合成了铜"与N-(2-羟苄基)-DL-α-苯丙氨酸(H2sphe)和2,2′-联吡啶(2,2′-bipy)及1,10-邻菲咯啉(phen)的三元配合物[Cu(Hsphe)(phen)](ClO4)·3H2O(1)、[Cu(Hsphe)(2,2′-bipy)](ClO4)(2)、[Cu(Hsphe)(2,2′-bipy)](NO3)(3)。用X射线单晶衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。3种配合物中Cu"离子配位数均为5,处于变形四方锥配位环境中。抑菌活性试验结果表明,3种配合物均对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和枯草杆菌有一定的抑制作用。配合物1还对大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌有较强的抑制作用,而配合物3对伤寒杆菌亦有一定的抑制作用。  相似文献

以3,5-二硝基苯甲酸(3,5-Hdnbc)和2,2′-联吡啶(2,2′-bipy)为配体,与Zn2+和Cu2+反应,得到了4个配合物[Zn(3,5-dnbc)2(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]·(3,5-Hdnbc)(1),[Cu(3,5-dnbc)2(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)](2),[Cu(2,2′-bipy)2(3,5-dnbc)](NO3)·2(3,5-Hdnbc)(3),和[Cu(2,2′-bipy)2Cl](3,5-dnbc)·(3,5-Hdnbc)(4)。用元素分析、红外光谱对其进行了表征,并用单晶X-射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构;对配合物1和2进行了热重分析。4个配合物均为单核分子。配合物1中,Zn2+离子是五配位的三角双锥结构;配合物2中,Cu2+离子是五配位的变形四方锥结构;配合物3和4中,Cu2+离子均是五配位的三角双锥结构;配合物中存在氢键和π-π堆积等弱的分子间作用力。  相似文献

水热法合成了5个新的配位聚合物:[Cd(TFSA)(2,2’-bpy)2]n(1),[Mn(HFGA)(phen)2]n(2),[Co(TFSA)(bpp)2(H2O)2]n(3),[Zn(TFSA)(bpp)2(H2O)2]n(4)和[Cu(HFGA)(phen)]n(5)(TFSA=四氟丁二酸,HFGA=六氟戊二酸,2,2’-bpy=2,2’-联吡啶,phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉,bpp=1,3-二吡啶基丙烷),通过X射线单晶衍射确定了配合物的晶体结构.配合物1和2具有相似的1D链结构,四氟丁二酸和六氟戊二酸以两个单齿羧基氧原子分别配位于Cd2+和Mn2+离子,2,2’-联吡啶和1,10-邻菲啰啉分别螯合配位于Cd2+和Mn2+离子.配合物3和4具有相似的1D链结构,1,3-二吡啶基丙烷以两个端基氮原子桥联金属离子,四氟丁二酸和六氟戊二酸分别以单齿方式配位.配合物5是具有{4.82}拓扑的2D网结构,六氟丁二酸配体通过单齿/双齿-桥联模式连接Cu2+离子.5个配合物均通过分子间弱作用进一步构筑成3D超分子结构.  相似文献

在中温混合溶剂热条件下合成了两个金属铜配位聚合物Cu3(2,2′-bipy)2(C8H4O4)2(C8H5O4)2和Cu(Ⅰ)Cu(Ⅱ)(4,4′-bipy)1.5(C8H4O4)(C8H5O4)(bipy=联吡啶,C8H4O4=1,3-间苯二甲酸),并对其进行了单晶结构解析及相关性能表征.配合物Cu3(2,2′-bipy)2(C8H4O4)2(C8H5O4)2(1)晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=1.03314(4)nm,b=1.08350(3)nm,c=1.15826(4)nm,α=83.104(2)°,β=84.609(2)°,γ=66.125(2)°,Z=1.配合物Cu(Ⅰ)Cu(Ⅱ)(4,4′-bipy)1.5(C8H4O4)(C8H5O4)(2)晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=1.06979(3)nm,b=1.09209(3)nm,c=1.47887(3)nm,α=91.795(2)°,β=93.2460(10)°,γ=118.6170(10)°,Z=2.通过使用不同的有机碱配体(2,2′-联吡啶和4,4′-联吡啶),并调节不同有机碱配体的用量,得到了结构不同的两个目标晶体产物相.产物均可稳定到3...  相似文献

在水和乙醇溶剂中,通过Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)与2,2'-联咪唑协同作用,构筑了四种新的超分子配合物[Cu(H2biim)(gly)(H2O)]Cl·H2O(1),[Cu(H2biim)(C3H2O4)(H2O)]·1.5H2O(2),[Fe2(μ-O)(H2biim)4(H2O)2](NO3)4·C2H5OH(3)和[Fe(H2biim)3]SO4(4)(H2biim=2,2'-联咪唑;gly-=甘氨酸根;C3H2O24-=丙二酸根).并通过元素分析,红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其组成、结构和谱学性质进行研究.H2biim配体,丙二酸根和甘氨酸根三种配体都采用了双齿螯合方式与金属离子配位.配合物1~4中,通过H2biim配体的N-H键与阴离子、水分子和溶剂分子形成多种氢键,如R12(7),R22(9)和R12(4)等,以及H2biim配体之间的π-π堆积,阳离子不对称单元构筑了多维结构的超分子配合物.  相似文献

