广州市631名大学生复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病调查   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为制订干预措施,控制和降低RAU的发病率,利用白编的《复发性阿弗他溃疡调查表》,对631名在校学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明,631人中有375人患复发性阿弗他溃疡,患病率为59.43%,其中频发为8.56%,偶发为50.87%,患病学生中伴有消化道症状的有47.46%,几乎每个患病学生都认为复发性阿弗他溃疡的发病都与饮食有关。提示广州市在校医学生复发性阿弗他溃疡的发生率与饮食等因素密切相关,开展饮食干预有很大的需求基础。  相似文献

以国内外研究功能性稻米对人体生理功能和潜在对复发性阿弗他溃疡影响的代表性论文为依据,综述了近年来有关功能性稻米对人体生理功能和对复发性阿弗他溃疡潜在影响的研究进展,包括:功能性稻米的定义、分类,国内外研究进展以及具有多种有生理作用的功能因子(铁、硒、γ-氨基丁酸、膳食纤维、抗性淀粉、黄酮和脂肪酸、花色苷类化合物),这些功能因子对人体多个系统有调节作用,对缓解复发性阿弗他溃疡的症状,减少其发生起着重要的作用。  相似文献

为观察多甙颗粒剂对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者治疗前后红细胞免疫功能和血清中CR1免疫调节因子活性的调节作用,采用红细胞-酵母免疫黏附法测定了235例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者RBC-c3bRR及血清中CR1免疫调节因子。结果表明,红细胞RBC-c3b受体花环率与对照组比较,组1有显著差异(P<0.01),组1与组2 RBC-c3b受体花环率对比有显著差异(P<0.01),红细胞免疫复合物花环率与对照组相比,两组均显著增高(P<0.01),CR1免疫黏附促进因子活性与对照组相比,组1组2均显著降低(P<0.01),CR1免疫黏附抑制因子活性与对照组相比,两组均增高(P<0.01)。提示复发性阿弗他溃疡患者存在红细胞免疫功能受损,多甙颗粒剂对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的红细胞免疫功能有调节作用。  相似文献

以国内外研究复发性阿弗他溃疡营养因素的相关论文为依据,综述了近十年有关对复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)营养因素的研究进展。包括:RAU与微量元素锌、铁、硒、铜,维生素A、C、E、B2、B12,蛋白质,膳食纤维和谷类的关系。RAU的发生与体内微量元素锌、铁、硒、铜的减少,维生素A、C、E、B2、B12,蛋白质和膳食纤维的摄取不足密切相关,全谷类食品(功能稻米)对缓解RAU有帮助。  相似文献

对十二指肠球部溃疡合并出血中医辨治与微量元素之间的关系进行了观察,发现微量元素与中医辨证分型有一定的关系。并分组用中药就200例患者进行了治疗,在治疗前后分别观察了微量元素含量,并同正常人进行了比较,发现随着出血患者病情的变化,微量元素的含量也有所不同。  相似文献

为探讨消化性溃疡病在体内的发生与微量元素的关系,采用高频等离子体发射光谱仪测定了55例消化性溃疡患者血清中cu、Fe、zn、se4种微量元素的含量,并与55例健康对照组进行了比较。结果表明,消化性溃疡患者血清se含量低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),zn、Fe含量与正常组比较显著降低(P〈0.01),血清cu含量高于正常对照组(P〈0.05)。提示消化性溃疡的发生与血清中微量元素的变化有密切关系,适当补充微量元素对于治疗、防治溃疡有一定价值。  相似文献

Although oral ulcers represent one of the most frequent oral mucosal diseases, the available treatment is not sufficient to provide complete ulcer recovery without side-effects. Therefore, the aim of our study was to prepare a mucoadhesive oral gel based on Galium verum ethanol extract (GVL gel) and reveal its healing effects in the model of aphthous stomatitis in rats. Rats with oral ulcers were divided into the following groups: control (untreated), gel base (ulcer was treated with the gel base, three times per day for 10 days), and GVL gel group (the ulcer was treated with GVL gel in the same way as the gel base). Animals from each group were sacrificed on days 0, 3, 6, and 10 for collecting blood and ulcer tissue samples. Healing properties of oral gel were determined by clinical evaluation, as well as biochemical and histopathological examinations. Our findings suggest a significant decrease in the ulcer size in GVL gel group, with healing effects achieved through the alleviation of oxidative stress, reduction in COX-2 immunopositivity, and increase in collagen content in buccal tissue. Significant ulcer repairing potential of GVL gel highlights this oral mucoadhesive gel as a promising tool for prevention and treatment of RAS.  相似文献

