An extracellular polysaccharide TP1A was purified from the fermented broth of Trichoderma sp. KK19L1 by combination of Q Sepharose fast flow and Sephacryl S-300 chromatography. TP1A was composed of Man, Gal, and Glc in a molar ratio of about 3.0:5.1:8.1. The molar mass of TP1A was about 40.0 kDa. Methylation and NMR analysis indicated that the probable structure of TP1A was [→4,6)-α-D-Glcp(1→6)-β-D-Galf(1→6)-β-D-Galf(1→2,6)-β-D-Galf(1→2,6)-β-D-Galf(1→2,6)-β-D-Galf(1→2,6)-α-D-Manp(1→2,6)-α-D-Manp(1→] with [α-D-Glcp(1→] and [α-D-Manp(1→6)-α-D-Glcp(1→6)-α-D-Glcp(1→] as branches. The antitumor study showed that TP1A was able to inhibit the cell viability of HeLa and MCF-7 cells. TP1A could arrest HeLa cells in G2/M phase and induce HeLa cell apoptosis. These findings suggest that fungal polysaccharides could be a potential source for antitumor agents.  相似文献

A novel cyclopropane derivative, 1-cyano-N-p-tolylcyclopropanecarboxamide (C12H12N2O, Mr = 200.24) was synthesized and its structure was studied by X-ray diffraction, FTIR, 1H and 13C NMR spectrum and MS. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 7.109 (4), b = 13.758 (7), c = 11.505 (6) Å, α = 90.00, β = 102.731 (8), γ = 90.00 °, V = 1097.6 (9) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 312, D c  = 1.212 g/cm3, μ = 0.0800 mm?1, the final R = 0.0490 and wR = 0.1480 for 1,375 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 6,109 reflections were collected, of which 2,290 were independent (R int = 0.0290). Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with HF/6-31G (d,p), B3LYP/6-31G (d,p), MP2/6-31G (d,p). The full geometry optimization was carried out using 6-31G(d,p) basis set, and the frontier orbital energy. Atomic net charges were discussed, and the structure-activity relationship was also studied. The preliminary biological test showed that the synthesized compound is bioactive against the KARI of Escherichia coli.  相似文献

Two thiosemicarbazones, (E)-2-(2,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (24-MBTSC (1)) and (E)-2-(2,5-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (25-MBTSC (2)), derived from 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, respectively, with thiosemicarbazide have been synthesized and their structures were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Molecular orbital calculations have been carried out for 1 and 2 by using an ab initio method (HF) and also density functional method (B3LYP) at 6-31G basis set. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 8.1342(5) Å, b = 18.1406(10) Å, c = 8.2847(6) Å, β = 109.7258(17)°, V = 1150.75(12) Å3, and Z = 4, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with a = 11.0868(6) Å, b = 13.1332(6) Å, c = 15.9006(8) Å, V = 2315.2(2) Å3, and Z = 8. The compounds 1 and 2 displays a trans-configuration about the C=N double bond.  相似文献

A new high-nitrogen complex [Cu(Hbta)2]·4H2O (H2bta = N,N-bis-(1(2)H-tetrazol-5-yl) amine) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses. X-ray structural analyses revealed that the crystal was monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c with lattice parameters a = 14.695(3) Å, b = 6.975(2) Å, c = 18.807(3) Å, β = 126.603(1)°, Z = 4, D c = 1.888 g cm?3, and F(000) = 892. The complex exhibits a 3D supermolecular structure which is built up from 1D zigzag chains. The enthalpy change of the reaction of formation for the complex was determined by an RD496–III microcalorimeter at 25 °C with the value of ?47.905 ± 0.021 kJ mol?1. In addition, the thermodynamics of the reaction of formation of the complex was investigated and the fundamental parameters k, E, n, \( \Updelta S_{ \ne }^{{{\uptheta}}} \), \( \Updelta H_{ \ne }^{{{\uptheta}}} \), and \( \Updelta G_{ \ne }^{{{\uptheta}}} \) were obtained. The effects of the complex on the thermal decomposition behaviors of the main component of solid propellant (HMX and RDX) indicated that the complex possessed good performance for HMX and RDX.  相似文献

The structures of a series of polycyclic derivatives of [n]annulenes (n = 8, 10, 12, 14) functionalized with peripheral cyclobutadiene rings were studied using the DFT B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p) and M062X/6-311+G(3df,2p) methods. The compounds with n = 8 and 10 have the planar and those with n = 12, 14 saddle-shaped conformations of the central rings. Stabilization of non-standard planar forms of the hydrocarbons with central 12- and 14-membered conjugated rings may be achieved through π-complexation of C=C bonds of the cyclobutadiene fragments with beryllium atoms to afford the sandwich-like complexes with circular arrangement of beryllium centers around the perimeter of a ligand.  相似文献