利用对乙酰氨基苯甲酸(HPABA)和邻菲咯啉(phen)、硝酸铜在DMF/CH3OH/H2O溶液中合成了单核铜配合物[Cu(PABA)(phen)(H2O)2]·(NO3)·H2O(1),然后又和4,4′-联吡啶(4,4′-bpy)、硝酸锌在DMF/CH3OH/H2O溶液中获得配位聚合物{[Zn(PABA)2(4,4′-bpy)]·4H2O}n(2)。根据X射线衍射分析结果,配合物1中每个铜离子周围有2个氮原子和3个氧原子与之配位形成畸变的四方锥配位构型,然而在配合物2中,六配位八面体构型的锌离子通过配体4,4′-联吡啶扩展为一维Zigzag型链。分别对这两个配合物的热稳定性和电化学性质进行了研究。  相似文献

合成了一系列2-羟基-4-三氟甲基苯甲酸(h2tba)-铜配合物:[Cu(htba)2(pz)2](1),[Cu(htba)(2,2′-bipy)](htba)(2)和[Cu(htba)2(4,4′-bipy)](3)(h2tba=2-羟基-4-三氟甲基苯甲酸,pz=吡唑,2,2′-bipy=2,2′-联吡啶,4,4′-bipy=4,4′-联吡啶),并且通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、粉末X射线衍射、单晶X射线衍射和热重分析方法对配合物结构进行了表征。这些配合物能够在过氧化氢和溴化物存在的条件下催化苯酚红溴化,并且展示出了较高的催化溴化活性。  相似文献

采用水热方法,用吡啶-三羧酸配体(H_3L)和2,2′-联咪唑(H_2biim 2,2′-biimidazole)、菲咯啉(phen)、2,2′-联吡啶(2,2′-bipy)分别与ZnCl_2和MnCl_2·4H_2O反应,合成了1个零维配合物[Zn(H_2biim)2(H_2O)_2][Zn(HL)(Hbiim)(H_2O)]_2·8H_2O(1)和2个具有一维链结构的配合物[Mn(μ-HL)(phen)(H_2O)]_n(2)、{[Mn(μ-HL)(2,2′-bipy)(H_2O)]·0.5(2,2′-bipy)}_n(3),并对其结构、荧光和磁性质进行了研究。结构分析结果表明3个配合物分别属于单斜晶系的P21/n和P21/c空间群。配合物1具有3个单核Zn单元组成的零维结构,这些单核单元通过O-H…O/N和N-H…O氢键作用进一步形成了三维超分子框架。配合物2和3具有一维链结构,而且这些链通过O-H…O氢键作用进一步形成了二维超分子网络。研究表明,配合物1在室温下能发出蓝色荧光,聚合物2中相邻Mn髤离子间存在反铁磁相互作用。  相似文献

Three new Keggin polyoxometalates, [Zn(phen) 3 ] 2 [SiW 12 O 40 ]·5H 2 O(1), [Co(phen) 3 ] 2 [SiW 12 O 40 ](2) and [Ni(phen) 3 ] 2 [SiW 12 O 40 ]·2H 2 O(3)(phen=1,10′-phenanthroline) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses(TGA) and fluorescence techniques. Complex 1, crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, consists of one [SiW 12 O 40 ] 4– anion, two discrete [Zn(phen) 3 ] 2+ cations and five crystal water molecules. Complexes 2 and 3 have the similar configuration to complex 1, but they crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of complexess 2 and 3 reveal antiferromagnetism and ferromagnetism, respectively.  相似文献

A new supramolecular compound (4,4'-bipyH)4[SiW12O40](4,4'-bipy) (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) was synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. The crystallography analysis for the title compound reveals that the crystal crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/m with a = 22.2767(12), b = 21.1879(11), c = 15.6942(8) , β = 97.068(3)°, V = 7351.3(7) 3, C50H44N10O40SiW12, Mr = 3659.24, Z = 4, Dc = 3.306 g/cm3, F(000) = 6544, GOOF = 1.137, R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1579. The title compound consists of a discrete Keggin-type [SiW12O40]4- anion, one 4,4'-bipy and four protonated (4,4'-bipyH)+ cations. The [SiW12O40]4- anion and protonated 4,4'-bipy are connected to form a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds. Meanwhile, the title compound exhibits good photocatalytic activity for color degradation of Rhodamine-B dye solution under visible-light irradiation.  相似文献

利用水热法制备了基于饱和Keggin结构阴离子构筑的有机-无机复合多金属氧酸盐(4,4′-bipy)4H4[PMo12O40](CH3COO).1.5H2O(1)和(4,4′-Hbipy)2(4,4′-bipy)2H[PW12O40].3.5H2O(2)(4,4′-bipy=4,4′-联吡啶),并借助元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热分析和X射线单晶衍射分析了两种化合物的组成和结构.结果表明,化合物1和2均属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群.化合物的晶胞参数为:a=1.869 40(13)nm,b=1.404 23(9)nm,c=2.707 76(18)nm,β=105.848 0(10)°,V=6.837 9(8)nm3,Z=4,R1=0.095 4;化合物2的晶胞参数为:a=1.884 80(12)nm,b=1.409 89(9)nm,c=2.664 92(17)nm,β=105.368 0(10)°,V=6.828 4(8)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.097 2.两种化合物结构类似,其结构单元均是由饱和Keggin阴离子与游离的4,4′-联吡啶分子通过静电作用相结合形成的.  相似文献