为了解缺锌是否导致体液及细胞免疫功能失调,诱发口腔溃疡的发生,采用吡啶偶氮萘酚比色法测定了血清中的锌,用免疫荧光法外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,用免疫比浊法测定血清免疫球蛋白。通过各50例实验观察表明,口腔溃疡组血清锌偏低,且T淋巴细胞亚群比值失调,与健康对照组比较,有显著性差异。  相似文献

Shuanghua Baihe tablet is a traditional Chinese patent medicine which showed special advantages in the treatment of recurrent aphthous stomatitis. Scientists have improved and implemented the LC-MS/MS method, which is specific and sensitive, for comparative pharmacokinetics study of five alkaloids, including palmatine, berberine, epiberberine, jatrorrhizine and coptisine in rat plasma after oral administration of Rhizoma Coptidis extract and Shuanghua Baihe tablets. The results showed that Shuanghua Baihe tablets could promote the absorption of these five alkaloids and improved their bioavailability compared with R. Coptidis extract. To further investigate the related mechanism, everted intestinal sac model in vitro was used to indicate that alteration of in vivo pharmacokinetics of five alkaloids could be attributed to, at least in part, the absorption changes by coadministration of other herbs. These discoveries served as a theoretical basis for clinical use of Shuanghua Baihe tables.  相似文献

Aphthous ulcers are very common disorders among different age groups and are very noxious and painful. The incidence of aphthous ulcer recurrence is very high and it may even last for a maximum of 6 days and usually, patients cannot stand its pain. This study aims to prepare a buccoadhesive fast dissolving film containing Corchorus olitorius seed extract to treat recurrent minor aphthous ulceration (RMAU) in addition to clinical experiments on human volunteers. An excision wound model was used to assess the in vivo wound healing potential of Corchorus olitorius L. seed extract, with a focus on wound healing molecular targets such as TGF-, TNF-, and IL-1. In addition, metabolomic profiling using HR-LCMS for the crude extract of Corchorus olitorius seeds was explored. Moreover, molecular docking experiments were performed to elucidate the binding confirmation of the isolated compounds with three molecular targets (TNF-α, IL-1β, and GSK3). Additionally, the in vitro antioxidant potential of C. olitorius seed extract using both H2O2 and superoxide radical scavenging activity was examined. Clinical experiments on human volunteers revealed the efficiency of the prepared C. olitorius seeds buccal fast dissolving film (CoBFDF) in relieving pain and wound healing of RMAU. Moreover, the wound healing results revealed that C. olitorius seed extract enhanced wound closure rates (p ≤ 0.001), elevated TGF-β levels and significantly downregulated TNF-α and IL-1β in comparison to the Mebo-treated group. The phenotypical results were supported by biochemical and histopathological findings, while metabolomic profiling using HR-LCMS for the crude extract of Corchorus olitorius seeds yielded a total of 21 compounds belonging to diverse chemical classes. Finally, this study highlights the potential of C. olitorius seed extract in wound repair uncovering the most probable mechanisms of action using in silico analysis.  相似文献

Probiotic lactic acid bacteria are being proposed to cure peptic ulcers by reducing colonization of Helicobacter pylori within the stomach mucosa and by eradicating already established infection. In lieu of that, in vitro inhibitory activity of pediocin-producing probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici BA28 was evaluated against H. pylori by growth inhibition assays. Further, chronic gastritis was first induced in two groups of C57BL/6 mice by orogastric inoculation with H. pylori with polyethylene catheter, and probiotic P. acidilactici BA28 was orally administered to study the eradication and cure of peptic ulcer disease. H. pylori and P. acidilactici BA28 were detected in gastric biopsy and fecal samples of mice, respectively. A probiotic treatment with P. acidilactici BA28, which is able to eliminate H. pylori infection and could reverse peptic ulcer disease, is being suggested as a co-adjustment with conventional antibiotic treatment. The study provided an evidence of controlling peptic ulcer disease, by diet modulation.  相似文献