The study was performed to investigate the effects of using cow effluent for the cultivation of Spirulina platensis on its biomass production and cell physiology. S. platensis was cultivated in three different cow effluents (CE) used as cultivation medium during 15 days. CE was prepared using dry cow manures, and it was further modified with supplement of NaNO3 (CEN) and NaNO3 + NaCl (CENS). High nitrate value stimulated chlorophyll-a and total protein content of the cyanobacterium and also biomass production in standards medium (SM) and CEN media. Total carbohydrate content of S. platensis grown in CE media was found to be higher (p < 0.05) than that of SM. Productions of biomass and biochemical compounds by the cyanobacterium grown on the CE and SM media were evaluated by using multivariate approach. Conductivity, oxidation reduction potential (ORP), salinity, pH, and TDS played important role (p < 0.01) in the biochemical composition. As an effective explanatory factor, ORP had a significant positive correlation with H2O2, whereas negatively correlated with chlorophyll-α, biomass production, filament length, and proline. Canonical correspondence analysis proposed that biochemical compounds of S. platensis were not only affected by salinity and nutrition of media but also by pH and ORP. The present study indicated that CEN as a low cost model medium had high potential for the production of biomass by S. platensis with high protein content.  相似文献

Nicotinic acid (also known as niacin) was recrystallized from anhydrous ethanol. X-ray crystallography was applied to characterize its crystal structure. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c. The crystal cell parameters are a = 0.71401(4) nm, b = 1.16195(7) nm, c = 0.71974(6) nm, α = 90°, β = 113.514(3)°, γ = 90° and Z = 4. Molar enthalpies of dissolution of the compound, at different molalities m/(mol·kg?1) were measured with an isoperibol solution–reaction calorimeter at T = 298.15 K. The molar enthalpy of solution at infinite dilution was calculated, according to Pitzer’s electrolyte solution model and found to be \( \Delta_{\text{sol}} H_{m}^{\infty } = ( 2 7. 3 \pm 0. 2) \) kJ·mol?1 and Pitzer’s parameters (\( \beta_{{\text{MX}}}^{{\text{(0)}L}} \), \( \beta_{{\text{MX}}}^{{\text{(1)}L}} \) and \( C_{{\text{MX}}}^{\phi L} \)) were obtained. The values of apparent relative molar enthalpies (\( {}^{\phi }L \)) and relative partial molar enthalpies (\( \overline{{L_{2} }} \) and \( \overline{{L_{1} }} \)) of the solute and the solvent at different molalities were derived from the experimental enthalpy of dissolution values of the compound. Also, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of the anion \( {\text{C}}_{ 6} {\text{H}}_{ 4} \text{NO}_{2}^{-} \) in aqueous solution was calculated to be \( {\Delta_{\text{f}}^{} H}_{\text{m}}^{\text{o}} ({\text{C}}_{ 6} {\text{H}}_{ 4} {\text{NO}}_{2}^{-} \text{,aq}) = - \left( {603.2 \pm 1.2} \right)\;{\text{kJ}}{\cdot}{\text{mol}}^{-1} \).  相似文献

A terbium p-methyl benzoate complex with 1,10-phenanthroline, [Tb(p-MBA)3(Phen)]2 (p-MBA = p-methyl benzoate and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P \(\bar 1\) with a = 12.8064(12), b = 13.3589(12), c = 19.8277(19) Å, α = 91.668(2)°, β = 97.775(2)°, γ = 106.312(2)°, C72H58N4O12Tb2, M r = 1489.06, V = 3217.6(5) Å3, Z = 2, ρ c = 1.537 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.246 mm?1, F(000) = 1488, the final R = 0.0622 and wR = 0.0962 for 14128 independent reflections with R int = 0.0843. It consists of two types of crystallographically independent dimeric molecules [Tb(p-MBA)3(Phen)]2 noted as [Tb-1] and [Tb-2]. In the dimeric molecule [Tb-1], each Tb(III) is eight-coordinated with one Phen molecule, two bridging carboxylate groups, and two bidentate chelating carboxylate groups, while in [Tb-2] each Tb(III) is eight-coordinated with one Phen molecule, four bridging carboxylate groups, and one bidentate chelating carboxylate group. The title complex shows intense green luminescence under UV light at room temperature.  相似文献

