通过构造一个新的结构算子,应用Schauder不动点定理,研究了变系数高维多项式型迭代方程的光滑解.     

Strong convergence theorems of an iterative scheme for strictly pseudocontractive mappings in Banach spaces

The article establishes the sufficient and necessary conditions for the strong convergence of the Ishikawa iterative scheme with random errors in the sense of Xu for a strictly pseudocontractive mapping in an arbitrary real Banach space under certain assumptions. It affirmatively answers the open question that put forth by Zeng. The results in this paper extend and improve the corresponding results of Browder, Petryshyn, Rhoades, Osilike and Zeng.     

Approximation by an iterative method of a low‐Mach model with temperature dependent viscosity

In this work, we prove the existence and the uniqueness of the strong solution of a low‐Mach model, for which the dynamic viscosity of the fluid is a given function of its temperature. The method is based on the convergence study of a sequence towards the solution, for which the rates are also given. The originality of the approach is to consider the system in terms of the temperature and the velocity, leading to a nonlinear temperature equation and the development of some specific tools and results.     

Strong convergence of an iterative algorithm for an infinite family of strict pseudo-contractions in Banach spaces

In this paper, we introduce a new W-mapping and present an iterative algorithm for an infinite family of strict pseudo-contractions. Strong convergence theorems are proved in Banach spaces. Our results improve and extend the corresponding result announced by Cai and Hu [G. Cai, C. Hu, Strong convergence theorems of modified Ishikawa iterative process with errors for an infinite family of strict pseudo-contractions, Nonlinear Anal. 71(12) (2009) 6044-6053].     

Strong convergence of an implicit iteration process for a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings

In the present paper, we prove that the modified implicit iteration sequence for a finite family of asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings converges strongly to a common fixed point of the family in a uniformly convex Banach space, requiring one member T in the family to be semi-compact. Our results extend and improve some recent results.     

求解单调变分不等式的近似邻近点算法的收敛性分析

为了求解单调变分不等式,建立了一个新的误差准则,并且在不需要增加诸如投影,外梯度等步骤的情况下证明了邻近点算法的收敛性.     

A note on the convergence of an inertial version of a diagonal hybrid projection-point algorithm

In this note, an inertial and relaxed version of a diagonal hybrid projection-proximal point algorithm is considered, in order to find the minimum of a function f approximated by a sequence of functions (in general, smoother than f or taking into account some constraints of the problem). Two convergence theorems are proved under different kind of assumptions, which allows to apply the method in various cases.     

The necessary and sufficient condition for the convergence of Ishikawa iteration on an arbitrary interval

As an important iteration, the Mann and Ishikawa iteration has extensive application in fixed point theory. In 1991, David Borwein and Jonathan Borwein proved the convergence of the Mann iteration on a closed bounded interval in their paper. In this paper, we will extend their result to an arbitrary interval and to the Ishikawa iteration, indicating the necessary and sufficient condition for the convergence of Ishikawa iteration of continuous functions on an arbitrary interval.     

An iterative algorithm for solving split equilibrium problems and split equality variational inclusions for a class of nonexpansive-type maps

ABSTRACT

In this paper, an iterative algorithm that approximates solutions of split equality fixed point problems (SEFPP) for quasi-φ-nonexpansive maps is constructed. Strong convergence of the sequence generated by this algorithm is established in certain real Banach spaces without imposing any compactness-type condition on either the operators or the space considered. We applied our theorem to solve split equality problem, split equality variational inclusion problem and split equality equilibrium problem. Furthermore, some numerical example is given to demonstrate the implementability of our algorithm. Finally, our theorems improve and complement a host of important recent results.     

一类四阶常微分方程两点边值问题解的存在唯一性

利用压缩映射原理讨论了边值问题y(4)(t)=f(t,y,y′,y,″y′″),y(a)=y(b)=0,y″(a)=y″(b)=0解的存在唯一性问题,得出了当f满足Lipschitz条件时边值问题解的存在唯一性定理,并证明了当f为半线性f(t,y)时结论是最优的.同时给出了一个改进的Picard迭代误差公式,此公式保证了端点处误差为零.     

Viscosity iterative algorithm for variational inequality problems and fixed point problems of strict pseudo-contractions in uniformly smooth Banach spaces

The purpose of this paper is to study a new viscosity iterative algorithm based on a generalized contraction for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a general variational inequality problem for finite inversely strongly accretive mappings and the set of common fixed points for a countable family of strict pseudo-contractions in uniformly smooth Banach spaces. We prove some strong convergence theorems under some suitable conditions. The results obtained in this paper improve and extend the recent ones announced by many others in the literature.     

Existence and uniqueness of solutions to an electrochemistry system

Existence and partial uniqueness results are established,under a variety of conditions, for a system of equations arising in electrochemistry problems. The main idea is the reduction of the system to a single equation involving nonlocal terms. Upper and lower solution procedures are then applied to show both existence and uniqueness. In this way, results are obtained in more than one space dimension.     

Weak and strong convergence of the Ishikawa iterative process for a finite family of asymptotically nonexpansive mappings

General local convergence theory for a class of iterative processes and its applications to Newton’s method

General local convergence theorems with order of convergence r≥1$r\ge 1$ are provided for iterative processes of the type _xn+1=T_xn$x_{n+1}=T{x}_n$, where T:D⊂X→X$T:D\subset X\to X$ is an iteration function in a metric space X$X$. The new local convergence theory is applied to Newton iteration for simple zeros of nonlinear operators in Banach spaces as well as to Schröder iteration for multiple zeros of polynomials and analytic functions. The theory is also applied to establish a general theorem for the uniqueness ball of nonlinear equations in Banach spaces. The new results extend and improve some results of [K. Strong convergence of projection algorithms for a family of relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings and an equilibrium problem in Banach spaces

In this article, we introduce two kinds of new hybrid projection algorithms for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of common fixed points of an infinitely countable family of relatively quasi-nonexpansive mappings in a Banach space. Our main results improve and extend the result obtained by Martinez-Yanes and Xu [Strong convergence of the CQ method for fixed point iteration processes, Nonlinear Anal. 64 (2006), pp. 2400–2411] and the corresponding results.     

On relationship between convergence ball of euler iteration in banach spaces and its dynamical behavior on Riemann spheres

The relationship between the convergence ball of the Euler iteration in Banach Spaces and its exclusive fixed points on Riemann spheres is investigated. By using an exclusive fixed point of the Euler iteration, the convergence ball is determined accurately for a class of operators whose derivatives satisfy some generalized Lipschitz condition on Banach spaces.     

Existence and exponential convergence of almost periodic positive solution for Nicholson's blowflies discrete model with linear harvesting term

This paper deals with a discrete Nicholson's blowflies model with linear harvesting term. By using contraction mapping fixed point theorem, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of unique almost periodic positive solution. 本文第一部分讨论了正则函数的{\small Cauchy}型积分算子$T[f]$的{\small H\"{o}lder}连续性及此积分算子$T[f]$的范数与$f$的范数之间的关系.第二部分引入了修正的Cauchy型积分算子$\small \widetilde{T}$,首先利用压缩映射原理证明了$\small \widetilde{T}$算子具有不动点,然后给出了其不动点的迭代序列并证明了此序列强收敛于$\small \widetilde{T}$算子的不动点.
