偶氮分散红聚合物薄膜的Z扫描研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用单光束Z扫描技术对新型光学存储材料偶氮分散红聚合物的薄膜样品进行了测量。实验结果表明 ,该样品的非线性折射率为负值。为消除非线性吸收的影响 ,将实验所得有孔Z扫描曲线除以开孔Z扫描曲线进行了处理。从Z扫描曲线的实验数据处理得到这种新型偶氮分散红聚合物薄膜材料的非线性折射率为 :- 5 .5× 10 -6cm2 /W ,其值比常见无机非线性光学材料大 8~ 9个数量级 ,是一种很有应用前景的新型光学存储材料。最后 ,对这种偶氮聚合物薄膜具有大的非线性折射率的物理机制进行了分析。初步认为 :在线偏振光照射下 ,偶氮分子变为各向异性。这些类似液晶相的分子很好地关联在一起 ,分子的取向对外界扰动的响应是一种集体的效果 ,所以他们具有很大的非线性响应。  相似文献

研究聚合物薄膜纳米尺度的动力学特性对于高性能材料的制备具有重要的意义.本文利用尼罗红单分子作为光学探针吸附在聚丙烯酸甲酯(PMA)聚合物链上,研究该聚合物薄膜的动力学特性.通过单分子散焦宽场荧光成像显微镜技术测量了单分子随PMA聚合物链转动弛豫的三维再取向特性,当环境温度高于PMA的玻璃点温度19 K时,发现处于PMA聚合物薄膜中的单分子光学探针的转动态和非转动态的持续时间概率密度服从指数截止的幂律分布.研究结果表明该温度下PMA聚合物薄膜的纳米环境动力学仍存在空间和时间异构性.  相似文献

用低折射率的含氟共聚物为光致聚合物全息材料的成膜物,以增加全息记录材料折射率的空间可调制程度。用溶液聚合法合成了低折射率的水溶性甲基丙烯酸2,2,3,3-四氟丙酯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(折射率为1.441),以该共聚物为成膜物质,丙烯酰胺为单体、亚甲基蓝为光敏染料、三乙醇胺为引发剂配制了光致聚合物薄膜;经过对光致聚合物组成构成的优化,在空间分辨力为1580lp/mm时,光致聚合物薄膜的灵敏度约为19 mJ/cm2,衍射效率可达93%,两者均优于以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成膜物质的光致聚合物材料。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸三钠还原氯金酸和离子交换法制备金纳米粒子掺杂DNA-CTMA材料,利用钯催化反应合成9,9-二乙基-2,7-二-(4-吡啶)芴荧光染料(DPFP),将DPFP与DNA-CTMA混合后,旋凃制备金纳米粒子掺杂的DNA-CTMA-DPFP薄膜样品。通过吸收光谱、荧光光谱和拉曼光谱的测量,研究了薄膜样品的光学特性和表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)特性。实验结果表明,薄膜样品在300~360 nm的吸收主要来自DPFP,在500~700 nm的吸收来自样品中金纳米粒子的局域表面等离子共振;样品在370,386,408 nm处的荧光峰分别对应DPFP的S10-S00、S10-S01和S10-S02能级的电子振动跃迁;在785 nm激光激发下,薄膜样品的拉曼散射主要来自DPFP分子,随着金纳米粒子掺杂比的增大,DPFP分子的拉曼散射峰强度逐渐增强。因此,金纳米粒子掺杂DNA-CTMA薄膜适合作为多种染料分子的SERS基底。  相似文献

