Hafnium(Ⅳ) bis(perfluorooctanesulfonyl)imide complex is found to be an efficient catalyst for the multicomponent condensation ofβ-naphthol,aromatic aldehydes and urea or amides in perfluorodecalin to afford the corresponding substituted amidomethyl naphthols in good yields.The remarkable features of this new procedure are high yields,shorter reaction times, reusability of catalyst and simple work-up procedures.  相似文献

Silica-supported polyphosphoric acid (PPA-SiO2) was found to be an efficient catalyst for the multi-component condensation reaction of benzaldehydes, 2-naphthol, and methyl/benzyl carbamate to afford the corresponding N-[α-(β-hydroxy-α-naphthyl)(benzyl)] O-alkyl carbamate derivatives in good to excellent yields. This new approach consistently has the advantage of short reaction time, high conversions, clean reaction profiles, and simple experimental and work-up procedures.  相似文献

Copper zirconium phosphate nanoparticles have been used as an efficient catalyst for the acetyla-tion of a wide range of alcohols and phenols with acetic anhydride in good to excellent yields under solvent-free conditions. The steric and electronic properties of the different substrates had a signif-icant influence on the reaction conditions required to achieve the acetylation. The catalyst used in the current study was characterized by inductively-coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. These analyses revealed that the interlayer distance in the catalyst increased from 7.5 to 8.0  when Cu2+ was intercalated between the layers, whereas the crystallinity of the material was reduced. This nanocatalyst could also be recovered and reused at least six times without any discernible decrease in its catalytic activity. This new method for the acetylation of alcohols and phenols has several key advantages, including mild and environmentally friendly reaction conditions, as well as good to excellent yields and a facile work-up.  相似文献

Cerium(IV) sulfate tetrahydrate, Ce(SO4)2·4H2O, is a novel inorganic solid acidic catalyst that efficiently catalyzes the synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones via the one-pot three- component reaction of isatoic anhydride, aromatic aldehydes, and a nitrogen source(ammonium acetate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, or methylamine) under solvent-free conditions. The desired products are obtained in short reaction time with high yields. The catalyst is inexpensive and readily available and can be recovered conveniently and reused such that considerable catalytic activity can still be achieved after the fifth run. Easy work-up and avoiding the use of harmful organic solvents are other advantages of this simple procedure.  相似文献

A mild, simple and efficient procedure for the preparation of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones and -thiones is described using N-sulfonic acid poly(4-vinylpyridinium) chloride (NSPVPC) as a heterogeneous and efficient catalyst under solvent-free conditions. Simple methodologies, easy work-up procedure, easy preparation of the catalyst, excellent yields and very short reaction times are among the other advantages of this work. Pentafluorophenylammonium triflate(PFPAT) was found to be a highly efficient catalyst for the preparation of 2,4,6- triarylpyridines from the reaction of acetophenone derivatives,aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate.Present methodology offers several advantages,such as short reaction time,high yields,simple procedure with an easy work-up and the absence of any volatile and hazardous organic solvent.In addition,this catalytic system can act as an active,inexpensive,metal-free,recoverable and recyclable catalyst.  相似文献

In(OTf)3 plays the role of a Lewis acid catalyst in the Pechmann condensation of phenols with β-ketoesters under solvent-free conditions to give coumarin derivatives. This novel and inexpensive method has advantages such as short reaction time, excellent product yields, and avoids the use of organic solvents in agreement with green chemistry principles. Catalyst loadings can be as low as 1 mol% to give high yields of the corresponding coumarins at 80 °C. The catalyst can be recovered after the reaction, and reused with only a slight decrease in the yield.  相似文献

A rapid and efficient procedure for the preparation of various aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes was reported.The method developed produced excellent yields via one-pot condensation of β-naphthol with various aryl-aldehydes in the presence of Keggin vanadium substituted heteropolyacid,H5PW10V2O40,as catalyst under solvent free conditions.The present methodology therefore offered several advantages but not limited to excellent yields(82%-98%),short reaction times(30-50 min),mild reaction conditions,simple work-up,as well as the utilization of cheap and environmentally benign catalyst in the absence of organic solvents.  相似文献

Microwave-assisted synthesis of a variety of 1,1-diacetates catalyzed by SbCl3 from corresponding aldehydes and acetic anhydride was reported. Only 10 mol% of catalyst was sufficient to push the reaction forward and high amounts of the catalyst did not improve the yields to a great extent. ZrOCl2·8H2O was found to be an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the reaction of aromatic aldehydes with dimedone to afford 1,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydroxanthenes under solvent-free conditions. Short reaction time, excellent yields and simple work-up are the advantages of this procedure. The [2+3] cycloaddition between various nitriles and sodium azide proceeds smoothly in the presence of zeolite and sulfated zirconia as effective catalysts, in water and DMF/MeOH, to give the corresponding 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles in good to high yields. The reaction most probably proceeds through the in situ formation of catalyst azide species, followed by a successive [2+3] cycloaddition with the nitriles. This method has the advantages of high yields, simple methodology and easy work-up. The catalyst can be recovered by simple filtration and reused with good yields.  相似文献

在室温条件下, 离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基六氟磷酸盐([bmim]PF6)能促进四氟硼酸铜催化一系列芳醛和乙酸酐反应, 以83%~97%的产率生成相应的1,1-二乙酸酯. 在离子液体[bmim]PF6存在情况下, 催化剂活性远远高于无离子液体存在下的活性. 催化剂用量仅需 0.2 mol%就能使反应顺利进行, 远远少于文献报道的其它催化剂的用量, 反应在3~20 min内完成. 实验结果表明该法催化剂用量少、产率高、反应时间短、离子液体可重复使用、对环境友好.  相似文献

The reactions were done in water as solvent using cellulose sulfuric acid as catalyst. Saccharose was applied as an efficient and homogenous catalyst for a one-pot, three-component Mannich reaction for the formation of β-aminoketones from aromatic aldehydes, anilines, and acetophenone at ambient temperature in excellent yields.