1,10-Phenanthrolinetris(4-methoxybenzoate)dysprosium, Dy(p-MOBA)3Phen (where p-MOBA = p-methoxybenzoate and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), (I) has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by various techniques including elemental analysis, UV, IR, XRD, molar conductance, and TG-DTG. The crystals consist of binuclear molecules and monoclinic, space group P2 1/n: a = 14.143(6) Å, b = 17.550(7) Å, c = 14.493(6) Å, β = 117.357(4)°, Z = 2, ρ c = 1.655 g cm?3, F(000) = 1588; R 1 = 0.0176, wR 2 = 0.0455. In the complex, each Dy3+ ion is nine-coordinate to one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, one bidentate chelating carboxylate group, and four bridging carboxylate groups in which the carboxylate groups are bonded to the Dy3+ ions in three modes: bridging bidentate, bridging tridentate, and chelating bidentate. The thermal decomposition mechanism of I has been determined on the basis of thermal analysis. In addition, the lifetime equation at a weight-loss of 10% was deduced as lnτ = ?28.8361 + 19478.37/T by isothermal thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer [Cd(L)(Cl)(H2O)]n (1) (L = 5-(imidazol-1-yl)-2-pyridine carboxylic anion) constructed from dinuclear cadmium clusters has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 6.8747(6), b = 9.7434(8), c = 9.9119(7) Å, α = 118.615(8)°, β = 104.445(7)°, γ = 94.815(7)°, V = 548.01(9) Å3, Z = 2. Compound 1 is a one-dimensional (1D) double chain structure based on dinuclear [Cd2(Cl)2] clusters, and is further extended to a 3D supramolecular framework by hydrogen bonds. As a Lewis acid catalyst, compound 1 exhibits excellent catalytic performance for the acetalization reaction under mild conditions and can be reused several times without a significant decrease of the catalytic activity.  相似文献

A chelate compound Pb[(iso-C4H9)2PS2]2 is synthesized. Using X-ray diffraction data, the crystal structures of two modifications of this compound are determined (X8 APEX diffractometer, MoK α radiation, 14169 F hkl , R = 0.0480 for the low temperature α-form and 6261 F hkl , R = 0.0387 for the β-form studied at ambient temperature). The crystals are triclinic: a = 11.047(2) Å, b = 14.486(3) Å, c = 32.048(6) Å; α = 91.30(3)°, β = 99.73(3)°, γ = 101.61(3)°, V = 4942.9(17) Å3, Z = 8, ρcalc = 1.682 g/cm3 (α-modification) and a = 11.2124(5) Å, b = 14.6989(7) Å, c = 17.1644(6) Å; α = 109.393(1)°, β = 94.989(2)°, γ = 101.649(1)°, V = 2576.83(19) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.613 g/cm3 (β-modification), space group \(P\bar 1\) for both polymorphs. The structures are molecular, coordination cores of PbS4 are tetragonal pyramids with Pb atoms in the vertices and S atoms in the base. In both structures intermolecular Pb...S contacts yield supramolecular ensembles comprising by four molecules, where PbS4+2 cores form planar aggregates of edge-sharing octahedra. The ensembles are joined by weak intermolecular S...S interactions resulting in the development of polymeric chains along the a axis.  相似文献

A mixed oxide-covered mesh electrode composed of NiCo2O4 (MOME-NiCo2O4) was prepared on a stainless-steel substrate using thermal decomposition (slow-cooling rate method). Surface, bulk and electrochemical properties of MOME were studied using different techniques, namely scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry (CV) with determination of the electrochemical porosity (?) and morphology factor (φ) parameters, quasi-stationary polarisation curves (PC) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). SEM images revealed a good coverage of the metallic wires by a compact oxide layer (absence of cracks). XRD analysis confirmed the formation of the spinel NiCo2O4 with the presence of NiO. The ‘in situ’ surface parameters denoted as ? and φ exhibited values of 0.39 and 0.33, respectively, revealing that the electrochemically active surface area is mainly confined to the ‘outer/external’ surface regions of the oxide layer. The PC was characterised by two Tafel slopes distributed in the low (b 1 = 46 mV dec?1) and high (b 2 = 59 mV dec?1) overpotential domains. The corresponding apparent exchange current densities were j 0(1) = (3.43 ± 0.11) × 10?6 A cm?2 and j 0(2) = (6.70 ± 0.08) × 10?6 A cm?2, respectively. The EIS study accomplished in the low-overpotential domain revealed a Tafel slope (b 1) of 51 mV dec?1. According to the spin-trapping reaction using N,N-dimethyl-p-nitrosoaniline (RNO), the MOME-NiCo2O4 electrode exhibited good performance for the generation of weakly adsorbed hydroxyl radicals (HO?) during the OER in electrolyte-free water.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structures of 1,2-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethane-1,2-dione (TMBZ = tetramethoxybenzil) were determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1H NMR, and FT-IR spectroscopy. The compound TMBZ (C18H18O6, M r = 330.32) crystallized in the orthorhombic Fdd2 space group wherein: a = 39.145(4), b = 18.167(2), c = 4.3139(5) Å and β = 90°, Z = 8. The packing of the molecules in the crystal lattice is stabilized by intermolecular C–H?O contacts in the herringbone arrangement. The molecular geometry and harmonic frequencies of TMBZ in the ground state were calculated utilizing density functional (B3LYP) method with the 6-311++G(d, p)-basis set. The density functional theory optimized the geometric structure, and vibrational wave numbers of TMBZ in gas phase were compared with the experimental data. A complete assignment of the fundamentals was proposed based on the total energy distribution calculation.  相似文献