采用溶剂热法分别制备了球形银纳米颗粒和多形貌银纳米颗粒,其中球形银纳米颗粒具有400 nm的窄带等离激元共振峰,而多形貌银纳米颗粒的共振区间在400~700 nm之间,将它们分别掺入R6G与PVP的混合溶液中,利用旋涂法在玻璃基板上制备银纳米颗粒嵌入染料掺杂聚合物薄膜随机激光器。采用纳秒脉冲激光进行随机激光泵浦实验,实验结果表明球形银纳米颗粒染料掺杂聚合物薄膜只有自发辐射峰,而多形貌银纳米颗粒染料掺杂聚合物薄膜具有线宽<0.8 nm的相干随机激光发射光谱,其阈值为1.9 mJ·cm-2, 这可能是由于银纳米颗粒的等离激元共振区间与R6G的发射光谱重叠,支持局域等离激元效应的形成,明显的局域场增强有效地改善了与附近分子的相互作用,从而激发了更多的辐射光子,促进了高增益的形成。进一步,利用多形貌银纳米颗粒在银纳米颗粒染料掺杂聚合物薄膜中随机分布的特性,通过改变泵浦位置,实现了20 nm范围内的随机激光输出波长的调控,具体输出范围为590.1~610.4 nm。认为这是由于多形貌银纳米颗粒在不同位置的组成和分布不同,改变了表面等离激元的相互作用和光子的散射能力,从而形成不同的增益效应和不同的封闭光振荡路径。此外,考虑到多形貌银纳米颗粒的共振波长较宽,探究了其用于输出其他颜色光的可能性。以与上述银纳米颗粒R6G染料掺杂聚合物薄膜相似的制备方法,制备了多形貌银纳米颗粒掺杂DCJTB染料聚合物薄膜,并且进行随机激光泵浦实验。结果表明,可以有效的产生波长为675 nm,半高宽<0.8 nm的相干红光随机激光,并且阈值仅为0.98 mJ·cm-2。研究结果在宽带可调谐随机激光器研究以及多色随机激光器研究领域具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

合成了一种侧链共轭的聚噻吩衍生物聚3-(5′辛基-噻吩乙烯基)噻吩(POTVTh),并通过溶液旋涂制备了聚合物薄膜.吸收光谱显示该聚合物薄膜具有较小的禁带宽度和宽的光谱响应.采用Z扫描技术在800 nm下用飞秒激光器研究了该聚合物薄膜的三阶非线性光学特性,非线性吸收系数为5.63×10-7cm/W,非线性折射率为-6.38×10-11 cm2/W,三阶非线性极化率为4.21×10-9esu,比侧链未共轭的 关键词: 聚噻吩衍生物 侧链共轭 三阶非线性极化率 非线性折射率  相似文献

采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积和后退火的方法制备了纳米锗/氮化硅(nc-Ge/SiN_x)多层薄膜。借助Raman光谱仪对其微结构进行表征,测得样品的晶化率大于46%。由样品的光吸收谱可知,nc-Ge的尺寸越小,其光学带隙越大。利用Z扫描技术对样品的非线性光学特性进行研究,以波长为1 064 nm、脉宽为25 ps的锁模激光作为激发光,测得样品的非线性折射率系数在10~(-10)cm~2/W数量级。实验结果表明,通过改变nc-Ge的尺寸可以使材料的非线性光学折射率由自散焦转变为自聚焦特性,而负的非线性折射率系数可归因于两步吸收产生的自由载流子散射效应。当激发光强增大时,在锗层厚度为6 nm的多层膜中同时存在两步吸收过程和饱和吸收过程。两种非线性光学吸收过程之间的竞争是样品呈现不同非线性光学特性的主要原因。  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积技术在Si(100)和熔石英基片上制备了单相的CuO薄膜.通过X射线衍射仪,拉曼光谱仪,场发射扫描电镜和紫外可见光光度计对薄膜的结构,表面形貌和光学性质进行了表征. 场发射扫描电镜结果表明CuO薄膜中晶粒排列致密且分布均匀,其尺寸约为45nm.结合飞秒激光(800nm,50fs)和Z扫描方法测量了薄膜的三阶非线性光学特性,结果表明CuO薄膜具有超快的非线性光学响应且非线性折射率和非线性吸收系数均为负值,其大小分别为-3.96×10-17 m2< 关键词: CuO薄膜 Z-扫描')" href="#">Z-扫描 三阶光学非线性  相似文献