利用H3PMo12O40·4H2O, 4,4’-bipy和AgNO3反应, 在中温水热条件下合成了一种新颖的三维超分子多金属氧酸盐 (4,4’-bipy){[Ag(4,4’-bipy)]3[PMo12ⅥO40]}·H2O(1), 并通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征. 结果表明, 该化合物属三斜晶系, P1空间群, 晶胞参数a=1.1275(2) nm, b=1.1910(2) nm, c =1.2898(3) nm, α = 112.63(3)°, β=94.63(3)°, γ=99.53(3)°, V=1.5567(5) nm3, Z=1. 该化合物具有三维超分子结构及荧光性质.  相似文献

A Keggin-type tungstosilicate compound [Co^Ⅱ(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]2[SiW^Ⅵ12O40]·2H2O 1 (bipy = bipyridine) was prepared by a hydrothermal method for the first time. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 (C40H40Co2N8O44SiW12) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.4979(6), b = 13.3946(7), c = 13.5756(8)A, α= 70.0769(18), β = 68.910(3), γ = 74.186(4)°, V = 1649.84(16)A^3, Mr = 3688.95, Z = 1, Dc = 3.713 mg·m^-3, μ = 21.432 mm^-1, F(000) = 1644, S = 1.058, the final R = 0.0511 and wR =0.1023 for 6523 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Compound 1 consists of two coordinated cation fragments [Co^Ⅱ(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]^2+, one normal Keggin polyanion unit [SiW^Ⅵ12O40]^4- and two lattice water molecules. To be noted, each polyanion unit is linked to two cation fragments by its two surface terminal oxygen atoms and two cobalt atoms of two cation fragments forming an organic-inorganic hybrid unit in 1. Furthermore, the compound shows strong photoluminescence property in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three new inorganic-organic composite polyoxotungstates [Cu(2,2'- bpy)2]5[α- PW11.5Cu0.5O40]·2H2O 1, [Co(2,2'-bp3)2(N3)2]4H3[α-PW12O40]·3H2O 2 and [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2(4,4'- bpy)]2[α-GeW12O40].4H2O 3 (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombie space group Pna21 with α = 27.847(3), b = 21.597(2), c = 20.1179(19) A, V = 12099(2) A3, Z = 4, GOF= 1.038, R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1035; 2 belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a= 12.31150(10), b = 16.1954(4), c = 19.36290(10) A, α = 99.366(11), β=105.168(8),γ = 111.836(8)°, V = 3309.98(9) A3, Z = 1, GOF = 1.024, R = 0.0739 and wR = 0.2216; and 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 12.858(4), b = 20.943(6), c = 15.598(5) A, β = 102.338(5)°, V = 4103(2) A3, Z = 2, GOF = 1.026, R = 0.0557 and wR = 0.1316. The common structural features of 1~3 are that their molecular structures all consist of a saturated a-Keggin polyoxoanion and several discrete metal-organic moieties. Intriguingly, 2 and 3 are composed of metal-organic coordination moieties with two mixed ligands.  相似文献

[Zn2(PCP)(phen)(H2O)F]n 1 and {[Zn3(MCP)2(phen)2(H2O)]·2.5H2O}n 2(PCP = p-O2C(C6H4)PO33-,MCP = m-O2C(C6H4)PO33- and phen = phenanthroline) were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/c space group with a = 7.908(2),b = 20.254(3),c = 13.477(2) ,β = 107.76(3)°,V = 2055.7(8) 3,Z = 4,C20H16FN2O6PZn2,Mr = 561.10,Dc = 1.813 g/cm3,μ = 2.463 mm-1,F(000) = 1128,the final R = 0.0340 and wR = 0.0794.Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group with a = 15.629(3),b = 18.141(4),c = 17.723(7) ,β = 121.89(2)°,V = 4267(2) 3,Z = 4,C40H31N4O13.5P2Zn3,Mr = 1041.70,Dc = 1.620 g/cm3,μ = 1.818 mm-1,F(000) = 2108,the final R = 0.0669 and wR = 0.1775.In compound 1,the tetranuclear Zn4 units are linked together by μ4-PCP3- to build 2D(4,4) layers,which are further interconnected through the μ2-bridging fluorion into a 3D framework with 1D phen ligands-filled channels.As for the 3D supramolecular framework of 2,the novel hexanuclear Zn6 units with "chair" conformation are extended by the moieties of μ4-MCP3- ligand to a 2D(4,4) layer on the bc plane,which is viewed as the 2-folded layers in 1.In both compounds,the structures are stabilized by hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π stacking interactions between the phen rings.Additionally,FT-IR spectroscopy and the fluorescent properties are discussed.  相似文献
