geometry calculations. The theoretical calculations indicate that the hydrogen bond in DBM is relatively stronger than that in BA and AA.  相似文献

2,4-Diphenyl-5-pyrimidinyl methyl ketone ( 8 ) and 2-phenyl-4-methyl-5-pyrimidinyl phenyl ketone ( 12 ) were prepared by condensation of benzamidine with 2-ethoxymethyl-1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione ( 10 ). Their structures were elucidated by the nmr spectra of their derivative alcohols 13 and 14 , respectively. The ketone 8 was converted by way of the bromoketone 15 to 2-[1-methylethylamino]-1-[2,4-diphenyl-5-pyrimidinyl]ethanol hydrochloride ( 17 ) and 2-amino-1-[2,4-diphenyl-5-pyrimidinyl]ethanol hydrochloride ( 20 ). Pharmacologic testing indicated that 17 and 20 did not possess either antihypertensive or beta adrenergic blocking activities.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive kinetic-spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of ultra trace amount of formaldehyde in food samples. The method was based on the oxidation of rhodamine B (RhB) by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium (formaldehyde as catalyst). The reaction was monitored by measuring the decrease in absorbance of the dye at 515 nm after 6 min. The developed method allowed the determination of formaldehyde in the range of 10–100 μg L−1 with good precision, accuracy and the detection limit was down to 2.90 μg L−1. The relative standard deviations for the determination of 10 and 60 μg L−1 of formaldehyde were 3.0% and 1.9% (n = 10), respectively. The method was found to be sensitive, selective and was applied to the determination of formaldehyde in foods with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A novel approach to the synthesis of 6-amino-7-hydroxyflavone (1) is described. Reaction in acetone of 2',4'-dihydroxy-5'-nitroacetophenone and benzoyl chloride in the presence of potassium carbonate affords 3-benzoyl-7-hydroxy-6-nitroflavone, which is cleaved in 5% ethanolic potassium hydroxide to give 1-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-nitrophenyl)-3- phenyl-1,3-propanedione. The 1,3-diketone thus formed is then transformed into 7-hydroxy- 6-nitroflavone, followed by reduction to afford the title compound.  相似文献

A new amperometric biosensor for ethanol monitoring has been developed and optimised. The biosensor uses poly(neutral red) (PNR), as redox mediator, which is electropolymerised on carbon film electrodes and alcohol oxidase (AlcOx) from Hansenula polymorpha as recognition element, immobilised by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde (GA) in the presence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) as carrier protein. Optimisation of variables affecting the system was performed and, for chronoamperometric measurements, a potential of −0.300 V versus saturated calomel electrode was chosen in 0.1 M sodium phosphate buffer saline at pH 7.5. The optimised biosensor showed a good sensitivity of 171.8 ± 14.8 nA mM−1 and the corresponding detection limit (signal-to-noise-ratio = 3) of 29.7 ± 1.5 μM. Stability studies showed a good preservation of the bioanalytical properties of the sensor, 57.6% of its initial sensitivity remaining after 3 weeks (the sensor was used two to three times per week). No significant interferences were found from compounds usually present in wine. The biosensor was used for the determination of ethanol in Portuguese red and white wines.  相似文献