叙述了键合型DANS聚合物薄膜波导的制备和极化过程。应用集成光学中的棱镜耦合技术,对DNAS聚合物薄膜波导极化前后以及紫外光照射前后的光学特性分别进行了表征。实验结果表明,极化后波导非寻常光折射率明显增大而波导寻常光折射率减小;经过紫外光照射后,波导折射率降低约0.02。  相似文献

Solid-state dye-doped materials are an attractive alternative to conventional liquid dye solution. In this study, the spectral characteristics of dye cresyl violet before and after intercalating into layered titanate nanosheets and forming a nanohybrid thin film were investigated by measuring absorption and fluorescence spectra. In addition, their nonlinear optical properties were studied using single beam z-scan technique under irradiation of low power continuous wave (CW) produced by DPSS laser with a wavelength of 532 nm. The nonlinear studying results reveal that the dye cresyl violet in solution has a negative nonlinear refractive index, but it reverses to positive after the dye is intercalated into layered titanate nanosheets with a negative nonlinear refractive index forming CV/HTO nanohybrid thin film. This method can provide a way to turn to reverse nonlinear refraction sign of the materials.  相似文献

SnO2-pillared titanate nanohybrid has been prepared by reacting the exfoliated layered titanate sheets with the nanosized SnO2 sol particles. The stable two-dimensional colloidal nanosheets could be obtained by intercalating tetrabutylammonium cation into the layered protonic titanate, HxTi2−x/4x/4O4·H2O (x=0.67) with a lepidocrocite-like structure, and by successive exfoliation process in an aqueous solution. Monodispersed SnO2 nano sol particles were prepared by hydrolysis of SnCl4·5H2O in the presence of sodium hydroxide, and then the exfoliated titanate suspension was mixed with SnO2 nano sol solution until the flocculated products formed. The final product was heated at various temperatures in order to complete the grafting reaction of intercalated SnO2 nano sol on the interlayer surface of layered titanate. Inductive coupled plasma, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis and N2-adsorption-desorption isotherms were carried out to study the hybridizing process and the structure of SnO2-pillared titanate nanohybrid.  相似文献

This study is concerned with the enhancement of the molecular, weathering stability of two models of thin film luminescent solar concentrators (LSCs). Two model systems of thin film LSCs had been proposed; the first model consists of a transparent PMMA/SiO2 nanohybrid layer coated on a coumarin doped PMMA substrate. The second model designed as the ordinary configuration in which coumarin dye is dissolved in PMMA/SiO2 nanohybrid layer then coated on a transparent PMMA substrate. The effect of nanosilica concentration on the prepared models was studied by TEM, SEM, DSC, FT-IR, UV–vis absorption and indoor photodegradation test. The obtained results suggested the first model for a durable design of thin film LSC applications specially in hot regions.  相似文献

A polymeric precursor method was used to synthesize BaTiO3 amorphous thin film processed at low temperature. The luminescence spectra of BaTiO3 amorphous thin films at room temperature revealed an intense single-emission band in the visible region. The visible emission band was found to be dependent of the thermal treatment history. Photoluminescence (PL) properties for different annealing temperatures were investigated. It was concluded that the intensity of PL is strongly dependent on both the heat treatment of the films and the presence of an inorganic disordered phase. Experimental optical absorption measurements showed the presence of a tail. These results are interpreted by the nature of these exponential optical edges and tails, associated with defects promoted by the disordered structure of the amorphous material. We discuss the nature of visible PL at room temperature in amorphous barium titanate in the light of the results of recent experimental and quantum mechanical theoretical studies. Our investigation of the electronic structure involved the use of first-principle molecular calculations to simulate the variation of the electronic structure in the barium titanate crystalline phase, which is known to have a direct band gap, and we also made an in-depth examination of amorphous barium titanate.  相似文献