Guanidine dichloroacetate was synthesized and separated as crystals. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurement shows that this compound undergoes a reversible phase transition at about 275 K with a heat hysteresis of 28 K. Step-like dielectric anomaly observed at 274 K further confirms the phase transition. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data suggested that these was a transition from a room-temperature phase with the space group of P21/n (a = 8.030(5), b = 12.014(9), c = 8.124(6) Å, β = 96.089(1)°, V = 779.3(1) Å3, and Z = 4) to a low-temperature one with the space group of P21/c (a = 7.941(2), b = 11.828(3), c = 10.614(2) Å, β = 130.985(1)°, V = 752.6(3) Å3, and Z = 4). The displacements of hydrogen bonds induce the structure phase transition.  相似文献

A series of new arene ruthenium(II) complexes were prepared by reaction of ruthenium(II) precursors of the general formula [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 with N,N′-bidentate pyridyl-imine ligands to form complexes of the type [(η6-arene)RuCl(C5H4N-2-CH=N-R)]PF6, with arene = C6H6, R = iso-propyl (1a), tert-butyl (1b), cyclohexyl (1c), cyclopentyl (1d) and n-butyl (1e); arene = p-cymene, R = iso-propyl (2a), tert-butyl (2b). The complexes were fully characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR, UV–Vis and IR spectroscopies, elemental analyses, and the single-crystal X-ray structures of 2a and 2b have been determined. The single-crystal molecular structure revealed both compounds with a pseudo-octahedral geometry around the Ru(II) center, normally referred to as a piano stool conformation, with the pyridyl-imine as a bidentate N,N ligand. The activity of all complexes in the transfer hydrogenation of cyclohexanone in the presence of NaOH and iso-propanol is reported, the compounds showing turnover numbers of close to 1990 and high conversions. Complex 2b was also shown to be very effective for a range of aliphatic and cyclic ketones, giving conversions of up to 100 %.  相似文献

The first inorg/organic hybrid complex incorporating the macrocyclic oxamide, of formula [(NiL)2Cu2(μ-NSC)2(NSC)2] (1), (NiL, H2L = 2, 3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-dien), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystals crystallize in the triclinic system, space group P-1, for (1) a = 8.319(3) Å, b = 10.434(4) Å, c = 14.166(5) Å, a = 107.030(5)°, β  =  91.257(5)°, γ = 107.623(5)°. The complex involved both bridging N, S-ligand, and oxamide ligand, C–H?S interactions and NCS → Ni weak coordination interactions making the complex superamolecular.  相似文献

Two napelline skeletal diterpenoid alkaloids 15-acetylsongorine, C24H33NO4 I, and songoramine, C22H29NO3 II, were first isolated from the roots of Aconitum Szechenyianum Gay. The crystal structures were determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal I is the triclinic system with space group P1 having unit cell parameters of a = 9.360(8) Å, b = 11.593(9) Å, = 11.830(16) Å, α = 113.223(15)°, β = 105.950(16)°, γ = 101.296(12)°, and Z = 2. Hydrogen bonds O–H···O and O–H···N joint the molecules into dimer. The crystal II belongs to the orthorhombic system with space group P212121 having unit cell parameters of a = 8.950(2) Å, = 13.272(3) Å, = 15.454(4) Å and Z = 4. The O–H···O hydrogen bonding interaction links the molecule into linear chains. The distortion of rings of compound I and II were evaluated by calculation of the Cremer and Pople puckering parameters. The presence of the C–O–C bond in the compound II results in the changes of ring conformations compared with that of the compound I.  相似文献
