采用紫外光引发原位聚合的方法制备了具有支撑膜的邻香草醛分子印迹聚合物膜. 紫外光度法测定了模板分子和功能单体之间的结合常数和化学计量比(n=2). 用傅立叶红外光谱和扫描电镜分别测定了膜的结构和表面形貌; 膜渗透实验结果表明在干扰物存在时印迹膜对模板分子表现出良好的选择透过性能. 研究了分子印迹聚合物膜透过的机理、并为分子印迹技术应用于传感器领域增加了理论和实验方法.  相似文献

研究了不同亚相表面胆红素(BR)单分子膜和LB膜的性质,讨论了胆红素分子在有序分子膜中的堆积密度、分子伸展和金属离子配位。在气-水界面,BR与金属离子的配位导致BR单分子截面积、崩溃压和可见紫外光谱的变化。原子力显微镜表明BR-Cu单分子膜的厚渡为1.23 nm。  相似文献

Eight new [2]rotaxanes have been prepared, incorporating an alpha-cyclodextrin as the rotor, a stilbene as the axle, and trinitrophenyl substituents as capping groups. Strategies have been devised to elaborate these by linking the rotor to the axle, to produce two new [1]rotaxanes. Rotational motion in a selection of these rotaxanes has been investigated through the application of two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy by performing TOCSY, DQF-COSY, ROESY and HMQC experiments. This has shown that a methoxyl group incorporated on the stilbene and a succinamide joining the stilbene and the cyclodextrin behave analogously to a ratchet tooth and pawl, respectively, to restrict rotation.  相似文献

Effect of molecular vibrations on the absorption spectra simulated via a sequential approach combining molecular dynamics (MD) with quantum‐chemical calculations has been investigated. Simulated spectra have been obtained from the time‐dependent density functional theory results averaged over series of molecular geometries retrieved from Born–Oppenheimer MD trajectories. Distributions of bond lengths have been analyzed and related to the features of calculated spectra. For NVE simulations of small systems, absorption spectra exhibit bimodal bandshape as a result of classical treatment of vibrations. For NVE trajectories of larger systems or simulations in the NVT ensemble calculated absorption bands are symmetric, however, they may not agree with the results of Franck–Condon analysis. These results are practical manifestations of effects predicted theoretically from general principles. Consequences for the modeling of absorption spectra have been discussed. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The performance of a recently developed method to generate representative atomistic models of amorphous polymers has been investigated. This method, which is denoted SuSi, can be defined as a random generator of energy minima. The effects produced by different parameters used to define the size of the system and the characteristics of the generation algorithm have been examined. Calculations have been performed on poly(L,D-lactic) acid (rho = 1.25 g/cm3) and nylon 6 (rho = 1.084 g/cm(3)), which are important commercial polymers.  相似文献

利用差紫外光谱法考察了新型分子钳16对苯胺、对硝基苯胺、对甲氧基苯胺等中性分子的识别性能, 测定了25 ℃下, 在CHCl3中主客体间的结合常数(Ka)和自由能变化(ΔG0). 结果表明, 所有分子钳主体对所考察的客体分子显示良好的识别作用, 主客体间形成1∶1型主客体络合物. 识别作用的主要推动力为多重氢键和π-π重叠等的作用. 讨论了主客体间形状、大小匹配和几何互补及识别模式等因素对识别能力的影响, 并利用核磁共振氢谱与计算机模拟作为辅助手段对实验结果进行了解释.  相似文献

The results of recent developments on modelling of supramolecular ordering and physicochemical properties of molecular mixtures have been reviewed. The main attention is paid to the unified approach based on a generalized quasichemical model for a set of thermodynamic, dielectric and optical properties of mixtures, self-organized by specific bonding. Interrelations between thermodynamic, as well as dielectric, and optical properties of liquid mixtures, reflecting different molecular parameters, and the characteristics of quasichemical processes are presented. Applications for thermodynamic functions of mixing, permittivity, coefficients Rayleigh light scattering in molecular mixtures are considered. 新型鹅去氧胆酸分子钳的设计合成和分子识别性质研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以鹅去氧胆酸为隔离基, 芳香族化合物为手臂设计合成了一类新型的分子钳, 其结构经1H NMR, IR, MS及元素分析确证. 利用紫外光谱滴定法考察了其与D/L氨基酸甲酯的对映选择性识别性能. 结果表明, 分子钳3a3e对所考察的氨基酸甲酯均具有识别能力, 其对L-氨基酸甲酯的识别优于对D-氨基酸甲酯的识别. 从主客体的大小形状匹配及几何互补关系等方面对这些受体的识别能力及对映选择性进行了讨论.  相似文献

Although motor proteins are essential cellular components that carry out biological processes by converting chemical energy into mechanical motion, their functions have been difficult to mimic in artificial synthetic systems. Daisy chains are a class of rotaxanes which have been targeted to serve as artificial molecular machines because their mechanically interlocked architectures enable them to contract and expand linearly, in a manner that is reminiscent of the sarcomeres of muscle tissue. The scope of external stimuli that can be used to control the musclelike motions of daisy chains remains limited, however, because of the narrow range of supramolecular motifs that have been utilized in their templated synthesis. Reported herein is a cyclic daisy chain dimer based on π‐associated donor–acceptor interactions, which can be actuated with either thermal or electrochemical stimuli. Molecular dynamics simulations have shown the daisy chain’s mechanism of extension/contraction in the ground state in atomistic detail.  相似文献

A new series of ligands, containing one (L1H(2)-L4H(2)) or two (L5H(4)-L6H(4)) 1,4,8,11-tetraaza-5,7-dione units and functionalized with a propargyl group on the C atom between the C=O moieties, has been synthesized. Protonation constants for the ligands and formation constants of their Cu(2+) complexes have been determined in water, and the coordination geometry of the complexes existing at various pH values has been investigated by coupled pH-metric and spectrophotometric titrations. Ligands capable of simple uptake of Cu(2+) with the formation of neutral, square-planar complexes containing the -2-charged diamino-diimido donor sets and ligands containing further coordinating groups (quinoline or pyridine) capable of single and double cation translocation have been investigated. The role of the substituents on the amino groups and the structural role played by the propargyl group have been examined as regards Cu(2+) complexation and translocation. In the double-translocating ligand L6H(4), when the two Cu(2+) ions move inside the diamino-diamido donor set, the slim propargyl group allows an unprecedented folding of the whole ligand with apical coordination of one pyridine to form a five-coordinate, square-pyramidal Cu(2+) ion. The crystal and molecular structures of this unusual [L6Cu(2)] complex have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Finally, oxidation of Cu(2+) to Cu(3+) has been studied by cyclic voltammetry in water, which revealed that the redox reaction occurs only when the copper cation is within the diamino-diimido compartment. Moreover, both functionalization of the primary amines with bulky substituents and apical coordination of Cu(2+) make access to the 3+ oxidation state more difficult and disrupt the reversibility of the electrochemical process.  相似文献