A novel azobenzene-containing fluorinated polyimide was synthesized. The nonlinear optical property and photoinduced birefringence of a polyimide thin film were investigated. Large third-order nonlinear refraction (n 2=−4.49×10−11 cm2/W) was observed in the polyimide thin film by carrying out Z-scan measurement. The polyimide thin film exhibited larger nonlinear refraction than that of a mono-azo dye doped PMMA thin film (n 2=−1.63×10−12 cm2/W). The photoinduced birefringence of the polyimide thin film ( n∼10−2) under different pump intensities was investigated; it was much larger than that of the mono-azo dye doped PMMA thin film ( n∼10−3). Moreover, the time constants for birefringence growth and relaxation processes were determined.  相似文献

Vanadyl Phthalocyanine (VOPc) is a stable organic dye which absorbs in the spectral range of currently available injection lasers. The applicability for high density optical storage of single, double and triple layer structures containing a thin film of this dye, is investigated. It is concluded that if VOPc is used in combination with a tellurium film, some power reduction relative to single Te films can be achieved.  相似文献

(BaTiO3)1? x (CeO2) x (with x?=?0,?1,?3,?5.7 and 16 at.%) thin films were prepared by electron beam evaporation method. According to X-ray diffraction, nanosized and amorphous Ce-doped barium titanate thin films were obtained. The crystallinity diminished as Ce content increased. The increase in the Ce slightly shifts the absorption peaks at 433–450 and 416–424?cm?1 to higher wavenumbers. A two-layer model was used to describe the experimental ellipsometric data. The Bruggeman effective medium approximation (BEMA) was used to describe the surface roughness layer and the Cauchy dispersion relation was used to describe the main Ce-doped barium titanate layer. The refractive index and the extinction coefficient were found to increase with increasing Ce content; however, the optical band gap decreased with increasing Ce content. The accurate determination of the optical constants of Ce-doped barium titanate thin films may favor them in the applications of optical thin film devices.  相似文献

Bismuth titanate, Bi4Ti3O12 (BTO), is a typical ferroelectric material with useful properties for optical memory, piezoelectric and electro-optic devices. Its nano-crystals were compounded by the chemical solution decomposition technique. Its structure and size were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and transmissive electron microscopy. The composite thin film of BTO nano-crystals and high transparency polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) polymer was prepared by spin coating. The transmitted spectrum of BTO/PMMA composite thin film in 300–1500 nm was measured. The film thickness d and the optical constants of the film, such as the refractive index n, the absorption coefficient α, and the extinction coefficient κ were obtained using the data from the transmitted spectrum.  相似文献

利用旋涂法,制备了以二乙基胺基〖N(CH2CH3)2〗作为推电子基因、以具有强电负性的羧基(COOH)作为拉电子基团的推-拉型偶氮染料掺杂的高分子(PMMA)薄膜。在室温下测试了该偶氮染料在溶液和薄膜态的吸收光谱、薄膜态的反射光谱和透过光,发现该薄膜在400~550nm波长范围内具有强的吸收。在514.5nm光盘静脉测试仪上测试了膜片的静脉光存储性能,结果表明,用低功率Ar^+激光(514.5n  相似文献

Structural modification of carbon nanotubes in combination with metallic nanoparticles is reported. An enhancement in the nonlinear optical refraction of multi-wall carbon nanotubes by the incorporation of platinum nanoparticles was observed. Comparative results were analyzed taking into account the participation of single-wall carbon nanotubes that originate a decrease in the nonlinear optical response of the multi-wall carbon nanotubes integrating a thin film. A Nd:YAG laser system featuring 532 nm wavelength with 4 ns pulse duration in a two-wave mixing experiment was employed for exploring the studied optical nonlinearities of the samples. The contribution of optical processes to mechanical characteristics dependent on high optical irradiance in carbon nanotubes was described. A variation in the mass density associated to the optically irradiated tubes allowed us to calculate the change in Young's modulus in a thin film configuration. The estimation of an opto-mechanical phenomenon was based on the evaluation of the nonlinearity of index responsible for the optical Kerr effect. According to Raman and optical evaluations, the inclusion of metallic nanoparticles in carbon structures results in a modification of surface that also gives origin to noticeable optical Kerr nonlinearities. Potential applications for developing laser-induced controlled opto-mechanical nanohybrid systems can be contemplated.  相似文献
